okay this meeting is being recorded okay very good so I guess I'll do an official we'll startop the meeting at 7:31 um first order business would be the minutes um does anybody want to make a motion to approve the minutes oh I'd like to just make one a a oh go ahead point I guess maybe it would be good to bring him up um there it's a little harder to than I thought it might be but all right and that is because there's a section in the minutes talking about the oh where is it um thought it was like in the front yards that it was the M minute right okay yeah hold on one second and should be able to bring you up so well the only person who's probably going to see them is here and right um this just the business about um commission new business commissioning proposes 49 Acres I'm not sure where the 49 Acres comes from um why don't we let just be changed to say Parcels just believe it it doesn't have to be a specific amount we were talking about all those Parcels that Barbara and I identified as currently owned by the township that could be considered for preservation not under open land protection but under the um the rosi the um register of open space or the recreation and open space inventory okay so can we note those down see what do you want to speak it to again the recreation so remove the 49 acres and and put in the word parcel put in the par put in Parcels instead of 49 Acres okay as T to be considered for preservation under the recreation and open Land open open space inventory okay I can change that before it goes out okay and you can put in parenthesis after Recreation and open space inventory B caps R oi okay because eventually people will know what the rosi is and that's all we'll have to say okay thank you 49 Acres I don't know where the 49 Acres came from CU it's you know that's the one right yeah that's the d d That's the from yeah oh that's right that was we were talking about that specific loation but in general it's there's a number of parcel that should be included and does anybody does anybody since we're on this does anybody else want to see that Parcels because I did send them to Mark is Mark here here hi Mark so I sent you all the parcel stuff but if any uh I sharing it with the mayor and I also forwarded the list to County um to the administrator to look over okay and if anybody on the commission would like to have that list or see it or look it over or anything I can be happy to send it out I just didn't do that I'll take a look at it I feel like I should probably look at it in some of the chair what's going on yeah I don't know why I didn't just send it to you too I should have um okay nobody else wants to Cloud up their computer huh I me said what these part these are Parcels that what already already are by the by the township right and um could be added to the rosi it now um and that way they would be uh permanently protected without having to go in and make U do any kind of um deed changing that is really elaborate and expensive um and they are the criteria for why they're on the list is because they're either too wet or adjacent to something like a stream or a lake or adjacent to old already preserved land and they're not built probably environmentally sensitive on city developable they're they're well some are developable but a few uh a few are but um they those are the ones that are next to already preserved land and they're not huge um we're not talking about big Parcels for the most part but in any event th those are the criteria that we used for in suggesting that the township hold on to them because the Township's always having sales and it seems very arbitrary what they put on sale um because they put on sale things that are all wet uh you know but anyway I'll send it to you and you guys can see anybody else let's see who all right sorry okay Evan back to you that's okay um i s we have to the minutes I guess we can just make a anybody wants to make a motion to approve the minutes with the uh the amendment yeah yeah five okay Mar commotion Phil seconds okay all the faor I oops all right uh for death we have Roger dur and Barbara hurn um anybody want to have anything say before we uh get into the playing and Z board applications okay all right yeah we always his I have a lot of random things to talk about with party holl and stuff too so um emergency response the manag report there were none uh all right I guess move into the application so uh the first one I have is um the Z board 2413 uh it's uh block 1401 L 25 at uh 378 for Bo Avenue and Franklinville um AF wants to place a 30X 60 bulard for personal equipment storage and variance for the accessory structure to extend forward of the existing structure uh I'm guessing that just means they wanted like their house is here they want to have that full Barn closer to the street is that what that yeah okay all right um I don't do we have anybody have anything any thoughts about this one yeah what they don't it yeah oh yeah I wish hope that the board would what I I mean other than that really have any comment yeah doesn't have wet it's well but what I could see am I correct that it's really only a geez what was the size of it small it's small it's just an IT protrudes beyond the front of the house is that correct yeah 30 by 16 that's pretty small compared to most pole barns that we see and the only reason he needs a variance is because of the protrusion right I assume you need it for the size as well but we're changing it anyway event yeah but even so the size is well that's true okay yeah right the size is 12 per feet right right you're right I'm sorry that's right yeah so this is this is big that's it's both size and yeah there's a a garage they just so it's a no comment yeah yeah okay so the next one is ZB 2414 and it's um block 6302 lot 7 at uh 862 s avue with side bille um they want to put an addition on their house to the uh to the existing bedroom and master bath and I actually saw something on I thought I saw something on the application about a living room as well but I kind of feel like there was like something I guess like some things were like crossed out they wanted but they oh okay uh I kind of feel like we can't really I guess much about it right but yeah okay this was this the one that had the two surveys the survey um I made notes on this and but now I can't put my hands on them of course um this is 243 right was that last part you said 2413 uh yeah no 2414 is the one the um expand the uh the um all right this was the one that was a little confusing as to what it was fronting one because uh it seems to be on Salem Avenue which is uh am I am I confusing you I'm sorry uh I couldn't figure out exactly where it was maned to you you've got that stuff in front of you can you just explain where Salem Avenue comes in uh just okay I'm sorry oh that's on Blue okay oh okay yeah yeah what what was the what is the variance for they I honestly do not remember yeah I don't know either I didn't know why they're going to the any board I don't think they need to but whatever it wasn't entirely clear because all we have is the survey right no there's an application yeah okay do they need a berri for this one they active they're coming okay yeah I read that I didn't see okay we something that's everything like side yeah see only it seemed like yeah I that I have a VAR application for here yeah but it's not clear what he's actually after at least yeah wasn't quite clear to me it's also kind of hard to read his handwriting but it is the only reason given is reason for requ is addition to house and then additional thing is enlarging bedroom SL please yeah yeah I mean wait yeah it looked like the lot was big enough for all of it was well it was it's a no comment but I as far as I'm concerned but yeah I just want you clear what it is that he was asking for they probably don't know either yeah but it costs a lot of money to ask for varience go so I mean you know it would think you would think it would be helpful to be real clear uh it didn't look like there was a problem yeah all right and then the last one is uh planning board 2402 um lck one uh 1802 rot 16 to 17 on uh Grand Avenue uh and uh they're seeking to adjust the lot light M Frontage conform to requirements for a future building requirement and looks say they want to put like a a small subdivision on there it looks like maybe in the future um but I I don't know I guess can we say anything until we actually get P for the subdivision or well well what's most confusing about this one is that there are two surveys um that came with it that both have the same number at least and they showed in two different places as far as I could tell this is well first of all the the one that shows the the subdivision itself is upside down in that North is down at the bottom of the of the page so this is south of Grant Avenue and it fronts on Grant Avenue okay um fine but when you look at the second survey I think that was a mistake on the secretary's part because that survey was for a project that got approval immed two ago on Clearfield Avenue oh that was just a typ out oh because it says Grant I I wait a minute the application it's the wrong yeah so one of the surveys is is the mistake I I because I looked I looked on the fral map and it didn't have the same shape you're right it's clear Field Avenue it couldn't figure out last meeting is a brutal oh so that's why I was totally throw yeah okay so that submission it's a lot line adjustment but right it is just a lot line adjustment adjustment is five spot or something so is it it's just they're they're just planning in the future future they might put a subdivision in they want to get it yeah what happened was those both those lots were sold by the township yeah two different individuals bought them the one on the Eastern side it's only that Under Foot Frontage so the larger lot is giving 50 feet to the smaller lot make it conforming lot okay the best on this one are you talking about this one the 2402 yeah yeah R out it okay really so it's a long skinny one of them is a long skinny lot um and the other is wider but that's but they both conform um you know except for the ratio problem yeah but but that's not an issue and they have that wetlands in the back of property so good um and didn't they did they already go for a wetland delineation of some kind no they won't need to until they are proposing to build right okay yeah they didn't good one they just overate m was they right exactly so this also seemed like a not comment except once now that you explained the the conflicting survey yeah I think that was just a mistake yeah it was just funny because they're in more or less the same vicinity somewhat and but you know they wouldn't it wouldn't line up it wouldn't match so and I didn't I didn't remember the Clearfield one I should I don't think we ever reviewed it I don't know why we never got it oh maybe that's it got I definitely didn't remember that one okay so that was quick yeah all right excellent um well go to Old business um I went to Piney Hollow about maybe like a week to two weeks ago and I walked up into um uh I walk kind of maybe like a mile no maybe like a not even that I guess it was like to to th two I walk up to um and uh um it was it looked pretty good mostly I mean it didn't look like there was any like fresh damage or anything like that um uh and uh there was quite a bit of water in there um but uh then I went down to unexpected Road and um there's another Trail that's supposed to come out to unexpected Road uh Isa that's right right like it's supposed to there's tier Trails okay is one is one supposed to come out at the very end just before you get into um the unexpected wild wfe preserve okay I suppose two car SP out there but I didn't want to walk in that trail because it was all overr with grass and I already got a tip on me just been walking and sure begin was covered what thaty H yeah down I know what yeah yeah I got I think I ended up getting like three on it's just not not yeah because a lot of the trail is it's like I'll say clear but it's also there's a lot of grasp um so I probably won't be going back until wait your time unfortunately but um I mean the thing look you know pretty decent but uh there was the other trail that goes out to um unexpected the first one um that one uh looked Wily overgrown I'd say and then there was a whole bunch of tarps that were covering something I'm not going to go investigate yeah I'm yep yeah you get like a thousand chicks off yeah so there was a whole bunch of tarps that were like right near unexpected Road right where like there was a boundary to the farest field um and and that's pretty much all I really saw but yeah is there you're saying that that was at the the first entrance the so-called first entrance on unexpected Road yes yeah yeah which is there like a gate and U where did the um that's where the uh transmission tower is Right Barbara isn't that correct he's talking about the one next with the unexpected Farm yeah the first one when you go down unexpected yeah if the last one is the one on that's right near the the unexpected one right across from it and that's where the two cars were and where you got and where the grass was growing in yeah yeah old road but I'm sure it's overgrown with but you're saying the first as far as like the CH was that the the first entrance is where the tarps were yes yeah yeah yeah that's really the only visible trash that I saw that you know I mean there's we saw about that car oh oh yeah I mean we saw you know like a bottle and yeah yeah but that's pretty much it so it wasn't it wasn't terrible and um you know but I I'm going to go back again in like cooler cooler weather once there's not as many tick and see if I can do the old trail that so so are we saying that the we're the F on the wild Management Area um the P me uh the trash was farther in but it was along the perimeter yeah there's like a there's like a fence from dividing your farm and the um yeah yeah and the in the in the reserve that that's where the trash is inside our property that's still there is that still there yeah it's it's just a big pile of mystery trash I'll say right so that's never been cleaned up yeah yeah that's new oh oh that's new that's new that's right to the tra right yeah yeah yeah not no I'm asking about the farm trash that was inside The Preserve but right next to the farm land yeah that's new but that's that's that's like the farm gun yeah and nicely covering it with I didn't even think there was a fence the farmland and The Preserve it looked like there was what you say there was a fence yeah yeah yeah they've been used to be yeah I think it's been here for a while look like it's I mean we're not talking bar wire I don't know might as well be I'm confused that whole area that the file dumped inside and also create there were also hunting stands in the trees right what that's much further in yeah we didn't go there so we we we just were driving down I I didn't want to RIS yeah it's just right off an unexpected road that we saw it I could I thought you would were able to see that farm trash from unexpected but maybe that's not the case because I never went out and looked at it so I don't know you can't you have to walk in yeah what's Barbara saying I can't hear you have to get in pretty far to see it unless you come far oh I see okay are there any updates on um the orlock save uh there is update they you know they got the bed and they got the contractor but when I talk talk to Mr he said that having an issue with where to get the money to Pap for py H he doesn't think he can get it at the open fund uh because he thinks that there was a resolution pass when the open space fund was created that says it can only been used to P for um farmland for pres oh I asked I asked Ralph about that and he said but no that's not true he said it it has both he said there's no such resolution that only manages Farmland well maybe was looking at the B referenda which really just refers to buying property and lot property death um because they did say something about R weing the pie of Pap at the me where going use the light it for Lo yes that's different that's rightor right that's because the referendum specifically mentions um oh ref just explained that at the planning board meeting when we're standing all standing in the Carter there um that it it it kind of it prevents uh it has to be land that was bought for open space it can't be land that was uh that belongs to the township for municipal building purposes or something like that it has to just be open space or farmland and he what he so that's what he was waving the paper about I was there somehow I forgot that I was involved after that uh it was my piece of paper but i' let him just go out and they with Dr but um anyway he say that he's going to have to take the money out of the budget uh Surplus which supposedly they have like million dollars of budget surplus but for and that you could change things bying another ordinance of resolution if he doesn't think he allow to take the vo out of that but for some reason it's putting the whole job off Ian so the budget is a it's just me sound of like excuse not to start because don't have to pay the people until the job is done they take months to do it and if they started today you know plenty of tons of P any kind of resolution or any kind of orance you need to don't feel that you're being cover under the out car and we have million dollar why are we waiting for the budget ER if we're so financially great I mean I didn't really understand you know the excuses I was being G as to why we just make it you know we start the better million dollar is what it's considered insufficient for for Town besides million dollar the other is is you can't start a project money certifi you can't start something about having M just I doubt they don't have money they don't have the money I came in at the end of this but you said he was Wai the budget matter type don't have money just thinking sure we know soon I sure we know allocated assigning money project open SP fund has money so I don't understand that when I talked to Rob Ferber of the New Jersey C diversion Foundation he also thought that a resolution could change something was we focus in the language of the referenda and they've used this money from over SP Fund in the past to put a out them sh Tye building over Forest growth course they Ed the money for a lot of other things so I don't understand why now all of a sudden it's the problem the The Bu they actually still stewardship grant for grade A well what what what is the total cost project we're covering half I think he said 190 would be our PA well it's only a $400,000 gr and it came in under budget so you the r we would have had to put out was 200,000 we don't even have to put out 200,000 um out of our pocket necessarily because course be reduced by having volunteers and Public Works doing front of the work so I don't understand you know I don't pretend but it just B of the mind that they can't just fix this problem and get it out of open space because it'ss of f what I understand something close to a million dollars 00,000 and if it take the resolution and make sure that we can do it for first stewardship then we could just pass it in July and get th out it yeah that's right it's gotten ridiculous it's just so ridiculous what is this now five years years at least five years well 2016 is where we applied for the grant seeed the grant the summer 2017 so that's um seven years seven years seven years for a grant that was approved before any and there's still no work done under it whatsoever my but we my God it is it's just ridiculous it's absolutely ridiculous it's really no excuse for it watch not if it's not a resolution I me when when are they going to this budget like holding us St we have the temp no I don't know why the budget yeah we have to lay like I said we end up doing it War it's in July F in August I get a little bit on this project before winter comes where park at Waring is I'm assuming the bid is just so right I don't know you would know better than me you would up yeah I usually there some sort of expiration not say that there will be any change but you know it's so after right the contract is M with Al quad probably a time limit yeah look up yeah I mean that has if this is a priority which it should be I don't see why we're not moving B ordinance resolu of whatever it takes if this go yeah yeah it's a it's a miracle if they haven't pulled the money back is and and denied us any future funding be the D hasn't pulled the money back and denied US future funding seven years is a very long time even for a d Grant well they've actually they got so Fisco off that they Chang all you should plan f for that you will have a scrip to they will no longer listen to oh we need a little more time and they thought where not not now the green AC program F so once this is done you know we ever get another one we better move a little faster are you sure about what silly said because I me why would they put out so bit they already had the magic funds I had the conversation I'm completely 100% up here but yes yeah I thought they had said before that that was agoo where they got the good they W months ago and it took me on the F to find out what's the whole sh that was only like what two weeks about many weeks yeah well found out God forbid we try to ever do anything in Malo Lake par yeah CU it sounds like it would be just as difficult and I did okay I'll let you go on well I was just to say speaking of malg Park actually we need to still put up the um the the new posts um and oh I didn't call them go ahead yeah okay well I just I just have I'm sorry I just had one more thing to say about iy Hollow uh when you pull into the parking lot and there's like a little uh you know there's the area where you get the trail maps that's empty and then also there is uh like a plaque that I couldn't go read because it's nothing but poison ivy all around and it's humongous poison it looks like a you know so yeah that's it's everywhere it's just like a you know try out where you get yeah but that was all for I had a tiptoe around the Poli Ivy to look into the trail map box public work go out there yeah I took pictures I I completely forgot about that because it's been a while but yeah I just want to add that in that that's all but um friendly yeah I think that I I and Pi upside down I spread [ __ ] out like down Rand up still works it's well it still works not too good for insects though I me i' mix it people right 10% of what they well you can use hor cural Bing you call um I did I talked to Public Works and that's we needed I talked to Diana and she was I she um she went and talked and called me back that just I'll wait until we're finish think she said um I guess um they just want to go on and take a look at the post so they know what needs to be done so I talked to her over a week ago but and she called me back rather over a week ago um but I didn't hear from them in this past week where are we Monday yeah I didn't hear from them last week I was sort of hoping to should have just called to see I I I gather nobody's been out there yet from Public Works to take a look at what it means but I did describe it so I'll just follow up with and if I don't hear from her in a few days because they just needed to send somebody out to figure out what exactly need to be done even though I described it uh you know and so I don't have a date for them to do that yet I hope we'll get that they will be willing to put the posts in I mean they have the equipment to to do that and yeah I I'd be happy to go tack on some numbers I'm not gonna install the posts personally yeah all right very good um let's see but God forbid we should try to ever do anything else with the rest of the park right fix yeah put in a walking trail uh get better shade over near the playground uh any of those other things that were in the concept map has has Mark have you seen the concept map for malago Lake Park yeah met commission with by the county planner the county uh landscape architect was probably run something like that and no I have not seen it okay well I I I sent it to some of the township committee couple of years that so it probably should do it again but the the pro the problem is that I understand that CME was paid to do an engineering plan for malago Lake Park did you hear any I never saw that did anybody ever see that Barbara did you there was an engineering plan done even before that um was Lear right plan I'm not sure where that plan said that for and was it CME I believe it was and it cost $30,000 but it might not have been Sam I'm not sure it was back in 2015 yeah uh iix R to verdict um yeah May there it involved a lot of theing yeah what but there was a lot of changing in the grade and it may have been an issue with land on out plan oh right okay there was more complicated the plan that um the conent plan that the county did was very simple uh that zanne worked on with the county and Y on it and I was Joe AR Joe AR was he was I think he was still chair actually but I'm not sure I don't yeah that was a much more Simple Plan than inv uting up now still have to deal with the drainage issue though right yeah um I know I met with Sammy in there he SW at the pting H great and we talked about right back then and um what's interesting is there's a drain out in the field um on the side of the park and that drain goes underground and actually end out right towards the lake uh and those are a there I don't know if it's possible to look into it make the war gone by that water could somehow be citiz West that's the way where it would have to first beated in some you know I don't know what the rul at this point ring lot like that um but there is some drainage that might be a par yeah the park so people get their car stuck in and all the I mean it it drowns out one or two trees that are planted there yeah replace one of those trees I'm sorry can you say this stuff again I it's hard to hear Jason help with those PL it them wait I don't not you and um you know yet right they brought equipment plant replanted two of the trees and I think they one of them is was killed again I believe yeah at least one died from the wetness even though they were red M they still couldn't handle the amount of water but right exactly like they have to be something really I don't even know if well I think me Cy from should been bad um okay um anything else about good question was my takeaway from that last portion of that Mal that there's a concept plan and you know that we've been working on you know try to take a very look at the should multiple time that offers that that plan it's been like I'll send that out to everybody again long the paral information one thing that's nice about the park is that um when I was there I had the idea to put in the um flower garden res and Jo help and um John hel y John and I donated plant and all that there that that was a cleanup death every we they you know with black Timbers to frame it out so we get run out because everything we planted at the park to get by the low and we you know was framed in out and then was planted it and uh I think Jason actually is a roil for us that part you met J yeah three years you know after was planted you know the plants would still come up but was overcome with we nobody had find to really plan it they still get some ni FL and then I get the angel yeah Angel go the garden and they know beautiful thing in the part now these people we don't know who they are I'm anous person they put lalls on plant they put more plants in they they B little garden thing you know it's un it's love get in the F now you about by next to the where the fishing f got go check it out look ATL people that's Wilders yeah they found out what we pl and they added even more some of the original PL I go there I oh yeah I planted that that you know Jo planted that mystery people but they do that yeah they are but they running on it about we didn't when connection yeah think that I don't think they did from I I basically from our own Y is see you know we started around PL um these people I think they're going like trial Oaks or something that and un cour put some surveillance out there for that so we can rewind our our factors not like enough new sh yeah and that's what kind of P when I hear somebody say and and then you look at something like this and you realize how wrong that person was it was pretty C part that that we want it were you know a bag of trats is one I figure yeah the only place that ever has some problem is coming down Mal Park Drive along side the road that always gets that that always needs a lot of people because takes a while to pick up all the stuff that's down along that it's as if everybody waits to get on that road before they toss their trash or something C they pulled out TV yeah in the past lots of yeah now I don't know to offend you guys but I know you like f PL what not but I feel like focus should be off park park it would have been but the the story we were focused on I remember where about Lake for a while we were focused on it but the first gr that came along with a stewardship and that always said a p paa what malan is in the developing group and redevelop park and those have come along and I I made sure to email P like look you know we should go we have a contact plan you know we were shoing to get it and suzan and I will help and I get well I'll get back to you I'll get back to you and then I asked a couple months later I know they didn't get that day they didn't do it have to do it quickly start get spr you have to with not application really is yeah you're good at wrri applications but you got to real hops you have to go through before the application is you have to do all these Mega steps along the way did the presentation yeah true advertising you have to do public out you have to do a lot of stuff they get there and um you know Town never takes sa far it's and since we got H every time there's a grant that we work in Mal I have emailed everyone he we should do this we can do it we can get what and I get nowhere but and obviously our our record with receiving a grant and implementing it really is really terrible so I don't see the point in getting one about the then out it cleared up if can walk listen I'm not trashing quite I mean I'm about say I'm just saying like like Park could be a really beautiful park it could be it could be I don't know the word I'm looking for open use it accessible more user friendly I mean Pon is like a nature like but it is it is but it should be possible to it should be possible should go on a trail where you don't have to get ticks uh by waiting for rets because it's maintained and it has a decent Trail I still needs a decent Trail in from the parking lot and it needs maintenance and it needs clean up and there's just no excuse that the town has three Parks right three parks of any substance not counting that one up off of what is it Washington Avenue or Grant or whatever it is it's Washington I guess and which is practically nothing um we have so few parks and we can't maintain them you know yeah ween posts on our nature trail we have an overly flooded Trail through Piney Hollow overgrown grass and weeds no cleanup honest to God I mean you know the town doesn't deserve any grants or at least it doesn't deserve labor in in writing them which I'm always been perfectly willing to do but we can't ever seem to get any real cooperation so I'm not willing to do it now I can tell you that but I mean I'm willing to send out the concept plan I'll keep on doing that but I'm not going to sit down and spend time writing a grant to get money for engineers when I have no inct into that and they they already spent $30,000 for an engineering plant for for malago Lake Park and clearly it wasn't appropriate or right or whatever I we don't even know the problem I never even saw the plans so um it's too frustrating that's all I attemp to that $3,000 plan it was actually $25,000 that plan I was also told that uh money that went it was a grant for $150,000 and at the time the government decided to take P that I grant was it was bought they CLA it and give it to the roll hockey fix the roll even though it was going to crack again and she Liv to cracked again um I told him going to crack again I thought I'd be all lady but it's time you know like 8 years old but and get up there see I told you we crack again but only took a few years and I cred again so done that right it's yeah yeah yeah was all and probably will they probably will maret and so there was supposed to be $75,000 to par and the B was legally had to be used when I that money I was called by that um somehow about 20 or something thousand spent in the research and try to co up with a flat or something that had it just disappear Ian money apparently disappeared it's now and no accountability well it was did they did repl but like replace they did repl playground equipment that was repl some of that playground equipment was replaced it just apparently needs to be done again or I'm not even sure what the problem is but it certainly wasn't done in a way that made it a really super attractive playground I've been to many that have really fun things for kids and also I've placed this for parents to sit nearby that aren't in the sun entirely I haven't doing inqu all the time right well there it was a there was a replacement over the original the very original equipment um but that they did do that but that that was all the only thing that was done oh the M it didn't there well I I think that's pretty much all the old business unless anybody thinks I'm missing something Evan I this you should stop us from our usual implants and and and wines right um any any new business anybody wants to to talk about yes Community Day okay did did you when you talk to John stiic did you happen to ask him about the materials that he has from for last that we were going to use for Community Day last year uh so I just saw him yesterday I we put all the stuff in the old ambulance building oh um and uh I you know he gave me tons of stuff that he has and I think so was all some of that stuff unfortunately I didn't think to look through it or anything but I can always go back and and look through it and see what we because it it seemed to me that um whatever our theme was going to be last year and I'm wondering what it was I don't remember I I can't remember either well we can look but um John had a lot of he had different display panel stuff for it and um he also had lots of handouts pertaining to night skies and that whole and of course Margaret you got more of that but John had a whole lot of material that people could take away remember on the tables that he had yes um so anyway we will be asked soon to reserve uh our space again and we do need three to put down three people who say that they'll be there and that we'll come the next morning to help with cleanup so last year I put John and myself and Evan and I don't know who are third person is going to be this year maybe we can find uh we can ask I don't know anybody at the table right now um a thousand yes you would well you could judge for it that's for sure in my opinion but in any event I assume that always seems to come to me the table Reser ation thing I somehow I'm on that mail list I guess which is fine um but we really need to know what we're going to do and it would be nice if we could just use what we were going to do last year yeah let me um I'll go back to the building and and go through the stuff that he gave me okay you see what I find and I'll report back to you okay and I'm home um after this weekend I'm home for two weeks because I've actually rented my house to my ones so I'm not going to be going down so I'll be available for two weeks okay I mean practically every day if we if if it's helpful to meet about it yeah we got it not sure so we can get that together and um we still have to find more help I mean I'll recruit my nephew as usual and but yeah that's not enough people yeah okay okay so I doubt what what back that that's actually a good idea yeah because I I really don't remember what it was supposed to be so did did you said yeah what was that I'm gonna look at the minutes that we have from last year see if we can find any clues about what we discussed the topic was gonna be for sure when can we discuss it what do you think yeah probably yeah all right I'll just open them wa that um community yeah probably June July August yeah book stop um our theme for that year was the nature of Franklin Township it was going to include display material and sign well here let me just make it available well you just got the yeah here okay can you see this community D you can sort of see it yeah okay you can see it nobody else I mean to look at the laptop um you helped me pick up tables tense materials okay youi and John and Andy were were volunteers the theme was the nature of Franklin Township Farmland preservation night sky protection Forest protection what trees do for us native plants and animals including information on converting Lawns to wild flowers that's the stuff that John had okay waterways I'm not sure what we were doing for each of these things now um I was going to create the signage for each topic and materials for Farmland Forest waterways and plants and anal my God that's the whole thing and Mr spping had display material and handouts on night skies and the long long conversion okay I guess I was supposed to do more than I remember doing but if I whatever I did I gave it to John yeah okay well he gave me a whole bunch of uh top you know plastic tubs full of stuff there see with papers and could bu and everything yeah that'll be good because um um and I was going to put together a recruitment signup for that could be used to increase our email list and per perhaps find some additional EC guest participants all right once we look at it then I'll know whether there were things already on Farmland Forest Etc and uh waterways I'm not sure I can't recall what I did but we had it we were ready to go until that it got cancelled so there must be it must be pretty comprehensive I'm not sure I did all of the signage that we might need but that's easy enough to do he was like to make pictures of his it's far as JJ what's up I think John's debate was going to take pictures of his own garden yeah I and so I yes he must have done that because we we were ready to go with putting this stuff up we actually do that every year yeah yeah and I have John gave me the the tank too though I can do that as well yeah we always have fish we always have all the stuff that the kids can touch yeah um and we have uh all of the things that are pressed and that we put behind the glass all that's in tubs in um the ambulance building but the specifics are what John gave you I think uh for that exhibit because we always do a separate exhibit I always the play stands from s Jersey land water trust which I can do again if you want I assume we will want that what you and I and then we can report back in July to everybody that sounds good yeah okay so we have two weeks up L see there what we I'm here we're I'm in Franken rather than in well knock out of un that yeah right hopefully it's done yeah any other new business anybody wants to say anything about uh I I did coners with G pet and uh I emailed him because of the blog and unfortunately he had chains of P were and he changed the email to get into with but he says hi to everyone yeah I'm trying to work with them to see if we can somehow recover it goere and I'm also wondering about the um Pete and and Deborah worked and put together that whole contaminated site list that was well beyond what G has available for town for Franklin Township we had all of that they they been lot of time and created that whole uh list and it's a shame we couldn't I you know report on it on things that have been resolved or things that anything that needs to be added to it or Tak it off or whatever I don't know be nice to find that out too that was all under Pete Pete's um control ISO still to with r like in ask yes hopefully it seems like there's been countless hours of volteer of very knowledgeable volunteers giving okay such a valuable information and it's all been for is gone not used about here yeah yeah where's you at yes Connecticut Main oh they're in they originally went I thought to Connecticut but anyway well some stuff has Mor it hasn't been that bad I did talk actually to the guy at dvrpc about um about updating the environmental resource inventory and they're they've just off and on they've had Staffing problems like they they'll lose somebody and they don't have quite enough staff and then they hire somebody else um but he thought we should talk further about it because it might be not that hard to do an update and um I what I wanted to get was a price but uh I haven't gotten that yet I did talk to him just last week as a matter of fact um and of course one of the things that the master plan committee has said is and that the planner has said is uh Chris uh the planner Chris dney that we need to update the open space and Recreation plan now I don't even know if that's worth while because the old one has never been implemented and until it is I don't see the point in updating it but um still maybe it's worth it at least it's a recommendation perhaps going it going back into the master plan the updated master plan reexamination it's a recommendation in there to update both the ER and the osrp as the open space Recreation plan is called so okay should we enure yes all right no mail there's never any mail huh oh yeah no no mail I'm sorry yeah about that part yeah there's yeah okay all right uh anybody want to make a motion to ad motion to okay paper favor say I he and right is 8:37 for
