item of business is 1.2 adoption of the agenda I would entertain a motion so moved the agenda has been moved and seconded any discussion hearing none all in favor I I I any opposed motion carries we'll move on to section 2.0 student representative reports and we'd like to welcome kenu from moundsview and then Sydney and Kenya from Irondale so make your way up to the table you can all come together if you'd like or individually so guess we're getting the presentation set up here so this is a quick update for what MSU has been up to for September and some plans for October and the picture you see on the left is our student section at this year's um homecoming game which I'll talk about soon so an update that we had was that we finalized the roster for um Council so we had a freshman trial and um we were able to admit 60 students so we have a lot of participation this year in our student council and we're excited excited about that and just to recap our senior Sunrise that was on the first Friday of the school year um Council got to provide like donuts and other concessions and as you can see the students had a lot of fun and created a lot of memories and we're planning on collaborating with the yearbook to um figure out how to get some more pictures and student involvement and next um we had a new event that we called movie night on the field and we had a lot of participation as well and we are planning on doing a lot more um movie Nights during our future Spirit weeks um so this year we did Spider-Man homecoming which is a big success and we're planning on doing more forms and polls just to see what the students are interested in and here we have part participation from Mr Reit in our spirit week um it says if Rob grout fits then you grout fit so um we had a lot of participation this week and for our petfest we included a lot more inclusive activities um we try to do giveaways with um clubs and we showcase a lot of new things from um I believe it was bowling Club Red Cross and our club's H2O for life and we collaborated with um a lot of sports and clubs to get them all represented and we' like to thank Miss daget Miss hes for all their help and next we this is a picture um or two pictures from our tailgate this fall um we got to provide face paint and a lot of concessions and um for people to show school spirit during the homecoming game and we also had a decco stur promotion outside before the game started so yeah and um I'd like to showcase the high amount of student section participation that was made possible by senior stable and student council collaborating um as you can see um all the face paint was made possible by us and um the posters as well so yeah some more pictures um again we have more pictures of of the participation we've had so far and yes two pictures from our game and we had our homecoming dance which was a large success um we got to paint a lot of murals and as you can see I think we have some more student pictures on the next slide um but yeah some of our murals and decorations we spent a few hours getting set up and for our plans for October we plan to volunteer for I believe the Twin Cities Marathon fluid station and we'll be working closely with our National Honor Society chapter and right now we are coordinating Community Service events with Feed My Starving Children and Elementary School carnivals like the Turtle Lake Carnival that happened this past weekend and lastly we're Gathering student council members for the fall leadership Forum which will take place I believe in November so that's with the Minnesota Minnesota Association of student councils so we'll have about three to four representatives from Ms view going to that yes and that's it thank you thank you thank you hi guys I'm Sydney and I'm Kenna and then we have a presentation about iron so we'll start off with iron Dale's highlights so for homecoming week we had volley buff and Powderpuff essentially the volleyball players played uh on grade level teams for flag football and then the seniors won that game and then the football players competed in volleyball tournaments um that week we also had game show night so iron students competed to test their knowledge of the student body's opinions in a Family Feud Style game that was very fun that was after school and then we had our petfest at the end of the week we had many great performances from the fall performance team and also the afro beats team and we did a bunch of other events we had fun games and we just had a great week of celebrating homecoming week and then in terms of homecoming specifically for our football game our Knights showed up they cheered on our game against montelo we didn't win but we won in spirit we had amazing performances from our fall performance teams and our marching band you guys are probably familiar with our marching band and then for the dance everyone had a great time the theme was um gloin the dark so and student council did a great job setting up and taking down and in terms of marching band we we had one of the biggest marching band events a few weeks ago it was Music of the Night our band did very well we placed four third place in class of 4A and fourth place overall in the finals and we had outstanding color guard for class of 4A and then in terms of debate I'm on the debate team we did very well we had our first tournament at East viiew High School we're proud of our five students who placed in the top three at the Duos in Duos um and then additionally Andrea Perez she's a senior at Irondale she received first place in JB's individual speaker Awards shout out to Andrea and then some upcoming things that we're planning are the fall choir concert which is taking place on Thursday October 10th at 7 p.m. in the iranda auditorium and there's going to be three choirs singing as well as a choir from bethl um and then also student council is currently planning the tricker canning event which is basically a fall food drive where we go door too with student couns to let people know that we're collecting donations and non- perishables um and then we'll come back the following week to collect those and then we're also doing Trunk Retreat um which is currently being planned out with or collaborating with NHS to basically do like a trunk retreating event in the irono Park parking lot um which will help the clubs stay involved in their community and then we also have the fall musical UPC coming um the opening night is October 31st and it'll run on that whole weekend um and tickets are currently on sale at the iron drama website and that's about all for this month than you guys thank you appreciate you all being here tonight all right we will move on to 2.1 announcements um shaa could you please read the gifts sure we had uh there were nine gifts for schools and programs received this period for a total of 12,19 and there were 18 gifts for the real Freer Food Shelf this period for a total of $ 23,5 it is recommended that the board accept these gifts and extend our thanks to the donors thank you Shana upcoming meetings our next work session is Thursday November 7th at 5:00 P PM um and the next regular meeting of the school board is Tuesday November 12th at 7 p.m. both here at the district Center um we will move on to um 2.2 um or actually sorry 2.3 um superintendent report great thanks and have a few things this evening um starting with school recognition um the US Department of Education has named chipa Middle School a uh 2024 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence we want to congratulate uh chipa on this wonderful award they are now the third School in the district uh that has earned this honor IR Andale uh high school was named a Blue Ribbon School in 1993 and Pike Lake Elementary was recognized with that distinction back in 1986 so congratulations to chipa I also want to extend congratulations to Irondale and mvw high schools who were both named to the college board's 2024 AP honor role uh those Awards recognize schools that have done outstanding work welcoming more students into taking AP courses and then supporting them on their path to college success so a big thank you to all of the high school staff who made that possible and finally I want to congratulate the moundsview school district Orchestra program so everybody associated with that program uh that group was uh awarded the 2024 meritorious Orchestra program award by the Minnesota string and Orchestra Teachers Association try to say that fast three times um it is a prestigious award it recognizes uh Excellence uh of our program and the positive impact our program has made on uh our students as well as the string Community across Minnesota so congratulations to everybody involved in our Orchestra program and that ends my report great thanks superintendent Lennox we will now move on to item 3.0 approval of the consent agenda I would entertain a motion no moved second the agenda has been moved and seconded any discussion hearing none all in favor any opposed motion carries next is item 4. one uh 2023 24 student achievement Equity promise highlights um we'd like to welcome up Angie pesel um executive director of curriculum and instruction and Mary stab director of research assessment and evaluation welcome thank you good evening everyone thanks for having us tonight we're here to uh share with you our annual report summary for the 2324 school year on the world's best Workforce plan and the achievement and integration plan there we go so Minnesota uh State legislation mandates the districts develop a strateg strategic comprehensive plan around these five key components tonight we're going to share with you our goals in each of these five key components um our progress towards them and the strategies that we have employed in each of them so we'll start with the first goal which is all students ready for school this goal says that the percentage of pre kindergarten age for students enrolled in Ms vieww Early Childhood Program which includes our early um our early childhood special ed speech and early child family Ed who meet to exceed the kindergarten Readiness Benchmark accomplished for the social emotional domain as measured by an observational protocol that they use called my teaching strategies assessment their work was to increase um their uh results in that accomplished area from 77% in Spring to 2023 um to 78% in Spring 2024 that social emotional um Benchmark includes um objectives on regulating own emotion and behavior establishing and sustaining positive relationships and participating cooperatively and constructively in grouped situations for spring 2024 they reached 74% of the students were accomplished so some of the strategies that we have in place around this are increased efforts to complete Early Childhood screening this is important because it allows us to ensure that we have the necessary supports in place for students as they enter kindergarten and if we can catch them early in uh our prek program it helps us to be prepared to support those students we are also continuing to support a teacher leadership team within our Early Childhood Program this is important because we're really using the expertise of those teacher leaders to make instructional decisions about our early Learners and how to best prepare them to be ready for kindergarten our um Early Childhood teachers are also engaged in professional learning focused on literacy uh I'll be here for a second report tonight around the react and so we'll highlight some of those components a little bit more later on tonight the second goal area is all students in third grade achieve grade level literacy our goal for this area was that the percentage of grade three students at moundsview public school who are proficient in the MCA 3 reading would increase from 50.8% in 2023 to 53.4% in 2024 as you look at the results 54.1% of moundsview third grade students were proficient which means they meet or exceed standards on that 2024 mca3 reading this in is in comparison to 46.3% at the state level so we are pleased to see the progress that we're making in this area but we do know that there is more work to be done we continue to provide in addition to support for students who are needing those supports as they're learning to read and again there'll be more on this in a second presentation um as we talk about the read act the third goal is all students career and college ready by graduation for this goal we look at the percentage of students in the graduating class at moundsview Public Schools who meet three of the four college readiness benchmarks established and measured by the act so English math reading and Science and this year we were looking to increase from 46% with a class of 2023 to 48% with a class of 20124 I have to apologize usually as soon as I leave this presentation and go to my office that's when these results turn up right so they are due out in the next week and we will update this this presentation to reflect that class of 2024's accomplishments so our College and Career Centers continue to grow in their ability to support students in their post-secondary planning that's one of the strategies we have in place around that we continue to provide technical support for college applications and for the FAFSA application and this year we are exploring a new software that we believe will help us uh be more efficient and get more data around our four-year planning and career exploration for our students and that will just help U benefit students and also um give our College and Career um centers um more data to work with as we're exploring those pieces all students graduate is the fourth goal and for this goal Ms viiew measures the percent of students who graduate in exactly four years but also the percent of those who continue according to their personalized plan we call that graduating according to the plan rate mountains view will increase the graduation according to plann rate for all students from 97.6 6% for the class of 2022 to 98% for the class of 2023 you will note that we're always a year behind in this metric as calculations are being um created and then have no subgroup of the class of 20123 be less than 90% so the table reports out that the all was 96.7% which was slightly uh lower than our goal but each subgroup was no less than 90% we still are looking at that English learner Services um those rece students receiving English learner services but you will note that many of those students in that category as well as in the special education category are continuing their their education in our system they are guaranteed that right to age 22 and we find it our responsibility to support them with that endeavor so Deans continue to work on supporting students with their four-year planning to ensure the students are College and Career ready in this and as we look at that area for our students receiving um English language learner service this year we are providing some additional academic resources for students and teachers that are working with them and we believe that those supports will help students in this area as well our last goal all students career in college ready by graduation also aligns to the achievement and integration plan goal one um this this goal what is new to the board and new to us as we updated our achievement and integration plan uh last year this school says that we're going to decrease the racial disparities in Mountview College Board advanced placement courses from 8% for students in the class of 2021 to 3% for the class of 2025 so this is a a three-year plan and we're always asked to kind of create it a little bit earlier than we actually have data and then continue to to look at that um we have always in this particular area looked at the proportionality of our students uh in the graduating class compared to the proportionality of those who participated in many of those Early College opportunities that we had so advanced placement courses was one of them on NOA Ramsey Community College courses was another College in the schools was another um CTE courses that are articulated to college credit all of those plethora of opportunities we have for students with this particular goal we were asked by mde to focus because we were doing so well on that um to focus on one of those um opportunities and look to enrich that opportunity so the opportunity that that we looked at that that had the most disparity for us was student enrollment Advanced uh AP courses advanced placement or AP courses so our job was again to look at the proportionality of students who are in that um graduating class and make sure that the proportionality of students in the advanced placement classes is equivalent and what the disparity is is that for that first year that we measured it was about 8% difference then in 20 uh 22 it went down which is awesome but also the numbers went down um you can see that since uh 2022 we have almost doubled the amount of students that are accessing advanced placement courses and still can are working on strategies that make sure that the students access accessing those courses is proportional to the student population you already heard tonight about award that we won for that work so some of the strategies that we have in place around this work are to continue to work to ensure that our AP courses are proportional we have Deans um in place to encourage and support students not only access to those courses but once that they sign up for those courses that they are welcomed into those courses and supported through some scaffolding happens as well and then the teachers in those AP courses they work in professional learning communities and as part of that work they really are monitoring student achievement and progress in those courses and adding additional supports as needed for those students who might not otherwise have um thought that an AP course was for them to say this is for you and we're going to support you to be successful in it so continue to work in that area all racial and economic achievement gaps are closed um is also aligned to the achievement and integration plan goal number two this goal said that the percentage of Hispanic and black students proficient on All State math accountability tests which include our MCA and our mtas will increase from 23.6% in 2022 for with our long range goal of being at 35% by 2026 the graphic displays for you that that this increase is is continuing albeit a little bit smaller than we probably would expect um but we have some great strategies in place to tackle it yes as Mary said the FOC Focus for this goal area is in the area of math we have Elementary and Middle School um structures that are in place to support in addition to time for students who are needing some um additional support to increase their conceptual understanding of math we also have introduced some new resources so we've got a new digital core resource called ST Math that is in place at our elementary levels through sixth grade and that is um really offering some unique opportunities for students to um not know they're doing math and do math um so it's had some um opportunities that students take are in Journeys and some really great opportunities for students to build those math skills so we're excited to see how that will play out in uh future data around that um our middle schools also have a new math core resource called Desmos it's been a few years since we've had a new resource there so we believe that that is going to um have some great um successes for us as well we do also have instructional support uh team members at all three levels for elementary middle school and high school and those uh people in the instructional support team here are dedicated to supporting teachers and delivering high quality math instruction to all of our students so these strategies are uh really do help support those goals or that goal the last goal is part of the uh achievement and integration plan as well it is goal three it's called Equitable access to excellent and diverse Educators the goal we selected for the next three years was that the percentage of mountains view Public School teachers of color will increase from 4.9% in 2022 to 6% in 2026 with the outcome of the percentage of teachers of color approaching the percentage of students of color that was measured in 20 school year 2223 to be 41% and so Equitable access to excellent teachers excellent teachers in the eyes of uh mde have taught more than three years so they're experienced are licens in the grade and subject they teach or INF field and have advanced degrees or masterg degrees or more and in work with the human um re resources we found out that three those teachers having three years experience at 92% our licensed teachers are at 96% and those having Advanced degrees are at 77% in regards to the goal in the increasing of the diversity we remained about the same from 2223 to 2324 so we've got some strategies in place around this as well the first one is the uh that we've got instructional support leads or coaches at all levels for literacy math science and social studies and that is important because that helps us make sure that our teachers have uh the support that they need in order to maintain that excellence in the classroom um also wanted to highlight uh that we are continuing to work on diversifying our teaching population so we still have in place a grow your own program and that is a program where we are looking for our high school students who might be interested in the field of Education or maybe who haven't been and we say hey we think you'd be really great at that we continue to support them through their college preparation program through their student teaching and then um they can come and work here for msby public schools we believe that is a good model because they are already part of the community and then they can come back and support that Community we currently have two teachers who have gone through that program um that are teaching in our system and we have four more in the pipeline that next year will be starting their teacher preparation program and we support them and we're still looking to find some more as we work through that we also have a collaboration with 916 uh through an impact Grant and that is specific to those uh teachers who might be interested in entering the field of special education so those are some areas that we're working on to um address that goal so that's what we have for you tonight um to provide some information about where we are in that those goal areas and we would uh be happy to answer any questions um that you have no questions for me but um I appreciate all of the work that the two of you have uh you know collated and brought test today that we know is on behalf of Educators across the district and we know moving the needle isn't an easy thing and um I appreciate just the um transparency around that and the goals associated with that to keep moving that needle on um all of our goals so thanks for that work thank you appreciate that and just to let the community know we had our work session on Thursday and so we really dove into the report and update and we able to ask additional questions and so forth to get clarity so um like Katie I'd like to Echo um thank you so much for your help and preparing all this information thanks for your support appreciate it thank you you thank you thanks Mary we're going to um keep Angie um up um for um item 4.2 and welcome uh Heidi assara um director of curriculum and instruction and we're going to get a a um read act implementation update for our district operational plan that's right thanks yeah I've got Heidi SAR here with me director of curriculum instruction and she's really done a lot of the heavy lifting around this but um wanted to just riew with you and give you an update this is adop goal for this year um the redact is an District operating goal so we'll be here um uh to present purpose rationale and goal so you've seen some of the information before and we'll just kind of tell you where we're at so State legislation has set requirements that all districts um do some work regarding reading instruction it's a shift in expectations around professional development for teachers around the screeners that are used for our students to identify where students are and their reading progress um as well as choosing evidence-based curriculum and intervention materials uh that are designed to ensure students are uh you know becoming the readers they need to be in order to be successful so the goal around the dop is to implement these these three components of the react the required professional development the purchase and implementation of a new screener and then the review of core resources we're looking at a 25 26 implementation for that so at this point I'll turn it over to Heidi and she'll tell you where we're at in the progress and um towards these goals and then what the next steps are perfect okay so I'd like to start with the uh professional development component just give you a little bit of background uh with the um company that we chose so last year mde had three available vendors for districts to choose from and looking at them we ended up choosing core learning online language and literacy um for our teachers a couple of reasons behind that uh letters would have required almost double the hours of training for teachers and it's a pretty intensive training already uh core provided not only the necessary training for our teachers but they also had some really good multilingual strategies for our teachers and we know that that's a growing need for general education teachers so uh that was another reason to choose core Carrie through the University of Minnesota was our third vendor to choose from but they were not yet totally done developing their program and so that was um a reason we did not choose Carrie So based on those pieces and um the recommendation from our literacy specialist who had done uh letters training we decided to go with core for our um group of teachers who are completing this so those teachers who are completing core this year are all of our kindergarten through fifth grade general education teachers uh they are all of our special education teachers grades K through 12 K through 12 for our multilingual teachers and then our sixth through eth grade teachers who uh teach reading intervention to students and then our curriculum instruction team is also participating in this uh anyone on our team who supports literacy within the district is also required to to be a part of that the uh core learning has nine different modules that teachers will complete asynchronously throughout the year however they um are part of a a cohort online so as part of that training they are engaged in chats online they receive some some feedback from their facilitator there are takeaway lessons for them to try and Implement and then come back and um reflect on those as well in addition there are three live sessions that they will participate throughout the year with core facilitator that is our our largest chunk of teachers um the other piece for professional development was early childhood so for those teachers there was only one option through um mde and that was um Early Childhood letters and this one has four units also completed asynchronously uh with two live sessions throughout the year and this applies to all of our uh pre kindergarten teachers so some current state next steps uh to share with you tonight the teachers have uh who are training with core have already completed three modules and have had their first live session uh the F focus of those first three modules included the big picture of reading and word structure effective instruction and early literacy The Early Childhood teachers are working through their first two units in letters um and have their first live session coming uh teachers will continue to um go through the next three modules for core those will focus uh on Phonics so that relationship between letters and sounds that we know is critical to reading spelling and vocabulary the core session and the letter sessions will both take place in January and we anticipate all of our teachers will be done with training by June of 2025 so we wanted to know what teachers are thinking we know that it is required by mde but we also know that many of our general education teachers were asking for some additional development some training around um evidence-based uh strategies for reading and for the most part the feedback has been actually really positive around we're excited about this it's it's a lot to learn and it's really enhancing and and reinforcing our abilities to support a wide variety of readers who come into our classrooms uh we've had teachers who have completed letters and are choosing to do core as well so they are doing that additional training and um are seeing value in that as well that it is continuing to um allow them to pick up some new information we've received feedback that the the time and flexibility provided in our calendar has been invaluable for this training we know it's a heavy lift for teachers and the um opportunity to have it built into their professional days has been um really helpful for them um and like the teachers we're excited to see the impact this will'll have on on student achievement in years to come so the next part is the new reading screener this um was also part of the react and uh we had a current screener am web that we had been using for a number of years however mde had only approved two screeners for districts to choose from uh for reading screeners and so uh given that we knew we needed to uh make a decision on that so last spring in 2024 we pulled together a group of teachers teacher leaders and principles from across the district to meet and review these two state approved screeners and they decided to choose fastbridge so this year we purchased licenses for all of our K3 students and students who are above grade three not yet reading at grade level uh these are the students that are being mandated to um uh take the screener or be screened for um reading um any reading maybe difficulties or any reading areas where we might need to um intervene and provide some additional support So this this year um we are really focusing again on supporting teachers in understanding and implementing the the required professional development and training that they're doing so as a result we have created a two-year implementation plan for that fastbridge assessment reading screener um to allow teachers to focus again on their their learning around the um evidence-based practices of of reading our instructional support team has been meeting regularly with fastbridge to learn more about the screener itself and the reports that are generated from it and then thinking about how we might um use that in the future and as part of that training we are implementing a train the trainer model where we can go out and support buildings um and principles as as they um get used to a new reading screener and then the last piece tonight around this goal is the selection of a new core resource so um mde again uh went through a variety of companies and vendors for reading resources and uh those are the resources that we are digging into right now our instructional team is reviewing them uh we're taking a look at the resources that we know are aligned with evidence-based literacy practices there are a number of them out there so we are trying to narrow the field a little bit to make it more manageable when we bring um resources to our team of teachers teacher leaders and principles again to seek feedback from them we will will ask them to bring those resources back um try them out um and make some determinations about what we think will be the best fit for our students here in mountains view to support their literacy um learning and then that team will bring forth a recommendation for that new core resource and we expect that that will be implemented by next fall for the 25 26 school year so that is that is what we have for you on the reak tonight I just really want to acknowledge though that teachers started this training during the summer for um core and we are really appreciative of the work that they're putting into it the time that they're they're putting into it they've been flexible about the way they're they're using their um professional days differently this year open to that new learning and so we're really excited to keep working with our principles and our teachers to support them in this new learning um but we are happy to take any questions you might have are there any questions all right well thank you so much thank you thank you guys um at this time we'll move on to um item 5.1 updates and um let's start with amsd Jim thank you um on Friday we met and um we had a presentation we were talking about uh you know teachers and recruiting teachers from uh Dr Rose Chu who also happen happens to be a fellow Schoolboard member in the Roseville district and um uh she is the head of the Elevate uh teaching initiative and they are doing teacher Market they've done some focus groups teacher marketing and Outreach campaigns um to high school students and college students and they're looking into people perhaps to switch midcareer into uh the teaching profession and um you know doing a really studied and researched uh program for this so um there's a special emphasis on trying to reach out to students of color so there'll be um you know so the so there's some opportunity there and um it was very interesting um program the state has uh provided pretty healthy Grant to look at this but it's going to be a very coordinated thing throughout the state um we also had uh uh the Bloomington Oro and Hopkins school districts U give a presentation how they deal with legislative advocacy give even though we got a session coming up and uh at amsd the association of metropolitan school districts you know I don't like acronyms so uh we're also working on a legislative agenda and we uh continue to mle over about 30 uh position papers at the moment so that's what we're up to and thank you thanks Jim shaa um 916 update thank you we met on uh this past Wednesday October 2nd is actually a very short meeting we had um think I think five policies that we reviewed and recommended no changes in those policies and then we um recognized an educational assistant who was retiring so nice easy meeting very quick and um nice to celebrate the hard work of our EA over at 916 great thanks Shana uh next is item 6.1 Schoolboard member reports anybody have any updates that they'd like to share anyone if I didn't give a marching band update people would be worried love it be a meeting so uh this Friday some of our um marching band kids are going to be on Minnesota live which is a um I had to look it up because I had no idea it's a morning news program on Channel 5 KSTP um so sometime between 8 and 10 they didn't know the exact time the kids would be on there but um they're going to be on there playing some songs um and the purpose for them going there is because Saturday is um a big merching band competition called Youth and music at US Bank Stadium so the Irondale uh marching band kids were chosen to promote that event so they'll be on TV Friday so you can look for them and then um Youth and music is the Saturday at US US Bank Stadium and they have over 35 marching bands that participate in that and typically our band does quite well great thank you sh anyone else I just have a couple quick things number one I definitely want to connect with you Jim on that program because I think that sounds really interesting and clearly right we heard from our team earlier about some pretty disappointing results in terms of our ability to recruit teachers of color and that's certainly like I said just disappointing in I'm disappointed in our year-over-year results with that so we definitely need to do more around there and and uh the superintendent knows I'm going to continue to push him and his staff on that one so um I I'd be remissed if I didn't bring that up um and then the second thing on a really positive note I had the opportunity to attend the Island Lake PTA meeting a couple weeks ago and uh got to meet some of our great parents and uh PTA staff and uh and it was a great event I mean I I don't know that I've seen that many parents uh attend a PTA meeting I mean it was it was a full house uh and it was great to hear from some of our teachers at that as well to hear how the the year has gotten off to a great start and just all the great work that the the PTA is doing to support our staff and in that school so I just want to give a a quick shout out I mean Bill the principal there did a phenomenal job too at making all the parents feel very welcomed uh he even stopped the meeting at one point and kind of invited everyone into the circle to collaborate and introduce themselves and uh some of the parents afterward actually commented about how they felt like wow that was that was amazing that he did that because I really felt like I belonged uh and I think there's going to going to be even more participation in that PTA as a result of that inclusive approach so I just wanted to give him a quick shout out and of course Stephanie the PTA president because they just they do so many great things for that school and and uh it was great to be a part of that meeting and and a part of the the support there for that school so um that's that's it for my updates right thank you anyone else I'll do a quick update uh the Irondale students um talked about it but irondelle is doing um the music call this fall SpongeBob Square Pants um and opening night
