##VIDEO ID:ynmZObHiUks## hi Bob they good evening everyone I hereby announce that pursuing to section five of the open public meetings act that adequate notice of this meeting has been provided in the notice which was sent to the Asbury Park Press the Two River Times and posted on the Bolton boardon township hall and filed in the township clerk's office on January 3rd 2024 mayor and preva dudo here Mr Foster is not here this evening Miss L Mountain here Mr lucarelli here Mr Romano here mayor you have a quorum thank you Wendy if everyone would please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance FL United States of America into the Republic for which it stands one nation under indivisible jice for all so I guess we're going to start with uh the home Del Football Association I um back in uh gosh when was it April uh we had talked about working with the uh homeown board of education for the township to help fund lights uh for the new turfield at the school we also said at the time that there were user groups that were going to participate and help fund that as well uh and we are very pleased and we're very thankful for the hell Football Association board for Their donation uh which you guys presenting that tonight is there like a big check like Ed McMahon or okay all right so yeah I want to thank the board members Suzanne Marina Jen everybody that's up there um it was what 10,000 so thank you for the contribution and uh we'll await the others that come in but uh I think it's uh we're [Applause] for do you guys want a picture I mean you know we're goodlooking people up here come on do like a big thing you take a picture good to see you moving on looks like the approval of minutes is up next Wendy yes it would be the approval for the September 24th 2024 executive and public sessions and the October 8th 2024 executive and public sessions all were forwarded to the committee for review do I have a motion to approve motion second m l Mountain uh yes but I believe I have to abstain from the ex session from the 24th that's correct Mr Luca RI yes Mr Rano yes mayor and preva dudo yes thank you the minutes have been successfully passed thank you Wendy do we have any public comment on agenda items only Mr trus Patrick Patrick trus 56 Line Road um thank you very much for U putting the uh the actual agreement for the reorg organization the Redevelopment uh project I read through the whole 50 pages and my comments I have comments and a question um my comments are the township is doing bending over backwards to write a whole document out and when I look at the property it's still four years that's gone by where it hasn't been occupied it still looks as uh terrible as it did four years ago when we started this development effort um it's still not rented and hopelessly uh in that state yet there's an agreement with a concept plan and a long detailed things on what it's supposed to be that concept exhibit a was missing or maybe it's supposed to be blank uh but there's nothing nothing there uh so my comments are the township is putting a lot of efforts in but we're not seeing any efforts from the other side and that leads me to a question in survey in surveying this report I don't see anything mentioned about taxes the owner hasn't paid any of the taxes for this year these in a rear $55,000 um and there what's the status on taxes while this Redevelopment goes on and I did see something about a pilot and that's my second question why is there payments in Li of taxes when they haven't been paying the taxes and why would we do a pilot for such a program like this thank you okay okay thanks Mayer uh I guess I'll try to unpack it if I miss anything you let me know uh first with respect to the unpaid taxes I was not aware of that but I will certainly be addressing that with the redeveloper um attorney because that is a a problem and should be addressed immediately with respect to the terms of the agreement it was prepared by special Council but um I have reviewed it um under the Redevelopment plan the redeveloper only has the benefit of the zoning contained in the Redevelopment plan pursuant to the Redevelopment agreement um the agreement has a pretty um aggressive time frame which requires the redeveloper to get that concept plan done in I believe the first or second quarter is it April of 24 or 25 uh next year typo okay yeah yeah so there there's some fine tuning that can that can go on with the document and I'll work with special counsel to make sure that happens but I know there were members of the public that asked for the copy and we wanted to facilitate that so we did get the uh the copy out today um and we did have to spend time also going back and forth with the redevelopers attorney who was reviewing the document and worked with us and and um in good faith to get it to a final terms but back to the time frame um I do think the township is cognizant of the duration that the property has not been functional and that that time frame is meant to encourage the redeveloper to proceed and that they really need to if they want the benefit of the zoning under the Redevelopment plan I think there was one other item you might have mentioned pilot pilot what the point well I I would say under theou that was struck with Crawford Hill there is a provision in there that the township would be willing to consider a pilot that was was a previously negotiated term but um a pilot itself is a separate Financial agreement that's under the long-term tax exemption law so that's entirely a separate document a separate ordinance so that's really not a part of this but we would address that with the redeveloper in that context in the future yeah because the taxes on the building that is 50 55,000 for this year for 24 that goes to the school system as well as the uh the rest of home supports that if the owner pays them U but my comment is more of the township is doing a lot on this on the other side we're seeing absolutely nothing in four years no and I appreciate that and thank you actually thank you I can take that as a little bit as a compliment that we're getting stuff done um but uh and not to not to D duplicate Mike's points here necessarily I think the one thing I will say is we've had many conversations with um with the owner and they are working actively okay um and you know we've it's been several meetings right they're working actively to fill the building um and you know within the structure and the standards of theou and now the Redevelopment agreement so I I know there's motion and movement there um and I think everybody's looking for that to be you know okay something special great thank you y yes sir Ralph Blumenthal 41 Stony book wrote just following up with regard to the same item on it's page 12 of the agreement where it says the submission of a concept plan and it gives date of April 30th 24 and 25 so presumably that should be just be 25 uh same comment with regard to Pilot I don't know why there should be a pilot on this but that's a separate negotiation to come I appreciate that some of the schedules in here sound little a little bit aggressive and if that's your intent that's probably a good thing my question though is if these dates are not meant then what happens well I think a couple of things first I'll say is the dates were put in there and they were agreed upon by Mr antala and his attorneys right so we're all in agreement that we want something to move quickly and we want something to be beneficial to the community um and to work out after that I don't know from a process standpoint Mike what what takes place though I mean I think you know I think the Township's goal to date has been to work with the redeveloper in good faith so I'm sure that's the conversation we would be having if there were any issues with the deadlines but fundamentally if there was an inability of the redeveloper um the agreement does allow for termination of the Redevelopment agreement and if that happened then uh the developer would no longer have the Redevelopment rights so in which case the existing current zoning would come back into play the correct the uh the Redevelopment plan's Effectiveness by its Express terms is contingent Upon A Redevelopment agreement and that's all part of the typical process towns follow under the Redevelopment law but we're we're planning for Success not failure so you know we uh you know that's why we have the date structure the way we do is to to try and encourage you know development there's a lot lot to go yet thank you anybody else for agenda MS MR Emma Ron M32 ladwood Drive uh just a quick one about one of the uh consent agenda items there's there's an expenditure for upfitting of a fire department vehicle for $227,000 for a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe so my question is why are we outfitting a a three-year-old vehicle for $27,000 now and why wouldn't that lights and Sirens be put on the vehicle when it was first bought because it seems like a lot of money for a three-year-old vehicle which you're probably going to buy a new one next year anyway so can you just elaborate on why that was done now and that's a lot of money for lights and Sirens thank you yeah I actually have to go back and look why why this needed to be upgraded Jay do do you recall off hand uh I don't recall um we'll go back and look R thank you all right yeah any other public comment all right moving on to the consent agenda uh hold on one sec Jay while we uh while we look for the rationale behind the 26k can we pull this for the next meeting absolutely why don't we do that yeah was that an on the bills list that's on the consent agenda oh I'm sorry okay so I guess mayor would be a motion to approve the consent agenda and table 243 yes do we have a second second I can't move it so you a motion I that yeah we're good we all agree Miss L Mountain yes Mr lucari yeah I this is something I I think there's I'm going to say yes but I I think there's a reason why this is I don't think this is a 21 but I I I'll say yes for okay just for the purpose of clar clarity okay Mr Amano yes mayor and preva dudo yes okay that Mo that 2024 240 through 2024 242 have been successfully passed 20244 3 has been tabled uh so moving on to the Crawford Hill actions we moving to approve on this or we okay uh can I get a motion to approve the Redevelopment agreement between homeo Township and Crawford Hill Holdings motion second Miss L Mountain yes Mr lucarelli yes Mr Rano yes mayor and preva dudo yes Okay resolution 2024 244 has been success F passed next is hearing on ordinance 20249 which is modifying section 30-17 titled storm water management and control this motion would be to adopt on Final reading and published in the Asbury Park Press according to law we have public hearing anyone from the public want to discuss 20249 going once going twice closed all right have a motion to adopt motion second Miss L Mountain yes Mr lucarelli yes Mr Rano yes mayor and preva dudo yes okay ordinance 20249 has been successfully passed and will be published in the asur Park Press according to law all right moving on to our departments Mr administrator thank you mayor uh just a question there was regarding the donation from the uh uh whichever group that was home Del footb I believe there was a resolution that was prepared and distributed to that that's right uh J the um we we did prepare a resolution um one to thank the football association for their gracious gift and also to um provide publicly and and to make any changes that need to be made uh this was part of a shared services agreement with the Board of Education where uh the township and the Board of Ed were agreeing to split the cost 50/50 for the lights so the township committee um in in recognition of the 50-50 split will um earmark 5,000 of the grant towards the Board of Ed share and 5,000 towards the township share and we just have a resolution to memorialize all this and to allow for any potential necessary Amendment to the shared services agreement to accept the donation so uh as Jay mentioned uh a motion on a resolution accepting the donation from the hell football associ iation would be great do we have a motion move second M Mountain yes Mr lucarelli yes Mr Romano yes mayor and preva dudo yes the resolution accepting the donation from home Del Football Association has been approved thank you all right may also mayor oh I'm sorry go ahead CH I just wanted to also indicate that uh due to a combination of both good weather as as well as a a good contractor our road program is actually ahead of schedule um that has created a little bit of uh uh some questions and confusion regarding the uh the logistics and uh the notifications but the project is is underway and is benefiting from as I said the uh uh uh unseasonably warm weather as well as the contractor moving accordingly thank you excellent moving on to uh Mr engineer uh nothing Mr Mayor all right counselor thanks mayor I don't have anything either great why we uh may can I just interject quick so couple things on that thing that Mr Emma brought up so this is for a 2024 Chevy Tahoe I knew this was a mistake it says it right on the first sheet here 2024 Chevy Tahoe fire command the packages that they purchase are for models from 21 to 24 so this is for a new vehicle that is being outfitted with all the uh Emergency Services uh equipment well thank you Public Safety liaison appreciate that so with that knowledge guys do we uh I'd like to put it back yeah put it back on the agenda and approve get a motion move second Miss L Mountain yes Mr lucarelli yes Mr Rano yes mayor and preva dudo yes resolution 2024 243 has been successfully passed thank you thank you all right so we're moving on to uh boards committees business Mr Romano thank you mayor all right so from the home Library the library book club is checked and then I just want to say uh again I'd like to give a big shout out to Bob Ward and his the whole Recreation team for putting on one of the greatest Harvest Fest that I've ever seen I spent some time up there um last week and the crowd was enormous and I was really really happy to see um so many of our residents and non-residents but that's okay um really enjoying themselves um but they did a great job the whole department was there working all of our Emergency Services were there and um it was just a it was a wonderful day so uh I'm going to take credit for that mayor if you don't mind I'm going to take credit for bringing that back because we weren't doing it and uh I tried to get it in last year when I was mayor and uh there was either not the money or uh the the enough time to to do it but I was uh adamant about getting that into the budget uh for this year so I'm really happy we brought that back and I think it should stay um but uh really was just a great thing for our community and really shows off our beautiful farms and open space that we have so uh that's all I have for you mayor thank you all right thank you DJ uh so starting off here with a bit of good news I was notified yesterday that hell Township was awarded the New Jersey Department of Transportation local Aid infrastructure Grant in the amount of $3.5 million that's um we plan to use the grant to fund uh the Crawford's Corner Road widening and Signal improvements project that we've been targeting for quite some time so uh for anybody that doesn't know 3.5 per a town or size is a significant amount of money coming from the dot you we're really pleased and I have to personally thank uh Senator Dean o scanland who really leaned in and helped us a ton on this uh to get this done so you know our hope um the Grant's going to be distributed over two years I think it's 2 million this year and a million five next year the hope is that we break ground on improvements in June um this way we can get some things in before the next school year starts so that's uh that was a really significant development something we're incredibly proud of and just thrilled for the support uh on the Harvest Fest front I Echo DJ sentiments yeah I know it was on DJ's radar for a while to get that back in so please that we got it you know got it going uh to more specifically just thank Bob Allison Lori and Sean from Hell Recreation they did a ton of work you know Harvest vest was dormant for a while so a lot of other activities came into play over time so they worked hard to get this in the homeo Police Department homeo fire department homeo first aid Squad fire prevention office and the mammoth County Park system to team effort great day for weather and a great day for everyone in attendance that said um this year Harvest Fest fell on yam Kipper and that was not intentional um you know the the team was working so hard and so fast to get this in um and trying to balance everyone that knows the recck department knows they work nights and weekends right because that's when their events take place and they were working so hard to get this in with all the other new events that have come the past few years by the time we realized um it had fallen on yam Kipper vendor were paid schedules were done it was we couldn't reverse course so uh we have the holiday schedule for next year I can assure you that'll never to to members of our Jewish community in particular that'll never happen again um it was a Miss uh not something you know but something I wanted to acknowledge because it was with good intention and and with a lot of hard work this team pulled off a fantastic event but I know it disappointed members of our community I want to make sure they understand we we see that we hear that and we'll make sure it doesn't happen again Homedale town Town ship will be holding our Veterans Day ceremony on Monday November 11th at 10:30 a.m. at Veterans Park all members of the public are invited to join me and the township committee as we pay tribute to all those who have served our country in the armed services as part of the ceremony I will also be awarding the veteran of the slipped um the rec department will be hosting a senior Halloween luncheon on Tuesday October 29th at 12:00 p.m. at the senior community center lunch will be provided and there will be a costume contest for those seniors who wish to participate DJ Mel Houston of incredible sounds will be hand will be on hand to entertain the event is free however attendees are asked to RSVP to the recreation office trick-or-treat at Bay at Farm is sold out um so we ask only that those who are registered show up to attend this year as we do not have enough space for walk-in guests hell town hall H offices and the recycling center will be closed on Monday November 11th in observance of Veterans Day please plan accordingly um and I also want to update two other items one very pleased uh and and just honored to attend the dwali celebration this year it was another fabulous event um you know just just a wonderful you know Community effort so really appreciate that and for those that are anxious given our my statement at the last meeting we did along with every other town of New Jersey receive receive our new affordable housing mandate I think at the time I projected around 150 the Mandate is 133 new affordable homes and as you guys know as I said earlier that's you know that's consider that as like a 20% set aside so 133 Time 5 is is what we'd ultimately get you know mandated with because we need Market ready you know Market uh value homes so we're still pursuing our you know determining our options our course forward by the next meeting if not before then we'll we'll announce to the public what our course forward is and our legal challenge against the state on this uh mandate and and you know the damage that it has potential to due to our environment and our storm water and other issues so um all that said I think we can go to public comment in accordance with the open public meetings act this is a public comment period for public comment on any governmental issue of public concern in accordance with resolution 20227 public commenters are asked to raise their hand and wait wait to be recognized by the mayor before coming forward and making public comments commenters are asked to State their full name and address before commenting public commenters are limited to one comment not to exceed three minutes comments should be directed to the mayor and the township committee if appropriate the mayor may direct and recognize a staff employee or professional to respond to comments either at this m meeting or in writing after this meeting thanks Wendy any public Mr B I have to move hi Elizabeth ransy 121 Red Hill Road um I just wanted to thank the township committee for their vigilance in taking a stand against the affordable housing proposed along our border in Middletown on on nut swamp and on Red Hill Road I read the article on the two rivers times and um I was astounded to find out that they're trying to build 66 uh units on a postage stamp across the street from me um but I did find your argument very persuasive and articulate and I want to thank you for speaking to the Press about it and I just wanted to let the whole Township committee know that there's citizens of the Town who supporting back your position on this so thank you thank you very much I appreciate it Mr blumthal Ralph Blumenthal 41 snow Sony Brook Road I'm glad to hear your comment about the affordable housing I guess quota or call it what you will mandate mandate uh since this just came out I'm sure you don't know all the details yet uh I urge you to try to find out and let the public know what some of the rules around this are because it has varied over the de various rounds of this in the past ground for example hell was able to make use of continuing uh the some of the limitations on some of the existing affordable housing and use that as credits towards our numbers there was a variety of credits that were able to be counted uh and that's important and also there certain types of units you get double count and we had that happen as well in the last round so any of these techniques that can help reduce the impact is appropriate another thing I'll ption in the point out in the past round one of the projects was the uh one on uh Middle Road at South Laurel that was for 50 units it was 100% affordable units it did not have a factor of five markup so any of these techniques that can be utilized to reduce the impact of the numbers is something we really ought to look very closely at and you know which of these unit things can be still applied in the current round you know back two rounds ago and was able to sell some of the obligations to other communities which may have had better infrastructure and more appropriate and that's been banned so there there's a lot of all of this to find a package or whatever you want to call it an eventual plan that both meets the intent of the affordable housing rules which have a good goal but yet don't minimize the impact on hell so I I look forward to hearing what you learn and to keep the public informed about what some of the options are as we consider them and we'll do that and and the options are certainly more limited than they had been in the past um the other thing I should mention to you is we are 31 units short of our prior obligation so in addition to the 133 we've got another 31 on top of that forther development that wasn't put in on 35 behind Kohl's I think is that right so really what we're looking at now is facing forward 164 um and we understand we have our you know we do have our our COA fund we can find ways to uh you know make it one to one and not have to worry about a 20% set aside or things of that nature um and we do have our special Council working on a plan so we're going to attack this concurrently in parallel really right which is we are going to challenge the state on the statute itself um because as I've mentioned I think it's become perverted to make developers money as opposed to the noble you know cause that it was you know initially intended to be um but also we want to make sure that we have a plan in place because you know failure to plan is planning to fail yeah I mean one item another category to keep an eye out on is the uh medical facilities such as bright view the Meridian they typically are required to include some lowincome beds Medicare beds Medicaid Medicaid Excuse me yes yes and we would get credit for those and all of those kinds of things should be taken into account they will be is there any hangover from uh Bell works or they did they pay into the fund and they they paid into the F they off the hook so you have cash from them correct correct that can be used correct good thank you okay yes ma'am hi Nancy Moody I'm at 68 Bethany Road um I was here um back in July to pose some concerns that myself and other residents of Bethany Road have um on the safety of the street um so I'm here to reiterate them and to hopefully bring them to the light again and hopefully um enforce some kind of change um so I'll just list my concerns and some wishes some asks some recommendations that um myself and other residents have talked about because we are quite a few people and we are um we do have firsthand knowledge of what goes on on Bethany um so I'm concerned about the speed on Bethany Road it's 35 miles an hour and I'm talking about the stretch between Telegraph and home do Road um can that speed be reduced I realize that's kind of a you know hard thing to just reduce the speed but there's a good reason for it um we have a lot of cars on Road they travel they travel fast there are tractor trailers I wonder is there a weight limit for bethony road is that even allowed or should it be um we have commuters contractors um teenage drivers um we have a lot of cars and they all go very fast on Bethany Road it makes it difficult to pull in and out of the driveway difficult to make left turns onto Bethany in either direction um lot lot of residents are concerned because drivers seem to be unaware that people are people are actually crossing the street that's my next concern I'm concerned that there's no safe place to cross from Bethany into the old Manor neighborhood many families live there there should be better access for our children to engage in the community activities that take place across Bethany um for instance walking to school um visiting friends going to the park these are great aspects of hell but there's much less access for our kids um safer PES passage for commuters from old Manor to Bethany um they walk to the Duncan Plaza now they go to waa to the train station the gym um Bethany is a lot of cars but now there are a lot of people um so there's got to be a way to make it safer um Can a crosswalk be added from Bethany to the old Manor neighborhood um Can a speed table be added on either side of that a slow traffic down um I personally cross my son to go to school every morning and then I meet him from across the street to cross them at the end of the day and let me tell you there are a lot of cars out there who do not want to stop they don't want to slow down um there are some that do and I'm very very grateful I always try to make eye contact to let them know how grateful I am um but it's important our kids need to be able to cross um and school age children and children of age should be able to go explore the neighborhood across the street go see their friends um without their parents feeling like they have to you know cross them every time um I'm concerned about the traffic lights on Telegraph Hill and home doll Road can they be better used to regulate traffic on volume on Bethany um can we put a no right on red from Hell road because that constant flow of traffic everybody turning right off of Home doll Road onto Bethany makes it near impossible for people to turn left from Chestnut Ridge let alone all of the issues that Haslet Road causes I think you guys see where I'm coming at here there's there's just it's just a mess and then if you add the Duncan Plaza with the all the in ways to go in and out of the Plaza and hasl it it's just a mess there's a lot going on there Jay I um I don't know if you had a chance to talk to officer minoski about any of this last time or if we can get that on his radar just to see if there's any simple improvements that can be done I know we share the road that's the other part of this too but yes uh portions of Bethany are under the jurisdiction of Homedale Township some of the areas are part of Haslet um so that that does um complicate some of the requests uh there are a number of items that have started to be looked at in terms of crosswalks sidewalks we've also uh identified some potential uh grant funding for some of the improvements uh but taken in its entirety uh that is a well-traveled road uh with severe um pedestrian and traffic safety issues uh that'll take us some time to to review but uh uh I would say that uh um we will be in a position to address some of the easier items um as part of our budget process for next year we have identified them and placed them on our Traffic Safety Road Improvement list okay thank you jck yeah that would be great some kind of a traffic study there are a lot of residents on Bethany Road who would love to contribute to any ideas because we have them we think and talk about it all the time when we're crossing our kids sure um and it also worth noting since the beginning of January until August there were four accidents on the home Del part of Bethany Road alone and then since I was here in July there were two more accidents one was on the corner of Haslet Avenue by um the dunan plaza a car actually ended up on the embankment of that the dance studio that's across the street like and then sadly um later on death down the um down Bethany Road a little bit there was a tragic accident so I mean Bethany from a is he no we're in agreement so okay thank you thank you okay mayor can I just say something cuz uh sure there there's no question that Bethany is an issue and I I don't know how much we can do about the flow of traffic but one thing that I would totally agree with and support is a a crosswalk you know um by The Duncan Plaza cuz I'm I I drive that I live right around the corner so I constantly see children Crossing into uh is it all manner what the street there is it what street comes right out to right across from Haslet Avenue and right adjacent to it which Street Chestnut Ridge so right from Chestnut Ridge there's always children Crossing there and you know if there's anything we could do I think that would might be the most important thing you know thanks thank you Mr Wallace throw your hand up time okay good evening uh Terrence wall I'm the president of the homeo Board of Education please I'm sorry oh 170 L to court in homeo I'm here strictly in my capacity as a resident and not on behalf of the hom Board of Education I am here however to thank you mayor for your leadership and the township committee I'm deeply impressed and I mean deeply impressed with the successful Grant and thank you to Senator o scanland for Crawford's Corner Road Traffic improvements I look forward to assisting the partnership required for the property acquisition and the design and planning of these fantastic improvements it's really Legacy work these the roads we we were going to school the roads were the same when we were here so it helps Bayshore bellworks all of the township facilities uh the art center area so it really is a regional Regional imperative so congratulations it's awesome and to Jay and your team really bill and the folks that are involved and I know the engineers will be involved it's really going to be a Hallmark Legacy project that really improves the the for the area for really for decades to come also appreciate the partnership on traffic safety for SATs and home the high school thank you to home the police department for your critical Public Safety expertise tardy times are down in SATs by 37% times are down by 31% at the high school healthier kids fresh teachers are impressed with the time frames it's going to be better grades better lives and that's the reason why we're here also appreciate the partnership at the lights at SATs field thank you to the homel football association for bolstering girls and boys sports School recently had two tax levy cuts and be assured that the pencil will stay Shar moving forward uh but things help the town that we're supposed to be doing for example full day kindergarten saves families $500 a month by having full day kindergarten just couple quick items on Town Projects the noia project I think that would be my my opinion a perfect steam project for K through2 High-Tech high school or just k through2 for Homedale students partnering with the municipality the County local colleges I think that's something really worth looking at Potter's Farm If This Were preserved would be fantastic that would also be a nice spot for agricultural curriculum partnering with schools County perhaps Ruckers their extension would be great and so I really just wanted to identify a few of those items and just to say thank you volunteering is tough serving as an elected official is tough I'm a perfect example I'm running for Board of Ed and if you take a look at some of the fake websites the election rhetoric and all of the terrible things that are being done to throw stones at longtime families in Homedale by folks that are appointed by Phil Murphy all I'm sharing with you is it's very hard to get great go volunteers I thank you for your service and I suggest to the public ignore the scarless fake attacks whether it's a Township committee or the Board of Ed because the folks need people who get things done and show leadership each and every day so thank you for everything that you do and you have my pledge to continue doing the same thing on your behalf have a thank have a great evening and thanks thanks to the team thank you appreciate it thank you any anybody else Mr uh J and L 18 ladw drive I'm not going to talk about street lights but I'm sticking with my 2000 number plus um it could be low too by the way for the record the number quoted was reported street lights most street lights out outages on highways are not reported but I'll move on um as far as user groups that are donating or have donated to the the light package um are there other numbers out there do we have any of the other numbers ballpark figures uh I know there were other groups that were going to pay for it there were two groups specifically mentioned back in April were three so so far it was soccer and football right well the Board of Ed but so the the sorry we're just if you don't have them tonight that's fine I just thought it would be it would be nice to know yeah what I recall was that it was going to be soccer football and then we partnered with the board of vet on the remainder um football is the one that's come to bat so far um I don't know if we followed up with soccer yet or not maybe lacrosse that's definitely soccer and football um I thought it was three user groups yeah I just at some point it would be good to know what what yeah when we when we get as we get to confirmations in like we'll make them public for sure but that's yeah stepped up as a member and we've talked about vage as a member of the committee I'm getting a lot of questions is there anything you maybe want to update the community on that you can or cannot say where everything stands you know what I I wish I could we really haven't moved anything materially since the last maybe August at this point or you know um so there's been there have been discussions around the financial model there have been discussions around um I mean nothing in terms of the concept itself um we've again we've talked about the financial model a little bit but that's about it like there's not um it's just been discussions at this point nothing's moved materially okay uh I mean really it hasn't we hav't you know it's we're talking you know I you know it's all I can tell you okay yeah um and Jay thank you yeah the program is moving forward rapidly I think lad Wood's getting paved possibly tomorrow you're right there's been some drop communication lines but we'll deal with it quick question and I know I'm not a p and maybe you're not um they're they Mill both sides I guess for drainage but they don't Mill the middle is what's that about because the middle is what gets chopped up often so I'm just curious because other people are asking why yeah and maybe you guys don't know the answer generally uh most of the road work that's being done this year are uh uh gutter Mills so the the gutters are M and then the entire Road gets overlaid uh as opposed to a a complete Mill and pave and there are advantages and it's really a function of uh where the greatest deterioration is um I don't know the specifics on uh you know which roads receive which and I don't know if Bob you could add any anything to that no that that all depends how the contractors was put out and if the gutters are in poor poor shape they do a profile mill on the gutter to make sure the water's going to continue to drain in a positive Direction uh if the center Line's not that bad they will just overlay with about two in of new asphalt and then they'll just do curb to curb with the brand new well I'm not going to try to second guess them but I I I want to be on record that the center of ladwood is what was most deteriorated so it's still people are a little worried about it but you know we may not all be around here by the time that it comes to fruition but all right thank you we're happy it's moving forward thank you anybody else in the public thought I set some hands before if not going once going twice motion to adjourn motion second
