The proposal is comprised of three buildings eighty five Devonshire Street to fifty eight Washington Street and two sixty two Washington Street. These three buildings will be combined in this one building going forward. The buildings are currently programed as three mixed use buildings ground floor retail and office space and the floors above all is going really well until COVID came along and the activity of the office plummeted to less than twenty percent. So this Piloto room was a great opportunity for this owner as well as many other commercial owners in the city. Our team is proposing a development to convert that office space into rental apartments for a total of ninety five units. These units will be comprised of twenty nine studios, fifty nine one bedrooms and twelve bedrooms. The units along with the empty space will result approximately eighty six thousand seven hundred square feet of residential area the existing fifteen thousand seven hundred ninety square foot square foot of ground small area retail will remain as currently constructed in occupied no parking will be provided on site and nor is any required in zoning code and none of the guests will be offered at affordable rates. Sixteen units will be offered at sixty so am I and three units will be offered to Voges . Additionally, five units will be offered to accessible in two units we offered his hearing impaired residence is worth. This project will require no exterior changes to the building.
