grounds and transportation report first for cleaning uh custodial cleaning efforts our custodial teams continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our facilities their dedication is evident in the consistent improvements in Daily and evening cleaning operations BR main focus on provided ongoing support to our custodial staff to ensure our schools are clean safe and welcoming environments for everyone uh our ongoing Main uh maintenance work order system uh is actively addressing work orders to resolve routine issues efficiently and effectively each task is being managed promptly to keep our buildings and equipment in excellent condition we deeply value their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our facilities remain in optimal working order Transportation updates uh we are we did Welcome a new part-time bus driver his name is Dumar Beltran he started on December 2nd he is a welcomed Edition with many years of vehicle mainess there were no significant mechanical issues aside from wear and tear repairs and Regulatory Compliance a me a memorandum has been issued reminding all bus drivers and AIDS to adhere to the New Jersey transportation idoling regulations and codes okay now for food services for mashes for November 2024 prepaid balances at the end of the month was $1,368 42 negative balances at the end of the month uh was negative $1,535 I want to remind the board members and those at home that these are negative balances not just from 2425 they go back to 2324 and even before that so our off off is Thoroughly looking into uh into those negative balances uh our profit and loss for no uh for the end of November uh although we are still in the red it was $3,844 129 I went back to last year to see where we were and last year we were in a deficit I shouldn't say a deficit we were in the whole we were not making money right we were at a loss and it was 24,300 $ 58.72 so that's a big improvement from last November to this November um we are bringing in more income with cost of goods being sold which is good so I'm very positive that this trend will continue and that the food service program will be self-sufficient by the end of the year okay pf1 is the approval of the monthly facility calendar calendar for January 2025 F1 is the approval of bills list number one for December 2024 F2 the
