e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e welcome to everybody here uh there's too many people for me to begin to introduce people so I'm not going to do that we are supposed to welcome our new city manager in just a minute and oh he's coming so we will welcome him but meanwhile I'll do roll call um Arthur Billingsley I'm not here Mr Brownie I'm here Mr mlan here M Miller here Mr Johnson here Miss Jones here thank you so we'll just wait as he walk in US way we'll introduce him in just a minute so that we can right on and we have a lot to cover today so we'll try to be to the point and try to get done on time thank for our lunch also also wowow make sure you charge the airport sir way or so the next thing on the agenda is the approval of minutes from January 3 2024 one comment thank you for letting us have another meeting it's been a while and we're delighted to be I thought I from the bo I well but it's very nice to serve our community thank you all for being here and I'll say some words that can I have a motion please to approve I have something I don't know if this is the right place to bring it up but I'll bring it up in the minutes I I went back and checked my notes Maybe I'm Wrong that we were supposed to have an ongoing agenda item of airport maintenance for a while yes don't see that on the agenda and I don't see that reflected in the minutes I'm sure he has an answer that it slipped into his operational report thank you welled yeah okay but we we need we we had that along with the uh the private hangings where supposed to be up to dat so supposed to be two agenda items do we got those resolved I think is what the board agreed to well the the private hang that you seen off of 27 you know that's two and a half three years out now we we going to give you an update on the specific project that's happening the environmentals um but the the the maintenance reference is that a pred maintenance update yes I can I can I can let you okay I understand that but my point was because maintenance had not been done Mr Brownie brought it up and I suggested that we have it as an agenda item to make sure the main maintenance items for getting redressed because that's one of the biggest issues that is brought to board members here is maintenance items out here at the airport but that was my understanding now if I'm wrong we need to correct the we need to amend the what it say to reflect that so noted and okay we have do we need to resend that no I just wanted that for the minutes we just and then we'll put it on the agenda from now on until it's done we just have a line item thank you Wayne that's good point all right so we have a a motion and a second and comments any further comments I'm here to say I Mr Bell welcome sir airport Advisory Board and welcome to you I think everybody knows you already so we'll just keep on we only have one hour and we're still everybody's lunchtime the city normally provided lunch years did today so please get you a plate while we talk okay you're wel to do that thank you very much so I have a few comments that I would like to just make oh did you have something I um again thank you all for being here and thank you for all our guests for being here it's very nice to have you yesterday uh celebrated a a an event that happened 97 years ago where Charles Lindberg completed the first solo nonstop transatlantic flight flying the Spirit of St Louis he left Long Island New York on May 20th and landed in Paris France 33 and a half hours later 3600 mile Journey marked a significant milestone in aviation showcasing the potential to long distance travel and that trip won him a $25,000 prize and international Fame he was 25 years old when he became an American hero celebrated for worldwide uh travel and the Spirit of St Louis is now displayed at the national Aerospace Museum honoring his flight and him and what an inspiring thing to remember as we celebrate our airport today and he had a good statement uh I want to read this for us uh he wrote These not able words the airplane is the closest thing to real magic that we have so as we do airport business today may remember that sacrifice that was made that put us in the air and made us so historically uh mobile and transatlantic all right that's all the comments I have uh this is next thing is public comments so do we have any public comments all right then we'll move move right along to regular business and the first thing we have is our honorable Warren schillers and Warren you've done an amazing job here at our airport we sure celebrate all the things you've brought to us of Pride and Beauty a lot to be recognized appreciate so thank you very much thank I'll just be brief I just wanted toce myself if you don't know me already Lael we've been here now for seven eight years now um really like blacka uh we're growing business um we are as we grow we're trying to keep up with space issues uh we've got two hangers already that we we're renting and we could have another two quite frankly so um I just wanted to kind of give you a brief idea of what our plan is moving forward you know um for us we want to we want to be a ga um supporting cent center and it's a One-Stop shop to do with avionx paints mechanical work welding uh repairs and services um yes sir so um so we I have some investors who have been watching our growth and they want to help us grow and want to be part of the grow uh we primarily do aerobatic at the moment we went into GA aircraft a little bit but we found out that there was a there was a big monster we didn't want to tackle until we get Manpower um so we we're we're trying to open up a facility would like to we're very interested in what you're doing and developing on the Southeast side there and uh we would like to build ourselves a facility that's going to accommodate our growth and and be a a shop that's comfortable for us to work in um and for us to do that we're happy uh we need some numbers so I can put some that business plan together to give it to the investors um and to help us grow we're also looking to do a smaller facility in St Augustine uh and Andrew Andrew is part of the meeting of that um and a small level place at in so we're we're looking at but our main H we want to make it yeah so that's uh that's our our goal our vision and I just wanted to show my face let you know that I'm real and that uh we are working hard to get there but the the the um the block we have right now is my wife I have to comp so putting a business plan together that shows her that it actually makes sense and and getting a to that to my goal so but thank you thank you for listening and does anybody have any any questions yeah where are you from origin uh South Africa okay you take it an accent yeah welcome thank you yeah thank you amazing country amazing States and I'll just second Warren and I met about five years ago that's right uh when you were at the uh over here on the other side that's right and you help me out with a couple of issues that I have with my airplane he's been a great uh partner here and certainly want to see more from you guys uh and the stuff you've done with Red Bull as you're saying is a great uh compliment to us and appreciate it yeah I try to keep you guys on the map every post I put up hash to get out there so yeah thank you all right thank you very much every time you think a Red Bull I think a war that's for sure thank you Warren and we sure will and we're excited about you having a new building over here yeah really makes us look good part of our future plan so thank you very very much um no other board discussions on that you you don't have anything to add well so it's it's uh great to have as a customer it's uh it's what this Airport Lees yeah that's one of the true anchors uh you want to have a regional service facility our location is unb a lot of different folks come here even some of the celebrities but uh for his service and um you know as we talk about the development F in agenda you know that's was the whole consistency with the Al and the master plan you know getting those corporate meting those high G operators and manance providers in place here yeah that's our foundation you know so I'm looking forward to it it's it's it's things are going fine now and and I think Sky's operation very exciting thank you all right next on our agenda is 4B discussion the flight school expansion request and before Daniel speaks I guess I'd like to just say a couple things that I think um going back you know when when that was decommissioned as our main terminal and we all voted to move forward with remodeling it the plan was is for a white school and because it's such a nice Activity Center on our on our field and um and then it sat empty for what years you know we couldn't of course we had a hard time filling it and then um a gentleman came by and rented it which was very nice and we put that money in the bank for a couple of years whatever that's been but now we have a flight school that would like to look at taking it over so um would you this is Daniel and he operates flight school would you tell us about yourself and and and maybe reference your letter today I'll have your letter okay before Daniel get this overview yes I think add on to some things for context here so upon arrival here now I'm at my two-year Mark at two years um um I Heard the history know looking at facilities you being that okay what's the highest and best use I knew this this facility set there and I knew this other operator was on the other end of the city's building here which you know it's kind of tight um and P now you know that share with me from my predecessor very consistent what you Shar um the flight St as you see here today it has grown significantly and I don't want to take anything from his overv but I think it's fair to publicly slope that he grew the one side of it with his traditional uh students but recently he signed a partnership if I may you know with QR Roberts so the Pam County School District is using him as the official FL component for that program so that double this operation and that that growth certainly the pace of it creates a constraints facility constraints so this interest here was certainly well received bus uh and you know instead of just kind of moving down the road I wanted to kind of come back to this group here you know I got some historians here and you know I think with the information shared you know we have a better Direction on go ahead well I'll do my best I wasn't planning on getting the floor but uh to a brief overview I see a couple of you were on the board about five years ago to the day when we came to you with the idea of maybe we could start this little play school and and going year one I basically did all the teaching hired a couple Parkers here and there and it was all me and we're at the point now where I've got four instructors one I was parttime a dispatcher and this office is just not quite big enough for us and it's an awesome problem to have I didn't I didn't think in five years I'd be able to do that um it's it's been a total blessing and this Airport's been amazing for for Flight Training and you know just the the facilities that we have and the funding that yall have gotten for improvements it's really incredible but uh I'm completely out of space I don't have a space for myself to be in I can't make a phone call office because there's too much going on you know and that's a good problem to have these aren't complaints this is just where we're at um just like Warren I would love to know what we can do as far as building big facility long term but we're we're having like a more short-term problem now where I don't I don't have the three years I need I need something and uh you know I don't know the best case scenario for that or the way we can go about it U but I talk with you and the advis that we should all discuss it so that's where we're at and I'm happy to answer questions like I said that was kind of off the cuff so if anybody has questions about the school's history happy to share thank you so I think the gentleman that R it um isn't really using it much it's what I've seen I don't he's not here to speak to us I guess but um but I think we as a board need to discuss what our recommend to you and the city commission is um based on where we're at where we want to go what are you looking what are you saying well if he wants to take that building that means we'd have to kick out the people that are in it but I don't think they use it much and I don't this do we have a understanding of what the agreement is just before you get too far along may we pleas have us full name for the record in name I Florida Aviation professionals LLC R sorry sir I should that but I'm with okay what is what is his business remind me uh there I don't know he's the guy that's doing the land swap over here and he's a b industrial guy I don't really know too much about that do you know what well oh you work with that yes oh go speak to us sir um Jeff Nations is the current um so yes Mr Bell's question is what current agree puras agreement obviously we're really blessed to have you here and we want to continue to support that growth Mr Nation utilize the facility has some pretty uh is involved with some pretty incredible projects so what is your Rel my name is Jeremy Jeremy Alexander work with Douglas wer and Mr Nations okay cool I didn't know that ahead so um I think I've shared with Mr Yule and at this point Mr Bell that there are some things that everybody will be aware of I would say next four or five months that we believe will be transformational for this airport and just that's we like to work through this group and and others so so how how long have you been uh related to Mr Nations I've been with Mr Nation probably a year and a half oh good okay and you all used to build it yeah I have an office in there computer everything y Mr help so I guess we have a conflict de and he's been current on his rent payments and everything I mean I know I know Jeremy's a stand up guy so I mean they behind with rent payments or anything no no this is like by I I just wanted that on the table to make sure everybody understood they've been making their payments right right so I I think it's ger though to understand what the agreement is I mean they're current that's one thing but what is the agreement is so so based upon my understanding based upon my experience here from day one okay uh I have not seen an agreement I saw a letter agreement okay a letter agreement was sent out Min Nations and I guess they started a process however payments were being made for the facility and there's still no executed agreement my predecessor s something out I guess it was subject to some type of requirement search scan or whatever uh for the new person trying to do business at the airport okay so um in terms of you I'm not sure about the use the driver here for me regardless of who have it um is the highest and best use it's a paranomic facility okay um I don't believe that's being done now but more importantly I don't believe there's an agreement in place okay so so you're saying it's been used for something besides Aeronautics well yeah it's it's nothing has been brought to me similar to what done here and that is a letter of interest for hey I've been here I I it's my understanding if I grow this business you know this is the next step here so that was the history okay so the operator or customer that's in there pays their bill without a doubt okay are we the historians you're a historian because of your age thank I think it's important like I really like many of was fought to get him here there was a big problem with he Believe It or Not Looking Back lot of people didn't want him surely didn't want him here so we're all for him historically the other thing is for years that building set B that's what I heard uh Mr Nation came in he is the biggest developer on the footprint around the airport uh he came in in good faith with John Y and they had an agreement to came to this board we approved what he did we approved the agreement whether you have a copy or any of us have a copy which story we did I don't think it makes good sense with the size of development I guess you all know what it is it's no big secret it's going a very big and it will put a lot of traffic into this airport I just don't see how we could go against what we've done I mean do you say in the word development what are you what what let Jeremy take all right Jeremy um excuse me sir please i' like there couple I mean one's very public I mean we have worked a land swap with the old retire retired Runway and we're in permitting with the Water Management District now for about 120,000 square feet of warehouse space that direction not an aviation gas warehouse space to be used as what industrial warehouse space yeah and but it's not aeronautical uh it it will be related to aeronautical I mean we don't have signed lease agreements but yeah okay and there will be another development that in the next 6 months will be probably bigger than that one aeronautical yes it will have if I could and I don't know what can be disclosed I may know more like you do than I'm supposed to but um the people that will be using the develop will definitely be flying and that and these are major players in the United States major players and they will be well they they all have big planes and they all have big businesses and they all they fly to dayona now they be fly into here mostly fly they F over the country yeah I hear if he's not going to say it I'm not going to say it but everybody not say it not that a new project I'm just saying that this board made approved an agreement that John y brought to us I don't know I don't know if he did the paperwork right we never know we never know we approved how the paperwork is done it's just not our job and I'm saying to you I feel very uncomfortable so you on The First Agreement I think we have no choice but to at least go to Mr Nations and see if he is wanting to give it up and if he does I I don't know how we could he made his payments did everything we asked him it came to this board how can you how can you throw a guy out well I agree as do know said though I'm sorry to interrupt you well obviously we don't have a copy of he's got how many chips and how many ples he flying out of here A bunch the main thing is is he's got the facility on the contract right now no so so so as as the new Airport Manager when I start looking at what am I working with from a customer standpoint I try to tithe an agreement with the customer and I have not seen any type of document other than a letter that was sent out to Mr Das saying hey continue to your I think background or something you know we'll get back with you regarding at least agreement that was it so you know my my my position here my interest is not necessarily specifically on um who gets the building I just want to make sure that that facility is maximizing its use as as the airport manager you know so if if I can get an aeronautical youth guy flight school some similar that's going to be purchasing gas going to be growing the Bas here that's really my interest so unfortunately I don't have the history with no one really put a solid executed agreement in place uh I'm just say I have not seen any type of activity over there it's aeronautical just observation let me ask this question related to that is a SW possibly yeah to move that operational here would that be enough space to continue that operation and fight School into that what's the square top of my head I believe it's roughly 700 and I don't have what you have over there is 800 other than that's about the same yeah so I'm just like what's the movement I thought it was larer yeah so so that's accurate the SCP next door it's about 800 for the the old terminal yeah um Le the bathrooms is what I said yeah yeah because you know over here there's there's um this is one room over here you have probably three functional large um kind of Lobby guest area restroom rooms and a kitchenet and two offic yeah you have some functional rooms there for instructional areas those kind of things um again aeronautical operator there versus here because we can see here in this room which is obviously getting a little bit smaller um you know if a swap is not an option expanding this area you know but it's just it's there are uses here that we really you just need to work through and I don't have the documentation what does where does the city stand on this so my my concern question is what is the governing agreement that says what we can and cannot do is it month to month is it a year lease is it a multi-year lease and that would govern what do you remember it is I remember they came to us we couldn't rent it and he said we've got a guy rent it and we were all praising because we could not rent for years that was our recommendation we agreed that was John's recommendation that was and we agreed with it now we presumed that he would go back and do aase obviously if he did it we need to talk my opinion we talk to Mr Nation find out what he's got he may have a Le he may have some we don't know and we talk to uh ever John and we find out the facts we Mr Nations had a contract he would nobody it Mr AC doesn't even know that this conversation's happening but I mean somebody would have to ask him only been naations for about a year and a half agreement longer than that probably the biggest is the agreement verbal or is contract he doesn't even know I'm here that's is we got a multi multi-millionaire who has come on this airport in good faith paid every month for a deal that we agreed on and that we should include him in this conversation yeah sure and Jeremy I had no idea you know that you were associated and also I didn't know that but there is no aeronautical events going on in the past right well that's news to me it's my understanding he uses fly in and out of all the time Mr Douglas his attorney uses it to fly in and out of all the time I thought y'all would have seen him but maybe not we've seen them coming through here coming through the our facility terminal facility again I have not seen any flight Ops coming out of I mean I personally play with Charlie Allen here but again I I can only speak on what I see coming through here well I there do you mean using it as a mini terminal or office or um whenever he has C that meet him there yeah and then we'll fly to wherever we go okay I just want to add too as a historian in the group when we talked about rent net facility and we tried for many years we talked to everybody from a restaurant to all kinds of things I do not believe we ever put that aeronautical use in anything and we therefore when you rent something I I think youed it to that yeah but that's not the issue right now he said it is it is aeronautical and so we don't have to we don't have to keep beating that horse all right it is aeronautical but if if Grant dollars purchased that building and that's the original terminal building wow it have some restrictions on use that would go way back go I think maybe starting as you suggested with John and asking him if he has the history documented or knows who it is and then that bail is asking Miss donations but I think starting with John and if we can do that research first because we're going to spin around n of us know the in and I would imagine if we are saying that he is on time on payments we would have some understanding of an agreement of what those payments should be so that's a whole different story right I understand that but beyond whatever the controlling agreement is whether it's verbal or not or something that's written there is some value and the and the things that nation is bringing for that terminal there is some value what flight school is doing so we need to look at how we can accommodate both of those at this airport so nice to have a SW we need to help him address his need if we can right and we need to honor what we said in the past that's it yeah I mean if that's 800 square feet of usable space and this is 700 I'm not sure that well there is there is usage of this space and conjunction with that space that would not be necessary if you had an isolated use over there so there are some pros and cons associated with doing the swap that we'd have to have that conversation so even if it was 700 for 800 there is a operational difference in the way that's set up versus how that the configuration ex could be more accommodative for the flight and this and less accommodating for job yeah you may be more comfortable over here and being able to use this space as well that he gets both of these I've never been in wherever you're operating I I think that's a possibility possible suggestion our job is to accommodate growth thank you so John the first conversation no it was just to say it's not to lose anybody right but to accommodate both parties if a swap is a good idea then let's look at a swap but we first want to make sure that we're accommodating our agreement that we already have in place and abolutely just going back to Mr Nation asking what you know is it okay if we were to do a swap just ask that question uh maybe he's okay with that maybe he isn't and if he isn't of course we're going to honorly grief well I believe it's a shortterm issue that you need immediate help so I don't know there be a month from now when we be able to we were years ago uh and this is outside of the board like that when that building is dilapidated I think you might remember the air conditioner didn't work and all sorts of um I made a comment to John previous manager that if they ever did have the funding to come through and fix that building up and make it usable i''d be very interested and we do have emails exchanging that I I would be let know they ever had interest in running that building this is we're talking four five years ago probably uh you know that that didn't really ever happen so um I I don't know what I don't come to a lot of these meetings and I don't know exactly what took place and that's that's kind of all in the past anyhow um but to answer your question but directly guess it's this isn't a 10-year plan this is a r space now plan so what can we do to stay the somewhere that's where we're at there is another option that we haven't discussed and maybe this is a Hil Mary but collaborative use of that space until such time there might be uh a more um significant need for that space so that's another this and that one or this one Contin use that and collaborative use of that space so I that's another conversation that's but it's an option so if I may so the objective here was certainly meant by bringing it to this body just having that conversation we G to have a conversation again problem other things so you know the airport and his customers are are growing commercial folks are growing um we have to focus on utilization of the space that we have we have space constraints here and you know our reality is you it's a good problem to have but we got we got to coming you know or lose Serv you should have been back here in the dayn time when that was our main terminal and and all is out there I mean if there's somewhere Mr Nations can build something he can utilize he's probably interested in that too so I mean let's not let funding limit what we're talking about so I don't know this is all new to me but sounds good that's a positive problem we we have to remember honor our word is worth something to worth everything to me and we honor our word and try to help the this is just the beginning of the problem so it's a good problem you're right so we're going to research the agreements and bring this back bring this back okay and the city is going to bring us back what they find out yes right with with the complete with the complete understanding that we can just give our opinion but actually the commission will have the final say so that's correct and we need to go into this the attitude everybody wins everybody wins that's right so time is of the essence then I mean not like tomorrow but obviously the group has not met I'm not it has not met for months I mean I think it's one of these things that has to more than a coule I'm being yeah one yes please I think this brings up an interesting point uh we need to go through if you would a and let's make sure that all of our properties are have the proper documents I mean we've been sitting here for a long time we've been here two years I think it behooves us we should have known this two years ago yes sir right and we need to know where do we not have I know we have a problem with another hanger or a person's Di and some are wanting to keep it some are wan to swap it others want it y all may be aware of it and I think that it goes back to the proper documentation and contracts and I would say to uh to Mr McNair's credit uh he has started down there I'm not critical I'm just saying this brings up something that we need to make sure we got them all right so he won't have to come to us he'll have a contract you'll go over with the contract go to the city um we make sure that this that our advisory status you know we're just guilty we're just advis we're just just guilty I guess we should have asked and that was one of the original questions that I asked when I came on board what is the documentation and I got confidence in our manager to bring this thing to you can age all right and our city our city official put all the holy water on it you need all right well thank you now we have another one that probably is just as controversial what sounds like and that is uh 4C so the ski range has been going on forever um I guess it's 30 or 60 Acres or something over here and um they have had a $1 a year lease um for a long time and that came up with some comments made around this board that when we were talking about assessing the value of everybody rent we getting what we're supposed to when we found out and I honestly did not know that that was airport property I I never was aware of that I had no idea yeah yeah so you know now we're looking at all the all the time the whole time you've known 30 years non there was much going on happy to have them there that's right and so we we have a lease that um it's like crazy undervalued actually if we' been paid fair market all these years we would have never had to be in debt to the city you know because a lot of difference in our Revenue St but um along with the wells and the city you know all that stuff that we have talked about so I mean some point in time we just have to have these hard discussions and um I don't think the appraisal is done is that correct sh it's done it is what did it say it's quite lengthy we just received it this past week so it's still under review there may be some comments back to the appraiser and that's where all the properties around right John that is every single thing good yeah well that gives us a good basis Mr work on S range doesn't actually take that big of footprint it's a lot of Acres least but but it but it is a specific type activity has a safety Factor that's my migrate a dollar a year I didn't know and it is a world class SK range you have a lot of activity out there people come to Pac you that's the only thing I know about this is world class SK R events as well I think when we talk about them on the agenda we should invite a represent to ATT instead of talking about them and then tell them what been said later if we and I think Jonathan took the took the boot by the horns to go out and get appraisals going on all of the properties so Jonathan when do you think that's under review now you said yes sir and how long before you think the review will be over get I'm not going to hold you to it's just a question probably by next month I mean staff needs an opportunity internally to review it make sure it captured everything we need to incorporate a lot of it into the proposed budgets for the Enterprise funds and we have already started communication with the club Representatives so they're aware of what's going are you talking to so far uh you'll remember the names and and they've had health issues recently which has delayed our community they know something's going to be changed I think as as I understand that they just want to be there if they can I don't think it's some money there John let's get their opinion let me let me finish your thought was going down so if we got the appraisals going and what this Survivor board was going to do was then take the appraisal and look at how much we were charging people that's right or that's what we're going to do so the SK the ski range comes under that discussion and there because then you got something to go back to what Mr Bell said you got something factual to rely on something in writing that gives you some Doc so that's what I would say is let's get that together look at and then we look at everything not just peace meiling it out okay so we can maybe put that on the agenda for next me thank you and if Jonathan it runs in where it takes longer we'll just that's it shouldn't we just want to make sure that they grab property long as communicated that's my only Point yeah I I think good point you if you could make sure that going forward anybody that we're going to discuss their leases or their anything we should make sure that they've been notified so that they can give us their perspective true nation Mr prepared a pretty good representative he won't tell you everything that's still was good yeah there's there's this is all good stuff I promise Mr points it's uh I I keep hearing that and it's not unusual to be a confidential that's normal does mean I like it I understand I'm surpris you don't know and I know enough to make me inquisitive and I'm excited but okay even though I is that enough then on that one my we'll turn uh the meeting over to 5A to Mr mule and our our finance department you can speak to us if you'd like I'm Jill Kaiser and I miss CI Garcia is at conference today today and she asked me to attend this uh meeting to present her uh report on the current The Current financial status of the airport um if you look at the first page of the report the current revenues um are at the bottom of the column both current Revenue to the DAT 650 billion just about operating expens at the bottom of page three that are about 57,000 so on operating that operating uh where the airport is in the uh Black by $15,000 $15,500 um as far as Grant revenues that's the page four Grant revenues to date are 13,800 you have to understand that at times the grant revenues come in um after they've been invoiced and it can take months for the uh particular fdot or FAA to get the Monies to process their part and get actually get the monies into our bank uh whereas the expenses year-to date are 53,8 110 so there's net LA loss there of $39,000 almost $40,000 so today um given the both the operating and the grant can you stand in an uh uh in the red about $25,000 however this is midy year and things Change Daily uh we could get a lot of money in Grants any day that the operating if we just look at the operating net profit that it's possible I would like to add something question thank you um so so we've gone through a check in time the last number of months you know I speak to my peers all the time and they're like I just don't know you guys did you know how how you pulled it off but our tanks our 12,000g tanks both were shut down okay do the M for a long time yeah so self sered the J truck and our s Ser here is your number one generator you know people fly fly in from all over the place coming to because we got that good fi prices and uh when they went down for those months it was about a 50% decrease so we as a team decided that we couldn't stop the bleed we kind of slow it down and we were able to get a Avgas truck which if you guys recall we've never had to have gas truck here so we got 70 some customers storage based customers here and we're accommodating them this thousand gon TR you got a guy like this a commercial guy that's doing mten and you got the flight schools you know we made it through it a lot better than was expected you know so um you know the numbers here are reflecting that uh I would tell you one of the key steps that we took when the tanks went offline is if you don't have the revenues you can't be doing a whole lot of spending so the hiring you know was fro couldn't bring on in any more people you know the goodies that we may need supplies those kind of things you I was spending Sophia certainly can tested this we were spending what we needed to the core the core items you know so we we got through a serious financial crunch you know those tanks are up and running they've been there since 25th of April and U the report coming up will give you a little bit more detail in activity on there but um I just want you to understand this was a this was a tough tough experience and I will comment along with that Mr chairman that you the financials we're getting now are much more mey and beneficial reviewing things appreciate night and day I say Amen good job finance department thank you never got and good job airport amen are any other comments on finances yes' the city overhead charge yes yes transfer from General is the revenue that the on the first page there a transfer that's the revenue that is monthly being given to the uh airport that's the city is providing Revenue yes and then in the um likewise in it's my page three in the operating expenses there's also a transfers on that page and that's where the expenses of the city are being reimbursed and the revenues are a straight line revenue number based on 12 month so every month it's 12 yeah any other questions on finance right and we'll move on to please right we're down to 10 minutes yes sir thank you for thank you for the pressure right so um as I said earlier you know this give you a little bit more detail about the previous month April have gas compared to last year this time obviously there noticeable difference the most important content on this particular page that's straight back the B the tanks have been running since April the 25th and our selfer customers have been very very receptive so I'm looking forward to giving you a full month for the month of May and next year a service uh fi TR doing quite well actually that's the Testament to obviously you know the corporate pass as well as crew utilizing PL the J was was not impacted as app Gas self sered tanks typically are Prim use for storage to supply additional field to the uh truck so if you look at last year versus this year you we've actually performed quite well and this this is purely you know guys going out service service truck service sorry revenues fairly straightforward we had a 100% uh we get people leave and we get people showing up saying I want to get there before they leave and you know we always tend to maintain that that 100% occupancy uh it was good to hear folk interested in in developing things because you know we we have to look at those options you know we can use some more Tre hangers we can certainly use corporate hangers you know but uh we have a demand in place and this is our staple Revenue Source here missell is you know uh tie downs land leases building rentals Aviation lubricants um a lot better than it was this time last year I won't say that's significant I would say that this is so cyclical a lot of Maintenance operators come here they may order five cases of oil versus one so tie downs you know weather Transit customers coming in that fluctuates quite quite a bit so total revenue from previous month here is is 98 versus 71 I was expecting a lot worse look um I believe from now moving forward you know with our efforts the team's effort and pushing out our services as well as establishing the marketing plan with our fear partner our revenues are the right direction next slide moving over to active projects um this list here is really tied to what Miss u k was mentioning about Grant dollars coming in those kind of things we have a lot of projects going on okay you know but in terms of receiving the dollars you know that's a different timeline so the number one project that I share with you guys so I'll would say two or three that's really hot uh for me the number one is is the tax Lane West Side fing apron we you know the pavement uh pieces been done today they started putting in the the markings the lines those kind of things uh that senior ter this guys have been on it you know so we for those that are not aware we actually rehab the entire West Side fueling apron taxi Lanes commercial aons and I think it's fair to say that customers are are pleased you know that's a tough project to do because we had to open all the doors and Hangers which is also interesting for airport manager but um you know but it it was some serious coordination but we got through we didn't impact operation too bad so that should be wrapping up here in the very near future actually so I'm thinking the next time we meet it I'll probably be complete that fa to say yes okay great um Wildlife Hazard would be complete uh folks came out did an assessment we do have some concerns here obviously with the cyes and the birds and those kind of things and this is the first Str in putting together a plan how to mitigate some of those habits we don't need aircraft in Hogs deer kot with anything else so you know we as as as a team have to mitigate some of those issues y uh Tri obstruction you know that's kicking off here and that's looking at the concerns of approaching 1735 927 working with Matt and his team on kicking that off we've already already identified the concerns as per F dots inspection airf inspection here so looking forward to having that complete as well um tax away Echo skip the generators TX echo of the environmentals so this project is focused on this area here and this is the approach on 27 so put it in perspective this is Moody this is the corporate hanger development that that we are excited about um part of this development we have to have a supporting infrastructure for the customers so instead of putting the tax away on the customers and we met with the FAA and were able to get them to support moving down the road and doing a new tax away so the first phase is here second phase is here now the caveat with the government is we approve you doing a environmental assess on this development but you got to do the whole thing so you going to do it environmental on the entire block lot uh however you want to call it so that's the key step once the environmentals are done in which that should be those six months out there or so um that's going to be critical so you get the environmentals done Matt you can help me out with I guess next step timeline but the next step will essentially be going back to that with the findings which I believe that area is fairly clean uh because this was a old Runway area infrastructure utilities and that kind of things all in place so what we're looking at is doing phase one first of the taxi weight Echo and then you can start kicking off these development sites and this doesn't get into the woods so you're talking about probably about a few years or so the idea is to come off Moody the customers here would come off of Moody uh and drive down to your you respected Lots okay we're almost out of time so fly uh I can fly so number six I number six no pun number six is critical uh because that kicks off and and it actually ties into the conversation we had earlier about use what what's the plan we have to update our master plan for the airport development like that are syst you know you know what are we looking to do zero to 10 years down the road how it's going to look so we are kicking that off as we speak um and you you know that's going to be a 18 year uh so uh that's really needed because a lot of things which we saw the discussion today are dated so a lot of things need to updated to make sure the highest and best use of things are and for two minutes if I can get the op report so so you guys will start as a group you know uh will start getting data a littleit different than you were receiving in the past so this tool was provided to us from fot so fot in his effort to understand demand traffic those kind of things at airports within the State of Florida which obviously traffic is is is is tied to the dollar uh f ENT into a Statewide contract with the company to track all flights at all airports in the state of FL I believe it's all airports for the most part take off and Landing yeah take off and Landing GA airports and Commercial airports Comm commercial airports have been using this solution for quite some time because they have lending fees tied to their revenues F dot is looking at it from a standpoint of traffic but they're also looking at it from a standpoint of for G airport to explore Landing feeds versus just fural versus just hanger RS as Revenue sources for proofing the Air Force so uh this bur Tower report here gives you everything that's coming here for the previous month broken down by equipment you have a number of uh entities that utilize this airport to land and take off and never purchase Fuel and so how do we monetize that Interac that takes advantage of our infrastructure that's here power allows us to be able to provide the documentation to potentially that okay well I think we'll wrap it up and then and then we'll put these items back on the agenda that we need to rediscussed thank everyone of community needs to love one another grow together and include everybody so there's no you know agenda here to manipulate Community we just want all work together and all these happen all everybody went everybody went so we want to keep on that same so thank youall very much I take a motion for return hopefully we'll have a meeting
