is the same as the existing dwelling is 16 .1 ft so it's the existing condition uh the other bulk variants um necessary is for the accessor structure setback for the swimming pool from a principal building 15 ft is required and zero feet is proposed what causes that is it the deck right up against the deck essentially right from it's an above G corre so you use that for going into and getting out of yes I want to have like deck going out from the house straight from the deck going to swimming pool and go back instead of walking to the grass to the Flor okay continue M uh other than that it's a straight forward application um I have a couple have seen my review yes letter are you in agreement with um addressing all the com I agree on everything okay um other than that if um applicant purpose there of that pole I don't know I bought the house like in this February I believe I had closing and uh the electric is coming from the other side of the street the gas is also going through the street so nothing is going from the back of my house to as a utility to my house so maybe this is old one still on the property I'm not sure um you have a question you have tell me what it is are be very brief tonight and that uh applicant is seeking an adjournment uh to the next meeting we've had an opportunity to review the planner's letter and the engineers letter want to go back talk with our professionals perhaps make some changes and um come back without the need for further notice at the next meeting which I understand is August 1st uh August is correct we don't have to take any action on this we to be carried the board should acknowledge the request to carry and if the board wants it carried without any further notice we can make that announcement to the public can we consider that so noticed the applicant uh will return at the August meeting the July meeting is Fourth of July so we will not be here um and the motion will be carried to that point the meeting will not be noted this but you will obviously know from the agenda agenda the posting and if you follow social media it'll definitely be there I would like I want to take one moment though um because the applicant has mentioned the reviewed the reports um from our professionals our engineer and our planner and uh I don't believe the public gets to see those reports right public doesn't get to see the planner or the engineer reports public records They prior a meeting okay I was not aware of that they have they have the right to come down to the municipal building I don't know if those reports are online no they are if they're not then they want to see the reports they have every right okay I just like to call attention to the number one variants on this application was the use variants and uh I just want to read from our plan report the intent of the TV BBD that's Transit bill central business district is to create a pedestrian friendly and active downtown presence of residential units on the ground floor is categorically not permitted as it defeats the purpose of the intent of the central business district um the CBD TB CBD zone of all our zones in town has the most input of what is required for bulcan area variances of any of the zones um the board would like to see the number of variances requested held to a minimum all right so I just I just note that there are eight variances it was like to see that sure and understood and that's part of the process that we'll go back with the professionals our engineer our planner our traffic consultant take a look at that and then uh you resubmit you know well within the time frame prior of the next meeting very well thank you very much members of the public so if you've heard the matter is being carried to August 1st there'll be no further notice required by either publication in the newspaper or if you've received the certified letter because you've lived with because you live within 200 feet of property you will not that will
