During the recent Southampton Planning Board meeting, the board approved the release of Lot 2 in the Gil Farm Way development. The approval follows the previous release of Lots 3, 4, 7, and 8. However, the release is contingent upon fulfilling a list of compliance items identified by the highway department and the board’s consultant. The developer’s representative, Attorney Gary Lur, acknowledged the pending items and expressed a commitment to address them promptly. The board emphasized that without compliance, the town reserves the right to withhold further lot releases.
