meetings act at the time of the board reorganization in January of this past year the board adopted its regular meeting schedule for the year notice of the schedule was sent to and published in the Asbury Park Press on January 6 2024 and the two R times on feed 1st 2024 as well supplemented by published notice of July 11 2024 to advise of the hybrid format that notice was also posted on the bulletin board in burrow Hall and has remained continuously continuously posted there as required by the statute copy the notice is and has been available in to the public and is on file in the office of the bur copy of the notice has also been sent to such members of the public as have requested such information in accordance with the statute adequate notice having having been given the board secretary is directed to include this statement in the minutes of the meeting um all all right uh roll call please Mrs bu Mrs C yeah Mr n Mr P here Mr R Mr Nika here Mr Anderson here Mrs anman Mr bailing and Mr bler here um continue PL aliance to the flag the United States of America to the repic one nation under God indivisible Justice for All um Mr secretary um with that roll call just for the record do we have a quum yes um all right folks the we'll we'll skip to the administrative items the top one and the bottom one and then I want I wanted to kind of you know suggest something to you all if uh maybe we should think about moving the master plan conversation to the next meeting because we don't have I think we have a forum um as we established but we don't necessarily have a breath of voices here so it might beity we have a lot of creativity but five five nights of creativity um and I think this this conversation warrants it but anyway uh no old business no new business um did everyone have a chance to review the meeting minutes from September 17 2024 does anyone have any objections to the minutes can I make a motion uh I make a motion to approve the September 17 2024 regular meeting minutes second that uh Mr P yes Mr yes Mr yes Mr yes and I think we established that we don't need the traditional quum in order of approvement right okay when you have a quum then becomes majority of that quum so three positive votes stand um the next the last administrative item is the review of the proposed meeting dates for 202 um has anyone had a chance to review uh and any comments on that schedule when is Easter that April 15 is that the week before Easter I did check these against the obvious vacation Easter is the 20m so that is a Tuesday before yeah um you know that's that's only that's me I recognize that I think we're trying to be away that week so that's just the the sort of the submission of the data point it's not a necessarily saying it's a bad week um because we do it the week after it's the same thing um but that's uh the only one that I noticed do you know when the schools are closed Shila there's a notation here spring break propos for April say spring break is the week of the 13th so I must looked at it yeah the let me verify too I figured you would all you know everybody not all school so that's always a challenge we have what yeah two different vacations that's great did the vacation exactly Council set their meeting schedule yet I checked it against that okay yes well they're proposed right so I mean this is proposed as well so um I think that our next meeting Falls before the date that I'm supposed to have this okay in so you know it doesn't have to be nailed out we missing members too we can't weigh in on what are the um what is the date that these need to be approved and submitted by um it is like mid um November yeah just to get it on the C get on the calendar you know the bur calendar board Council meetings else because you have a multitude of facilities to have all those right some all right so between now and the next meeting everybody just take a second look at these dates and if there's anything that comes up please speak then because it sounds like we'll have that's our last chance to get it in for the printing so calendars being school calendars being the school vacation calendars I can say important right um all right uh the final administrative item is the continuation of discussion regarding the Fair Haven master plan reexamination now I think this this subject is important I think that we the intention for tonight was to try and speak about last reexamination and what had been uh brought up what had been solved and what can maybe be moved off of a continuation of a re-exam reexamination if that's the direction we do go um I know that's what that was when I spoke to Fred that was his intention tonight was to just get everybody's thought on that um but I am noticing how light the room is uh and I and I do feel strongly that we want to make sure that we you know get as much input as possible so um how would everyone feel about moving this to the next meeting as well I mean this is this would be the only will substantive part of this meeting where we would basically ajour after B I will say that there are two applications that look to be on the agenda for the next planform meeting one is a subdivision um um and the other is a um I guess it's a site plan 775 so it's a commercial it's a commercial site plan is it a minor something like a mixed use yeah is a minor subdivision no more than no more than three lots right what's the address 775 oh but you said there were two I'm sorry is that the next time or next next month oh yeah is that way yeah they had sent their lawyer sent me put a letter in our mailbox saying it was going to be discussed today he sent out a notice in case it was discussed today oh maybe I didn't well that may not have been there so I would your error like why are they here well fny we were like why are you here volunteer yeah so for whatever weing so you know that that's looks like that's what's be on nothing to beis 75 is currently um a commercial space both upstairs and downstairs and they'd like to do commercial on the first floor with an apartment okay and some changes that is on myty L but no in terms of scheduling I think we can you can still carry this discussion to that yeah um REM if they're not asking for site plan with that it's just you where the lot lines are and it can form it's a pretty straightforward application okay all right make a motion to carry the continuation discussion regarding the Fair Haven master plan reexamination to the next regularly scheduled planning work meeting in November what is the the date of that meeting 19 second that yes yes Mr n yes mron yes yes sure you guys have a couple things to distract you between now and then as well at this point uh through the administrative EMS we would like to open this meeting for public comment is there's anybody in the room that would like to add now you're here um if I did did face sub bit of the plans for um yes if you don't mind
