Star Ledger and posting on the bulletin board and filing with the burough clerk our first application is case number 24172 Deerfield Road I'm not going to pronounce ounce your name because I'm going structure they've got three and A2 fet next is the lot coverage for building 20% required 26% as proposed and the final variance is impervious coverage 45% maximum is allowed they've got 58% Mr chairman I have a question the new garage is is that GNA have a garage door where a car can come in it's just going to have a I I showed the chairman that the door is not big enough to fit a garage through there I mean a car through there at storage okay yep okay and behind your property it looks like there's an Alleyway or or right of way so there's no houses that are close right and how high that was there previous was a a metal link fence yes a chain chain link fence yes and that has been taken down already correct yes and this is going to replace that fence correct yes sir and it's only have a question so you're on a corner lot right yes so uh I'll ask the engineer uh do you you see any uh issues there Mr chairman the existing house encroaches into the side triangle the fence is going to compound that encroachment uh currently the requirement is 90 foot uh site triangle with the fence area will be 75 ft so it's a very minor encroachment and I can understand the reason trying to enclose the Cellar Door in order to meet that requirement you'd have to shift the fence and the cell door would be outside the fence area so I can see for reasons to keep that inside so I don't really see it being a problem with the 75 foot site triangle thank you any other questions I have one uh yes sir the fence that you're going to put up how far will that fence be from the house to the curb on Liberty Street uh yes I actually just measured that um yesterday it's going to be 30 ft from the Curve 30 ft so it will have no influence on the site triangle of anyone coming on Woodland Avenue going on to Liberty yes that's correct sir okay how high was the ense sir uh four feet and this one is six correct yes sir give you a little more privacy yeah just a little bit more Mr chairman just to I think clarify your question the Liber Street side of the fence is approximately 30 ft back from the curb on the Woodland Avenue side that's going to be approximately 10t back from the curb yeah yes sir any other Jay is that shown on the drawing the 30 feet is that well if you look it shows 20 foot from the house to the property line and typically you have another 10 feet from the property line to the curb so that's on Liberty Avenue side and on the Woodland Avenue side they're proposing the fence right on the property line so the Curve about 10 ft away from there okay I see
