get back to it it's no worries uh so we'll move on to the budget I don't think we have any new budget discussion right now I know Romy I I I was looking at the minutes for the 2023 I had that in my head now because it said there's something about adding stuff to the budget that was in my head but I don't think we have anything new to the budget right now um any adjustments I know we had a big discussion about that what was that a couple months ago or three months ago I think we're good there so we move on to Old business Jonathan do you have the ability to show the redesign like I asked last time remember redesign the put up display Banner redesign I'm not sure if you guys remember but last time we showed off the little pullup display banner and you guys little edits I know was I changed to like little trees little things like that and change it to the mission statement and all that so we did those changes now we just need the thumbs up and then we'll go ahead and make it if it's good to go and send it again if need to potentially find it here yeah little trees they the comment or the the mission and then the logo yeah and then I think was change uh we we had business Boot Camp or business seminar something changed the business education was a little bit more V broad yeah better vocabulary there I'm assume that that's our mission I can't see that far so oh sorry oh there we [Music] go just I found found a note from a subcommittee meeting that we had it was June 4th yeah Carlo we would already on those we probably already confirm those all right but bringing it back to the banner real quick is that good we good on this I just want I to vote on it right so everybody want a motion to a motion to approve the banner as presented second all in favor awesome the vendor right all right the next thing for old business would be the Main Street collaboration meeting followup I know cars isn't here right now to know how it went I don't know so the grand companies and the Main Street Merchants did have a follow-up meeting last Wednesday morning I think it was good we had um it was internal now it doesn't I think address the issue of an overall strategic plan right with the town so that is something that will need to be addressed um and probably spearheaded by the town um but I know I'll having you know and participants but at the same time I think you know the collaboration so cool yeah what day was this what were the big things that that came out of them so um what we are are doing right now is we are creating two subcommittees um one specifically for events and one for social media and marketing and they're going to have those committees and and we work towards achieving the goals of cool yeah the goal is just to try to get people talking collaboration yeah talking within everything who's in charge of of like getting coting sub commit dat that was kind of an issue I when my walk when I walked away I was like okay we want to do this but it's just kind of so I mean the grand compan is kind of leaving the charge right but at the same time they're not going to be doing it all on their own um that's not their role so it really needs to be driven through the merchants themselves and so that's where you know obviously always have a seat at the table but it won't be only us at the table it should it shouldn't be but it seemed like there were some it needed some leadership just to kind of at least get everybody together yeah yeah that's kind of where we left off R bringing it up and that's where we had the meeting and that's you know um a followup emails by out this week and cool hopefully the momentum keeps up sweet cool cool cool all right awesome and I know part of that momentum was also like bringing more things to Main Street that's why we wanted to talk with Felicia and see what going yeah cultureal Affairs and Main Street I don't know if you had add update for us yes I've been doing some research um Andrea asked me to more people and estimate of how much you know the performers would cost and stting and each individual band is different so um I'm trying to create like a budget um for for you to review and also give you like three normally I'm used to doing three beds when I do my projects and but I'm trying to contact the different groups that I know um those that have been shown some interest so that's what I'm working on it right now it's it's a lot of work you know to reach out to them and and also we have our um when we do our events I mean this this is a big company but I'm trying to find out from them since they help other groups what is the minimum for like say a solo artist or do or three or four band or you know I need the pricing for each one so we can I mean I I gave you the information it ranges from $200 hour to uh like our bands uh the one that's coming up the jazz band is and and that's a good price it's 2,500 for four and a half hours three hours so it depends I don't think we need like a big band I think having like a solo artist or or two three people you know M just playing and I just got a call from and actually I need to go see them on Sunday they're doing a concert and they're they're very excited as all we play for Main Street is is a symphony or Orchestra but they want to do like a Christmas um event so years ago we had um something brass band and they used to play Christmas songs on Main Street so that would be you know something to to think about for for starting next year so I mean it's it's just plenty it takes a lot of time to put this together and aity Vil of the groups and so forth that's so I tell my group we need 8 to year the things not two weeks before we've been lucky but I keeping we need if we want something well done we need to plan and it's it's a lot of fun but a lot of work too is there any way that we can help out as the EDC or no I think I think is is um knowing what you want us to do as far as you know what Happ I mean I have a list of of and I show her the a little letter that I want to send to the musicians and she said it was fine basically you know what you can look at it we can keep it if you want she okay so um so basically you know what is it that you you want to to charge and what is it that you need because uh we had like the 1 through fourth of July um we had to provide them with some equipment so it was the cost for the the town our Committee involved in it so we need to know what is it that they have what is that they need how much they're going to charge so all that are questions that need to be answered I don't how right now till I come to them so each group is different cool all right then well if we can help it anyway with any specific group or kind of budget discussion or whatever that we can jump in on put together a little promo I always get of myself to promote Main Street and but I need verifi to verify when is it that you want to do it what time how many days uh times a months you want to do it because I I went uh I don't want to bore you with information went to the Palm Beach um cultural Affairs C they call it and and they have something every week I don't think you can afford something every every Friday night so if we can do it we used to do it like I said a test one that we do was once a month uh maybe twice a month as long as you get sponsors there's always the possibility of having more activities because budgeting everything is is making sure that I will share with you the groups I that um I mean I think they're good groups some of them are you know like you know it's the singer that comes and has a band or you know I don't know how Carlos from Chas does it but she always brings like a b so I need to know exactly what you want you know for us to what can of gr to okay to cool awesome good to know yeah and when it comes to sponsorship and stuff like that too you have us available not just from the EDC but the chamber as well remember if you need to reach out we can you know Outreach to the members as well our budget is very limited for cult Affairs and sometimes we want to do activities but can yeah yeah that's why so just reach out collaborating with you guys has been like awesome no for sure that's why you can reach out to me individually too as Matthew from the chamber and then you know we can do it that way too to reach out to the members and also to spread the word about this too to all the do a lot of activities we have the bike ride is not cultural Affairs is something that we've been doing with the through it at the end well my my note on that is interest having Danny angel from the town super knowledgeable basically anything to do with like the btr's business in town he's kind of a historian in a sense of the town so you going have a lot of Conta he said he's um open to doing his local like I forget the name of the segment but essentially like local business he's supposed to be doing a session with me yes I didn't to on like the specifically business in my what it looks like type of segment so I need get with him you can get with him I'm ask I'm gonna I'm gonna ask R to send him get more of a so he hadn't been reach no he had been he like got itative yeah he's he's a very busy guy he just got back to me this morning so no I know I had been and he's like out of town and then I just then I was out of town and I was like I'm not worrying about this until the end of August in energy we finally got clear the thing that was holding us back was though they were going to wave the fee for us to use the facilities because we have a history with them and you know that's what Partnerships before the only thing that held us back was that on top of that they have specific facilities uh requests like janitorial it that you know on top of a wave facility fee what is that hourly look like for janitorial or you know set up set down or take down um it's nominal it's going to be a couple hundred as far as I'm concerned we have budget for it we have Memorial Healthcare who is they're looking to sponsor like a Year's worth of events um which has been exciting and this is something that they've been willing to turn yeah they really like ouring for if it's a nominal fee uh maybe it's going to be breakfast too like it's pretty much as far as I'm concerned going to be taken care of so we submitted that I told Finance it wasn't going to be a problem because if they told us it was like $10,000 on top of a waved fee and it's like we couldn't do it um since it's that we have the Certificate of Insurance we're all good to go now I'm asking for them for a little more reference on like a if they have a layout that we can use and you know say where can we put check in is there an opportunity for a boy to have a a table um I'm going to see because I'm going to be out of town next week I want to see if I can schedule either you Ry I don't want to Vol and tell you but um doing sort of like a walk through on site I mean I think that's fair enough just so we can get like a visual okay that can go there that's going to go there I think that's it and I I've been in contact with r getting head shot bios logos all that I have a something simple I guess and just went away from [Music] me the boot camp graphic which I mean it's it's fairly simple than I'm not going to be able to put it up business boot camp stock image of a businessman um all the logos I I'm pretty sure these are all the logos that we have that are relevant um yeah it's pretty much good to go home sweet is there in because R had some question in an email about whether or not there's going to be an eventbr registration page I say yes because any head counts yeah we did that last time didn't we yes she just when we when we brought it up because uh we were we have we had to get something to Memorial regarding the sponsorship package if they were going to have a table is there need for a check in table well is there a need for an event registration form if that was the working back that we had to do we didn't know about an event page but I think it's I think the registration is going to be useful anyways and so we're going to be good to go that's all so it's going to be a registration table yeah sort of similar to last year check a check and is there going to be like on the event bre is there going to be a limit on uh the amount of signups that yeah so in the request form we had it mirror last year but or the expected quantity was going to be like 80 to 100 attendees I think more or less it's going to be that as well I'm I'm not opposed to to pushing it out probably like to 125 130 we did last time because so many people just don't come watch we just have it be you know a lot higher like out of 200 in gbr or something like that even if it does half those people are going to show up I I would believe that's been mentioned before either like if we're going to have a really limited amount of seats and want to go by those numbers then there needs to be like some nominal fee just to register or if we don't do the fee you know increase the maximum number of registrants because we know yeah I'll double I'll double we just put the maximum to the actual maximum people all of our events are free we don't we don't we don't to turn profits on events yeah um we've always had that so I'm going to double double up with uh and because they can only hold let's just throw number like 150 I I mean I would think that you know if it does reach capacity then you know all those people coming in a bit later just to say no but I think that's a better problem to have than under attendance I agree and so that's going to be I think that's pretty much going to be going live tomorrow I'm going to get back again with on specifics of the agenda um who speaking at when just CU it's always been to supplement of them pages with that information who you're going to doing things like back to back to back just because I'm the more time the better but done the first week of September it's not it's not that much further off next week um yeah yeah I mean I think the apart or youbody has AK or something like that comes up there's always something so you want a date for that is the first week in September yeah we can try I just know that the only people on that sub need to like get serious because everything is more expensive like very expensive and so if we have big players like healthcare and because somebody's reading all that Hospitality the reason why I say would already clear out the account 2,000 there's 3,000 uh line for the uh for the networking account which would leave a th according to that one uh local Intel zeros out we have some marketing things that are going to hit the business the boot camp has a $2,000 allocation at this point with with a sponsorship I'm not sure that it's going to get even close to zeroed out unless there's interest in adding things to the event you know giveaways or goodie bags um last time we bought which that I think that was for the it was for the same event the participating restaurants in the bike tour as kind of like yeah I think that's happen because is the 21st in that's fine we still yeah we can still get businesses it doesn't have to just be restaurants either that's why it could be anything was the bikes moved from the 14th to the 21st or was it always the 21st like this year was it no was the 2th the 14th is driv in the par yeah I know I had it on my count for the 14 I think it's usually the second week um but now it's there's a lot of uh just real quick R got back to me she said in the third so September 3rd at 5:30 I still think I I I think goodie bags is a really nice thing I'm not opposed to the gift cards again it's just a lot it's like I like handle things I know we kind of want to get people to the uh to the networking social or the networking event ATA or wherever it's going to be um I think goodie bags is like a really nice thing um no yeah I know we definitely want to get something remember we talked about last time we wanted to get everybody pens we wanted to get notepads and things like that you know be able to provide that and now that we have the budget for we might as well use it you know what I mean instead of just letting it rot so Point yeah so we do that we get pens we get notebooks um drink tickets we can't buy drink tickets so you're not buying a drinks in the restaurant yeah we can get like a meal ticket or something when I talk guy yeah get to the restaurant yeah then you get like a free starter or something like that we can call it a starter but it doesn't necessary to be a drink whatever maybe I don't know so you're saying a, in one of the accounts and then whatever doesn't get used of the 2,000 the networking account has 3,000 and you're going to take out two we can assume two is gone for the four socials excuse me thousand um I don't know that I can't calculate in my head the difference from the local Intel wipes out 10 of the 12 for the marketing um the badges the pullup Banner whatever's left over is that marketing I think there had been a motion on Advertising the boot camp using dollars so I couldn't or wouldn't want to speak to that really the the money that's left for the seminar or for the year rather is for the seminar and that's at 2,000 again we have the sponsors coming into cover yeah I know one of the things we talked about in one of the last meetings and I don't know how hard this is for you guys to get but I know people talk about the cows like getting little cows for meting really likes the cows yes how difficult is that to order cows I I don't I can look into getting EDC like swag items you know what I mean like the ends um notepads stuff like that you know what I mean cups random little things like that you know what I mean if we want to get that to have hand out little bags or whatever for attendees you know what I mean I could easily you know get the people to do that there's people in the BNI that we can reach out to and there's also just you know other connections that we could do 200 each out of a nice but not too expensive cup of nice I know we already have pens and folders now right this is a very I mean this is from someone that does that's that looks like [Music] depart yeah that's why just different Swag yeah exactly little things like that yeah but just keep in mind at this point we're looking at a possibility of $4,000 that we have available yeah this is so it's not like Chum change right like 200 here 200 is still for those MH yeah that's why I'm thinking of ways to start putting a dent in it yeah sorry if anybody has any other suggestions appreciate it that's F but so far there's that yeah I think that we should definitely contribute some towards that event a for going really nice a perk for going um and I don't know what portion of that we want to contribute towards that part but that's something that we should we should quantify I think we're only going to ask sponsor for the facili cost and I think the rest could basically be like really nice giveways draw strings bag filled with you like insulated cups and the cows and you know other business friendly or has has Baptist shown any interest uh they part I think they participate in our no we're we're very oh that's a good one for repouring upstairs IDE I can't remember from which department or what but they're very interested in getting involv and the goodie bags it could probably give them aori Memorial you know reason to also contribute into that goodie bag is there like interesting wanting to set a price a goodie b or how much money you spend towards a goodie bag so you're saying that the place holds 150 I don't know I don't know that's why is it possible we can vote on this stuff in the subcommittee or no has to be no the subcommittee you can make motions they're just they're going to be advisory to the main committee um well can it can a motions be voted on if there is technically for them at the meeting yeah yeah I mean if it's if it yeah have to get 7 if it's a subcommittee m and it's advertised as a subcommittee and you're just talking about you know one thing it'll always have to be you know we want to have um T always at the upcoming event okay I'll agree one person disagrees it's still going to go to the main committee as the recommendation um it's like a workshop for Council so they can vote on it it'll just it's not actually I okay it doesn't bite into budgets uh and I don't think there'll be enough that would be unless there was a special call advertised and yeah they order to know how much you would also have to know how many yeah to be able to say okay well it's a little less or a little more than yeah that's why I was wondering if because that's you know gives us a week to get that information to get to when we get to the subcommittee you know what I mean us like a week and a half but um we spend a bit more on those pretty bags we can always you know without knowing how many people we're going to attend we can just say you know we're going to get say 40 of them and it's like for the first 40 that arrive you know yeah or if there's extras we keep them further events yeah for the next time or something so maybe like the first 50 safe card against an unknown yeah exactly this point I think we have to say 100 right just because we're trying to yeah we're trying to make a bigger D you know what I mean like might as well do 100 last time we had over 50 we had like 80 or 60 something like that 60 to 80 as long as you know we were able to keep them for another event I like money yeah Wast itself the networking would leave a thousand and then the marketing I mean I can go deep into the budget well can we use any of that marketing dollars or anything right now to push this event like on much do we have in the marketing let let's say this Banner of the 2000 that is not local Intel 224 for the pins whatever the banner is let say 300 bucks put the banner sure let's say that for now real quick that 1400 can we use that on social media for the event not all obviously because that would be a gigantic campaign but what what is it reasonable about for you Jonathan as a social media connoisseur to get this going a month before I mean the years past I think it have been you have $1,400 do you have a lot two 200 was what more no I that's what we did last year I know but you have more now is what I'm saying you have a big budget this is an agency budget you have looking at you right now you're an agency man you're not a Miami Lakes guy right now how much would you want to do real quick right maybe we can push that a little bit right so there's that real quick just to talk about this cuz Manny Sid brought it up to us when we were at um a proclamation for pizza scene when they were getting their like 18e thing he was telling us that back in the day the EDC used to do something with the airports around here that it was um he said I'm not he said that they might have done it with Miami International but they did it definitely with obak like the airport around here the little screens and the TV screens they would have a little video of like come visit Miami Lakes you know and do a little intro video to Miami Lakes of the people Landing in you know what I mean and they would have it tracked to he said that they would have it on people that they know are you know coming in flights not connecting flights that way they would come in get the little video places to visit and then they would get Miami Lakes and they get the little brief video talking about Miami Lakes and then you know we'll go on to the other little things that you see like when you land in a plane right so that was something that I just wanted to bring up if we wanted to explore more because it seemed like a pretty good idea I might not be able to get this for the September you know meeting the next one in time for this but something to think about and I thought it was a cool idea and we do have a video so that would be interesting I mean what's the what's like the the traffic through the opalak airport I don't not know I'm personally thinking priv it's more private also Mia I think Mii would be a lot better especially I remember one of these meetings Carlos was bringing up trying to get you know people from outside Miami Lakes to to come to Miami Lakes you know particularly you know right here and um I think and Mya being you know far enough from Miami Lakes you know could definitely help attract more of those people that live in Miami but you know hey maybe they hear about or see Miami Lakes and you know I think of coming here for some reason just you know spreading the Mind share of all Miami Lakes is outside Miami Lakes think I think Mia would be worth exploring cool yeah you said the EDC did that in the past that's what he mentioned I might have not been the I wonder whatever Department did I wonder yeah I'm just you yeah I don't know who it was and it might have been 15 years ago so who knows when it was that's why but I'm trying mentioned me thought it was idea yeah I think that I what I I what I'm doing now is like so one time there was an American Way um magazine article and that was very cool it was part of when we did that private public private Venture with um brand companies and of my reles and um it was it was um what's his name from Intel and it was a very cool you know ad half page ad that was in there I mean I saw it I took a picture of it everyone who was you know on American saw it it was on you know their American way yeah cool um I think it was like a four or $5,000 investment that year we used to do a beacon council ad um that's when they used to have a paper ad um now they completely digital um but that was when Nicole was a part of awesome I don't know if he's confusing that I don't remember I me as long as at the airport been here that long but I mean either way it looks like there's something we can do with the airport then maybe and like Danny said it's a good way to bring people and let them know about mies yeah I definitely think you know of any actual advertising efforts you know pushing to local areas outside Miami Lakes would be the most effective I mean yeah I think people that live here in Miami Lakes you know have heard of Main Street and everything but you know we're trying to attract people outside M yeah I'll see if it's doable because I mean moving forward we are going to have to find ways to spend larger amounts of money if we want to cancel local Intel I know we're stuck with it for another year but if we're going to cancel it that's what 10K something like that it's like a ridiculous amount yeah it's like a huge amount that's instantly open to the EDC now things which means the EDC could be actual viable collaborator with the grand company and Main Street whole thing you know what I mean and getting that going right now we're a little bit like hands are tied because there's not a bunch I mean I guess we do actually have a bunch we just never realize it until the end yeah we we we could check just to kind of you know with the different fbos there to have any advertising within I haven't been there in a long time you know pal Blue's got one there's another one up here on 63rd uh see if if within each one of those there's a place you can put you know maybe they have team screen and you can just put stuff on there you're saying where again at the the different there's like five different airports within the airport oh five different terminals I say but they're all right there gotcha yeah I'll see I'll see what we can do about that I'll see I'll see how to reach out to Mi who the right people are actually yeah that's why I'm sure there's there's got to be some way to find out I'll figure it out I I'm spending is I don't know the thing about we need deliverables by Ching the credit card before the date I know that's why I was saying the Social Media stuff is what we're going to do now that's why I'm tell you agency John you got huge budget to work with you know like you like you got you got to bring in as many people to this event as you possibly can here's your big budget you work for this big big level agency if you mess up your fire it's over your career's done you know what I mean they spread your bad information about you you know what I mean I think though in order to avoid this happening again next year we we I don't know if there's a way of getting updated budget more often so that we have a way of looking at it yeah yeah maybe we can do every meeting yeah to make sure that we're we're not last and we and we use it better kind the budget really kcks don't with the year approving it I me your last what it's September so last quarter you're not do a lot you plan big events already that's I think we gota get there probably going to be beneficial for all committees to plan way we events yeah you start spending money now for October November December that's that's the idea that you should we're we're planning ahead so when we get there it's not like dead months that we yeah all right so there's $1,000 left in the marketing fund how do we want to do the social media video that's something we can also question little on social media just like a General brand recognition campaign Jonathan like just in yeah with the with the video I I think there was already the ear Mark dollars but out of that thousand again my only concern is that well we need the liables by 9:30 we can't just keep the spend going you know beyond that into a new fiscal year if that makes sense like it can't be a a six-month campaign no I know I know um that's what I'm saying I'm saying to go to go hard in a month I'm saying to push it like one month campaign yeah that's what I'm saying that's what that's what it is it's a month so I'm saying to push it for I guess five weeks is what it would be that's what I'm saying for the boot camp it would be a lot more because it's going to be a you know like a like a c action driven campaign you know it's you can really do it like a lot you know we can push it a lot more in in a lot much more expensive way you get what I'm saying so that's something we can do like when you guys do the social media is it only on Facebook do you do Instagram as well or the adice yeah yeah yeah what is it it's both it's both yeah we push to both okay you do LinkedIn uh we haven't can we do EV right can we do LinkedIn because this is a business campaign you know what I mean we do LinkedIn in there we do an Eventbrite campaign Eventbrite has a way to boost it on Eventbrite itself you know what I'm saying that's what I mean like we can we have money to allocate here that's what I'm saying campaign brain like this is or agent agency campaign brain you know what I mean like you got this event that you need to push what are all the different ways we can push it we have a $1,400 budget that's why we've got a decent amount not really that much in all honesty if we want to push an event that's why like it's pretty small so we can we can go through this pretty easily for marketing at least and then that leaves us with still 3,000 but at least this at least a th000 you know for doing it for five weeks it's like $30 $30 a day probably yeah across everything probably the Thousand that's what I'm saying like I think we could do it like it's if right now it's 1400 you say 4 400 for Facebook IG we can do what another 400 for LinkedIn if possible and then the remainder for eventbr you know what I'm saying and then that just that pushes the event at the maximum that we can push it you know what I mean and then we could set the event Bri cap once we get you know energy Mendes we at the subcommittee we'll set like an actual cap right and then with actual pushing like this I think we can reach it pretty easily I I would say definitely if we if we do like an advertisement and we we put money behind it um it should be uh aside from just recognition and awareness I think if we have the event right it should just be tied into the ad itself to exactly to lead them to register so we can evaluate the performance otherwise no yeah yeah of course of course it all tie into that that'll be like the Cod action the you know what I'm saying okay that makes sense yeah we all bring it to that I'm just saying we do it through Facebook IG we do it through Linkedin and we do it through Eventbrite you know to the relevant locations you know what I mean to the relevant parties and we just go crazy you know we we tell each of them you know $400 budget $400 budget what what's the rest uh I guess was it $200 right 400 600 no yeah 200 800 so and then another $200 budget for event which is smaller you know what I mean and then we see where we can go try to find the the schedule from the Laker oh and there you go that's another thing there too I haven't seen that one I have to run but is there anything that needs to be voted on that we have enough I don't want to like I think most kids have started school but mine start tomorrow so I just want to be compensation of like a normal networking event well we usually give like $400 right yeah eight really generous on that one well I'm thinking if 100 something not everyone's going to go to the number this one a little bit easier to have a number before you give me a number when I call the gentleman you know we can talk and I say oh we have X amount of Dos he can tell me oh first 50 you know what I mean and we okay so how about we do how about we do if we have a thousand um how about we do 600 and then the other 400 for gifts at least they be able to have something to do we we don't have to do um something as elaborate as we did last time because we gave yeah we gave a lot yeah we gave a lot oh but just something that's fair yeah I think that works so you're saying out of the 2000 wait it wasn't the one out of the 1000 you're saying 600 600 64 six and four you're saying 64 be thr right or whatever the de might end up being and then 400 would be GS slash okay cool and then before we do um one of those networking events right that we usually give them that money and then they put out some because of that um but that still doesn't comp um people to go and get the first drink or anything like that because that I'm sure that's not going to be sub sufficient for that yeah so I'm just thinking if we have because this is still for this event if there is anything left over we can still use more towards the after I mean it does not need to be because if there's more to be done at the event site then we we use it towards that but I don't know what else like what else can yeah that's why I was thinking what you were where you were going along now too I was thinking maybe we can put a little bit from that or a little bit more of this a th000 I guess into the restaurant I guess you know just to kind of you know or we could put more into the restaurant from the other budget and then this one we can buy some of the gift cards that we're gonna I guess the gift cards have to come from this right from the just networking thing like we did last time where the gift cards can come from the event it's part of the event that's why I don't really know how it has to does that say how much can you spend on whatever goes inside those bags and those bags can you spend $1,000 on that I idea that's why or if you do 100 100 bags $10 a bag is and $10 a bag with whatever you're G going to be bags with swag you know that we can equal Al with and then 400 off for giftsraffle which leaves 600 unallocated for overflow lower where needed you know which I think is safe anyways which to Memorial but that's florid Florida oh yeah Florida Blue that's right Florida Blue reached out to me and I know R's been talking to them they wanted to sponsor breakfast breast we just had all these sponsors come in that wanted to do sponsorships okay which is I mean it's very nice of them I'll take it but that's why I thought that was at least going to be gone but yeah we'll do better next time
