we can say anything about that yet but I don't really uh was second s a big is this first of all is this next this is a house next to the church is that right I think it is right next to that church isn't it yeah a house BR I was having trouble picturing that this being a big enough lot to have a storage unit how many storage units two yeah three is it three just three oh is this the one so sorry this like old dely drive so it's pretty damn FX but wait a minute they're going to do that's why I couldn't understand without a map they they're going to have three buildings um Al together and they're going to add three buildings is that correct yeah and they're all and so they're only going to have three how can they have only three units I mean three buildings I'm much doesn't show how many units are in each building yeah how many square foot is one they're all varying yeah so let's say on average there's one's 5800 square feet that one's 5800 right yeah so you have two could be as people are coming anding and operate and and they don't John he would gladly trade this for he now and so Landscaping shown is that correct also as far as I can see on the planet or whatever I forget it's called already but it doesn't it says that there was no uh plans for landscaping but that it didn't meet like I guess they had to resubmit it or something like that because it seems like it has to be something that needs to be addressed but they didn't give any plans for any that's right I think the engineer letter said that and they need especially in the back and what's the uh rear yard setback or whatever setback there is from these residences residences why I s gu is this 2 okay 24 feet to the building is 50 feet 50 SL buffer yeah there not enough Gren that's say my opinion is are acceptable I think so yeah also a question when do they stop requiring a soils map on the plant they always had a soils map on the plants I think you're what I would say had to reset it but all that well none of the plans we've been say have so maps on them so it sounds like somebody you know the vi it you know that the thats map is normally standard on every single plan we or highlight some of the things the potential issues you know that septic placement uh you know any lighting it will be on site plan fering um just alert the board to anything that we we possibly see is problema not is that what we typically get yeah yeah airport because there no bu yeah people are going to run their cars you know while they're loading and all FL and driving through there and that people are and that no Tre to that potion that noise not I all hour storage places yeah I would think so maybe I don't know it's a good question get a pass or you can just go yeah some up you know if it's not well all how about we just say this plan sucks no information on it we way yes it does lighting plan is uh no lighting plan or lighting plan is needed um detail on fence is needed particularly in the front because of aesthetic concerns you could say it that way it is also I mean they're also seeking a variance because it's two uses on one property right it's yeah that's a different issue but I just wanted to make sure I had that right also when you have a comment sheet when you say no comment you just kind of how does that work you just leave it blank in general or a spot just check there's a forget this is black they just want to put a little addition on the house yeah my opinion I think I think most of these except for that one seem to be like not really any of our need to identify where the well 377 one and two what the it's uh the mother yeah it is it's like a mother-in-law sweet or something like that all right they're gonna do a separate that's yeah but if it's already what is the existing bedroom cell there's a range like it it's not like if you go from a three-bedroom to a four bedroom you automatically need up yes you do for what if it's an increase of blow accting they probably is that's probably true um I don't think that's an environmental issue they're going to have to deal with that though but frankly all those lots are very small in that neighborhood and they actually have a fair amount of land it's just not their house it's just too close to the the Fourth Avenue whatever whether that's a paper Street or not so they don't have the setback that they need and they don't have the frontage I guess right well it's not it's noted on the map how far it is from fourth but it doesn't look that far scale looks like 10 feet I think it's I think it says that somewhere that it's very small um the so but I mean the addition is not going on that side the addition is going on the opposite side yeah so so it's not really a problem the house 42 so it's 50% more than house but they say they keeping they're still only going to have two bedrooms I don't know what they're going to do with the addition but they're not adding bedrooms yeah what yeah you don't have well that's something we would there no that's something that should being done anyway if you're adding 100 or more they're required by DC State Bulls to get something from the county that says that you're system is adequate or that you need a new so if town hall is doing their job they should be addressing it before they're issued any kind of building per at all they need something from the coun all right so what was our so we not going to comment then on the subject because I think we need to know I think they need to be careful that where is the well it is in yeah the well could be right expect do we have any schedule for from it um I don't have a schedule I know they had to get Green Acres a construction schedule so if I go tomorrow night I'll more yeah look very nevery Jack please I was told in my last meeting that you couldn't really hear that much um from my side but I don't know about that that was pretty loud hear you well okay um and what about the cleanup the cleanups that need to be done and those things that what Earth and I thought we were going to need the clean up in the fall do you mean the clean you mean something a clean up for Piney holl from alake Park py hell py hell okay I think Public Works is supposed to provide some help with that but I think they need to clarify that further so you can ask about that too because as far as we know it hasn't been done to probably move it to the fall I contacted the Girl Scouts and um uh it took them like you know three weeks or something like that to get back to me and so I just kind of was like all right well they're not going to get back it's fine um because a lot it was just John me I think W was there Mindy yeah it was honestly just like four or five people I think we had recruited like two people who were just walking the trail and it was I mean we cleared l so I we can do it with a small amount of people but I mean it would be fine to have extra hands so I did contact the Girl Scouts um and uh I wrot to Suzanne that they never got back to me and then like literally like three minutes later they got back to me um but then they said oh you better attack the sumet county Girl Scouts and I'm like don't so they think we live in Franklin South suet County so I'm I'm I RI back to them and I just say well we live in laer County but they haven't gone back to me yet again so um I'll just kind of but anyway we're gonna probably just do it in the fall I think uh because now if we want to put word out it's thought that' be until you know May and I don't know it just feels like feels too short of a notice so I was thinking maybe September M October before it gets too cold maybe October would be nice when it's like a not as hot day or something like that early October right get yeah okay so that's something they um I can't get touch with them anyway I I got I got in touch with the office and uh and the representatives got back to me was twice that was it looks like there's no war Ambassador count I also reached out to John because um Suzanne said did you reach out to John about the watered and I forgot completely because I reached out to him a couple other things but forgot about the water shed Ambassador so I reached out to him again and I haven't heard back from him again yet so if not we I'll just keep pestering him a little bit um I did get he did reply to me before so um maybe I'll just hear back from him soon if I keep you know we can ask um the uh the Watershed Ambassador for Area 18 is named I think it's May young um and she's great and we're about to try to hire her at the South Jersey land and water trust she's Area 18 which encompasses a lot of Gloucester but not our area because the The Watershed ambassador program is me set up to match watersheds and we're Franklin is in watershed area 17 so I don't know who that is yet either um and if not by the Fall there'll be a new one they come on in the fall and they go through different training but they're available so we can by October we we'll certainly know who area 17's Watershed Ambassador is they usually fill all positions but it can be difficult to find out but I can ask them to ask may I think it's May okay either her name is yay it's ends in eh I just can't remember whether it's May or yay um and uh uh she works with now she works with Michael Hogan a lot and we're going to pull her bring her on to do some other work for us so um he loves she's been a watered Ambassador for two years so she'll be be good um we could probably pull her into this but that's not really her area and they're coming towards the end what we need to do is set a date for the putting in new posts in May and um the only thing I was gonna do ask you did you did those posts look like they would work out for you they s here did you send them to me is you I text text message with picture you did okay I'll look for it because I'm afterward I just a t again um but yeah so you guys didn't have to purchase don't know why that would be the case because after all Jay munier was the chair of the planning board and he sat on the environmental commission for years it would be three years I don't think you have to be a class such and such member to be on the environmental commission I think it's the other way around that there needs to be a commission member on the planning board and if there isn't they might might end up being in that class but otherwise I'm not sure that's the case yeah you're saying you're saying add Rous to the board not replace cahoot with Ralph that you're suggesting no I'm suggesting replacement yeah there's only one member that that comes in through the um environmental commission I don't know if it's a class three or whatever so I don't think it that I don't think it would change his class I you know I don't that matters yeah it would it would because there's certain classes of members on the board one of them is the Environmental commission so class two yeah at least that's the way the is run well then how was a Jay able to be um a class one uh on the planning board anybody they elect their own chairman anybody Frank who could be the chairman that well he certainly was a class one member he was on the planning board for years yeah I I'd have to look up the municipal a law to see which classes are which but um sure you're yeah it's a specific class but like there's nothing that would prevent Rous from also being on the environmental commission yeah I don't think there is I don't think it says that I don't think it says say that if you are that in order to be on the the environmental commission you must be a class such and such and I don't think it says that anywhere but anyway no no no in order to be on the planning board you to be that certain class you have to be a member of the environmental commission the the other way around than what you said that's yeah okay environmental commission is allowed to have one member of the commission on the planning board that's right right white wall oh I understand he's suppos are not attending planning board meetings is that right no comment on that okay I don't know I think he was he was at the solar one yeah yeah I understood he only start up for the solar one okay the we're close fing to shut up to that and that set up this time as well so I mean I don't know the guy at all so I don't understand anything about so no no I just he you know if he's attending planning board meetings that's good um yeah but do that he may not really have the time to be on the environmental commission so okay well I don't know what we can do about it right now who else is are liaison uh besides mark second wasn't the practice of enir mission that if people don't show up that you would send them a letter and ask them to if they would please resign so that that's basic F by some you can do that can do that know those people I don't know that it's written anywhere well just a policy we used to do it I mean it's like only reasonable yeah come on and you know they they would voluntarily resign because they haven't shown up I they try to put it nicely but well that's not the issue I don't think that's really the issue so much as I mean it could be but um as we need a leaz on with the planning board we need somebody on the environmental commission who's also on the planning board and who can bring the environmental commission's thoughts or point of view or whatever to the planning board when it's needed so that's really the issue is finding that person and getting that person to be on the planning board and that requires an appointment to the planning board probably unless Ralph could be the one who does it and that's somebody who has to be willing to be on both monthly meetings which is you know ask we already have that that's who what Frank ho is not but he doesn't come but he doesn't participate in the environmental commission at all that's what well well yeah maybe that's what I'm confused Barbara said it's a an attendance problem and you said it's not an attendant problem that we just need to representative I was confused by that I apologize well she's talking about asking somebody to resign and I'm saying it doesn't M much matter if we can't you know it'd be nice to get somebody who was active but more importantly is to get somebody who can who's also on the planning board that's all stay well if he resigned from the environmental commission he would know he would have to go off the seat on the flighty board oh he would yeah yeah that's why yeah that's why he's that's why he's there yeah oh I see right voted on committee was asked in December to uh find somebody who would uh be in that seat and nothing happened and I don't know whether it's because nobody was willing or what but I'm not sure that we can address it four ourselves oh that's what the want what I'm sorry sorry we're having two separate they're talking about it was it
