##VIDEO ID:eA0DK5V0xAY## all right we are back from executive session and we'll resume regular session um due to a technical issue I'd ask that you bear with me U we'd like to uh repeat a moment of silence everybody please stand [Music] like you to please join me in a moment of silence in memory of Mr Frederick Tumi who passed away on October 30th Mr Tumi was a dedicated and beloved member of this votch community both as an educator and as a member of the school committee we ask that you keep Mr Tumi and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time please pause for a moment of silence thank you everyone we just got through the public comment was there any public comment okay thank you we will um take out of order and move to item number number eight new business so that we can um move on with the ratification of the collective bargaining agreements and I'll yield to superintendent Watson thank you Mr chairman uh so item D the ratification of the collective bargaining agreement with the GN beu uh we had kind of a last minute uh catch today um I've spoken with thebu presidents as well as their bargaining co-chairs uh there's one piece of the contract that we want to clean up the language on prior to bringing it to the committee uh for approval and so we're going to pull that from the agenda tonight uh I will work with the leadership of the Union over the next few days to get that addressed I do think it will be able to be rectified this week um get it back in their hands they will take it to the membership and advise me uh when the membership has approved at which time I will come back to the committee uh to look at scheduling a subsequent meeting for ratification Andor putting it on our December 10th um agenda okay uh that said we do have a uh agreement with the waiter New Bedford administrators Union gnb Au U that we are prepared uh to execute this evening Mr Shepard is here M romanelli will also be participating for the gnb um so they will sign uh the mo MOA and the new administrative contract uh on behalf of that unit before I pass it around to you folks before I do so I just want to take a minute um kind of acknowledge the spirit of the negotiations with with the gnba uh Mr Shepard had approached me in the winter time to kind of talk about uh the path forward we conducted those sessions these sessions in my office um without members of the legal team and all members of the MTA and so I just want to express my kind of public gratitude uh for what I think was a very cordial process uh that has helped to land uh what I hope is a very fair uh and uh successful agreement with the administrators I'm very proud of the work that we did together um to bring about what I think is something that will benefit members of the gnba certainly the district as we do the important work of educating our kids and uh you know one of the proudest things that I hope to be able to say next month with gnb is that we're able to agree to what I think is the best um cost of living increase um in my time here um and I hope that that speaks volumes of what we value to the folks that are doing the work every single day so um guy and Joanne and others my deep appreciation for uh a very cordial process that I think has yielded a very successful contract for our administrative Union Yes you have you can actually call for that right now before so prior to signing we'll um call for a motion to approve the collective bargaining unit with the GMB Au we could have a motion to that effect motion is is made do we have a second second for the second is there any discussion or questions adding to that hearing none we'll call for the vote all in favor I anyone opposed so moved unanimously no no I mean temperature WI M Roman Elli and Mr shepher on behalf of the school committee thank you for your cooperation as well appreciate the fact that we could come together and get this done in a timely manner so I think this is uh good for everybody so thank you thank you [Music] anywh been told yeah get money for this is that mine yeah that's the real bosses she'll take care of this we putting stuff over there yeah it will send to them and answer to we will uh send you a copy okay very good thankk thank you thank you prep two on the yeah 3% all right so next um we'll get to those two votes out of the way we um need a motion for approval of the Coler increase for fiscal 25 for non-union Personnel move a motion with a second we should just designate that it's a 3% cost of living increase in the motion okay so be a 3% uh cost of board increase for n Union Personnel okay we have a motion with a second any other questions or discussion hearing none call for the vote all those in favor I I anyone opposed okay passes unanimous all right moving back to the regular order of business we have the acceptance of minutes for October 8th 2024 meeting our motion to approve motion to approve second Mo the second any discussion all those in favor I I anyone opposed okay pass is unanimous and we also need a separate vote to uh accept and hold the minutes of the executive session until the matter is completed so move okay we have a motion for a second any discussion okay all those in favor I anyone oppos we have um approval of the bills uh as noted in the warrant 25-4 1,457 5469 for your approval to approve the second all those in favor anyone oppose we move uh we have um for Mr zebua bring us the members up to date on the facilities upgrade good evening everyone we have a uh brief presentation that I want to make uh all the work that we've done pretty much since I want to say April April of this year till right now um and we got some slides up here and we can uh watch them together and I'll kind of describe as we go along we wer able to incorporate every single project we'd be here for a long time so but there's most of them are here and I think you see first one is our playground our playground area uh what we did here is we squared up all the concrete edges um which uh we're unsafe uh we we we squared it all up we brought in mulch um as you can see here uh students spreading the mulch um throughout the entire area and here is the Finish project here this was our playground area and every project you see here it is so unique and it's it's it's it's kind of special to work in in our school during the summer because it's such a collaboration between our students our uh cbte teachers outside vendors outside contractors our facility team Our IT team everyone working together everyone plays a different part in every single project that we do the second um one up there is the finalization of our track if you remember last year just before winter time we had all the layers down but it was too cold to put the top layer on it the top rubberized layer and this this went in over the summer and take a look at that beauty that looks pretty good I think we uh we have a very nice track second to none in the area where our students can uh enjoy and compete um our next project was our main office project we uh we were able to expand the main office creating four new work areas for those of you who remember the old safe that's it on the left side uh and there's on the right there's Mr foron uh working with the students showing them teaching them as they uh continue doing the project you see the students the teachers working side by side this is what the project uh ended up being this is your typical office um in the area and this is how our exterior of the main office finished right here another project that we did was the parking lot Hills our parking lot Hills were a concern and it was basically a safety concern uh the visibility and the line of sight was not there and security was having issues um in our parking lot so we we moov the parking lot Hills and as as if they were never there um they look very nice um in the springtime we'll we'll plant a couple of trees here and there uh we'll put some thought as to where they're going to go um so like that they they don't impede any uh Vision going forward and we then we had an idea there was a hill in the back of our school native football field that the oldtime football players had to run Hills back back in the day and we looked up there we said we can do something nice for V Tech uh and we had an idea and there we are carving it out and lo and behold the word Bears showed up there uh and it it looks you know not to be corny and throw out a d joke we had a bright idea and boom let there be light right we ran some conduit out there put some light on there now every event we have now in the school whether it's a football game a soccer game a track meet whatever it is we get to depict who we are and a nice classy way up on that Hill the next project was probably our biggest project of the year which was our collision shop we uh did a complete renovation in the shop we're probably 98% there almost there um we we got new booths got new prep stations we put in LED lights we added current we we did a whole revamp of that shock um and here's some pictures right here you'll see on the left side the demolition that seems like an eternity ago the demolition of that shop when we started digging foundations for the booths the foundations going in uh the boots going up that's throughout the year all the contractors working diligently and there remember we got we got three months to do this no more no less we got to move uh and there's a nice shot of of the finished product of the collision shop second to none in the area the next sh uh next project we did was the HVAC units what we did is we replaced several HVAC units with two Erv rooftop units basically if if you went down U towards door six which is the Electrical Plumbing hallway all the units that were on both sides all the shops all of those units are all gone and we now have two units supplying all of those shops simultaneously there here you'll see pictures of the uh duck work going in those are the units being hoisted up over our building being set in place there's the units Up on the Roof it is a great project we're able to control our system so much better now uh fresh air into all of those shops there our next project uh was one of my favorites uh it was our Auditorium project um there we were able to um replace the seats we were able to replace the rugs uh put down an epoxy floor uh we we we took off all the lights that were over the seating we replaced it all with LED lighting and the theater can lights that were still from the 1970s were all replaced and we looked at the project we looked at the at the area we said it's the biggest area we got in the school but when there's nothing going on it Delights are off what do we do right so we added 100 plus armed tablets in the middle know the tablets that if you lift up put the front the student can write on now this area here not only serves as the aori for theater for meetings for whatever now a class or something else can utilize the area also and you can pick over 100 students in there to do exams or do whatever they need to do these are some pictures of the work as it went along there you see on the left side that's one of our staff members we did all the electrical work ourselves we did not sub that out uh the right side shows all the seats being have been removed uh the left side kind of looks like something out of Star Wars but that's the uh the basis for the seats so all of those were installed at that point the rugs were coming in um the the seats were already in place there the LED lights had be had been done the Cann lights had been replaced and the show will go on um we we now have an auditorium that's going to last us many many years something to be proud of um and I I'd love for everyone when you have a chance poke your head in there turn on the lights the switches in the back turn on the lights and take a look at it um we actually installed lighting if if you look closely um the square edges around the seats um on the floor that's actual lighting there I staff installed that lighting so when the lights go off for the shows when the lights go off for a presentation those lights will remain on almost like when you go down a theater or you're going in the airplane and it it really gives it a classy look um so I challenge you to swing by there take a look at those so amongst all of that we said we we're going to keep going here what else did we do this summer uh we we we refurbished lockers um we installed LED lights in our um uh Fieldhouse we took out all the lights that um had been there for many many years and by you know trying to film we were having a hard time because the lighting just wasn't there so all of those lights in the Fieldhouse have have been replaced with LED lights we went into history rooms um here you'll see uh walls that are going up in history rooms uh if you're familiar with a few of our classrooms in the school we still got those partitioned walls and if you're teaching in one area you hear what the next guy's saying on the other room and you hear what the other person saying on the other room well we're going to start attacking those and we started this year so the history the history division got the the first run at it um they absolutely love it the walls have been up it's like soundproof and they can do their magic with our students well we continue putting up walls we went down a plumbing and Engineering shop there there you see a student working on the wall there and we built built the wall there that kind of divided the shop and we added the the plumbing shop on the other side you'll see the wall on the left side the the mudding was completed at that point now on the right side you'll see half walls that were installed in the architectural shop uh previous to those half walls being there all the electrical wiring all the cables everything ran everywhere so we put the half walls in there once those were completed 100% all the desks inet computers went in right beside it what else did we do we went into Automotive we painted all the safety lines all the grates and freshened up that shop we updated and maintain our fire system as you can see on the right side there throughout the summer we started this is the first one of of a half dozen to come um replacing grease straps in our building um this was was in the bakery shop so we started in Bakery and we're just going to work our way down the line and once we're done in we'll hop over into the cafeteria area there but that is a complete brand new grease trrap system uh installed in the bakery area um that'll that'll last an eternity now for us the walkway directly in front of our flat poles uh was all uh falling apart needed to be replaced so we took a look at it and said you you know what not only are we going to replace the uh uh flat Hole uh the the sidewalks I apologize uh we installed lighting if you if you notice down on the right side you see those little circles in front of the uh the flag poles there's one there in the front and there's two actually in the grass area directly behind us so there's three lights shining up so our flag the United States flag will no longer have to go up and go down she'll be lit all night long um all our flags are now lit and they look absolutely gorgeous in the evening and miss all of this we had 175 rooms to clean maintain and do so let me go forward here's our staff hitting it hard here this is how it looks once we empty out our rooms and you know we got all the computers and desks and everything out move about a thousand things out of a room and hopefully we remember where everything goes when we put it back and boom this is what it looks like when it's done room looks good actually the room on the right side down an automotive uh that's one of their classes that actually got painted while we while we did the floors there that area cleaning rugs down in childhood uh Child Care area cleaning the vents very important that's actually one of our students cleaning the vents right there part of the ventilation system all of this happened this summer you and I'm I'm I'm going to say it one more time because I I think it's so important for everyone to really get it between uh our students our teachers our staff um our contractors and with your support we're able to do all these great things here at VTech um I I thank you personally and right here in this room when we were working in here I looked out that window and that's what I saw I figured I'd show you also okay what I saw she was sitting right out there and I said wow so I took a picture of her and we're going to finish off with our staff right here and you can see them listen among amongst all of that work they still had time to smile okay smile doing their jobs and uh it's uh it truly is a pleasure um I thank you for the opportunity of doing this year after year so thank you very much I have to to say you're one of my favorite departments um because I love coming here in the summertime and watching all this stuff um I toured the school during the summer and we actually had a tough time getting around because there was so much going on that we had to keep taking uh different diversions absolutely so um you know kudos to you and your your team you do an awesome job um I opened up I hate to say this I opened up the school as a sophomore when it first opened and being here it looks as good as it did the day it open it's a credit to everyone who works truly is thank you absolutely thank you nice job y just like 181 Helman street right good old days all right um next we have Mar alayas we bring the members up to date on the uh thought exchange all right so couple years ago we introduced a posip which is short for par and gossip and it's a great platform for parent to share a thought whether it be positive or negative you know usually a parent who needs something they call the school they don't know who to ask and so this platform allows families and and their caregivers um students caregivers to um share um a complaint and then with the community Specialists we reach back out to the parent so they have the choice of leaving their their contact information or making a comment an anonymously so with that said and it's going for it's been going on for a few years we now introduce thought exchange okay so I'm going to show you a video of what it is but it allows families and caregivers to kind of see am I the only one who's thinking this um or am I crazy or is is this a valid concern or should I share this out so it's a platform that they can share their thoughts and then they can see what other families and caregivers are thinking saying feeling and they can rate those and then there's another layer of the thought exchange that makes it a super powerful platform and you'll see it in the video in a second so and then Mr Watson will uh jump in when it comes to employee and Community experience you want better ways to engage people and faster ways to make sense of the data and take action so you don't waste a moment Legacy experience platforms create a cycle of low engagement and complex timeconsuming analysis but where other platforms stop thought exchange is just getting started thought exchange is the AI engagement and experience platform revolutionizing how you ga an an analyze feedback powered by Cutting Edge Ai and backed by continuous innovation and exceptional customer service our Innovative technology turns surveys into solutions by merging the quantitative data collection you expect with the qualitative engagement methods you need and want thought precise yet flexible AI playbooks so they don't miss the moments that matter most to their participants do exchange puts AI to work for you so you'll spend less time in meetings less time manually sorting through data and more time on effective problem solving get to better outcomes faster with thought exchange so as you can see thought exchange is now tapping into the AI because now ai is all over the place whether it be on our phones or computers or you know analytics um platforms that deal with analytics so um it just it gives these families an opportunity to share their ideas also see what others are are saying um then the powerful piece is the AI we see it on a dashboard and it kind of reminds me back of the during the pandemic sending out these surveys to families and then we have to analyze each you know comment every feedback and that took a long time now with the power a AI it really just generates these common themes it gives it breaks us down uh breaks it down to you know data graphs and what families are really thinking and feeling so it really it's taking your typical Survey Monkey uh to the next level so and now we can also share this out with families and uh we just ran two of them last couple weeks yeah so uh just to kind of wrap up this piece so uh thought exchange was something we became aware of last year um actually an incoming superintendent that actually used it for our entry plan in a big Community thousands of people participated and kind of turned us on to this idea um as Mr P just mentioned we've run I think three exchanges so far one with our non-pts staff during the first week of school um and more recently one with our professional staff on November 5th for in inperson PD and one with families our first one with families um what it allows us to do and I think this has been already explained is uh really hear from everyone right sometimes and being loud person right uh loud people tend to dominate the space right so when when I'm in a room when I'm talking about a room right you you going to remember but I'm only one of the people that's in this room right so we need to be able to hear from everybody that's in the room uh those that are loud those that are outspoken and those that are quiet um and what this platform allows us to do is to make sure that everyone's voice is heard right I can't tell you the amount of time someone will come into my office and say Well they're all saying it who's they right we need to know who they is is it six of us is it me and my friends right is it the whole Community uh who are we talking about right this gives us the ability to really tap into so I'm really grateful for our team we had about 160 Educators participating on November 5th uh PD platform give or take a few um and a few hundred that participated in our family platform so we got a good cross-section of folks to kind of pilot this exchange and what we're going to do this week and I outlined this in my newsletter to the team is kind of share out what the results of that look like whether it's it's word splashes whether it's AI generated themes what were the high points what were the low points what were people actually saying who participated in in the survey and this is going to give us some feedback we intend to use it uh with students during the course of the year to try to gauge what their feedback looks like and then you're able to kind of compare that feedback across stakeholders what are parents and famili saying what are Educators saying what are students saying are they saying the same thing are they saying different things and how does that help to infuse what the future of the district looks like from a strategic planning standpoint so uh it's a really powerful tool we made it the district smarty goal number two this year um I've committed the district to four or five exchanges with the data pieces the first few have been conducted um at the end of the year I'll be proud to share that that feedback looks like and how it formed the plans and direction of the district so we just wanted to kind of introduce you to it tonight parents sent to sent to to the portal or it sent to the we shared out a link and then U through email and text and as as their um meaning a response they can see others also responding and at that time you can actually rate these comments so what you want to check on on the parental side is to make sure that we have all the the numbers that are in there but it was sent out and what happens I've gone back and forth into it on my end um you can go back and kind of see like 81 people have commented right and these are the thoughts there're in and I you don't want to rate everyone maybe you st to scroll through some of those thoughts all of a sudden one really kicks out at you that that you agree with and you really get in there and kind kind of U push it but uh yeah I mean it's it's going to take some time it's going to take some education with families it's going to take some education with our staff like I said it would have been great to see 250 people participate in it but I was pretty excited the fact that we had you know 60 75 60 to 7% of our staff um engage in it so uh we we'll see where it goes anything else from the committee okay thank you next we have the superintendent shout out so this this month is kind of an easy one for me so I uh convened the superintendent uh student Advisory Group for the first time uh on October 30th um and generally what happens we didn't have any freshman participate which is not uncommon in the beginning but we we had a group of about 12 or 14 um students that participated sophomore juniors and seniors and I always asked them to come with you know a couple things that are going really well and a couple of things that they think need to be improved uh because I do believe that we want to hear from all the stakeholders in the process because not everybody shares the same successes or the same concerns and what was most powerful is of course it's the first one and I said you know who wants to start um and you know young lady I I I won't mention the name in the back kind of opened the conversation in a way that really brought a lot of Pride uh to the conversation for me she wanted to highlight the district's efforts around culturally responsive lesson planning and teaching in the classroom and she challenged the other 11 members around the table to give an example of a culturally relevant lesson that one of their educating teachers had done over the last six months eight months um in their shop classes or in an academic class and to a person around the table and members of the team were with me they were all able to point to something and so it wasn't so much the the uh the lesson that stuck with me it was how proud I was of our team right this is something that we have been talking about now for going on three years uh we it's part of our district goals every year we're talk I'm talking about it with Mr Williams Mr Williams is talking about it with the directors the directors are talking about it with the department heads what became obvious to me uh by listening to kids is that department heads are sharing out with teachers and teachers are working with kids and kids are now reporting full circle uh to the superintendent about uh the work that's being done and uh to have that be unprompted and the first comment ment um was kind of the Highlight for me of that session and so my shout out this this month is really to our entire team uh because I'm I'm just really proud of the fact that uh we've taken this culturally responsive teaching and folks are really trying to incorporate that into their lessons and we're talking about it during our PD days if you're not comfortable let us help get you comfortable let us support you in any way that we can we've had some we have some fantastic Educators behind us who have given uh opportunities to other Educators to come into classrooms this was a centerpiece of our professional development day on November 5th where I was in that classroom and you know dozens of Educators were in there during each of the sessions learning from their peers but um I just want to commend the entire team because I think it's really important that kids are able to see themselves in the lessons that we're teaching every day uh and it was kind of music to my ears to be able to hear that come from from from a mouth of a student and then repeated from nearly a dozen other students of similar experiences that they've had here in the last year so really proud of our efforts and uh and our continued Focus to try to make improvements so that's my shout out for the moment all right next we would have our student representative report uh Caroline perea is not with us this evening so we'll pass over that report uh next we have the Arison report and you'll take over I substituting for Mr I can't catch a break today I'm telling you all day long so uh in your in your packet um is the Artis report for M uh the Mr Williams Miss suvin have put together and this month um they're highlighting both the science and social studies departments and academics the local history uh class as well as some of the new Educators in our on our science team that are outlined in your packet um in the CTE areas uh Mr Shephard um has reported out on Academy C the customer service information and transportation um he's mentioning uh students that in automotive are out on Cooperative education placements at some of the new sites as you know that is been a district goal our CTE teachers and administrators are doing an unbelievable job uh promoting Cooperative education placements I think I mentioned last month we're outpacing last year where we had set a a record really in my time here uh both in terms of the number of students on Cooperative placements but also the number of employers so grateful to see a lot of that work in business technology you see work done by teachers readying for the den as well as the new U instructor that is placed um business Professionals of America uh is highlighted uh Mr Aruda mentioned the um collision repair shop improvements that were there we see some of the work uh in the curriculum that's been highlighted by Mr Shepard um as well there are highlights around our cosmetology program uh and diesel services programs both of which are in Academy c as well um new members of Our IT team and Marine technology all highlighted here here as well uh BR uh Braden D is also was placed fifth in skills USA national competition uh for our Marine Service Technology Program he highlighted uh in this as well um in Academy d uh Mrs rebello highlights the architectural mechanical design program as well as engineering and Robotics uh they were just uh in Cy hunk on on a a trip um Mr s was talking to me about it pretty exciting some of the work that they're doing over there you see some some photographs of things that are in place there uh the machine technology program and some of the new equipment that's been purchased in that program is listed uh there are sections on media technology and Metal Fab uh and stationary engineering as well and some of the new team members um it was alluded to during the presentation I just want to make sure the committee is reminded that some of our CTE programs have doubled enrollment in plumbing and dental uh and moving that direction is welding as well as we look to kind of uh expand opportunities for high priority picks for kids um so that is underway this year as well some of that is highlighted uh some of these programs are highlighted here as well and on the back end is the Cooperative education placements um that have been uh put in uh for informational purposes as well so that's a quick summary of some of the things that are highlighted in this month's Osa report thank you for pin chitting for Mr Williams principal Williams uh next the the uh parent Communications yep uh the posip surveys are included in your packet um the 7g um those include the most recent monthly surveys for each of the grades as well as the responses as Mr pus mentioned very briefly earlier in Yolanda's office uh Mrs Dello is um contacting parents and answering questions for folks who have concerns uh we really pride ourselves on when folks leave their name and number we make sure that we contact them back to make sure they hear Direct IR ly from us uh in a pretty expedient way so that we can get any concerns addressed um with members of our community rolling right into your weekly updates from October 7th right up until November 4th uh these are the weekly add um newsletters that go out early Monday morning for all staff this week was Tuesday morning today given the holiday but um trying to keep the staff apprised of things that we're working on um it's all design try to improve communication so they understand what all the facets of the organization are doing kind of every week thank you I we'll move to uh Yolanda Dennis who has a uh reading of an adoption of the religious accommodations policy so miss Dennis is here really to answer any questions uh about you she's done uh I think some pretty fantastic work in developing a religious accommodation policy this is is a first read of this policy simply to accept it we'll take an official vote uh in December but the policy is outlined on the first page as well as the request form for any individual um who is requesting a religious accommodation as that a member of that team so really proud of the work um it was reviewed by legal counsel and is now before the committee for um approval this month but next month Dennis anything you'd like to highlight or is it just read the read the policy and yes I just noticed that we didn't have anything like a written policy if anybody wanted a religious um accommodation so I thought it was important to have it on follow that way it outlines the reason it was approved or not approved Etc so it was a policy that I thought it would be existing already but it's not so pretty much Implement policy that was important to do as a district good thank you for that the explanation good anyone have any questions no again I I read through and I had a question will mean say she came over you was very kind of explained how how when where going forward so it's a very good document in our times I think we have to be careful of make decisions and something like this here the beginning to have a record of request so I think this is very good anything else from the committee no I think that's good as well that we're keeping up with you know the the issues that obviously uh need to be addressed as we move forward so I have one question CU I heard something to this effect about some way some about how someone's hair was and is that including in this his hair pertained to his religion no that was not brought forward to us that it was that situation was because of Rel because of it was not because of religious accommodation okay this is for someone let's say if they needed to go off to go like pray right campus to do that so that's how no I just thought that the other one was pertaining to religion but thanks for the clarification you could talk more about that okay okay there's no other questions uh we will move on to um the uh 20242 employee handbook and I get to uh Mr Watson for clarification thank you Mr chairman uh so I'm going to pull that from the agenda for tonight I did meet with uh Nancy Mary this morning our director of Human Resources um who wanted to just bring me up to speed on a couple of the policy changes one of which I thought was a little too significant for us not to talk through with the policy subcommittee so I mentioned to the chair uh in our pre-meeting that I'm going to have Mrs fet reach out to the policy subcommittee U to schedule a session with them between now and the uh 10th of December I think as our next meeting uh just to make sure that we thoroughly vet that that piece out I think it makes sense uh I'm not opposed to it but I want to make sure that it's clear in the direction that we're going in the committee has had the opportunity to weigh in before I bring it to you for a vote most of the changes that are in the employ handbook are very consistent with the collective bargaining agreements um that we've agreed to uh with the with the bargaining teams or will agree to hopefully in the next in the next 30 days so there's you know there are a lot of changes in there but there are literally changes that uh are impacting District as a whole but there were a few pieces in there that I just want to make sure we're really clear on that we've talked through um before before I asked for your approval so Mrs fet will reach out to those members and we will schedule a time probably uh uh and the other members of the policy subcomittee both and we'll give it to you ahead of the meeting so that we have a chance to kind of just dive in on it see like you said most of them seem to be
