of place one and where I said ordance will be further considered for final passage okay I have come across one question on this and we voted but says on both sides from Main Street to Summit Avenue at the Maywood border Summit Avenue is at the Maywood border no you've got you've got an older version yeah we took that out we took out at the Maywood B it's supposed it it reads both from Main Street to Summit Avenue okay I see that on the bottom with it under the strike to it just but at the top in the in the writing that's right where I guess that's the original I'm looking at the one that should you should in the body of the in the body oh in the body of it oh yeah it doesn't matter that's just the wear ass Clauses are just clear not going be just wanted to make sure they contradicted each other because it is to the Sumit it is to the Border I believe right it was just well the problem no the problem that when I spoke to um Lieutenant Cen was that I said that it didn't make sense to go to the Maywood border because the Maywood border didn't end at Summit Avenue and she was like they need someplace to turn so they'd have to turn on Summit Avenue I said well then you really shouldn't put at the Maywood B it's in the we ass causes it the we ass causes are say the sum so it goes to Summit that's they have you're coming if you were coming from Maywood you need to turn on the summit because you can't continue onto Spring Valley and if you're coming from Maine all the way up you got to get off on something my other point is I'd rather them go forward through Maywood than turn left or right because then they're staying in hack I wouldn't worry about what's in a Weise Clause I mean you know if you want to take it out you can take it out they can't they can't go from Main Street up to Summit but but the code is going to say you can't have the trucks on both from Main Street to Summit Avenue wherever thats up right I would I wouldn't doesn't matter Okay please come forward to the microphone give your name to the clerk you will have 3 [Music] minutes on up Mr Sero should be a happy man tonight with that resolution we passed yeah I like it but well it's going to help it's not going to stop the buses no I know it sounds like uh it's going to be confusing too and it does matter Mr climate said it doesn't matter but but the uh the mainwood border is at the brook okay so if they're going to approach from Maywood those trucks are going to all come to the hill on Summit Avenue and then what okay you're going to have a mess there and they're going to turn on Summit bad move okay they should be out out of that extra Maywood piece of road to Forest let them make their decision at Forest on going to the uh highway or not or going around Mr Serv we don't control May so we can't say no but that piece of road is hackin saac to the brook so so that that up to up to you all right just I'm the reason I'm so interested in this is even today there were trailer trucks on on Spring Valley Avenue with heavy equipment on the back of these flatbed trucks or whatever was I thought they were going to you know build the stock exchange down the corner I mean it was incredible the in industrial uh nature of these uh uh this should help at least with some of those big truck all right okay good enough good enough and uh so Happy Thanksgiving it's a Thanksgiving week and uh it's it's always nice to U you know prepare a meal share it with friends and and um people you love and and all that um I forget what I was going to say now I I always get excited about uh Spring Valley Avenue I want to thank whoever is responsible for getting that on the docket is that is that someone does that or good job cityne huh City attorne City attorney and the police department I mean you know that when you when you look at these issues it goes to you know various departments to make sure it's it's appropriate to do that so trafficing and everybody comes to a consensus that this makes sense to do and if it comes that way then comes on yeah the the the what the tri pod there on Main Street before you make your decision when the light changes to come up Spring Valley that is the you know when that light changes there's traffic for you know a solid uh you know 15 minutes coming up there it's just like what the hell is this it's like a road race and it's uh it it's nice to it would be nice to see that calm down somewhat I mean I know it's not going to change and those buses are way over uh four tons so here here's the thought process stop that again Frank I just want to explain this while it's freshing my mind so if a truck knows it can't come up past Main Street up into Spring Valley they're going to find another route somewhere else great so or they're going to take Main Street North you know what I'm saying let them find another rout the same is going to go They're not going to be able to come South on Spring Valley right so they're going to take another route doesn't do any you're talking about maybe East and West well they're have to go east and west CU they can't or they're going to go down maybe they'll take Maywood AV Forest to Maywood down further Street or something or to Market Street or Essex Street all right dep on where they're going uh well I'm glad it's it's been uh tabled anyway if that's their procedure the right to term to to bring it up that it's been tabled anyway I I I've been screaming about keep these big vehicles the buses unfortunately New Jersey Transit is yeah and and another problem is is there's there's um inconsistencies in the road so the roads are broken or bumps and so every time they hit those ba b boom that you know three or four houses sh shake and and the glasses Shake all over your your your shelves keep some of those big trucks we so if the road was smooth I I think that would help I mean I'm not asking for the world here but but the road is not smooth so it's hitting these spots and boom these are big vehicles like what what was that so all right good uh it's a good start thank you very much have a Thanksgiving have a nice week good evening M Davis how are you good evening how's everybody haven't been here in a while been busy um first of all thank you for the blinking light on the corner of Central and railroad it has made a difference there was an accident there recently but we don't have as many near accidents um so thank you for that I spoken to the um traffic department several times and there are car but something needs to be done it's the corner of Stanley and First Street again you cannot make a left off of Stanley Place onto First Street because the cars parked too close to the corner I walked it out it's not even 25 ft it's about 10 ft from the corner where that stop sign is it's very very difficult um that's one of the reasons why years ago we wanted to make Stanley place a one way going from First Street to railwood app because that is a major problem getting out of that block 50 ft suff 50 ft will suffice would sides or just no just when when we're coming I'm coming down St the South Side from the south I get my directions confused I'm coming that when I'm coming from the railroad tracks down Stanley and I want to make a left onto First Street you cannot get out of there it's dangerous so on the Northbound side of First Street right before stand they even have yes I me take a look at it um I know tra has been here take a it's it's ridiculous they park right up to the cor we get some push back with safety first thank you have a nice Thanksgiving you too thanks have a Happy Thanksgiving you can't you can't you know I know anyone else from the public like to speak seeing none motion to close to the public Lo call
