time and I hope you're able to answer them tonight question one who will be present in the executive session beyond the five of you plus the township attorney and the township administrator tonight you're looking at who's going to be well there be anybody on Zoom no thank you question two why would our labor attorney asked the Mars County prosecutor's office for a case law interpretation such case law interpretations are the responsibility of our labor lawyer to the tax paare this Township is that a question or a statement it's a question Jack I I think our labor attorney gave his interpretation to the township committee no he wrote a letter to the attorney of the Mars County prosecutor's office I I I can't answer for him but I think he dis wait a minute he works for us doesn't he yes but he's not here to answer my point is that his interpretation is different from that of the prosecutor why but the question is why would he ask for that interpretation just to aggravate him and get you in this situation you are in tonight that I told you at the last meeting this is unacceptable be you're not managing the labor attorney you're the five of you plus you jack have that responsibility and you're failing don't look blind at me mayor this is your chest do not yell I am in no moood for you yelling well I'm not even move for you not answering questions you know what when oh a I had two questions and you can't answer them I stand by what the ordinance said 6 months ago I think that's what the laws you didn't answer my question let me finish pull off wow there's a going to call this easy guys whoa whoa whoa whoa answer the question the first time in months calm down you calm down I am calm my answer is this I stand by what the ordinance said 6 months ago the ordinance is not in question well let me rephrase that in the opinion of our labor Council that is what the law allows and that's what we could and should have passed 6 months ago the the shadow dance we have done for six months ago is because the prosecutor's office the prosecutor does not agree with what our labor Council believes is true that's your answer and you become an attorney now because you said the prosecut office they're are not telling the truth and you disagree what they said you disagree with the police Chiefs that gave the reports what the labor Council has stated well let me tell you this you are mismanaging your labor Council that's costing us you have mismanaged him and you've upset the prosecutor's office now we've got a legal problem more dollars for the taxpayer when is this all going to stop to the taxpayer when Mr rwi I I think one point of clarification I think I have this right great the the prosecutor's office has one interpretation of what the law is and the labor attorney that our labor attorney has a different interpretation Matt is that that is that correct that's my understanding that's my understanding of the of of the issue so now it becomes a situation to me do I listen to our labor attorney or do I listen to the prosecutor's office I think that's where I'm at thank you for your response I wish the mayor would have said the same thing because that's what I would appreciate because I still think you're mismanaging the labor attorney and and causing all chaos it's not good for the taxpayer have a pleasant meeting and I if you want somebody from the public I'll be more than glad to attend tonight no thank you I wouldn't expect anything else anybody on Zoom if anybody on Zoom would like to make a public comment please raise your hand now I don't see anyone mayor okay um uh with that I'll look for a motion to adjourn so moved go into executive session yes so moved second all in favor I I we not be reging m for
