131 section 40 the wetlands protection act and City guard Wetland protection ordinance on no 10 followed by gra engineering on behalf of Roy copin for the uh construction of a single family home at 68 AIA Road this is a continuance to 92 9 and it's pushed to tonight U September 23rd anybody here to represent um J you got any other updates here I see the notice of intent here but 66 one where they had a smaller footprint and it was out of the 6 yeah yeah um I haven't received any correspondence since receiving that edited plan yeah and I haven't check to see results of any recent CBA meeting yeah so so we can't vote yeah the other thing was um K did a drive by they put up a big fence a stockade fence the neighbor did the neighbor the neighbor on on the North side okay yeah all right so joint public hearing under mjl chapter 131 section 40 in the W's protection act in city of gardener Wetlands protection ordinance a no of intent Follow by allpurpose storage represented by Chris Christopher Ruda Fieldstone land consultants for work on parcel ID x2213 through 16 8 14 9-8 at 143 Colony Road the project entails extension of existing storage facility including seven storage containers four of which are located within the buffer zones of a boarding vated white land this is D file 160 0664 it's under a violation enforcement order and it was also a continuance from September 9 2024 is anybody here to represent 143 Colony Road so right now you guys did a site visit out there site visit out there um a site visit out there and we couldn't get on the last time but I know you guys met Ken on site first time when the environmental scientist there you know yeah everything nothing had been Disturbed I mean it was the way it was when they bought it yeah so can you just send the email to Ken and let them know you know looking for an update yeah would someone like to make a motion to continue 143 Colony Road to 1028 which is our next meeting motion made thank you second all in favor we're going to move that to October [Music] 28th the next underdue business is a n Trail update I know Justin you've gone out there could you just kind of give us a brief lad down of where they stand I know you gave us a couple of their um looks like their you know their job reports and they're dated the 17th and the 19th seems like everything's going well but I did um just want to make sure that we see on here it says um still need to finish up uh some erosion controls we'd like those all installed we don't want to keep waiting and we want them all the way down and then they can maintain those and then uh we'd like to know when the project meetings are so you're can to attend and we still like the pro cor invite as well who's the project manager on that I [Music] believe so Alex is the main kind Bond person that I've been doing but the person that usually does the site visits champ okay also uh you should give a good sign while saw LS yeah they're going to be they should get them out of there yeah they should yeah just take a look and then just make sure that they have all of their um containment for any spills or Oils or anything like that they have all that stuff ready to go and did you have anything you wanted to add to that since you were out there know you gave us this little uh yeah we get this too yeah so what I put in the report as just a couple of things that we went over while we were on site um though I didn't have pictures of every single tree that we looked at there were approximately seven trees that that um we classified as either needing some form of pruning or potentially take Downs due to proximity to the trail and and what the condition of the tree was whether it was you know dangerous degree of Leaning lack of vegetation or already dead standing trees which we do take into account that sometimes those do count as snags or or habitat or certain species but given the amount of dead trees that are in there we did evaluate it on Case by case basis um there was also one other tree that we looked at that got a couple wax of a hatchet from somebody that had been in the area from weeks prior but after talking with DBW it might be a salvageable tree if we follow a couple steps in order to kind of isolate the damage and just help it heal do you have any pictures of this damage um I did not happen to include a picture that I on the report all right if you you head there tomorrow or no I I'll be heading there tomorrow take some pictures of that and texting today yep we'll do yeah you'll you'll know a little bit on that yep um and I believe that's a about it I mean there there's also a section not weed that under the conditions of this project we were you know tasked with working with them to help deal with it so um all the stocks and gr balls the technicians did their best to remove them physically by hand to not introduce you know you know any liability chemicals or anything such near resources that are within the particular resource areas that are around them um they were then put on a skid steer to then be taken out in large sections to a vehicle that would be later taken off site and disposed of properly [Music] okay and I think that's that's a about the other thing I have is just that um at the end of that site visit that's when I touch B with Alex and Aaron to make sure that we get the ball rolling with getting certain submitt in and certain invites to yeah need subm schedule y so I'll touch B with them again to make sure that all right um Just for future on me and you sent it to me but see how you should have the the the existing business then the old business the new business last okay okay just reorganized that I should have caught that I [Music] didn't now we're interested in like Doug and I did a couple together last time on on drones and use the drones in the Lost spot so we both went for that one so if there's something that we all need to go to together that's that's totally fine but we'll try to kind of sure so you I've been to most of these a couple times so pick what ones you guys want to go to I know David done with me too a couple times on record they're all I mean you can obviously go online listen to them but yeah we're trying to get somebody I've asked several times on that so it's nothing I can do on my end but F can so all right updates that I have for the commission is that we finally have our original electronic DP account finally up and running it took a little while to get it but it's the first time in almost a decade that we have the archival account so we're all set so should I actually used I actually used it for the prior for the permit that we the commission recently passed um I was able to submit it fully to both the D and the applicant within half an hour so it's good to finally be able to streamline something to just make it easier on all fronts it saves a little bit of time um there's a peer review portion of it that corrects so if there's something that is a little wonky then it'll point to that section so that way you have time to you know fix potential inconsistencies if there are any um and then yeah just it also saves a bit of money on some of our postage as well so it you know works works on multiple levels for us so and I think given fact that we are a small City and we do have a pretty consistent flow of you know incoming cases or cases that you know would move forward in one way or another uh I think that this will be really good moving forward the other update I just you were talking 120 won is going to appeal oh so just everybody's aware um and my last meeting right yeah it's all we're all done our uh and my last uh update is that um ALC Consultants reached out um on behalf of National Grid and they'll be sending corresponden within the next few weeks about a proposed recloser installation off of East Broadway we'll get into that once they send their correspondence through I think that given the footprint of the are existing utility I don't think that it will require too much extra curvie over part I think it'll be largely ex okay want to ahead of time so you got anything else what's that file anything over that you want to go over that's all just that's all just the Sol state for some of the cases that we already just have okay yeah so all
