want to copy these okay you get um do I hear a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting for August 19th yes I make a motion we accept them I'll second that all those in favor i i two nothing do I hear a motion to accept the minutes of the executive session of August 19th yes I make a motion a second all those in favor I the minutes of September 16th we're going to be tabled uh because Bill wasn't here for that and the executive minutes for September 16th will also be tabled do you want these now Michelle the ones I've signed motor vehicle excise abatement forms eight of them great can I ask a question on the minutes which we can't approve it says the ccle in inspection and schedule for physical year 2025 was posted where where was that posted um posted R the area at the front of those okay thank you you did I can't believe Andre just walked down now this is different total than what's on the agenda no I've got M for you go excise eight of them oh I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm with you now my signature tends to get a little worse as they go along as boy I'm not very proud of that one for for the warning commitment for for um the abatements you just signed $ 33,785 cents no that's commitment number five okay got to find this one 762 sign it oh okay sorry we already signed that first one copy Michelle's time sheet why do there two time sheets two two time sheets just signing yeah why am I sing two different months or weeks no months one of these has been posted already right um they've both been sent down you just need to them or sign them I'm just going to put the dates down yep it's been a while bill is payable four of them yes I'm not do you want me to list them no it's up to you you're the secretary well I'll list the biggest one CA CI okay we have a notice here for the Hampshire Hampton County ass assessors Association for a fall seminar which doesn't look that all that impressive your thoughts I would learn something I'm not sure what there's always something new okay you have any problem with that going you mean her going yeah no all right I don't have any problem going let us know what you learned cuz they don't have anything listed there there's a few things we have money in the budget that's the only thing I ask yeah we do have money got you so that's a yes Michelle you think that what are you going I would like to go that's fine what's the date of that 24th I thought Thursday October 24th yeah okay that's fine now we have um V's exemptions is Clause um 22A we got a total of 24 of these I believe get out that stamp right come on come on you hardly ever get out we've been updated 24 26 27 28 2 37 times signat 37 signatures here you can do it you you're saying um that we've been notified that something's going to be changing with the RMV but we weren't sure yet something yeah something something came through the email today but I didn't get a chance to read it before I left so something's changing I'll forward it on to you tomorrow in the um procedure I I'm not sure or are they changing the software now that it runs well who knows doesn't run well who knows they got to change something to just to keep their job yeah maybe something to do with the hero Act Michelle you'll send me this in electronic form I will thank you but in a perfect world we should end up with approximately 80 of the veterans responses that was a question what is that we sent out 82 yeah say my List's right here now we sent out 82 is that because we had 82 last year uh no we sent out a little bit more more people applied this year than what was on our list last year good thank you yeah somewhere around 81 85 81 and then you have to when to respond April 1st of next year okay y October 10th there's going to be no transactions for the RMV they're updating their system see told you Statewide system maintenance that should go seamlessly not ever ever for and some people want to use a stamp I don't get it I'm not sure can we use one legally I don't know I'm not interested in entertaining the thought I don't think so I don't think so either I think that's why we don't two veterans exemptions um 22d for a total of $800 $400 a piece oh signing the wrong place Mich Michelle you'll have to White out my signature I signed in the wrong place I'm sorry that's okay that's easy enough you didn't sign it so which one did I say it's stuck together I've got two listed for uh for is one of those of 750 no they're both 400 I've got three here for 400 we got four of them oh there's a whole there should be 2 they were all 400 all even all the previous ones 22d two of them for a total of $800 there should be 122a this is this is a g here this is a d okay those are both A's those are A's okay that's where it is I didn't pick up on the A and the D you got one for 750 yes capital a Michelle I'm just double checking with you here um this one was a full exemption um I think it was supposed to be 22 capital A but there was no capital A on it's not a full exemption that's only the 7501 it's the 22d big capital d That's the the full exemption you're right oh excuse me right but that's right okay I didn't want to correct it without letting you know cuz I could be wrong NOP you were right now you got the capital D there correct yes it's easy for something like that to occur 375 a.m Rose Street is this a relatively new home I don't know 375 a street I doubt it nope no it's pretty high for an older home that's why I'm asking right I can't place what's the assist value 656 656 900 yep we year was that built get there okay what' you say getting there 1999 wow and people are still building new homes I know it's ridiculous there was a new building code that came came into effect July 1 and the town of Bel toown had 46 New permits since July 1 filed before that came into effect to beat the deadline because the new deadlines are just the new rules are just they add 15% I've heard to the cost I've I've heard that 15% right across the board and you know you get the usual and not unfounded response of okay I'm not building anymore they're not wrong they're not right but they're not wrong it just you just made it tougher for everyone would afford a home that's all you've done you haven't made their living space any more efficient in fact I would maintain you made it a lot less efficient that for thank you we've received the budget as of October 4th yeah so through September through September right as of 10 anything noteworthy on this so where do we get with the um yeah last time Bill for vision so it's it's three months of the year three months of the year physical year physical year I thought there was supposed to be more in software maintenance then what's there all right we need more than that well I don't know where that additional amount that was requested went okay so you were mentioning that it could be in a different line item all right I I wasn't sure all right I will ask about that I thought I you're talking about what Chris I thought he paid that out of some other account it didn't come out of our account yeah was it supposed to show up on this I no I don't think so oh yeah that's what we were kind of talking about last meeting where that yeah I'm not when he comes up with additional money that's not a annual thing usually doesn't show up on this but and there's something on the back here wonder that is all right I will ask about it because I do want to know where it came from and where it got put one two three four five six seven eight sales market sales right there was a lot of is that on the list on on here just the la3 one group oh oh oh uh sales for and uh do we have a separate sheet from from the war group I did not okay that's fine um you don't have to okay what's the D ambition L we missed you jumped over that one say again the what's the Diane Bishop education line so that was something I wanted to discuss with Dakota here so I guess that can be tabled all right so you know how we were trying to get Manny in right dian's of possibility yeah how did okay uh we'll we can discuss that uh after the other stuff okay um uh Tommy vanon bought green something in green metal Lane is that um last name correct the spelling of the last name um cuz I recognize that name oh and it's what's the address say again what was the address um 33 Green Man l oh that last house cute house 155 brunette stre the one that jumps out of me is on Pinebrook yep come on come on hello if you're interested and I'm just kind of curious um I will probably take a look at 11 Pine Brook Circle the one is that the oh 11 yeah LT are you questioning the spelling of the last name yes y v o n n e what's the address of the buyer it's y v o n did I put an e in there no there isn't um oh what's the address of the buyer is that house the new house okay well then it's not the person I's thinking of so you can jump out of there but thank you for anyways I don't I I think I probably just wasted your time a little bit but 11 Pine Brook circle's kind of curious sorry about that I thought I head it off now I do have it off did you you notice the Pinebrook one yes I'm going to have to go by I don't know right it's just okay are you tearing yourself away from whatever you're looking at me yes are you questioning the sale amount no oh um I wonder why it's so high I maybe some work was done that we don't know about okay um which would be my kneejerk assumption um if you could since you're there but I think I lost you yeah go ahead um get a property card for that yeah thanks cuz it's right around the corner for me I'll sneak up on them maybe I'll take Andre with me and see if we can stir up some trouble why not it's what we do no Greg yes we just did the la3 but the wi group was a different line what's the one What's um last couple of meetings we've um had our information presented under a format from the Warren Group which is the same as just a standard la3 report okay um so is it totally is it separate then yeah and we're not doing that anymore okay from now on that's going to be deleted gotta that won't that won't so I'm going to put delete for tonight right it doesn't add anything to our information because the other one comes right in the the registry right so now if I can tear tear you away from that Roy was in it's your turn my turn yes Roy has been very very very busy he's happy he's been in he's busy or you're busy he's busy keeping me busy good okay so he's been in all day each of those days that um he's here he's is almost done with what he needs to do I need to do some things for him tomorrow um which are what personal property things and then um he'll be back on Wednesday can I yeah back on Wednesday to hopefully complete everything is there a reason the spreadsheet wasn't sent to Ryan so I was working on it with Roy because some of it didn't some of the things that Ryan was asking for Roy said it was fine the way it was so we're going to say that back to Ryan Yes okay and can you subst can we substantiate that yeah okay y good so do we have another appointment with Ryan not yet okay because he has not received what I understand so I think he and he should receive it maybe Wednesday or Thursday so Roy was working on a lot of reports and he says what's going to happen next is Ryan's going to get those reports and he's going to go through them and he's probably going to ask questions about them which then goes back to Roy and then Roy might come back so back it's back and forth between the two of them right yeah good so we'll see Wednesday good you en does Roy have any thought when is this going to be completed by the end of October I yes that's what it seems like should be yeah well that would be my thought that's what I'm asking right okay yeah of course we don't dare asking and then and then it has to be all this has to be posted publicly posted for one week yeah so I don't I'm not sure when that needs to be done and how that needs to be done but okay I know it needs to be done yeah right so so I suspect that that will be on our agenda for our next meeting yeah in a in a per speaking of our next meeting which is not on the agenda here it's two weeks from tonight the 21st which is also a town meeting the town meetings at 7 can we meet instead of at 6 can we meet at 5:30 and that way we can meet before the town meeting and we're not conflicting with the time that's fine with me yeah then we keep it the same date work for you Michelle so 5:30 5:30 on October 21st and that way we can have an up to an hour and 15 minute meeting then head over to town meeting and anybody who wants to come here can come here and then go there instead of trying to find some other date right okay thank you for letting me interject those I don't like to see this very often but that was a good idea you know thank you it hurt me to say that and I said it on camera too so but you sent it you said it very gently yeah it still hurts me a little bit um SE uh there's a note here September 30th October 3rd and 7th the he been in this is all right yep I didn't mix out of that okay it was supposed to be tabed over the hero act uh we will table once again until the entire boards right um we've covered the a oh no we've got an annual meeting um which we don't have to decide now but you've got a uh notice of or I could give you a notice of it yeah it's just an FYI it should be I just made money I just made money and I and that was on the camera too that probably didn't look that good it's possible that didn't work that good December 5th oh so when it's a late morning thing yeah that's I guess the is that our new thing now so it's not at night no I don't think so oh that kind of sucks it's terrible yeah um cuz last year it was a luncheon yeah I don't like lunch you know when I get to drinking the rest of my day shot Bill uh I think they had it last year during the day too yeah that means us work and stiffs can't go right um Dakota probably can make it but that's just uh received uh we don't have to decide on that now it just came in yeah received what does Raymond uh mors want um he just wanted a butter list okay for his purposes okay wasn't doing anything or building anything do you know what Properties Plus wanted to B his list for oh um he wants to build a another building I've get two paper clips here for some reason right for the turnover right for the cash and this is this was already signed um and we're just receiving the check okay and that might be the case with this one too or rece receiving cash on our but's list for 16 East Street moriset you said he's building what Moret just wanted the butters list for person it's hardly ever just because so that list that you're looking at now is from um the building inspector he wants us to go through our records and see what we can find with to correspond with his records okay what are we looking for so I haven't really looked at it yet I just wanted to make you guys aware that that came in okay and I will be spending time looking at that list he wants to know if we have any information for these people for this so seems that there's um certif certificates of occupancies missing okay with the new homes they're kind of getting missed okay so apparently the intrum inspectors may have them outside of Gran so and if we go through this and get all caught up he'll be happy well we're going to see what we have I don't think we're going to have anything much different than what he has right which would require a visit to these properties um asking for a CO I think best Cas scenario I think that's what he's doing he's following up with right homeowners okay um did you want to see this list this is from Ryan no no that's from the building inspector the building inspector and what's the isue he doesn't have the completed documentation for those properties or where they're at for that matter right he doesn't know where they're at like did he have interim building inspectors give a certif certificate of occupancy or are they still outstanding or what I'm going to take a look at that again some of these are complete because I've been out to them right I mean I'm going to say a fair number of these I've been out to right um he just doesn't know um and he would like our help knowing yeah that's the best way I can say it okay I I can do about half of these because I've been to half I'm going to say more than half of these houss all right and and that they're complete and they're complete I've been in them all right well why don't you write down the ones uh put your initials next to the ones you've been out to okay yeah because I can just go through those records there cuz those are all the new houses yeah and then I mean if he needs us to go out we'll go out yeah go back to the cards but I'm a little lost because he's got the certificate of occupancy status for many of them right here he just wants to make sure that we have that here too oh yeah want to make sure all of our U records agree yeah so is this a copy I can can I come in and talk with you about these and see if our records are correct do you know if our records are correct from this I haven't been able to look at it yet do you want me to come in sometime tomorrow and do this with you um no because I don't think he needs it right away but I got to get Rory stuff done right okay well then would he be good with a copy of that yeah you can have that I'm going to put it in my file when you want me to come in let me know okay file's pretty I'm in town two two days a month at the most at the most win's coming I'm assuming going to be home more often oh my God 250 State Street that's um behind the Old Town Hall yes they're renting the garage yes and my question I my question is what how much of the garage space do we have rented on because they rent the garage to a profit organization they pay taxes right and so we need to contact them and find out how much they're renting right now we only know they're renting the right hand end of that garage that's all we have records of meaning that that's all that's available no that's all that we have a record of that they're renting to to a for-profit corporation or business right but they have a sign out front they've had one for about a month now so we have one two three four five six pieces of property um listed with question marks what are those question marks come from is that from you or from him this one about the renting the garage Bays was from B okay he was asking me because there's been a sign and I gave him the property card I didn't know okay 158 Kendall Street no pool right yeah a tree just fell on that pool yeah can I just take it off the card okay 126 School Street I suspect maybe the same thing uh but if you want me to check I'll check I'll check the card's in there is it that's what all this nonsense is I don't want this I really don't but I don't know what you want me to do with it either um I've got something from the grany mass I'm Excuse me the Massachusetts environmental police that is the boting list that we don't do so I didn't print out the whole list because there seems like there's a lot of boats in town but we don't excise TX on I don't get any so I didn't print out the list I just printed out the notice very good that's interesting um well it's where the boats are as where they're located as on January J one right that determines where they get taxed and typically you would have to ask the the homeowners offer a copy of their tax bill correct in order to prove that you don't house it in gramby yeah I just was told gramby doesn't do it it it means you got to run around on January first and take pictures of every yard yeah they have which I'm not above doing because I'm a creep but I mean and I'm I don't do it for the excise tax I do it for the creepy Factor you got to you got to stay in practice 158 Kendall Street okay that was snow poool definitely 126 School Street I I'll take a look at okay 403 brch Street I don't know uh I will take a look at that 403 that's got to be it's in there yeah c in there that's gross yeah that's a fair average I mean it's a tough one um but it's is that 403 yeah they did some fixing up but it's like they put paint on a pig I mean that's they have that but I mean they might have done it with no permit that's not our issue right but it's a fair question and and all it is is a uh a building on a slap obviously mhm and they put paint on a pig and it looks a lot better but it's still Pig I'm so you know that's a little [Applause] harsh but if he's P it's valued at $260,000 I wouldn't want to try bumping it up I no thank you well and I know this because I go by that every morning on my way to work oh and there's a kid sitting out in front ready for he waves to me yeah um and that's a fair question of the fair average depreciation value or depreciation code that that's I think that's pretty accurate yeah like I say I don't want to go up more than I don't think it's average um I don't think it's worth more than $260,000 if there's 600 square feet there that would be a lot okay uh 309 East State Street missing glass greenhouse on a card yeah there's no Greenhouse well I know who was there I do too he's sitting at the other end of this table right I don't know why it would be missing and that's the only feature of the property I mean unless they put it up since you were there no right I'm trying to give you the benefit of all right we need to fix that says here the well we've got um a commercial building right here 250,000 sare ft commercial building being is that the greenhous is that the downstairs building the door I got Greenhouse right here that's a building permit right I don't and that's not listed on a sketch because I don't know how you would list it on a sketch there's there is there's a code for that right but I don't know how you list it on sketch um so we need to change the code on it is that what you're say square footage I don't know as the code in there for like a residential Greenhouse would reflect the value of that 250,000 Square ft what's an SHP for um let me get to the card go ahead why don't we just hit her with two questions at the same time work twice as fast isn't this potentially the greenhouse HP4 4,800 ft what's more than 4 4,800 sare ft you think it is yeah okay the greenhouse yeah okay it's going to be at least 30 by 60 if not more 30 by 60 is only 18800 Square F feet oh excuse me if right um 4,800 sare F feet is a big ho yeah big what's the I put an average there shop the SHP 4 is a shop a shop yeah that's a bit of a nebulous there's no 4,800 foot shop there um did that question come from Ryan or from Roy um I don't remember because it didn't come from you we have another problem here great this is not very good it's not brand new very good means brand new where okay well see the yart so we got to drop that okay she's doing research right nowal glass so a commercial glass Greenhouse is $8 per square foot so a plastic one is three I want to know where the 4,800 square foot shop is there right it's possible that that that was the only code back code that they had B then back in 2002 yeah um if we're I mean we could discuss these properties is there anything uh here that we need to discuss for the sake of uh being on camera did we determine where this request came from no no we don't have anything else did you hear my question I don't believe looking at our agenda that we have anything else that we need to do video taper and okay that's fine so on that note I'm going to adjourn the meeting at 657
