month thank you and has always go Bears than you miss coun Dro superintendent report okay thank you very much uh I have a number of things to share tonight so just bear with me I want to start uh in the agenda you see uh some recognition so January for those who don't know January is School Board recognition month in New Jersey so I just like to read uh this item on the agenda this is a New Jersey school boards Association has declared January 2024 to be the school board recognition month the time time when all residents can acknowledge the contributions made by our local school board members the horor board of education is one of 581 local school boards in New Jersey which set policies and oversee operations for public school districts the horor Board of Education Embraces the goal of high quality education for all New Jersey public school students New Jersey local school boards help determine the educational goals for approximately 1.4 million children in Pre kindergarten through 12th grade New Jersey's 5,000 local school board members who receive no renumeration for their services act as advocates for public school students as they work with administrators teachers and parents for the betterment of public education school boards strive to provide the resources necessary to meet the needs of all students including those with special needs Boards of Education provide accountability to the public they communicate the needs of the school district to the public and they convey to school administrators The public's expectations for the schools New Jersey can take pride in schools which rank among the nation's best and key achievement indicators such as the national assessment of educational progress scores and the preparation for college to Rance placement offerings and sat assessments now therefore be it resolved that the horor board for education does hereby recognize the services of local Schoolboard members throughout New Jersey as we joined Community Statewide in observing January 2024 at the at school board recognition month and that the horor Board of Education urges all New Jersey citizens to work with their local Boards of education and public school staffs toward the advancement of our children's education and I'll just also like to add I was reading something recently by uh from school boards Association and Tim Pernell who's the executive director of njsba said no other public official elected or appointed has a greater impact in the lives of children and school board members I think that's really important to to note and I just want to thank all of our school board members here I appreciate all that you guys do they put I can tell you they put in a lot of time not just at the meetings once a month but throughout the month uh we communicate often and I appreciate all of you and just want to thank you for all that you do for our school district here in home so thank you guys okay so with that said um I have again a number of other items in regard to my report so I want to start with something called the student safety data system report so we're required each year uh school districts are required twice a year to report on incidents of violence vandalism substance abuse weapon defenses and hivs uh to their governing body uh it's there's a report from September through December and another report from January to June so tonight I'm going to be reporting on the numbers from the fall September through December of 2023 so what I can share tonight and I'm going to talk a little bit about some of these items after I share the numbers so there were uh in our district the fall five incidents of violence and this for us this includes fights right fights aggressive beh behavior that that's considered violence uh there were uh no incidents of vandalism there were 15 incidents of substance abuse which all were related to vaping and I'm going to address that in a moment there was one incident of a weapon which was a pocket knife that a student brought to school um and there were four confirmed hivs so um although there were 14 and I'm going to talk about hivs as well tonight just to clarify a few items in regard to HIV although there were 14 total incidents four of those met the criteria of HIV this fall so again if I could address some of these quickly so the most significant increase you see here uh you hear or's numbers is in the area of substance abuse or vaping specifically because they were all related to vaping and our middle school high school so as with any challenge that we face in our school district it's not something that we ignore we we address you know we we we look at those numbers and we talk about how we can address it I can tell you this board has been part of those conversations so the board is aware that we're currently investigating Vape sensors or vape detectors for both the middle school and the high school we are in actively uh pursuing quotes to uh to have those uh items installed in our bathrooms at the middle school and the high school um right now we're we're acquiring those quotes obviously we'll put those things into our budget and then and move forward with installing those Vape censers in both buildings um we are addressing those incidents as they are brought to us right as students bring them or teachers and we do have people monitoring the bathrooms at the middle school and high school not just our security guards but we have staff doing that as well and anything that is reported to us and and and is determined that students are bringing those things to school those incidents are being addressed however Beyond just addressing this the incidence of of students bringing those items to school you know education has to be a part of that right we have to continue to educate students about the dangers of vaping and I can tell you that those conversations begin as as early as Elementary School in our warar programs uh you know those those are conversations that are happening even at the elementary level through Middle School not only through our from our Police Department through our health curriculum and and other programs that we offer throughout the year so my point is what I'm trying to share is that we're going to continue to address those matters we'll continue to educate students about the dangers of it and we're going to take steps to monitor the bathrooms more closely uh in the future so I just want to make that clear that obviously that was a a large inre and it's something that we are absolutely addressing going forward and we'll keep the board you I will of course keep the board updated regarding those Vape sensors and the timeline for the installation of those okay uh the other item I want to quickly address and I know there's been some question about HIV recently so I just want to uh kind of address how that's handled and and clarify a couple of things because you're going to see a number of items on our agenda tonight so just to to clarify when you see items hivs that are listed in our agenda that does not mean that they were all confirmed hivs okay the district is required to list every single report of HIV on an agenda whether it meets the criteria or not now I want to be clear that tonight there's 14 hibs listed in our agenda of those 14 five were deemed to meet the criteria of HIV and the reason there's 14 there's a couple of reasons one reason and probably the biggest reason is something a decision that we made locally here author as per the HIV law districts districts are permitted to use discretion when HIV reports are reported when parents or students file an HIV report the district is allowed to use discretion however here in hawthor we don't allow for that all right here in hawthor we intentionally require that every report that is submitted by a student by a parent by a by a teacher is investigated we do not allow for discretion of our administrators to decide well it doesn't really we don't think it meets the criteria we're not going to investigate that we're just going to handle it through code of conduct we we investigate every single HIV that is submitted even if we feel that it really doesn't meet the criteria we're still going to investigate it and we're still going to go through the process of reviewing the facts of the matter okay because we want to make sure that we are addressing all those now regardless the other thing I want to clarify is regardless if it's deemed HIV or not it's still there still will be consequences depending on the situation the circumstances related to it and what the investigation determines okay so just because it doesn't meet the criteria of HB doesn't mean there's not consequences for that incident all right so so again I just so people understand that that based on certain things that we do here you may see see more items listed on the agenda but again it doesn't mean that they all meet the criteria I can tell you tonight of the 14 items on our agenda five of those met the criteria of Hib but I can also tell you that all 14 were addressed with the students and the families who were involved okay so I hope that kind of clarifies uh the process of HIV here in Hawthorne um just sorry I'm just looking make sure I covered everything but yeah so and if there's of course if there's any questions about HIV uh you know feel free to reach out to your building administrator or to my office and we'll be happy to clarify those things but I just wanted to uh provide some clarity in regard to uh HIV specifically okay all right now let's get on to some some positive and some exciting things that are happening so first I want to offer my congratulations to one of our high school physical education teachers Miss Allison geres so I received a letter uh from the New Jersey Association for health physical education Recreation and dance I'll just read the letter to says Dear hathorne school's administrative team on behalf of the New Jersey Association for health physical education Recreation and dance it is my pleasure to inform you that Allison geres is the recipient of the 2024 driver education teacher of the year award by virtue of this award Alison has distinguished herself in our profession this recognition is evident of her dedication to professional excellence testimony offer on Allison's behalf offered on Allison's behalf enthusiastically validates her commitment to her students and quality instruction and knowledge receiving a state level award bestowed by one's professional colleagues is a coveted honor of which Alison should be very proud our award recipients will be honored at the NJ app bir that's the uh abbreviation uh annual convention on Monday February 26 2024 at the the Weston Princeton at Four Stall Village we are tremendously proud of Alison and pleased to count her as one of our value professional members congratulations Colleen McCurry Awards chair so I just want to congratulate Alis and geres on receiving that that state award congratulations well deserved we appreciate you for a long time fette teacher fette health teacher here in Hawthorne and I just want to offer my congratulations okay a couple of other items I'm excited to share that are as well as having a newly Ren at Media Center we are now creating our new Esports uh gaming space in the back of our media center uh so that was part of our renovation that we were creating a room for our Esports Club probably one of our biggest clubs um in uh in the high school and this new space will have 10 new gaming computers currently the students in our Esports Club were using the stem lab and the computers that were in that room which were uh built uh and and then were able to handle the gaming platforms that were being used but now we'll have 10 brand new gaming computers in the back of our media center our technology department is planning to have those computers available by the end of the week uh we look forward to visiting that space and watching our students compete uh obviously the goal right now they're competing internally and the goal there are actually uh leagues where you can compete outside of of horor high school so that would be the goal down the road uh by our club but I'm just really excited to share that that that Esports gaming area should be ready to go within the next week so we're excited about that and look forward to uh to visiting and watching our kids compete um kindergarten registration just want to share that that information has been disseminated over the weekend it is available on our website currently um and it will be part of our weekly announcements um as in the past we'll continue to use our automated process with parent completing the forms online which will filter directly into our student management system once parents complete the information online uh and provide the information that's required they'll be contacted by the administrative assistants at the elementary schools um and then again they'll they'll review any additional paperwork or anything else that is needed uh there's also information about our integrated preschool registration which is posted uh but if you're looking for information just visit our homepage of our district website if you scroll down you'll see there's something right on the homepage about a link for you to to register uh so we hope that you'll take advantage of that uh and begin that process uh ASAP I do want to address I know a couple of parents have already reached out about um possibly requesting other buildings uh what I can share in regard to requesting is we will you can you can uh request but I can tell you that uh we as a as a not the board and and administration have been talking uh for years about balancing numbers so our goal in this process is to balance numbers throughout the district so what I can share with you is even if you request it doesn't guarantee that that request will be granted and that what we do do is we will wait till all the registrations come in and late uh June July is when we will notify parents who have requested whether they can uh whether we'll accept that transfer or not and it'll be solely based on balancing numbers across our district so there's no guarantee of that but uh I know a couple people have reached out and inquired about that process um I mentioned our website and I want to share that we're really excited and unfortunately had to be delayed and I'll explain in a second so we are transitioning our website we're we're in the process of developing our new website we're really excited to roll out our new website our plan initially was to roll it out this month unfortunately because of our state review we had to provide links to our current website for the state to uh review those virtually so because we've already provided those links we didn't want to transition our website and now those links that we provided are no longer uh accessible for the state to monitor so we had to delay our our our uh transition but the good news is what we we'll be transitioning February 20th because our state review will be the week before that so once the state is complete with their review on February 20th our plan is to transition to our our new website and we'll have everything that's on our current website on the new site we'll also be transitioning from hawthor k12.us to Hawthorn schools.org and that will all happen at the same time and we'll be communicating that uh as February as begin the month of February we'll be pushing that out through our Paro ation system and just sharing that that will be coming so just keep an eye out for the new information about the new site like I said really excited about I know the board's had a chance to get a sneak peek um but we're excited about some of the new features and uh just a look of the new site I think it's a lot cleaner a lot easier to navigate so we're excited to uh to share that with you couple things about Athletics uh I want to just share and and uh our student rep shared uh the great things happening with with our uh Athletics at the high school a lot of great things going on with our with our sports teams our our winter sports uh Seasons everybody we're in full swing with the winter season uh I've had a chance to see a few of our teams compete and uh uh they've done a great job working real hard and I appreciate all that that our coaches do to prepare our student athletes for those competitions um wish them luck throughout the rest of the season and just want to share that the winter sports awards for the winter will take place on Monday March 11th um that'll be for the winter sports awards at the conclusion of the winter season I also want to congratulate horor High School senior athlete n nicholet Sasso for being recognized and honored as horor high school's recipient of the national women and sports award winner nicholet received her award at the Ruckers women's basketball game last weekend uh was a nice nice way to receive her award at the halftime of the Ruckers game congratulations Nicollet on this world deserved honor and achievement uh I keep working hard I know she'll she'll be competing she's cheering right now she'll be competing uh in uh with our softball team in the spring and finally just for the board's uh information our new Italian teacher has beg at the high school uh so that started this week and our new Spanish teacher has reported to the middle school and begin her transition and begin teaching on Monday so she is uh on site and working getting prepared to begin teaching classes Monday so we I'll let you there you go and that concludes my report thank you thank you Dr curriculum instruction our new committee chair Miss Jen and thank you president pursuant to the recommendation of the superintendent of yes Mrs ataro yes Mrs G yes Personnel right back to you Miss Aon thank you again the following resolutions are pursuant to the recommendation of the superintendent of schools P1 and P2 on page five P3 through p14 on Page 6 P5 through p25 on page seven which continues on page eight on behalf of the committee I still move second move by Miss Aon TR seconded by Mr totaro any discussion a question um the long-term Subs that are on here they are certified or are getting their certification yes both of them that's why the pay is so different from a sub to a longterm sorry which ones are you referring to P p14 sorry and p15 to so it depends on the leave if it's a leave of absence versus a um a vacancy so for like p14 she's filling a leave of absence so it's just 282 per day it's the we use the ba1 daily rate that's what that's for so she's filling and what's up sorry they both are p15 to fill absence as well a vacancy sorry yeah that's why they're 282 that we use the ba1 daily rate that's what that 282 is it's so it's certified teachers versus a regular Ser sub certification yes yes thank you you're welome any other discussion Abby I just always like to welcome we have a few new hires on this this month so welcome to my district roll call please Mr Doyle yes is in trout yes this is moi Colton yes Mr Poo yes Mrs Atara yes yes Mr clo yes Mrs do yes Mr clo finance and administration thank you madam President of Finance and administration we have a donation acceptance of a donation of $500 from Columbia Bank for Co co-curricular supplies to support the growing performance arts program of at haon high school thank you toia bank for that donation action items pursu to the recommendation of superintendent of schools the committee on finance and Administration recommends the upon resolutions on page 8 F1 through A1 on page 9 A2 815 on behalf of the committee I still move second move by Mr clo seconded by Mr any discussion I would like to say that I I want to thank Dr spro and the administration for choosing consciously to valuate every single Hib uh report that is brought to the school's attention at all the levels I know that that is once the law changed I believe it was two years ago it was in within recent history two or three years ago districts had the choice to have an administrator or hi appointee at each building make the decision whether it should be investigated or not and Dr sco has been Vigilant and that every single one should be investigated and that is a large undertaking and I do want to commend him and the administrators for making that commitment I'd like to comment on that too I was actually going to I wrote it down for for at the end but since you wrote it up uh I think it's important that you wrote it up because when you look at numbers if you happen to look at you know uh districts you know other districts and you're seeing numbers that are lower than ours this is really important to understand that our we're not excessive we're just doing a better job at you know reviewing every single case right so I I I want the public to understand that if you see high numbers it's because of what Dr spro said and not that we're having excessive cases right is that a fair assessment yeah I mean we just like I said anything that is submitted and I know other districts that and I don't want I'm not saying negatively but they just they use discretion and I just don't I feel like if it's reported we need to investigate it regardless because maybe not all the facts are submitted in that report right and once we start investigating we realize there's more to it than what was even shared in the report so that's just a conscious decision that we make here in I was also going to comment at the end but also for public knowledge the amount of work that goes into some of those investigations and those reports it's you some of them are very quite lengthy so you know appreciate the fact that you do don't use discretion and uh they're very time consuming stuff and the public should be aware of that and just for the board to know and for the public to know uh when we present numbers to the state we only require to present founded hibs so we're not we're not presenting to them the total number of hibs investigated it's just those that are founded HS so because unfortunately that number does have an effect but that is not at all involved in the decision making we we've had community members asked us that um but in any event uh we only have to report that positive hit number to the state it does not doesn't impact the decision making just to be clear that we don't find things not a hi so that we are Under reporting right which has been an accusation um it it's just a needs to be said so I just wanted to say that obviously this is my first meeting as a board member and I appreciated the explanation you gave because looking at this agenda tonight scared me because I thought as a parent usually on that side that these were all HIV claims it doesn't say whether they're not or they are so anyone who's not listened to that um explanation you just gave who goes on our website and looks at this is not going to understand that and that makes me nervous I still think that any I think one is too many obviously of course but 14 versus four is a big difference and so it concerns me that while I want the public to understand that there is no way to say this is this is not this is this is not and I understand privacy Hippa and we can't give that information but is I don't know I don't know the answer it's just for public you know opinion and people who don't watch that don't know why you're doing it and the reason is because you take it seriously and you want to do do diligence which we all appreciate this looks like we have a bigger issue than we do and it's concerning which is why I was standing in the public so concerned when really I didn't have to be so up anxious about it I guess so that's my only comment yeah I understand what you're saying I think it becomes tricky because right if there's only one hi on the agenda then what but if you you know if you've gotten wind oh that person got hied and it's written on here confirmed HD right you're giving you're you're giving away information and I don't want to do that as a parent either right but um yeah I I don't know what the can we say is it I don't even know is it in the wording like if someone act reads it that no they're all no it doesn't so it doesn't even say like before it these are not necessarily confirmed like a warning right and I Know It's Tricky right I I I can tell you that most stuff that we do we do based on what our attorney recommended right no not a lawyer no no I I know I'm just sharing with you that yeah like the things that we put on our agenda and our the letters that we use with families is all provided by our board attorneys so that's you know we're just following that to ensure like you're saying that we're not hopefully everybody understands and if they if they don't they'll reach out communic I think it's important that be communicated thank and total numbers are shared various times during the year yeah positive confirmative number the we had four confirmed for the four is there like a a pattern where uh four in four months and then five in a month is there a pattern or have we ever seen a pattern like wter kids are in I know it sounds silly but you don't know no cuz four and that that's a great average honestly one a month and then all of a sudden it's like Bo yeah I I I I haven't noticed a pattern what I can tell you is that I've noticed in certain years like I could tell you postco the numbers were higher than things have gotten KN G right better um okay I was just curious it seemed like it's the same amount within one month versus a half the school year yeah so weird don't know I mean then there are so there are some months when there are none right right oh yeah I've seen it where there are yeah okay thank you any other discussion roll call please miss Aaron trout yes Miss M Colson uh yes except for 85 886 8 12 of C Mr Poo yes Mrs ataro yes Mr clo yes Mr doy yes Mrs G obain on A7 yes to everything else claims I will take it to myself I had the pleasure of reviewing the claims for the month in accordance with NJ AC building that we're purchasing uh the good news is that we're you nobody got hurt and uh we are not the owners yet so at this point we're waiting to hear back from the sellers on a damage assessment uh otherwise that's uh been moving right along uh we also had a budget update uh as you're aware we're formulating uh business administration is uh it's formulating the uh budget for the upcoming school year at this moment there's a a freeze on the uh budget it's a common practice for us at this point of the year just to make you know just wait to see where things fall uh next year's meetings are are being had and most of them were already complete the uh superintendent business administrative meet with the building principles and admins they go over the budgets and have discussions and as the budget continues to be formulated we will have a an additional update uh audit uh update audit's not yet finalized when that is finalized we'll have an exit interview in which the auditor presents any fightings that they may have uh they also will come out as in years pass and present to the uh to the public uh in regards to our balances in our accounts we discussed the uh net balances on our on both of our Reserve accounts we have two Reserve accounts one is the cap Reserve account capital reserve and the other one is the maintenance Reserve account uh approximately balances on both accounts is about $2 million that's net uh per account and that doesn't include a grant on which will on which we be getting an additional reimbursement so as that the grant gets uh processed uh hopefully that will increase how much we have on those uh balances uh last but not least uh payroll position we're actively recruiting for it it's been posted if anybody knows of a somebody that's interested in the position please uh do share with us uh that was all that was discussed and that concludes the report thank you so much Mr clo Mr doy policy I know we didn't meet but I don't want to get real life experience with the news source right here in our hometown so looking forward to reading the Articles and and seeing how it progresses for everyone um we also discussed the that there will be the bias related incident policy and training coming up throughout January and February we will be notifying everyone when that policy is rolled out and we approve the calendar for 2024 and of all Miss skay um sent us all a school ethics disclosure that we have to complete by February 209th the Le your day the extra day um it negatively impacts the district if we do not complete that ethics disclosure so please take a few minutes the most annoying part is you have to download it complete it and then re-upload it um it has gotten way easier in years past we got it kicked back to us because we wouldn't complete parts of it and then unless you wrote na I didn't write na this year and I didn't get it kick back to me yet so we'll see roll the dice um any questions about logging in Miss gay sent everyone the log in information if you have any issues just let her know second thing the uh School New Jersey school boards Association is of beginning their search for a new Deputy executive director um and they would like the input of board members from around the seat they've provided a zoom link uh everyone if you didn't receive email you can go there are two dates it's tomorrow tomorrow and the 20 and Thursday um they're having Town Hall meetings from 6:00 to 7:00 and they provided a zoom link if anybody feels that they're able to attend and offer their input about what they're looking for in a candidate for that position uh Miss Moi Colton is brand new to the position of theic County School boards Association so I don't want to put you on the spot but if you have anything to say I don't okay I'm just kidding I did go to my first meeting and I also spent a wonderful weekend in a boot camp I thought the njsba was kidding when they called it a boot camp I brought a bathing suit cuz they put us in a hotel with a new pool indoor heat pool I never put it on I never even saw the pool we were non-stop from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday Saturday Sunday it was not a vacation they were not joking so I learned everything I possibly could but it was really nice and I meet a lot of friends there was 91 new board members there across state of New Jersey it's not P County only it's New Jersey um and so I'll be attending the next PA County Board of Education Association meeting it's on zoom and it's um the topic of their professional development is special education so it's right up my alley so that's in February they like to do Zoom during the winter so people don't have to dve I'm okay with that thank you president you are welcome um sorry we're just round it off with CPAC here um I in my props I finally remember to bring them in these are the pull tabs if you continue to bring uh you know save those bring them to any schools uh reach out to you know myself if you if you have something that you want to donate I believe don't quote me on this but I think it's 1,00 tabs equal a pound and I think you I think they they get 40 to 50 cents per pound so it it is good easy fundraiser just take them off your soda cans um and save those for for us first Workshop is going to be tomorrow night I know this doesn't help anybody who's watching um you know the video but tomorrow night's first Workshop executive functioning ADHD and the impact on social emotional learning um it's a virtual Workshop it's open to all but they do request that you building and grounds met committee met on January 16th to discuss various items taking place throughout the distri district at Washington and Lincoln schools we are obtaining quotes to repair water leaks further discussions are being had to the source the me to find the source of the entry points of the water so we can mitigate where this is uh so that from happening again um at the high school we are obtaining quotes to remove the remaining Lockers in the main Corridor and replace them with shrock similar to what we did uh I think it was a year or so ago on the opposing wall these lockers are no longer utilized and we'll further enhance the look of the cordor when entering the high school uh at LMS the generator was finally placed and now just awaiting the final connections and lastly at Washington school there is a tree which will be removed via the left side of the building which was found to be in poor condition and that concludes my report thank you Mr Cho before I move on to publicly heard I'd like to um make a motion for a walk on resolution um for a16 the approval of the 2425 calendar no no no we all talked about in each committee discuss second no you can second since um public be heard at this time members of the public may ask any questions or make comments related to educational issues or School matters please form my line Erica do you want to pop down [Laughter] seeing as we have no members of the public approach bench General comments and questions from the board or new business or old business just let us know what kind of business it is that you're sharing we'll start with you Mr Bo I don't want to put Miss mulon on the spot immediately no I just uh you know wanted to say what I did earlier today sure um I think this sound good okay Miss I saved my comments about the same the same thing for General comment so thank you again Dro to our Administration I think we really are blessed and lucky in in Hawthorne that we do investigate every HIV and and take it seriously and address each one I know in 2011 I helped with the anti-bullying Bill of Rights the original one to get it passed and that was a issue that came up that they wouldn't all be investigated and that was what 12 13 years ago already and it's nice to come full circle and be part of a board and a a town and a community that does take it seriously I know the extreme opposite horrific other end of of these really sensitive issu so thank you Mr Jara yes thank you General comment uh echoing same sentiments from others uh thank you to the administration to you dro on how we handle the matters uh pertaining to him um and I also just kind of want to add to the recognition of my fellow board members uh I I truly appreciate each one of you uh sometimes we have to make some hard decisions sometimes we don't all agree but I can tell you and this is for the public at every single one of us up here that I can attest always looks out for horor and the best interest of our students and that I can say with conviction and I'm very proud to sit next to each of you and know that every decision we make is for that sole purpose so I thank each of you thank you Mr Mr General comments just want to welcome Erica I'm glad to see your taking the Bow by the horns uh you know your boot camp everything you're doing the learning curve the quicker you get past it you know to extend my condolences to the entire bck family and all the members of the P County sherff department that's all I have thank you Mr M SM hton uh so I already talked about the boot camp that was my comment but um also I wanted to just say how much I love our preschool inclusion class um I know you mentioned it w a registration just opened uh my son went through it and it's the reason I became a preschool integrated teacher um because those two years that our students been there whether they are coming in as a lottery or registering paying to be there or whether they are they're due to an IEP all students benefit and it just teaches something in those two years that you you just can't get anywhere else whether it's um kindness sympathy empathy and academics but um I think it's just such a wonderful program that maybe not everyone knows about who has three to 5-year-old uh children out there so um that's it thank you thank you um and I'll just end by saying welcome to miss mfy Colson she hit the ground running she had questions she got them answered um and and she is our P County School Board thre now um additionally I would like to commend my fellow board members for the time that it takes to be up here um as now the longest standing member up here it it doesn't get easier but it feels more valuable each passing year if that makes any sense as my son and daughter as they get older it just it's more meaningful um I am eagerly ating the Bears decisions P to pick up to see where everyone's starting to go um my son is a junior and we're just starting to look and and that the full circle uh reality is is amazing and and again goes to show that hawor is an amazing place and what you put in is what you get out the places I hear people are going are wonderful and I'm I'm proud of them and I can't wait to to I love that page I sit every night and scroll through the be decision page to see where everyone is going so you know we're we're may not all be parents of seniors or any of us be parents of seniors but no you have a senior I'm missing year I'm losing a year in my mind but we are all like collectively the hawor parents here we we just feel like we yeah we take
