okay so kind of things that I'll go over with I suggest a couple of changes to the agenda I me to the uh minutes that I'll go over with Donna early okay but one of the things that make clear is that um the two people excuse me nor yes okay so two people two people have to be for trained in the town remember at any given time a Town's person and someone who works for the township have to be core trained but that's just that's just a requirement there's no annual requirement to update that so someone who's still work around and did it 10 years ago he's he still good to go the problem we had in the past was Town people was hand Klein was the only one of you left we had an issue now we've got several people that are trained um okay and uh and that training was done online and it had and and two mandatory webinars were a part of that you know this year's training okay I was hoping to take it but didn't I but I do believe I don't know I got didn't get a confirmation but uh Public Works Steve Higgins was supposed to and he probably did but I haven't actually got a confirmation but there's a website you go to look up um um Community forestry accreditation it usually shows who's accredited what courses they Tak in that sort of stuff on an annual basis that webite sometimes isn't quite up to date okay the giveaways okay now usually I say usually there were two giveaways each year right one was done around Earth day that we gave out to the public okay and most of the time we pay those for years but then State come up with through the arate foundation they started giving us tree TR for that and we did that again this year they call it reforestation something like that the second one was third grade stuff in the beginning we paid for that but then to stay also for several years now at free trees for third graders they you know see they started with tu links you know and then it became ceilings all right or something like that they can that program because they were short-handed and at this in the time this meeting was being I was looking for a nursery to buy trees from you know because this is February you know at that time I was still hunting I did on as in as side we don't the problem you know I did we can I'll mention that maybe in the regular meeting okay so right now we're just reviewing the minutes yeah okay and the only other thing I would say the tree ordinance part way at the end which says State SL motion books was um he's he's told that they proposed State ordinance uh which is supposed to be adopted in May of this year that required many many things okay and also on the top of that page also the second page L talked about something with Bill blash that was quite a while ago before we had a whole bunch of things in place it might have even predated Bill Brooks being working in Okay so TI okay so now we need so based on those are the kind of changes we want to make does anyone approve want to make a motion about the adding to approve seconds all in favor I so minutes okay so now we can head towards the agenda so the first thing I put on here were the were the two tree give tree giveaways okay so this is where we can say that we we did have two tree giveaways one of them was free trees under the New Jersey reforestation program or something like that we got 500 free trees that I picked up from the forestry Nursery in Jackson and on Sunday the uh whatever it was of April was that the 24th something like that 21st no the 21st whatever it was yeah yeah 21st we had that over at the senior center I mean not the senior center it's on the back side the rec center Rec Center rec center a lot of support from the Garden Club okay and we we there were 500 trees 100 of which were 50 black walnuts and 50 sweet gums which we just held off except there was some one guy who saw it I had him on the bottom of what trees were available and one guy five H did you throw them away well so anyway so that was you know we got him and so so we gave out we gave out quite a number of trees and then Diane surmont took some back with her and put some on social media and gave away most of the others I haven't quite found out how many was truly left but we got pretty much most yeah yeah yeah we did very well on giving those trees away and but so you know the the Garden Club did do a wonderful job volunteering I I signed up they asked me to sign up for their Facebook page um their Facebook page once you do that apparently then you're a Garden Club member which was a surprise to me um but so that was good uh but I thank them I sit on the safet commission you know thanks from the safety commission for all your volunteer work uh I gave him a shout out and a thank you very good but I wonder if we should send give them up you know send the note or do something a little more formal because they they do they got a better idea we'll give every member of the Garden Club a sweet film and black no but but seriously I mean we should send a note or something to them if they're to Diana or to someone thanking if they're volunte something sure I'll try to thank you now yeah ex no but whatever I think but they know it's appreciated because they they make great people I know but it's right maybe the mayor would like to say something at the council meeting I think that we should do it for sure so I will thank you now the other giveaway I did find the nursery called JG aoom which is in South Jersey and it took me forever the guy just only wanted to send emails back and forth I never but finally I actually communicated with the guy but I could never find out well do you want to be paid in advance and all that sort of stuff okay but it turns out he didn't you know he's going to impul me at some point and then I'll pass it on to the town um the trees were very inexpensive and the shipping might C of as much we got um we got 350 trees and I think they were like a buck and a half or less a tree I got I decided to get all I'd never been familiar with black gums this is sylvatica but but it's a very good tree I you know it is I mean it's not something that's normally planted I mean it's a native it's a native plant has good full color it has flowers and all these kind of things and and it can handle all kind of conditions and we're trying to get more biodiversity it turns out the sweet D is almost pop Tree in okay so anyway so we bought so I got those things they were all shipped uh the hillow school uh maybe maybe we went up with 300 trees cuz the hillow school didn't participate because it was right in the middle of the Passover everything maybe it'll double up for them next year I can't say um but all the trees went to um under the hospices of um I can't remember name but anyway the high school got them and they distributed them to all the regular schools and they also delivered delivered a pack a dozen each to the search Day program and the sh you know first one is for autistic children and the second one is for handicap children and that coordinated with them so CP so it should be should be it was be pretty good and and at least it's a tree that there aren't so many in the town so it's at least we're not increasing the lack of biodiversity by using they're here they're they're another kind of Swampy kind okay they got old they that tree yeah so that's that's what I chose anyway so that's so that's how that worked out and uh so overall I'd say that we giveway I can't say what happens to the chid trees but you know reasonbly successful thanks for all your workk I'm still cutting down pine trees that we're giveaways we get them every once in a while you get one right right okay so anyway so now we now tree removal of applications permits and violation okay so Bill Brooks sent me an email saying he got had a fe he's got a fever not not feeling yeah he wasn't feeling that I I was working at some condos today and he called me up wonder why I didn't have a permit and I said bill I don't think I need a permit and he did get back to me and said I was right but you write that down I I do have a message if you want to hear it shall we un Mark the date I have a I have a message saying that I was right but I was saying I was saying to him it it's very unclear so what was the subtlety in the ordinance yeah what was the subtlety in the ordinance that made it well you remember when they were they were bringing it in U one I think roolling medals or something brought a ton of people in and Council just C right right away oh you I told you so when you came that they're under they're like their own planet right because they have you know they have to get you got to get approval from you know the homeowners association so anybody with a homeowners association wait so they're they don't have they don't have to abide by the per the tree permit no they don't need a permit but they they don't need a permit did they identify what they was saying to me if it wasn't dead they would have to replace it but if you're not getting a permit I don't youfor it's very vague it's not in there that needs perh and I even said to him too I said you know I do golf coures and we don't get permits but it's on the thing I said why is it even on the thing there's only two private golf on the the whole town and I don't think they need you know oversight and but uh it's vague it doesn't say there's nothing that specifically says it so that might be something I do know that on a commercial site which even townhouse communities might classify as a commercial site in its own way well he was saying then that it's going to go back to you have an original set of plans correct and you're supposed to if something goes you're supposed to you're supposed to keep the keep up your site plan right which nobody does that's a real issue this one thing you don't have to get a permit but they still has you still have to follow the rules but now I'm wondering with the new state thing coming in line yeah where's that I don't know yeah I don't so it might be something well for discussion down it's not in the agenda but I'll talk about that a little bit we have time you see I mean the environmental commission is is the group that does the tree per and basically Well here here's what happened the the um the public right of way is a commission responsibility has identified in either the shry and basically in the shry portion of the ordinance people don't even realize there's three points of ordinance that relate to trees the shry commission stuff right the commercial side right okay and the tree preservation they call it so okay and the tree preservation was was became not a part of the sh Tre commission's work because there it's private property and the sh commission is specifically Statewide supposed you know responsible for the public right so no one is exempt from the shade tree portion of this public land I would imagine well technically especially if we make the changes that you proposed to the ordinance which we agreed we thought was meaningful where it becomes the town's responsibility not the homeowner whose tree tree to be in front of M to maintain it then there's no there's no there's no there's no responsibility for anybody else at any time the only reason they have a responsibility is because we have in the ordinance that if something's wrong with the tree in front of their house it's up to them to do something about it and even then we don't follow the ordinance about how they we take care of that right they have no responsibility but they also have no they don't have any authority to take down a tree that isn't that's a public either yeah so right they can request they can request it and sometimes sometimes I'm sure they found some trees that were very dangerous that were would might have been now just to go on a quick aside Bill told me about two two two sad stories some in North Jersey guy got killed kid and a six-month old baby were killed when a tree in the backyard went down suddenly and and somewhere else but I don't think anyone's hurt that badly a puppet tree went down somewhere else yeah I think it waffled the house though but that's right he thinks it total the bill says he thinks it total the house that what I didn't see trees can kill people no question I have a friend killed tree most dangerous vegetation on the planet and essential so yeah well that's why we need to have better better control better program to take care of the trees that are in the public right well we'll we'll see what I think with the new state ordinance we're have to see what exemptions if they're legal or not that that's what I do see though with with with some tree hogers they'll leave them there till they fall well just to go so turns out that every every town has someone who works either works for the state or with the state that is is is the responsible person to talk to and make determine blah blah blah blah and so we provided all our ordinances to that person it's a woman who's in freeold somewhere and she came back saying that we don't have to make CH any changes to our ordinances at this time to be in compliance with the new mandates from the state you would think at some point they would they may the tree planting part maybe because there they may or may not you know come back eventually but right now their main focus is on all the communities in the state there are who knows how many that have no ordinates or rules about anything they're just trying to get them going so we're so far ahead of most most people even though we may behind other people but way ahead that they they don't want to waste their time on us I think I you curious and our stuff is pretty decent it's not like we're totally oblivious to if you have no responsibility for the tree that's on public right away in front public property in front of your house which you have total responsibility for your sidewalk that's in the same I just spent 10 grand sidewalk so and I did it voluntarily that's where some people get mad you you want to play a Dream from my who's G to pay for my sidewalk that's a tough one by the way that's also true that's also true if we decide to plant a tree in front of someone's house we plant it we decide what we're going to plant we plant it front of their house and then we send them to bill for the planting of that tree that's also in the ordinance now that one I'm sure would go through the roof the main development I would tell you to look at is over by Mom of college there go look at it now yeah we thought it was so great oh my God nobody's done a thing since I know I know that's that's disastrous yeah a lot of money was spent well that's because we didn't have a program to maintain our trees because they would have all been first of all the space we put him in was still a little small is but even that being said if we had problem to Lim them up that tra those streets would be magnificent until they too big years from that yeah okay so so anyway so we're still trying to get counts on now there's one tree that bill mentioned that somewhere there's a there's one tree that he thinks might be worth uh looking at at some point in time it's got got it's got codominant you know leaders it's a it's a cherry tree at 14 d Drive I didn't get a chance to go out so that was something he might have talked about a little bit yeah I just looked I looked at that that's so what you have any comments on that no no nothing really I didn't out it's it's in the right of way yeah it yeah you know I forget be something we might think about I forget why I I don't know if they were doing something with a driveway or something I forget that one to well if it's the driveway thing it's a construction thing it possibly might be I I you see part of the problem that bill mentions is when they like that tree that fell in that house okay they might have done some work on that house mov in a new driveway that's what he was say all the who knows all the roots went on one side of the tree and the tree can is able therefore to go I guess the other way Y and uh and that's that's an that's an issue so the part of the problem with putting a lot of trees in town is that there's only so many much room on a lot for so many trees in reality you know most Street St weren't designed for it you know they wide enough only had 7 and a half to do that was 14 I didn't get a chance I thought I I was lucky to get him in time okay okay I'll so um we'll talk about it next month I mean we're not or I mean so that's that's where we St that's where we St okay so so we can't make any decision on this trade this month they have to wait another month before we I'm not sure I'm not sure what he was just talking about I'm not sure whether the people want to take I'm not sure what the situation they B it out I it out I think so we'll have to yeah so we'll have to we'll have to enough information Bill been here have more information he the permit and everything but right now and we haven't had a chance to look at it either okay okay so the next thing is the stewardship Grant okay so the stewardship Grant which we actually rece we actually received the official Grant I think in September of 2021 and I completely I won't say completely blew away but I don't do anything for the next year and then we finally got a r together it started with K Thompson was still here you he went found uh other statements of work for similar surveys that had been done etc etc did some work and we work together we had them come in and we eventually uh finally got a statement of work we got a statement of work together we got bids and and we select the debut okay so that's what we okay so part of this thing was we had a configur community forestry management plan that was written by I can't remember wasn't Greg blash is the one guy the other guy's got name that sounds like BL did they the we had a plan we talked about the town and what we're going to do and plans for various years and so on and so forth okay turns out so they we figured let's see what's going on they did a commity forry management plan it didn't include as much stuff about the town itself which I liked in the old on so I'm going to try and combine the two into what will eventually be our next official submission of a community part management plan which is not going to be required to be in oddly enough you have to have a management plan for 2015 I mean 2025 right but it doesn't have to be completed till the end of 2025 so the whole process they've got is kind of back up in my opinion okay but we should be ahead of that to a certain extent anyway based on this other plan because the plan and the community fora plan changes that they were looking for in was going around a tree survey you know what do you need what's the status of your trees and what are you going to take out and how much you expect to spend so one of the things that we didn't have in our plan that well that much originally they have in Spades and that's why je I us you to look I sent you an email tonight I sent you the pages from the community Pro Management plan that they did they based on the survey of the trees they came up with one like a tree should only live so many lers they got a whole thing of this these many size trees and from based on the survey Etc ETA would come out over the next so many years and so on and so forth there two pages I just sent you those two pages and they had what they think it would cost to take them based on you their pricing or their stuff so but you here you maybe take a look and see those if the numbers are a little high we can drop them down a little and still come up with a number to put in because we then want to use that plan theoretically to tell the town this is the amount of money we need to be budgeting over these next five years for Tre maintenance that's the purpose of this you know the Sur have the management plan to begin with okay so uh we can talk you know take a look at it tell me what okay you s that around to everyone so everyone could he it again I know you did and I know I looked at it and I just well well the thing that they gave us if you got it once it didn't change you know I mean so but if you need it you can't find it and of course you've got an automatic delete on 30 days and an I very I would I would appreciate it person okay send everyone the same thing okay so because so here's where we stand now everything we do related to this whole program uh we had another four Monon extension when I realized we had an issue when I found out that part of the amount of time they give you to do the program includes paying them and all that sort of stuff right and and doing all your calculations of in kind hours and all that sort of math so on and so forth that has to be completed not just their work in the time frame so I got a four-month extension which now is about somewhere around July 3rd or something like that okay so um and I ALS and they also uh despite the fact that we've already got an invoice but they you know we get we still they'll still give us another revision of this cfmp and so on and so forth you know and we've got we've also got some of that we've got several years of Licensing of the Greenskeeper software you know and the like and there's always the you know help on greens keeper stuff to some extent so the things I need to get is I'd like to get people's comments if they have them on things that are either obvious or not explained well obvious clear enough in the cfmp stuff like that you know if you can look at that um in the hours that you've spent like anything you spend between now and when it's over that you spent in the last two and a half years that relates to this uh for example all the time we spent at all the meetings talking about it and soone and so forth we all add up you know to and uh the beginning we need to come up with $12,500 because we were expecting to get a $50,000 Grant but we're only spending because we went out on the bids rather than you know around 44,000 that we spent so that means we got to come up with around 11,000 okay in fact I got an email today that I was sending out comments but I think Dave got it I assume Ricky G got G got it also but I sent it to to him the thing saying how exactly they want Town's people's dollars to be done you know uh you know for what kind of documentation they may I I want to see for that you know now for the rest of us that are volunteers there's this can't remember what's the name of the group that tells you how much volunteer hours worth everywhere in the country every year okay there some you can look it up and it's some place that they tell you depending on where you are this is what a volunteer hour is worth because I use I use that thing every year when I fill out my community forestry annual report you know how many hours volunteer hours and so on so forth so just like the government's PR it's a similar thing similar to that you know so I think it's somewhere around $3 to $33 in New Jersey it's been you know uh per hour for for for for whatever so so I want you to try and think about all of that turns out I did see the form 1fc filled out because originally they gave us these sheets that you put down every day what you did and everything else which of course we have the world's biggest um blower of that right here this in this seat you know but luckily they just want to have the number of hours that people did if they're volunteers and so on and so forth they not you they TR come up the Sal so so for example I've got to talk to Jesse Joseph because she was involved with going on at bid and you know bringing a proposal you blah and I sent you my hours right got I got that but I assume that was mostly when you were roam in the streets those streets that was meetings with them that was I drove really fast to the streets didn't take um no no it was meetings with them that was a treee keeper education meetings that was meetings meetings with them that was everything I spent up to that point all the time I done okay well for example if you read the cfmp I'll add that to it okay and so on and you know so on and so forth um okay and and and I'll I'll try and go back I made a list of actually all the meetings that we had since then um how many people were at the meetings and stuff like that maybe I'll try and P that out as some I don't know how far back do we have do we actually have minutes that people could look and see how many people read meetings um what do you want to know before me okay started in since since September since say the September meeting in 2021 okay we have that what do you need to find you know so here saying because then we'll put in say if this five people that's an you know we include you're still a toal person you know so you count your time too and time that you spent involved with a lot of this other stuff you know doing things so we'll talk about that to okay then we have the tree keeper okay umh I don't know how much time people have spent on tree keeper how many how many people who actually have actually got gone out and changed the password that treee keeper sent you so you have your own treekeeper password okay so the very least people two people who did the very least people could do is take some time to do that and add that to your time that you spend did I I did I I'm make sure I put you on a tree did you get a treee keeper email okay I can't swear huh no definitely no I here's what happened I I got on the tree keep PR as an administrator and I said these are the people here's their emails and then tree keeper sends out sends out an email saying here's a temporary password log on and create your own password yeah okay and then and you can go in there and and at some point when we got arct fully together the part that you can see without a password will be visible to everyone in town it'll show trees and where they are it won't tell you the condition of the tree you know certain data that's in the exact sizes of the trees but it used there's a few basic parameters like here's where the tree is and this is what kind of tree it is uh and stuff like that okay and it's and then as we plant trees even if they're small well I'm not talking about May these we can go in and add those things onto the okay so that's the end as trees come out course there were damaged like some of the trees that they're taking out right now okay theoretically on the tree survey I say theoretically because we didn't get all the trees on the streets survey okay we're going to get we're going one try and get some more money one way or another whether we pay it ourselves or we get another Grant from somewhere to do more so like for example in Wayside the only things that actually got surveyed were the schools you know the middle school and you know and the bigger anything related to Recreation the gym the park behind the Wayside School you know things like that got surveyed but things like my street and so on and so forth they get surve yeah and some I want to discuss you know how do we get the rest of Township surveyed how do we secure the money to do that so the entire Township is all the streets well that's that's what I want to do as a matter of fact I asked the DAV people the guy who was their you know their front man quite a while ago to to come back and talk and figure out exactly which areas we have to do and let him right take a look an estimate and he hasn't we haven't that hasn't happened yeah let's we get that we need to know how much it is and what it is so we can get the money to do it right correct correct okay okay so um that that's the story anyone else have any other things related to the grant to talk about okay okay then the core training which we sort of jumped ahead to you know is Gan did you ever have any core training in that day okay and Jack do you never quite I haven't been you know got it done right okay what I'm saying so we still have so we still some people who it's worth doing we uh we we approved some amount of money I'm not sure how long that was valid for but I assume it's probably good enough at least through the is if we approve some money right in our budget to do core training and then the fiscal year changes does that mean that it's still not approved for use because that part of the budget is gone or we don't know the answer that question I don't answer I don't have an answer to that all right I'll TR find now in sir strong but I have a feeling for something like that they too crazy the reason I say that is because that when they have the sh Tre Federation convention whatever they call it um there's usually core training at that location if someone else goes I do you go to that thing I have L rough it's a rough okay I'm just saying so we'll have to just play it by here and they may have more online stuff too you know is there what is the minimum I'm unclear about like the amount of points one needs like for core training or what do we need to no core training except for the except for Town's people we've got tons of people been Court train right okay then you have to get eight points that are recognized as being acceptable as new urban community forestry continuing education units right have to get eight points and you can't have one person get all eight points you have to have at least two people get points you have eight people get one point you get your eight and so and so forth last year we were last few years okay we used I used to be getting ready to do my annual report practically was the year wasn't quite over but it's like the end of November December I'm saying oh man what kind of stuff can I find that' be worth uh cus right this year turns out though they had a bunch of different programs that were good for ceu here and there that were kind of interesting you know first of all some of some of them were about the new state ordinance and that was worth CE right so we saw some of those and uh got points last year what saved us was that Dian Thurmont took this community forestry stewardship Pro course some kind of thing called Community stewardship that was like I think she she I think when it no cleared she was entitled to 24 cus for that wow I could she's never joined well she's just a Gard she's doing a Garden Club yeah she she's going to be involved she she I got I got her I got her perhaps or and put it this way whether she's a member or not she's an incredible you know she's she's the best you know so I'd rather have her night fall asleep at meetings because I'm talking you know and you know but she's help then have her okay no but she so she's so she's she and this and now she's taking something else that will count for cus uh but it's until she actually there's an agenda that we that she said with me for what she's going to do that I shared with the community forestry people and they said yes when she takes whatever she takes let us identify what she's taking of this stuff and then we'll decide but there there won't be an issue because we've already got half of the points between points 32 every two forestry C or some other kind of SE no for Tree Care operator you know same as liced Tre care well to be honest then to be honest as long as you're doing that and you live in town right you can Iden identify what it is you take each year and depending if we because some of them probably would also qualify as and some all you know what I'm saying stuff like that that that's the typical course that is valuable yes virtual has made everything easier right definitely you know so that's so that puts us in pretty good uh stad as far as uh cus is concerned for this year and last year which is one last piece of you know a i w have to go through you all right and uh you know so that's we stand that anyone else have any comments on either any of those things that worth mentioning okay uh so Patty you said you had something you wanted Community outreaching programs two things um first of all as you all know that we creating the subcommittee with the planning document you all saw and got a few people interested in that people somebody from the EC is looking at and reviewing it and um Dave really likes his T he's getting GNA put Steve Higgins on it once I've got you know once you're ready to go and schedule it Ken Lutz will be on it um got someone from planning my question is can you be an alternate on one one questions the LA look can you be an alternate so many people are more than one committee and the other people of course you want on your committees because they're the people who are the most active um so can you be an alternate in one committee or and be uh serve on another committee and show up just as that committee and not create a forum by having be so I'm look I'm just doing I'm trying to make sure I don't H forums with anybody so I'm doing that uh and I've also reach out to the school board and superintendent gotten back to me so somebody there and the Garden Club and water and the the whale Pond Watershed because where the whale Pond um Watershed is and it's really close to all the overburden communities there so what happen there impacts those communities so I think that's a really important voice to have this Lake commission I'll tell you I got a thing about a grant today I looked at my mail was a grant that doesn't apply to us okay it had to do with um raran uh re building on on whatever on the r waterers goes north because it went over up you know they listed a name had a whole list of other towns that are included and that could be possibly involved with this and so on and so forth but I could easily see where they would possibly be doing stuff like that related to other other things yeah could you forward that what you saw if you can find it well I know I deleted it however no however I haven't dump I haven't dumped I haven't the trash yet great thank you um also um reaching out some folks see if anybody is and I'll ask you that question too since you do work in those areas if there are any homeowners associations or people from over bur communities who may be interested in participating we there's no representation anywhere in the town from anyone from Latino Community uh there's just but there a whole 5% of our Township that are not represented on a single board or Council or Commission in the town and I really like to try to have more diversity and representation on this committee so I'm trying in this Spirit of good community outreach trying to find people and through schools through you know wherever I can you so if you have any ideas please sh I there are too many no there are are they oh yeah they're more Asberry you they're over that way well no there's there's a pretty census yeah the consensus says there is yeah we have three overburden communities in in town where you know where 40% he lose the second language you know lwi income for Engish the second language they're mostly centered around the and there are a lot of people there but they are sort of invisible invisible invisible residence in this town um as far as Government processes go so kind of would you know like to help change I think you know anything we can do to help change that would be good so that's part of the Outreach and the other piece of Outreach I have uh that I would like to ask and bring here is that we got a we got an email from Laura McBride of the colonial terrorist or Colonial terrorist folks were waiting on their trees and it's tree planting season and I remember our last meeting Bill book said was going to come up with a list of what should go in there and I don't know if there's been any progress there but I don't know that anyone responded to Laura McBride's email and uh I you know think we need to respond to her and say yeah we pick the trees and we voted on this we need to pick the trees and get these things planted in the ground was that that little Park yeah the little park that park near that park near we they're really good but we we said we'd spend yeah money I'm surprised they're not on you they are slows not slows it down but we need depending on what we do right we don't we're not I think equipped yet to have our own team get trees and plant we we have to go we're probably going to be putting out bids for someone to these are the trees we want to plant how much is going to cost and I hope process is so here here's my frustration is that we've known about this for months we voted on it months ago and why isn't this process moving forward and Bill said he's going to you know pick the trees today's been waiting for us to come up you know with what we're going to do and a plan and it's not happening so I mean we're going to lose the well now now you might almost wait to the fall and really disappointing because these folks have been talking to us for a year well I don't think I don't think we're dead in the war necessarily because we they they have a truck the town has a truck now to water yeah but then you need person that's going to go home if they commit well if they commit they they supposedly were working on all those things I don't know Steve pin could answer yeah Steve what's going on so how do we how this to me is problematic we make a decision say we're going to do something and then it doesn't happen so how do we light a fire so this happens Wonder definitely a prime spot to plan I mean we've already approved it we've already voted on it we said we were going to do it and then arure let's see what bill has to say and Steve you know the ideal thing would have been if we had a council leaz on to make something happen but we have no idea who our Council Le it's St Fisher oh did anyone invite him to these meetings he knows about he knows about him this this I mean this just these are the trees need we need X Ames then we submit and how how much it's going to cost get the who's going to put them in submit that to dat and we you know and well I think I think theoretically we tell Dave this is what we want to okay then I think we I don't think we have to go forward and get bids and tell them what we plant and so so I think then ideally Steve or someone yeah would be doing that part of the effort that would be great I mean I I see part of the problem with Bill understand he's atime employee so especially now like he he it's all he can do he can't even get all his work done with just looking at trees oh well then that's something we need to address saying so somehow the town has to have a process of having someone go up on bid and do this sort of stuff some I don't know what that process is well if Bill is too overwhelmed to be able to to come up with a list of trees and write it up do it that's have address that basic stuff you can probably do I think you know but but to actually start writing a bids you know stuff probably do that I would imagine that's but the first the next up just have Dave and the the shade tree Financial administrator person in the township it's Finance person in Dave approved spending the money we give them the trees they approve spending the money and then they should be able to go with it and make it happen wait to go with it means bed or the public works and you know and if it's not so much money which it won't be you don't you know it's not a standard FD process but you'll have to pick at least say three vendors who you think could get the trees planted we don't do that that's not our piece no I mean I guess what Hank would have handled something like that before yes sure yeah Hank he did got Han could have handled that but I'm not so sure that the others can yeah I don't know but that's what we need to find out so let's so let's move on for a moment yeah so I suggest we just we have to respond to that email it was crickets they LA s an email and she heard nothing from anybody or somebody responded and didn't CC which is not appropriate but it so we need to respond back to Laura and I could I could you know I perfectly happy sending an email saying gee that's a really good question are Bill where are we with the list of trees I do that but I didn't want to step on your toes so I didn't do it well I'm going to try and find out what the process is going to be assuming Bill had a list of trees exactly where they were even going to be planted what is the process from there on and it can't be and I don't think it's going to be instantaneous how many trees were they it's just filling in the trees there isn't a simp I'm sure they could tell you where they want them you know right it's really clear pointing out see because you have to when you write to B right you have to say some sticks out there we want the sticks are numbered want the five here's the five trees we want planted what's going to got to get on it's take little bit czy it's not AE thing but we have to figure I'm going to try and find how I'll try and make a call tomorrow and see okay we've thought that GR in any way shap okay now last anything else paty no that's it that's okay so the last thing we have here is we have to do this now but by the end of next month we and the environmental commission maybe the environmental commission and the unbelievable leadership of vilia will decide for us what the meeting dates are because he's so much more efficient than we are he'll probably have plenty of extra time to work this out and go from there so anyone else Jack you have nothing to say you been one thing I would say is that at the uh at the council uh Workshop next week which I attend uh I'll ask you why Mr Fisher hasn't been to our meeting that may be your last meeting Jen I'm sorry I'm a member of the public I allowed to those just I'm very shy I realiz I'm very I know I know it's it's it's it's nice to see you coming out of your show of course it's a very big shell talking computer Jack very good a little bit harder I run out EXC I think that uh a lot of Patty's concerns are well vered and and need to be followed up on I think maybe de BR needs to sit on one all right we'll find out okay so we've only got a moment or two anyone El any other thoughts I will do that next week so you don't hear about all right that's cool anyone else have anything uh that I hear sounds like a motion to adjourn or anything move P second all in favor I vot accept my move okay all right all right that's good good thank you
