do a signing together and they issued Press releas today uh but I just didn't want anybody to think you it was open to the public people that were aware of it didn't publicize it because it wasn't we sign contracts every day it's something that the Army Core wanted to do so we're happy to have them as partners and we look forward to uh their progress down in and that's president I'm start off Park financial plan amount 19.6 milon question you state that 11 .61 million will be available to address the planed 1936 million in your financial plan you do not site The Source on the stated amount above your budget leaves a 7.75 million outstanding balance to be addressed by state federal and delinquent taxes nowhere in the Artic projected dollar amounts given for the funds and delinquent taxes cited and when they will be made avilable question number two you further state that the township will be utilizing its 11.8 million surplus to help balance the budget again no dollar amount is cited and how much will be utilized to balance that budget question number three you site the tax billing and give only percentages in the building process for various various accounts again no do are given question number four you site new businesses in particular the Cannabis industry again no projected Revenue amounts are given and last but not least question number five what type of budgeting process does this municipality use whether it's an executive budget performance budget zero base budget Target budget uh or line idle they are only questions I realize you you don't have to answer these questions at this time they're rather complex in a certain sense what I intend to do is I will take these five questions I will email them to the mayor and the business administrator and hopefully hopefully that Willen you a little say that again all right and I have a question with your Chief Financial Officer I realized that the State fiscal budget is ending at the end of this month and begins July there's that 90day space to October one federal budget how far out does your Chief Financial Officer reach out to the state and federal agencies if you get money from any of the state or federal agencies and do you use supplemental budgets to address any shortfalls during your calendar your budget and that buffer is how many is it three months is it six months all right I see my time is expired thank comment um I just have one question um I was at meeting yesterday and um congratulations in getting that signed GL Happ in twit the town but my question is during that period during this meeting conversation that we had with the army they stated that um it's going to be a two-year process be a year long study than a six months period I just questions things of that nature than another six months my question is um during this it seemed that there was great concern over the sewer department infrastructure and this need to be done immediately and was more important to deal with the sewer than it would be to be home so that that's a case with such a dire thing does the township have anything in place in case of a catastrophe in the next two years like uh sandbags emergency bhe heads so that we we had another bad storm how are these people going to be prot the plan because we all know is a longterm study and then process determining what going be but in the metime we still haveu Department super and the resents that are there we've had several meetings with uh several organizations narrow down to something that we're working on that is I don't know to say what the company is but that would be indeed that temporary fix uh it's it's not cheap it's not millions of dollars but it's not cheap and we have to make sure that we're in the process of betting out the company uh for something that would U the issues are are complex down there because we don't own the entire Riverfront or or rocus PR fund so it becomes complicated when we try to solve a problem that affects more than Del but uh we do have uh some we we've had several Zoom calls between myself and the engineers and and the administrator right so so not yet I can p compated back to stay away from include the people in these dialogues let them know what's going on we're not the point where we can right looking at investigating them be a solution that would be SED would F would be as temporary as needed or as long term Ser but the issues that invol primarily the money and then the deployment time uh Effectiveness and if we could the issue plan is one issue that that's actually the easiest part of it because that we cancle that U with with this barrier and it and it would be protected but we also are dealing with the homes so how far what I believe is North although I'm learning that the river going what we all think would be North to Riverside at the end of Del then we have to see if we can't we can't have barrier that stops there because the water will come so so we're trying we've had several discussions the last week with ad and the engineering team to say is there a high point you know without boxing in that neighborhood and blocking them from the street because Chester AV North Chester is a Riverside road we don't own that road the residents on our side are residents but that road is per So This is complicated but this is this has proven to be so far the one that has the most potential and that's that's what we're looking at we've been we've been actively engaged with them over the last couple of weeks uh even when we were off uh when we were off when the township was closed I the engine absolutely as soon as we have something to tell for sure use your voice so it's good to see some things going down the erosion down that 62 years of my father's former house the erosion in front of Riverside devast situation soon situation that has being faced with and has been faced with a child I remember when I us we gotten a lot done but would but then payment you can't get crazy with bonding because then all of a sudden your Deb so you have to be careful so look as things age off of off bonds right go down and so you want to try to keep that as stable just thinking be so much million total that's obious okay I just curious because I like I understand like you have to borrow to be able to fix things but then it's like is that going to show up as like a tax increase eventually depends how crazy you go important thing isort of really gets complicated that you know our very have start the day find in there seem like that
