THIS ONE IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT BECAUSE THE SCHOOL TRAFFIC SUPERVISORS ARE NOT FULL TIME EMPLOYEES. THEY WORK ROUGHLY 15 HOURS A WEEK. SO WE DID SOME ADJUSTMENTS ON THE FLAT AMOUNTS THAT THOSE ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU SAW IN THE FULL TIME IN THE FULL TIME EMPLOYEES FLAT AMOUNTS. THIS HOWEVER DID THESE ARE LOWER EMPLOYEES AND YOU KNOW, WE'RE PLEASED TO SAY THAT BY INCLUDING THIS LAST AMOUNT IT DID GIVE THEM GREATER INCREASES. THEY RANGED FROM ABOUT FROM 20% AT THE FIRST STEP FOR FOUR YEARS TO ABOUT 15% AHEAD THE HIGHER STEPS FOR THE FOUR YEARS OF THE CONTRACT AND IT'S A LITTLE IT'S ABOUT 3.7% PER YEAR FOR THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS GROUP. IN THIS AGREEMENT WE ALSO ELIMINATED THE FIRST STEP OF THEIR PAY SALARY SO THEY START AT A HIGHER RATE AND PUT ONE ADDITIONAL STEP AT THE TOP.
