because it's costing more than people are donating but they decided to ask monthly sponsors cop so they're figure out it has been about $200 so that's figure out then the next F time is the books s coming up in May and May 3d fourth and fifth set up on the first and then volunteer opportunities for teams they get requests with people hour they're going to coordinate that team sign up so that there be a for example that likei s and then they are friends are hosting a staff appreciation Lun in on May 14th during the May 14 May 14 so so solid J will be sending sign to you so if you are on expenses fall under the the town supposed to go under the town building things and I do think we need to do our due diligence of likeing them out and if this repair buys us trying to figure that out and then to Source it into yeah the whole thing and I am I am of the opinion that we should do this repair now get the building secure and then let's look into um what we need to do to get V longterm Solutions I think both yeah I'm just curious you have done a deep enough time to know what all people were even looking at to replace it completely repl we need a secur and the so how soon can this repair happen um probably tomorrow or okay but what happens over the weekend if we [Music] um and this invoice is the security I really thought about this part before but people staying in the building I have this before people could stay down here and right de be the meeting room [Music] thee is there in our policy responsibility of people holding Mee to make sureit but if theying the door and walk we're now damaging a hinge it's so so yes we um I know the doors wereing they 11 the doors were lock and so so he he changed it to 11 so it should stay so there should be no reason so is this heard person I saw follow um I we don't have a date for this yet but they want to join me to go we do have it all together okay any not old so um on May 7th and that's Tuesday night understand [Music] three years later it feels much more I hope whoever takes my chair is a chance to say let's see the library is about because I think this team has been exceptional I'm I believe this policies really building it will be nice to just continue to and place these system to improve it and we work and I think that I know for me that was one of my goals as CH which has fallen they haven't got them all done we started taking this step this was one of them that we up with and now making it next to trust would be was really helpful in my time very plan was I found annual meeting so like knowing where
