okay so the the meeting has to call the meeting to order let's see what time is it 4 4033 I'm going to call this meeting to order okay and Dale with us on Zoom Dale is with us on Zoom hello Dale um and the meeting's being recorded just so is Molly Jo I don't know we'll have to see I thought she I don't remember I don't remember her saying that she wasn't there is someone coming in hi Roger so for the record Dale we have El Sten Roger from CAD Penny and Dominic are here and me um Ela brought snack Dominic brought sample some of them are quite nice oh good Molly is here too okay not coming right is not coming okay I think we need dinner and breakfast so let's see so I think we need to we need to choose um the decisions are either resilient or tile in the bathroom and the entry way and in front of the circulation desk right and then and then you're going to change behind the circulation de to umili it's TI but it doesn't and then so that's a decision and then we have that list the add all list all right okay right okay all right I'm jumping on the zoom too okay all right okay so Dale Dominic's gonna jump on the zoom okay so MoneyWise we have everything that we have said that the town was going to supply and that the cies were going to give and that the friends of the library were going to so we have that total which total the well so I want I want to know which these things thought we were only over budget we're over budget by 25,000 so we're over budget by 25,000 but we said that we were going to only have 550 coming from the friends of the library and we now have how much over there well so it's not really that simple so what we needed and I don't know if we have it is I had asked Neil to give us the breakdown of eligible costs and ineligible costs right um because that's really right and then and then we need to know and then the mblc paid 75% of the eligible cost up to six million up to six million although at one meeting Lauren star said if we needed more than 6 million we could go back to the mvlc but they don't want no they don't want to to and we really need to be going back back to them for good reason yes um so um and I don't think I a lighting fixture is good reason okay um a fancy liting picture um so um or even well anyway so I don't need to say more than that um so so and then the so really we don't know that because Neil didn't get us you don't have you don't have it yeah and Neil's gone on um so and the so the friends of the library that they had given they had committed 324,000 at town meeting and with a goal of raising up to 550,000 and really that was the number we made up at the time right and now theyed that by an extra 20,000 um uh and I also and then the trustees voted to spend the trust fund on this project right um and then if it's needed that's $774,000 and has that been approved yes yes yes that's been approved um and then I have a small grant that I got 12,000 um so I need to see this small right and a document right and the and the thing is we we're not really and this is just an estimate this price that we have and we won't really know each other BS until the bids come up right and the the 200,000 that you got from the state is it that was the um covid money that ended up going to cover the elementary school roof the project came in somewhere between 35 and $40,000 less using that for for what going upid forain the Bild yeah but I heard it was that that came but those bids came in under the budget we haven't sign right but we haven't signed yet so that's not money that's not money we can count but a potential right it's a potential so but but anyway we're not going to know until we go out to bid and I think we and and the cost estimate doesn't include um any of those the $249,000 in that's that's the bulk of the rest of the planting but of course that's the price if the contractor does it not if we do it but but the cost estimate doesn't include a lot of expenses right that we going to need to pay for right like shelving and a small amount of Furnishing and um and then planting after the fact so um does the cost estimate do will they pay is it part of the eligible cost the moving expenses I think we are the moving expens we're yeah we're not moving that would be an eligible cost but we're not going to pay Y no but if we if we rented a truck I thought the basic sheling was included panels right it's eligible cost it wasn't included in the cost es though but included in the total project right yes right wood trim ends and such the top included in that cost no for the shelving d That's purely part that right and and we may decide not to do wood trim ands and tops now um well if they're not going to do it he means know because the spec no so FF is completely independent so that wasn't in the specs at all no for the shelving no the wood and pants no um that's usually done eany once construction starts and then you initiate a contract and we kind of pursue that so right now it's on you right can I inter to me all this sounds murky and I can't follow which is where I sort of expected to be that isn't a surprise this is a statement in that murkiness does it feel like we're roughly On Target what's the big picture I would say we're roughly s the fire fire alarm it does yeah so that's about the value that which was added scope from the release of DD into CDs We Were released correct yeah so sorry well I put it back to you again to meet budget do you want the far line we discussed this at last meeting and we all want it great we all agreed but you have to pay yeah I can could I project my screen or I have that document yeah um so I take it with doing this before we do this I think it might be good to know where the tile is in or um that would be helpful I've asked this question before and I think I know the answer so so just say that we decided the tile is out today and then during the pro the bids come in and the bids are really favorable and we're like oh look we can afford tile we can put it back in but it costs us a little bit extra or it's on this list get it you get it a change order from the Contra okay so we I always tell people if you're going to buy something extra after the after you got a contract you been paid a buck and a half per dollar for the value of the material and you ask for credit you're get 50 cents yeah that is as you noted on on here the 4% markup yeah from what would have been a budget in your alternate list right these numbers are so the $4,000 for the lobby pendant lighting yeah would really be a little over $3,000 if it was in the um if it was in the contract we would re we would pay $4,000 right that 25 that 24% markup is included in the budget that we condition yes y yep so each item gets 24% markup and I wanted to be clear in this list because I wasn't last week for instance the fire alarm I quoted you as you're spending $225,000 but in our estimate we're actually holding um $31,000 because there is an included markup right which is appropriate so but these would be alternate sucess that bid time prices that's right correct so that should be backed out original question yes you can change actors but you're going to pay for yeah and we have to have everything in the right order on the list is that different that's that's the all you w't get ripped off yeah yeah if it's a very complicated ad old list then I I feel like um bidding will be kind of swayed negatively because I'll see it's so complicated go all the yeah is this a comp um a as it stands yeah a little bit and it's niggly you know like the lobby pendant right is chump change usually it's like a generator or you know like big ticket items that you can pull from the project easily put straight back in um I think it it's a you know and maybe Neil or Roger it's about you know the tactics of the owner group how you play this you know the the planting is a big number that is that really appropriate for this project um Stimson would really like to see it here to get the warranties and you know to get full protection of what you end up getting but I think your community is a special case in this right think you would hold sson to a warranty for things that we planted no you would avoid that that's right then exactly but if you were to include any of this three-year enhanced planting plan and maybe you only take trees I think that would be the one senseful choice if you want to bring it back in they're big items it's something you don't have to coordinate you know um liability all sorts of things about the work around installing a tree would the contractor would own and that might be beneficial what if that those three items were broken out that's what that's why I gave it to yeah you go with a because what if you maybe they in different places in the order because yes if there's 112,000 but you're under budget bid price by 75,000 yeah yeah you can definitely split those and and throw the shrubs and ground cover way to the bottom bottom and that way you can get six of the other things that's the ground cover yeah that's right and not if you put this p on the list no 249,000 then you have 200,000 yeah you might lose the other it you're going to lose all the other that's right so the list in front of you I think I put in what might be a sensible order um so I started with the lobby pendant you know but if you're happy to take it off I've already prepared my consultant the lobby pendant had said last time you already included in your cost Bo yes in the estimate that's right so we could terminate it but my I don't know my thought was recoup the whole infrastructure to pull the the the back box pull the wiring just don't have it but that's your choice you know potentially we just pull the fixture and we have the infrastructure ready for you to ins stall down the line for this building is all wiring have um suppose yes I think electrical wiring yes AV can be run in J Hooks which I think we all coordinate so for this we can run the conduit Bo yeah part of the Bas yeah although the discussion last time had something that's right oh we don't no we put the box so and then I asked well what kind of lighting this actually this picture wouldn't reallying lighting no it's more for aesthtics correct so there's going to be like some of that track lighting yes that's right yeah yes all right so I have one question uh about something Neil said so Neil said something about um if a sub contractor is over $25,000 there's a special type of biding right and so and that we want to avoid that kind of bidding because it can be hard to get people so is a f right right he he said it's specifically about the yeah it's the only scope of work on the job is the adult so Tyler's going to be like I I don't know whether I have this job yet it doesn't seem as credible for me you know it's kind of a secondary bid scenario for them and they might throw just a really big number at it the only reason to bring a TI out is for this ad alternate right if there's no other tile on the job it's not like you're cutting this scope Haring it there doesn't mean a higher price it's just Mass okay all right you have to do that g okay all right okay um so I thought if the pendant light is off that's fine we can supply we can own conduit back box termination and leave it in place um take the fixture off bathroom TI I've divided up into so I mean I think everyone should their sure well should I go through the list and then we come back list and talk about it and then yeah then then make a choice sure so this is again just my proposed order um so stting want correct okay so during bidding and the decision making that the committee has to make you have to take them in order so for you to get um the tile for instance you have to accept for one first right so any of those so um so we've discussed the pendant light in the lobby tile I broke up into two um uh two categories one barroom specifically so the three bathrooms currently have um epoxy flooring um which what is that product here this it actually comes with colors but we're thinking in patent palette here um the color of I think that's good red grd oh grd um it's uh so that's what we have currently in the base bid um so to go to tile you can see here um the floor tile would cost you 7,000 wall tile you can you know we can have as part of scope or not so where the um uh fixtures are in the bathrooms they all the restrooms have fixtures mounted on the same wall so we would do tile up to four feet it just helps with clean just on that one wall and that's that's pretty typical you can either tile a whole restroom or just a wet wall all the way to the ceiling or you pull it down so we're trying to be strategic about that um and then the deduct for the boxing gives you that $12,000 number then broken out Lobby so the reason you're at 7,000 plus 7,000 12000 you don't get 12,000 is because of the 24 correct that's right it's because of what the 24,000 a 24% markup for General conditions so I got this number the $7,000 is the price to install to furnish the tile but there is a general condition markup because you have the GC over the sight and their running costs there's a percentage that's included in our cost estimate of 24% on any own and so I just wanted to be clear there so yeah that uh that that is I should have taken out apologies what's the difference in longevity between and I I think they both have the same service l so so it's just an aesthetic consideration um are there reasons that one is mattered um you could potentially replace the tile where the repair I have to try and think about if you're doing any modification in the floor how you repair that You' probably cut patch it's a big solid yeah you pour it and is it toxic no can that I can get you the the cut sheets for that yeah yeah we've Ed it on lead projects you have okay they have ho correct and and it is it all kind of that speckly yes yeah and know it all rough like that uh it has it's not smooth but that's kind of a slip resistance um consideration too which is nice but it's cleanable and the would be what size um would be the same floor tile and then we would um hold that up the walls so you can do the same scale so we have a bunch of different things here um it would be uh so these samples I think we can actually get smaller so the wall tile we would do in a smaller um size um but this was the $3 per square foot tile that we managed to get these are come in at higher um square foot values which we've expect we commonly go for this we really like this this is another um product with options this one comes in different color options as well so we would specify all three because we need to uh supply three or but we most likely get the cheaper the two so the floor tile would be this size yes yeah and so are you next no that these are just and then the and then the wall toes could be 12 by 12 they could be smaller um so we don't have to do the wet walls right we currently don't have the wet walls epoxy you can't epoxy the walls we don't have any tile on that wet wall so we can use um more resistant or heavyduty paint so that it's more cleanable it just you have to paint it after 5 10 years something like that so one difference between your foxy and a tile is you are doing a wall treat the wet wall correct but you don't have to yeah so if you want to tile the the bathroom floor and not do the wall you can do that and that's why I wanted to break it out here so that um you could just get the floor tile into the job into the adults and have it higher knowing you're only out of you know you would be out of pocket 7,000 that con number instead of double yeah um and then the lobby is broken up uh the the three rooms it's really the lobby and circulation space all the way to um uh through browsing uh 24,000 is the premium and then the resilient that we currently own is the deduct for that so um that's how I wanted to give you everything that was included for any of these decisions and we can kind of break them up depending on how you like to go and the resilient floring is where uh is this here this yeah uh this yeah yeah so um and have you already P out the the floor of the tile that you have behind our circulation desk uh that is not in this number that um we will put into the bid set so there will be a small portion of um space behind sorry I don't have it up um I'll bring it up so we can yeah so behind the circulation desk yeah so it would be a small Zone here and what we can do is actually cordon off a straight line and then that would spill into the staff work and storage same yeah so even if we went tile um we would do resilient back here it's it's nice for staff to have a more forgiving surface that they spending the day on um and therefore this number is does not reflect that so it would be around 20 and change can you go back to your just a second yeah so I know I got the stink eye when I suggested um tile in lobby and brows and and carpet in circulation is that really a bad idea yeah we have carpet in circulation spaces I think far from the door I think what's my first reaction to that is the sense that browsing and circulation is the same space so that when you are inside going to kind of fly around here a little bit I view so this is a view looking back from adults right so you see the C desk and the browsing this really feels like the same space because of the the dropped ceiling so a hard line there doesn't feel as right as having a line here that transition so one of the things that I was aware of when I visited I think the nor Library CH it was a while ago does it have a lower ceiling like this over the circulation yes 9 foot tall same part the thing that would benefit from carpet there is I think it would the sound would be better yes that's true I think what's different at Norwell we had perforated gypson and I know the mlc had comments about that here we have acoustic ceiling tile so it's a different treatment it won't be same it'll be no that's right so um and and yes it's a consideration but minor I think does the resilient flooring so got some of that sound also compared to the fo traffic and it has a little bit of mu effect very yeah um yeah but they're pretty choic just because he intentionally brought the ugly ones so that there aren't pretty choices you and I both have pretty resilient beautiful bra in my kitchen yes and so do why but it it's not a public space and no one is allowed to wear shoes in there so and I know you're talking about a different product right yes this Lobby finish you're talking Lobby to circulation and the V is different the vesu is a walkoff map which is sitting there yeah that's correct and that's Reed Cod uh yes Sor it does in that picture you had it felt like Lobby to um circulation yeah sorry this is what should be sh so this this green so this is the lower ceiling condition and when you yeah when you go go to the lobby here it's exposed up to deck and could we if we want to have those two the high ceiling and the low ceiling part with different yes I think that would make more sense or espcially my you know gut reaction is that this would be a legitimate threshold condition yeah and material change could be it could be a Flor material change I think they read together so the the lobby part could be added and the rest could stay resil FL or that's correct yeah that's right so another division that's correct y if we're worried about how much the adult um and what did we say about the lifespan of the child versus resilient it's the same yeah 30 years plus yeah and Penny you were closing carpet is that cheaper more expensive does it last it's apples apples yeah it really isn't much unless you go into highest and you and you have one little kid come in with a a grape juice and drop it on the carpet never or puke on the carpet walk through the carpet to get to the children you know it's it's one of those things going get the children should you are but by the time you get you spilled it in the lobby yeah you've spilled it in the lobby you you've left your juice behind so can I ask the question that you maybe can't even answer um so so my biggest concern about tile isn't about the money although I am very concerned about the money and that should always be our first motivating factor but this time of 20 seconds I hate crack tile so I think everybody hates crack tile right and um and you see cracked tile everywhere um you know at the mall there's cile um and so um so right so and it's and it's not easy to replace a crack it really isn't but you would you would own atct stock of all of this right so you would have it on hand but you you would then have to deal with the lighter right and and it's just not it's I mean it's just not easy to replace a tile not saying it's easier to replace the ti than it is to replace a chunk of epoxy epoxy I how would to get damage that we have yeah I mean it's really hard I think it's more a modification you there's some sort of to be over here the resilient floor you can't replace no but it is so you're not going to crack this right as easily if you drop a if you dropped I have dropped a cup or a glass on tile and C get crack and you get a crack if you drop a cup or a tile I mean a glass on this it's not crack right and think about things like if you drop something that's black on tile it shatters and spreads everywhere um you know I can't be the only one who's done right absolutely and if you drop if you drop something on this is going to be on top of the concrete FL but it's just not going to have that same Shadow effect I and and the carpeting and the rilion flooring will need to be replaced or the tile will need to be replaced at some point in time like we've replaced boring at the elementary school they they just replaced all the carpetting at the Thunderland library after just 20 years um so or at least you know a large portion of it enough that they had to be Clos for so so um that's the life of a building right right and I just I wonder like is this building going to be settling and is the pile going to be more likely or the grout going to be more likely to crack because it's new and it to settle yeah the ground cracks it it comes up in between and then you've got dirt and everything in there all those things clearly yeah because it's not right so like so that I you know it is is it more likely to crack and the grout more likely to crack because it's a new slab that's settle like not from my experience but I can look into that um it sounds like some of us don't want TI anywhere in the building I could see Lobby and yeah also the resilient I there's a lot option lot there are nice R FL up there oh those I would take what are those what is that this is bulletin board yeah it's a tax surface I just wanted to bring up today is this more expensive this is what this is what we slighted initially defitely that is can we pass that around we can I I'm drawn to but I'll get we're getting that's I suggest we move on to so I guess the question then is with tile is is Aesthetics then or the the fact that Brazilian might be used instead of T is Aesthetics the biggest concern well it's Aesthetics and then price you know right durability and ability yeah um and you know and so we're already $25,000 over budget without the ti um we have every confidence resilient for Lobby space absolutely we we we've done it on projects what did you say the same to you are you surprised do you like these right there let's um I'm sorry so tile yeah so we're going through the list first fire alarm we all know the scope1 is in the current budget but not the smoke detectors that we that's true that we added last week so we don't have numbers for those we added so they said they were gonna have to research it but they were s of estimating five to seven more we owned some already though okay yeah yeah that was total right yeah yeah yeah so I think we were adding four or five right um so is some more scope yeah but this 31 is in the budget is in yes the correct and we're talking about adding something smaller or more that's okay yeah the budget because the budget I think it was Roger who said or may it was Neil who said that the savings and insurance [Music] yeah and good luck Becky tried getting an answer what we got was the runaround and an offer to sell us [Music] something okay okay all right yeah so so yeah that's the fire alarm then planting we touched on I broke it so this is the three-year enhanced planting plan um we own trees and ground cover um seeding as part of the base bed um and there's threeyear enhanced planting plan is to meet the conservation condition three year what is the ground cover the ground cover a whole bunch of things ferns yeah so it's it looked to me small yeah yeah and we can do it for way less yeah that's the thing we can do that for a lot less yeah so the question then I guess is uh would you like to have the trees as an adult the the selected trees so there were trees on the job that were uh close to or adjacent to the entry Drive um that would be easily accessible and all the trees that were remote from any easy access was kept in the base fit because they're hard to get to you don't want to destroy the site to get there and plant them later so it was all about what's close access um I don't have that plan up they're also under warranty correct that's for what period of time um one year yeah and I mean really they'll send you another tree I me you know inst tree yeah I think that [Music] that's three and half in to some of the calers yeah well not all them no that makes it a more interes the next one um Is So currently in the estimate we have um below grade duct Run for the utilities to go from the street all the way to the generator that's already included we've been pressing on engrid who promised a back charge cost last week we haven't got it in hand to see what it uh what the ramifications would be if we went to overhead Pole so to go from Electric and Telecom poles from Leever all the way to the Transformer would be cheaper than a duct run but we don't know how much we don't know that yet that is an estimate from our cost estimator what what the um what money you would get back in pocket so this is a saving so theoretical duck rubs right the duck yeah so we would see that back so another way of saying is if we go overhead we get $73,000 back yes estimated Neil was critical about this right just his s yes and then just well what did you see you have a separate conduit the broad uh yes yeah okay which is which is a simple that's not a concrete trenched yeah number is really yes correct yeah I think it probably makes sense to like it's a more it's more secure if it's underground right I think with storms and storms and things like that also that's all the trees you plant yes maintenance in the in the uh landscape plan you've got trees going along both sides of the drive on the way and right I know from watching what happens to those trees when they get a certain that it's not pretty yeah and that then that would be a maintenance cost yeah um I mean I think we we want to hang on to that if we can to the underground right yes don't I think you would stop seeing them but um right but I think it's l right okay so this is the threeyear planting plan this is kind of the adult for the trees just to show you what um where the trees are with relation to the entry drive and the poles you know would there would probably be two here and then another one here so it would go directly across to this transform with maybe five F or so and dve yeah yeah on trees over trees so those are the the trees that you're talking about being planted by the library currently yeah so all of what's there all of this yeah yeah and this is the base bit so it's the ground cover with these trees that are difficult to get to to plant those with the highway department you would destroy you know the surface you have to Mak sense so was a nice strategy yeah grassy are um I would also suggest that we could do all the M shank to save money I know that's in there I don't know how other people feel that but does that interfere with if they're doing the planting interferes with the warranty does that change the warranty I think the mulching the intent there is to um secure all surface project yeah I don't know what the GC people do like in the work area I think there's a conflict of interest have plenty of PL yeah and then the hose B I wanted to put that number in there as well and just put it at the back of the list so that this should be a [Music] an outdoor yeah and where are the other two so we have one on either side of the building one is up here and then one is here okay yeah um so that's about $5,000 so I gotta say if you're gonna say 249,000 and7 money no no no no no but will be watering well that's what it means no this out we need that because you're going to be that's my personal yeah yeah the the well yield is 2.25 gallons per minute it's GNA be very water do we know what the well yield is at the highway department [Music] we should should run we should run a hose across lead mean two two and a qu Gall also yeah I understand there's a lot of drve what' you say okay yeah justed we out planting we can afford that's the third is the job yeah anybody everyone should feel comfortable voting how they are I think just the rough and leave leave the pend Y and so so that it's ready for pendant sometime if we want to have one s put is we in remote is she able to make comments Dale can you hear us do you want do you have any comments to make we're Jeff just asked if um if anybody wanted the pendant light um and then Jeff is suggesting that we have it that we have the infrastructure installed so that we can install one at a later time but that we don't have it as part of an a at all well I I feel um I agree with Dominic that I think that it's more or less a you know a lesser item on the budget and I would just as soon see it installed initially uh rather than have to go back and try to do it later uh because it is you know something that needs to be installed in the air um not necessarily going to be easy we'll probably have to hire somebody professionally to do it and I think you know uh it's going to have to be a UL approved fixture as well so it's not going to be anything that anybody can create uh so I think we should go ahead and do this now or we could just not have one at all is it for Aesthetics or is it for actual writing we don't need it for foot cers and am I right in thinking that all the rest of us said no you're you're okay I mean I I would love to have that but if I had to have some of these other choices that are more practical I would deal with the more practical choices or the more durable prac choices are they more functional but can we we could put it in as an ad all it number seven yes well that that's the other thing we don't and that's a good point that we don't want to submit seven adults we don't want well we're taking the landcape we'll take the landscape one out okay should we go is everybody let keep going with the from the top okay the lobby dependent lighning are we going to take a vote I I think we're ready all right we're ready all right who's voting in favor St keeping it okay Dale and Stephen who's in favor of getting rid of it totally is everyone else is anyone in favor of so are we going to put the fixture in I mean are we gonna are we going to have it ready how much does it cost to just have it ready that okay but it's in it's in the kind of buried so is it ,000 or is it $3,000 for the 15 I'd say we get rid and if you don't do the rough in now then you're gonna have like wire molding yeah we do the rough in now do the rough in and we and then we think that at some time in the future we're okay I have put in the infrastructure and then if you find out during the course of construction that you have some money for it you can add it in yeah sure more easily I think I think it would be more cost effective to do it that way already owning the infrastructure yeah the infrastructure you'll really all right just leave it out as an timately the infrastructure in got it okay okay all right okay on to the bathroom tile who is I make a motion that we do the bathroom tile how much of the bathroom and the walls the floor and the walls you can argue with me I am I listen to you yeah just the I think there's higher priorities than p b why do you want to pile um I hate that EP foxy and um there are different types this is what we love we can get a more monolithic non and um and I feel like it'll be like that'll be some vendor that we have to hire that they'll have to find somebody from Waterberry Connecticut to come up sheet fa to install that no no is it really do that uh that's just substrate to show you it's straight on property so that's substrate I mean like this is how thin it is on top of the I was thinking previously that called vehicle level system and that be expensive this is a more interior it's I can I can be voted I mean I'm happy to I will just vote and I C I feel quite neutral about it and and I feel that because I feel the bathrooms are so small right I'm not gonna care I'm happy we have a bom yeah I'm happy no I Happ about I don't feel like the kle in the little baps is going to make that much difference and if we were looking for money to say I would say go ahead take the T don't do the trial keep what we have um if we were talking I I care more about the the one lobby finish I agre I agree totally and and the wall the wall it's just washing your hands it's not going to be go and you're paint it yeah I love to paint I'll paint the walls we'll have neurals on the walls let's get rid of it okay I'm heing the I'm hearing a motion do I hear a motion um I'd like to make a point yes okay the point that I would like to make just simply that if we're using wall mounted sinks that we will not be able to TI all the walls after the fact um you would have to cut the tiles around the sink which would be bad so that that's that's the you know that's but that's my only point so that if we don't tile the walls now we're not going to be able to do it okay good that's fine and I also don't like it when TI only goes part way at the wall in the way it's set up is there an economy scale at the lobby tile and the bathroom wall tile one together it's a good question PR for the wall tile kind of disappear a little bit already there to do the yes I think there is some consideration then um again this is our cost estimator hard numbers on footage square footage of things so um you know did we get a motion well wait a minute we didn't get motion wait a minute I want oh go ahead make a motion go ahead gu my motion but I make a motion that we of the bathroom what you call wait a minute wait minute we're doing just the bathroom B I would make them the same well okay I I wait a minute we're I think the questions are combined that's what I'm saying I I look at them given the last conversation I think we need to look at the lobby to if we're look just voting on the bathroom I'm going to say let's let's talk about the lobby yeah but I don't think the issue I brought up about doing the the lobby and the bathroom together okay it's not to change that I have a hard time with you know a smaller number of transitions just AE so that's my motion is there a second what was the motion not sure what the motion the motion was to tile the lobby and the bathroom there not noep no epoxy what you're saying is no epoxy yes that's what I'm saying I'm not well I mean that's all I know abouty but I like that I think weird to have the lobby tile and not the area in front of the browsing Circ because I think then you're going to have one floor in the meeting room one floor in the lobby a floor in the browsing circulation another floor in the adult area and then another floor in the children's room you move oh this yeah Dale you were gonna say something yeah who's going to Second Penny's motion oh okay all right the motion on the floor is to tile the lobby and the bathroom did you say the circulation and everything I did not say circulation okay you said Lobby and um when you said tile the bathroom did you mean title the wall also that's the yes can I ask a clarifying question are you saying to that you're voting or that you're making a motion for us to add this to the all add list okay not to the I think that that does that make sense yes um in that motion are you then agree mean that reception browsing circulation desk Is Res well that's not my preference but I think I've lost that got it to go to caret or well to go to Brazilian flooring or um um I would only my sense for tiling the lobby only is that it feels like a token to me it like practial choice because I think it is the most red material and I in this town kids are going to walk in with road on the boots and they're G to walk in with I don't know M on the I think it will tolerate the abuse more than um flooring and I don't like um you had said earlier domic that you thought it made sense to have a threshold between the lobby and the yes have a door between the browsing area no oh this is a security screen that would be 24h hour or after hours closure to me that makes more of a sense change if we were trying to do it either there or or Beyond circulation but right now circulation and browsing have one ceiling time and Lobby hasn't that's right especially do you do you have a sense whether the tile really is will wear better than resilient for um I I don't think so we we've specified resilient in high TR traffic Lobby liaries yeah in rural settings where people have been walking in the mon groups people come into my library with on their the time and I would not call hand in r i I wonder what and I totally appreciate your consideration that tile is you know feels more durable in in that aspect but I'm just wondering you know the walkoff map is uh seven eight feet of this to help with that and then by the time the patrons get to this Zone they're putting two more steps before they get to this zone so and unless you're walk they are but we're still gonna put them down you know the thinking about that the tile is hard wearing because the if you look at that you know the patrons are kind of making that turn well yeah that's where I'll go and I'm looking at the total cost of trial if you do the right but if we did it as an adult yeah right then right then we get the bid and there would be a lot more continuity through a much greater area of um so it's so the difference from what we have now is 30 to $33,000 we did all the all the top yeah that's with the browsing and the circulation B right and the bathroom because it's 20,580 and 12,223 so if we did it as an adult then we could um you know then we can make that decision then yes right yeah absolutely and so should we just vote on having it as an ad all then we come back and vote on the order because we need to know what's at play right because that might help the group understand all right well we don't have many adults it's the second I put it have yes so you don't want child behind the circulation that's where you're standing though that's right so we're going to make that revision on part of the base F okay definitely so what is remind me what what did we decide on and where's that line so that line is here okay yeah and I think it's appro yes yeah so that goes up there and that's resilient yes all the way and it stops yeah accepting the geometry [Music] what do we own what do we own here are resilient everywhere in axy correct Y no TI on the job for the cess um all right I have a comment okay you know I think I think um I mean Dominic mentioned this but I totally agree that I think we need to avoid having too many different materials and this is not that big of the building and if we just do the lobby say in tile and everything else resilient it just keeps breaking things up um you know material wise which I think you know it just makes us too busy um so I mean I don't have a problem with that at all for doing the whole Lobby reception browsing circulation in p as an ad all and the bathrooms as an ad all but I would not I would not break it up into you know this that the other right my only concern is that that the bathrooms are so small that pile is big is it GNA look really here TI comes in different sizes yeah we can get different sizes that used to be a concern I have but I've been kind of paying attention to that in other and you know it gets cut obviously um as you stagger it and it looks fine and and it's a lot less gra joint the gra joint are all GNA be gray right right dark so same colors we have a motion on the floor would you like your motion amended to say thatle throughout all the are you want me to make it through the bathroom tile and the lobby finish which includes even the bathroom the lobby reception browsing circul right okay it'll feel cleaner even if it's not right and I will get you different epoxy because epoxy is still in I'm gonna hate that too but no but I mean I you know we're but I'm okay but I would still vote for it if I mean not you know I think it's fine to do this as an ad all we're still going out to bid with ugly apoy and I just wanted to I wanted to clarify so if we you can put that in the big do we're not able to get to the tile and all that section and in the bathroom the really the best choice it's fine yeah that's what I as already I'm sorry like yeah C don't cont this area epoxy and we can't take the bathroom turn it sideways and epoxy the wall I know be nice have we we don't have tile on our walls and our B at my house only I in the house that I discovered had six layers of water yeah and unfortunately the wall behind mine had to be totally redone because it rotted yeah so yep by have let's move on yeah okay so so wait a minute we have not voted and we can't on until we vote it's now it's I all right what are we voting both of yes yes hi hi and Dale I all right so bathroom tile and Lobby finish those two and three are adults correct as one as one for the fire it's currently in the cost assessment if I just put it there because I wanted to clarify if the discussion came up that we're over budget this is why this was added scope off the DD so I have two questions on it one of them is I think you were saying earlier that there's a small amount not included that we don't know yet small oh that's correct and so just acknowledge that I don't think we have to go further and my memory of previous discussion was there had been a recommendation to add some stuff and if we added maybe this was from the fire chief we had some stuff code said we had to have along the fire chief said we should do these things yes and that pushed us over a threshold to be this much money that's correct and a little bit by the addition of these smoke detectors we had a meeting with the fire chief last week and we resolved um his concerns we needed to add some smoke detectors to do it prop which included this code inclusion yeah and is it really an option um the fire alarm as a whole yes the smoke alarms no we well by code we only need to um which is counterintuitive for this system a little bit and that fire chief explained it to us we only need smoke detectors in the water closet the electrical room and over the fire panel and not through the rest of the building and the fire chief was like but what if the fire starts in children's you know and it's unoccupied it's after hours you're going to have to wait for half the building to burn before the fire before the smoke detector activates in those other spaces that's that's where the code and sense didn't quite meas in this particular case so the code says some and theet says we would be better with more yes and if we go that grp then we have to add yeah four more that's right so we're adding um additional smoke detectors in the meeting room adults room children's room and I think there was one more you wanted one in the book drop room oh that's right yeah because it's a it it is the book drop is fire rated because people can access Library we don't have has to be SE and it's here I think in case we wanted to say no we just don't want to do that that's right because we're over budget around this number yeah and and if we accept it it's already in the budget it doesn't need to be yeah uh the few smok bit creep SC creep and just one more time where are the now oh that slated the so the meeting room um the book drop uh the adults room the children's room we're going to by code we need one in the Water Service room the electrical room and over the fire panel um which is the best they have to be in like every they that they have to be by a certain square foot and then in proximity to each other so um so the code so so Lenny wanted two in the public areas but we can't do if we're going to put them in places where we don't have to have them by code then they have to be by code and the code says every it's something like every 900 square feet and then they can't be more than like 20 oh my God I know so many things we local Alliance yes no it's going to be yeah which adds annual expense right right it's just going to be part of the Town bu so does anyone object to the do we want to make it an ad Al or is it just part of our budget and if it is an ad Al is the contractor gonna say oh that's a stupid thing just put $50,000 and we end up pay $3,000 I think we should leave it in the budget I would like to leave it in the budget yeah I think it's the state God forbid there's a fire early on and we don't have a fire I asked I ran this by my husband I I run things by him from time to time and he said how much the total project going to cost and he said you're talking to me about $30,000 you move on so and and I agree with Stephen just one misstep and we have a fire and we the entire building right yes no so I love you take this off I agree is there any objection to that Dale I agree I I'm good with it let's leave it in the budget okay okay thanks retired fir right okay that threee enhanced planting plan I mean we don't but that as an all could you please tell me that $65,000 for those trees those are the ones that are not those are not ones that we can no those are ones those are ones that we can yeah yes those are the ones that we can do okay right the ones that are further out into the landscape yeah those are ones that we can't do they're already in the budget okay and it's going to be much cheaper for us to do them ourselves absolutely absolutely plus given it's part of the threeyear plan we can continue to have Library giving to right you can SP you can have the favorite tree planted I'll make you a personal I'll make do a black out a slate from the old library Roof oh my God that would be so much fun yeah yes have maybe we regress this you can have any tree you want oh well we're gonna do it in steps over the three years so we have a tag sale we raate $600 we drive we go with five six trees and we plant them ourselves and did have a lot of money left over from the big price we would use would you do it no no this is community program can I just say the one other thing so the other thing is we are prepared to spend our trust fund and we we have a small trust fund right and interest from that trust fund goes into an Expendable account and then every year we use a little bit of that interest money for the library's operating budget we're the trustees are prepared to spend that money on this project but it would be better to not spend the trust fund right and to be able to keep that as a revenue source for operating the library so if we don't want to spend everything that we have we don't right and we also have to buy shelving and it would be nice to able to have end panels and talks for them right and we are going to need some furniture and some equipment and uh so even you know so and there are costs that aren't part of that aren't going to be part of this that will'll be able to then you're just confident that if you spent all your money on the building you'd still in the next three years be able to do the landscape a day we we're not everyone in this room did there are a handful of us planted and maintained all the gardens in town yeah paid by the town so this is slightly bigger scale but I have NOC and we are going to it's not going to cost us $249,000 because our only cost is going to be the cost of Y labor and transport and everything yes we're not going to have that 24% contractors make so that three your enhance planting plan is off I move we've taken it off did we vote we haven't voted second I all right that one's off the table and is that currently in the bed or not in the bed no no that's why I okay on to the electrical tele T service revise the below grade deck run for overhead tools and this would be this it would save us we don't know exactly how much it's to save us half of that I move that we keep it as it is with i that underground Underground we to go Ive that we keep it as it is and I seconded okay I I I okay no delet a d we're just sticking with um below grade Duff that's it correct yes y this is overhead P are not in the discussion so eliminated going okay the the third hose Vib now that we know what a hose Vib is kept on yeah I'm keep it in so what do we have what if we voted to keep we've kept the infrastructure for the light the tile the tile right the can add off the infrastructure for the light is alarm okay okay do I hear a motion for the hosted I move to leave it as an do we want it as an adult or do we want it in I would like to push for leaving it in the bid they have it in the bid because watering all that stuff without a 100 feet closer to the Landscaping so much easier I can [Music] hours water plant this building and I had the window right above I did not hly swear if we have money we'll just take it what's and if we don't have money we would Roger do you have any I don't have experience with such small value adults yeah I'm used to like big tickets I don't know we need or what your s small ones I think it makes sense as an all it does something like would we get a fair price later yeah would it be a fair price at that that's I guess that it's a value of $4,000 if we put it in the ad old list GC going to say penguin yeah I don't I don't know that yeah is it enough that it would change the order of bids that's why I was going to make a second if if he said it's going to be $10,000 going say okay we don't want it and then during construction we haven't used that chain ask take the price you won't overhead any you're not going to the yeah I feel like this is such a small amount of money that I I is important I feel like it's such a small amount of money and I think it will make the burden of watering the North End of the planting so much easier that I leave can I ask question what about getting a longer the longer the hose the lower depression the longer the hose and putting away 200 h every time use it as espe and you would have to because it's long walk wavs um and it also we have a 2 and A4 gallon low rate we don't have so we might not even have enough pressure to your KN has nothing to do pressure is created by your pressure T setting yeah you could have you could have hardly any be a trickle and your pressure fine until you run the I take I mean frankly what I would do is take away one of the um bibs and the pipe on the other end of the building put one on theend but I don't know that there's much savings in that it must be the Run of it is the Run yeah it's like 105 foot length and then rise it to get because it's going to be all the way at the end of the children's area right yes that's right I mean I I I've been opposed to it because I'm opposed to adding any money to the budget but I also think about all the watering that we have to do at that end of the building and we're going to be relying on volunteers to do it and you are and you know as someone who has carried a lot right now we carry we come over here and fill up five gallon buckets and take them over to the library and water it's a lot of work it's a lot of work yeah and the pl was a lot of what got us through right yeah and have to live for Le years we yeah so there are opposing opinions here one is to put them in the bid and one of them is to add it as an add alt I don't hear anybody say leave it out totally is it not already in the cost it is already oh so it's already in yes sorry I broke it out under request it's already a part of the basic currently we do this is the plumbing drawing we already owned apologies but not making that so that part of the 23,000 V 2 yeah but more because of the detectors yeser yeah let's just round it up to 30 yeah we're at $330,000 over with the hose biit included with the fire alarm and smoke detectors included yeah we are $30,000 over over budget budget and our adults are just the bathroom and Lobby P that is one adult are we all comfortable with that can I hear Comfort yes or no starting with Maran I'm comfortable with that delas oh I'm good I'm good Dale I'm good penny good Molly very comfortable yes Jeff yes I'm comfortable we have one adult very good thank you okay the tough part this has I'm stronger than I no I I'm preferring that till later not that oh I will that's when that's when I'm living [Music] here okay yeah so I do have a presentation which I I want to keep this fairly loose and we can kind of go through it or at least loose from my presentation um [Music] so let's get this plan up so this is a plan the building so um starting at entry we have walkoff M um so we currently have this actually I'll just point to things um so um this walkoff mat you see in front of you we've speced this so that is set into the slab in a tray um it will be one or two panels and um manageable to be lifted out you can vacuum in place you can eventually pull those out when you want and then vacuum out that tray um It's very effective there is no no no drain yes that's correct um very hard wearing um we like the charcoal black um choice of color you can get Browns and certain other things but it's a coarse bristle on there has little metal filing so it really does a good job of getting any dirt off boots um and that'll take up the whole vestibule Flor that's um coming in so then you go to the lobby we currently have resilience Flor yes that product yeah yeah yeah um so um then so we currently own resilient and this will go to tile if we accept the ad Al so Lobby um housing and circulation this now this red box here delineates resilient flooring which will match the STA work room storage so that's kind of this spillover space before we kind of go through that um let's turn left into the meeting room um this will be resilient flooring into the storage and bookdrop we like to keep a consistency in the floor transitions between these spaces you'll be rolling a book card in and out of the book drop room um you know tables and chairs and storage room will be coming in and out of this um threshold here the electrical room will just be sealed concrete so leave it as it's not will we be doing this if if we still stay with the resilient flooring in the lobby Etc will we be doing the exact same resilient flooring in the meeting room the initial intent and we can change it up was to go so what we usually do is a wood flooring meeting so to bring that language over we have some luxury vinyl tip that is from the same manufacturer that we've specified um and they have many different wood finishes it's the first time I've used this um to replicate wood but I was we were impressed in the office with the finished look of it um I have a whole bunch of others I thought that these were most appropriate to go without Blue Lamp um column that we H actually no this column is going to be um that we don't hold on the only one we have here is an ad but we you have to specify three companies is that yes okay Y and so I have all of that as well so we can go through all but okay we had limited space so that's um one version of uh the um uh the glue L and then we would have the wood deck so it depends on the species that we end up getting for the glue lamb it can vary um um but it's usually in the white in the lighter Hue um but we are specifically specifying um dug fur for the um decking so um we most likely will get dug for for for the glue so that's the the roof decking that we will see yeah yeah yeah um and we will see the roof raft is exposed um that will look similar to that is this stain or natural natural correct yep um so that's the interior that's what you will have in the ceilings of all the exposed spaces um along with that we have baffles that are in the structural base and it'll be this system that we see here yeah but we it comes in different colors and we're thinking of playing down the white and going with something that will more closely match yeah those we can go and so that'll be the ceiling so there'll be quite a warm sense in this room yeah um Dale I have a interior view this is an older view with the door but it approximating what this could be um so you know we could go gray in the buffles but my tendency I think is to make it all kind of go away and and kind of have uniformity there um yes yeah and it depends on what we get in the in the um submittal and then we'll make that choice so we will hold off one submitt once we have the other one and we can improve them once we have them in hand and make a choice anybody else um so that there's legibility of you know warm of wood in the meeting we could not use I would be happy to not go with wood here and just like the rest of the spaces back to the floor yes back to the floor sorry yeah you would be happy not to go to this yes I what's wrong with it I've got it my face but there oh trunks this coming out I have it in my basement too and it so there [Music] is yes so it is a little bit different but it is not um uh it is not the vinyl that you get commonly this is luxury vinyl tile which is a different material so this is in the resilient up so vinyl consider vinyl and resilient and resilient has an umbrella luxury vinyl tile is in that umbrella more hard wearing um better product more green more sustainable rubber is a part of that too and that's this um uh cork is a part of the resilience so there's many different types of products which we recommend not buy them that is is still under the resilience is this fin this is luxury Vin luxury yes that's correct so and that's different this rubber yes but still resilient um they all fall under the same category with warranty they're all from the same Ved manufactur cork cork is as well yeah and how is that different from what what are complaining that's vyl so vinyl and luxury vinyl tile is made it's a different composition I have also yeah that's yeah that that was where we as so I have a question about um is this going to um see the new goes up so um that feels warmer to me than this we have specified The Citadel which is that that one um on a bunch of projects we really like that um and we can play with any of that family we what we like about this is our strategy or an initial takee on a color strategy for the project and I think I've shown you this before it's taking sweet time you can see it here um and I that there's a reading of color that moves through the project but it only goes in and out of these Eastern rooms right the meaning now correct so that's a because we want the kitchenet to go away and have it all to one so um that these rooms pick up color against the white the rest of the so we can still have that strategy and have the floor play a more a different tactic we initially landed here because we thought we could be a little more playful in the children's room um which I think we still can with there's many options if you don't like this there's nons speckled you know there's a whole variety of different things right does it make any [Music] difference would you do one material in the children's room and another material even staying within the luxury Vin does that make any difference or do you would you recommend even if we're looking for different colors to stay within one brand um I I think you could play a little bit I I think there is still room in the children's to have those these rooms pop against a a common field for the project so if there's a common resilient flooring that we like you know if we don't go with tile let's say the lobby is that it goes into the meeting room you know so there's no it is a small project and I think you could easily afford a single floor type in all of these spaces let wall color read as the pop you could do you know this is carpeted area yeah carpeted this is children's is resilient all of these are resilient this inlay of carpet is gone as I understand it from last meeting so just to simplify things so there's a separation anyway there is a separation between the two that's correct but this children's room for instance could still pick up the same you know yeah that's right so separation it gives us more flexibility that's right yeah that would be yeah the kids yeah that's right so um so I think if there's a tendency to not like the faux would um I would recommend that whatever we choose in the lobby as far as resilient should also happen in the meeting room if we go for tile this Cel I think is a great it's it's a really nice um substitute to finish concrete I think but there's something natural about it and the representation there of uh kind of these imperfections of color through it it it reads strong and it's nice so does this come in rolls rolls okay so it would be just a PL floor when have no se no readable SE and is it wi that spands the entire yes yeah no problem like yesal you don't pick them up you have them between the r you don't have a wide Sixt something that is enough to spend yeah um and again we're not picking colors no so the just getting yeah our office likes this if this is you know we could specify this as and so for the for the big documents yes does it matter if you say elt or that do you need to do do we need to specify for the meeting room that we're not doing uh yes yes just to cover our BAS yeah these are all somewhat in the ballpark I think labor is a little more on that product and my sense is yeah there's unit cost might be a little bit more on this than this but lab's High there it's kind of balances out um I only show you this to because in the back of our minds the meeting room was to be a woodor so that's our you know response to that but it does not have to be years ago or 12 years ago it was supposed to be and and Dale by the way we're what we're talking about is ditching vinyl floor in and using these Citadel tiles if you can see what I'm and is that showing is that Tyler no roll it's still a raw yes the only tile product this raw I me raw so that's still a resil yes yeah this is R this is rubber rber and those Coles you're these are rber these are sample tiles but they come in rcks yeah little purple one no this one yeah this one has a different scy fle something on the circulation desk no we didn't yeah okay this was so we need three or equil and so this was another line that we like that has similar um families of finishes um you know this it's not as I don't think is it it's not similar to that well it can be considered similar but it's more of a natural sty look I guess um a little bit oh this feels better yeah feel better thex aren't as um which one what would you do for the children um let the record show that when Elaine said what would you do for the children and Mar pointed to the which one children's not a pop of color not pop and Dominic is so good at saying what thinking I think another thing I want to point out L clear um another thing is the understanding of like the scale of a patent or texture on the floor it has to be there forever so I think I think about colors like like we've all walked into that older house with the avocado green bathroom pictures you know I my yeah right and I mean so I just think about things that look at today and think oh that's would is fun and then five years from now a few years ago for teen spaces in libraries they thought like loric colors were what teens like and I think a no team liked it and it went all really fast and it like if you want to try to have kids be calmer do not get foring green I mean and so the trendiness of colors and having them be especially the flooring because we don't want us to have to redo of you can rep the wall you can some throws we don't we don't want have to be what I like about all these is they don't show domic what do we need to do so I think um give me a like know families that I can use for specifications of yeah and to give me a sense of where we are going and what we would like to use because we can make final decisions later so for instance if the general consensus is this is too bold yeah I mean and the like the this pattern to BS then we go away from very similar to this that is the same yeah or at least one of these um and to get an understanding which of those are a little bit more we need chose three um we do I don't have a third that isn't this so I need to kind of I think scramble a little bit and then are each of these books different families um so this they are all the same and this is um this is Nora part of this F so I know Norah has a lot of different options if you want something that is away from this um I don't like that I don't like that speckly stuff but I'm just one person this spe so if we chose this and those is that kind of what yes and then I okay about we yeah I second what Brad so I mean plain colors are off right I think PL colors are off somei we want somei I like those too I don't like that I like this so is wood off the table wood off the t is off the T do we need to go back to adults and do wood floor no we cannot afford Flor we were impressed the industry is no but that looks like it could be considered fake wood I mean those those are right I like the subtlety of this you know got got variation yeah and I like that this the so this would be one I think this is potentially a little more unit cost it depends on who wins the bid and then what they can do um you know potentially they have a contact and kid and get this cheap cheaper than this but this would this would suffice for you know what we might be frying here I mean we have a lot of options here so we can't just say we want unfortunately three are equal okay we can say we want this as the basis for design okay and not expect the other two and commonly we've actually done it but you leave yourself a little open as to what what is the equal two and three it's up to the sub Contra are these I like the top that one I don't like the rest I like two so this is a part of the same manufacturer um but uh we would have to specify that differently so I think if we go with this manufacturer what would be the family um Choice the thing is though we can specify we own different selections for different groups and so we can go through resilient one is this resilient two is this resilient three is this you will get a better price bidding if they're within the same pen right I feel like even if we're varying colors of a little bit yeah I like the relationship of colors within a family as opposed to going to very different families right other than sorry you think family what are we talking this is family I see I see so you mean a manufacturer or no or this is a family this is a family decide we don't like the ones where are those ones the desert on did we decide we don't like those I think a couple yeah pleas no the on that you and I really oh yeah those yeah I really liked those that's [Music] are imagine the whole floor of that I just trying to be yeah is that what it is oh yeah I don't think yeah I I I could see that people would interpret it that way I think it's tring to be art I agree with Maran I don't it doesn't yeah I think that's what was in the floor of the hotel that I just stated oh we don't want it it's the hotel I don't want anything [Music] that's so this is it's not as subtle as this and not this one either yeah so for instance I think this I think could serve the whole building it gives you options for the children's and then the common spaces with the green in in the teams I think this is potentially one of the best for natural subtle but doesn't give you the same variety for children's for pop but we could do something else but you can pop in other ways yeah and furniture and Furniture I like that actually I like having a very neutral floor yeah and bace play the rest yeah and we can still making changes here so so we're not saying we're not picking a particular picking just TBD I'll say but they all cost the same so that's all they need to know and you get the submittal process to go so it could be like one of the brownish ones in the meeting room through the lobby Etc and then the children's area could be like a the same that's correct so I think if we don't have TI all of this should be same sense yeah and then these could be different they could be the same teams they could be the same too and the team's um you know potentially is the same too and we allow the wall color be displayed Furniture be displayed and maybe an area right yeah not an area the contractor so I think we have two we don't have three so this particular family is that the uh pal I mean that those yes yes for the Castell so we have that one and we have that one yeah so which is number one oh number one is that is this one yeah and then this would be three Mondo yeah so one two three this so this is um has to be a different manufactur and I don't have a third that isn't speckled I've got a couple I don't have third in this language so I'm saying that that are the same manf yes so you have yeah get a different um so I'll scramble and circulate something in the coming days we have two that's already pretty solid okay okay um that and these are manufacturers who you worked with a new life props these guys yes yeah um this one we've heard great things I think um senior associate in their officers use this I have not but um uh it comes highly recommended and great Variety in palette as you see I agree with you I like this and so this is so we're not making selections for the rest of the spaces you guys are happy to live with a family that been it's all resilient through the project um so tile we're talking floor tile floor tile okay yes um which we would then carry up the we for as well um if we accept that adult it's um so in the interest of saving money um we went so um my black on there um Del TI is cost effective and um we would for sure get that tile if we put it in our project but the largest format they have is 1x4 or something small correct so I just wanted to preface if we put that in the spec we would get it but it would mean the floor tile has a lot of ground and I think it would work in the restrooms but not in the main spaces and therefore you know we I went to another um vendor this was the cheapest tile that's um that get these four that other there are other options is that one family uh they are not so they are actually are um no I think we have they are all specific so we've got to make specific yes yeah yeah um but they're the same manufacturer so this is a manufacturer um the unit cost is the same so when we specify we could still make the choice between all of these what you you were talking about having three choices yes so this would be all as one choice yeah sorry to clarify okay yeah and then we really like the mosa but it's expensive comes in many different shades so we have lots of options to go um lighter darker a little bit warmer um and then the other option is Metropolis which also has variation and if we specify those front as one of our options and what's as another and that's more expensive we're unlikely to get it Builder would make that choice yes on y but not necessary and so what we've done in the past on public jobs is spec this and we got this and we've had really good luck somehow with t that is the more expensive yeah yeah with most so with the cost yeah which what are you allowing uh this not this so if you specified both of those you get the cheaper one yeah but so if you wanted that one yeah you can't be this one no the tactic is to go this one and then two others that are even more expensive but you lose a little it's it's inflated that number is for the cheapest so in the interest of mblc and you know making this as cost effective we try to get the most cost effective tile and is that does that have good s resist yeah slip resist yeah I I'm much more drawn to these than that than this yeah well I like the the grainy ones I like the three on the bottom yeah agree I think this one I I really like the natural finish this one I'm sorry my camera I like the natural color of this but I think it's too light for a public area um what I like about these is that depending on where we go with carpet they actually pick up a little bit of the texture so if we have tile to adults carpet transition um you have a nice play there I think they they pick up on each other and they work um and if we were to go resilient well we are going resilient in the meeting for instance you know they start to speak together well so um so I think I think these three work as well I would tend probably to that one I I think all of them are forgiven for just by virtue of their texture so um so this is your favorite I think that I think this is a bit too dark and this is slightly too light but I could go with that it depends on how you feel in you have there P see that there's it might be difficult to pick up on but there are speckles in there that have a little bit of warmth it's kind of very light brown and it's just I think might de that would be exposed in lob and if we were going with any of those three you could still make the choice to go with any of those three if it's your number one choice would we then choose to other things that are more expensive these okay yeah okay and they have great range I'm I'm happy with with that I mean if if if we're choosing one of these we're going to decide on which one later and and that's an Al different that's fine I think i' I'm going to ask in my office I question the need to specify two others with it it's it falls into the delti category of it's the cheapest thing the mar so anything but it doesn't love cheap yeah so it's nice I it's effective yeah very mat even if you yeah you don't yes cont even if you spend you can get but they have to give you a commercial grade it has to meet this exact specification so all of the criteria that might that product wearing warranty all sorts all right um so on the wall bathroom you the same size oh no can go small yeah and so I think it's half that size and you would I think they do a six by 12 um you would read I think we would stack B and you would just allow that same scene go up W so there's a nice what's um so that's til is that is that meable this it's number one and then I'll ask in the office whether we spec alternates whether it's whether it's really necessary because these really are another tier cost but that would be free it would but you don't have to SP um and then carpet yeah so um who that manufacturer this the are the two blue ones the same they that they are the same but it's a representation of the patn is the gray doesn't that look like a darker gray no they look the same they could be a SL but and then is the gray the same it's just a different color patter gr one yeah yeah so I think there are I forget how many are in the batch but something like 12 and there's a Randomness you can spec how they're laid so you can see it here the in there's different patterning so you can spec how it gets laid out um we've tried to specify this caret this is the highend version so so um we tried it on every job' never got it so like it we were proposing just to try again um what we like about this is there's some there's a biophilic kind of sensibility about it like a natural biophilic it's like a a natural uh like feeling of this product and finish um it looks like contour lines you know I think be Wetlands it really has a nice correlation why haven't you gotten it because exped okay public the only way we get it is if we expect other C that we even more expens okay well yeah is it in our or uh um so that's a different line um this is that's a different I'll have it here so these two are kind of higher end that we really like um this talk these two now or you talk so let's let me get the um plan out so we're talking about carpet is only an adults director's office and the reading Nook and um so it's the transition is from the circulation desk into this space so it's either going to be from resilient yes so for instance it's somewhere this one is not play you can see that there's a texture relationship between these this that would work well maybe less so with uh this here the middle one yeah yeah but um I think it's still works and it that it really is an accented accented carpet right for adults this one and you could play with the blue in the reading so the intend is the reading not has its own inlay that's different color to help uh break that out as a different space um can you put up the picture of the one with the chatter no not that that's you're asking the bom this yeah and is that that's the darker yeah yeah like somebody's I mean I know lighting makes a big difference to so I like that one better yeah I like that too I mean if that one's expensive and we're not gonna get it is this one this one this one I think is is more attainable this is interface so this is going to be uh more this is the cheaper version for sure so this one is a good op If You Like It by interface and this last one here we also like because uh yeah it's um there's something about this space the angular roof uh that geometry kind of would be nice to read in this carpet [Music] and um you could do them both ways like you could run the scene the opposite way so so that it goes this way but they're are crossing if you look at the p i I couldn't see that acoss Dominic something is in the cost yes this interace this one and and this yes okay and if we we're L interested in one of these were likely to have higher cost I think I would be happy to the on that are in theost yeah yeah um the cost estimate is only a one product yeah and we need we need several but this and that are the same family the same company yes all right so we could pick which one of these so if we need three families is it are these three that are out here those those are one that's place I'm missing one book yeah I don't mind second so this is by Mohawk group this is G oh that's right so that's a different version um this is interface I I'm missing one for the third option but is it yeah this is one option another option that's not that is interface as well right but this is not inter no this one is and that is and this is correct so we have two we don't have three I'm confused this same manufacturer that is Mo and what is this interface that is looking I find this one fascinating because when you have in the picture I can say oh that's okay and when I see it in pieces I think oh that's terrible right yeah you have to you have to see it in the fold I'd also say I think for us that's too busy but seeing it in the big scale I wouldn't object to it where that's aot big yeah I like the the ones that are a little more uniform than I mean besides which it's more expensive I'm I'm happy with either of the less expensive options yeah I would not rule yeah yeah that's myty and and is there a durability one is it like to last next 15 years n okay see in my experience with carpet tiles I have never bought enough extra carpet tiles I I've done a couple of projects and I bought like twice as many the second time still and are we gonna have tiles or sheets uh tiles okay yeah and specifically so that you can store attic stock and place of we repl ours early yes yeah issues that shoots no I I have issues that affect my cting that you were not if we were just talking about having to replace would we get extras yes so you get attic stock I forget what it is it's like 5% square footage something like that so whatever the square footage is you get a handful that you can store on site as replace because the second you run out of those this will not exist so the patterns change they is that on purpose oh the way are St yes put that's EXA not officially no not not not lots of heavy stuff um you're not putting TI up in yeah so for the strategy again this is going to be low bid right so we can keep the Mohawk in as an option yeah but if you put it up against the interface you're going to get it I just don't no I think the I think the interface at least reading the room was favorable so what what is the favorite then is it the um and I forget that family geometric one yeah it's uh play the angle play the angle angle yeah I'll get prefer this one from the heart beats but is it also the kind of thing if we specified both they're just going to choose what they want yeah it has to be three different manufacturers so so we can't be that specific anyway but we can put that no but you have to say Which F so which line of the main oh so we have to decide between heart throb and play the angle the same with the like what the line but I thought you wanted I mean would yeah so we only have two pick another one at the office so you can just this one and we won't get it [Music] right it's also let me rethink that it is it is competitive bid envir though right so right that's that's the strategy public um but we only have two right now lost we're we're saying this and that are our current two choices no no it's the same line so we have to pick one of these right we're pick one we're going to that and do we have a second and the third the second is the one under your this this is one and there's a third from yeah I'll s it um also before you make the decision is the ability to go different colors so the um with this heart throb line these heartbeat sorry that is the um this is the color variation if we want to do a pop in the reading Nook that versus you know what we could do with those colors there's a little bit louder contrasting color this is a little bit more subdued I feel that space is so tiny that it doesn't really warm that's the option yeah it is very small right and doesn't that make it more expensive to install where yeah we could cut that cut that out I mean that's the other thing that it's kind of playing their favor the way that we've um cut down the resilient um we're leaving that's the other decision we should make so children's is going to be one and um the rest is another if we go that rout and um for carpet we're just using one on the job yeah yep so that would go into the director's office and the reading KN right yeah because we we have two chairs for the reading Nook and we don't know what color they are and so yes we do oh do we know they're they're Gold All right we don't we we're going to just pretend we don't know what color they are they donated they're high quality cheers there are we all love gold of course some you see what I think about the colors so all right let's go let's play the floors down [Music] ohair okay what else we um so carpets was it going to be the um or the great and then if I am putting a mohawk down between the two I like the one with the river yeah the river what is it called um it was it's not the resty it's the Mellow resty oh rest oh see that's not a name that's why I shouldn't see it rest um and the third choice for that and the resilient I'm going to circulate just so everybody gets eyes on okay um so we covered and then when the time comes to actually choose the carpet you'll come back out and you'll have like all of these in a big Square we do only the ones that are in the B right yeah yes like we'll we'll know we're getting heartbeat yeah Di all the heartbeat I submit that's what we get that we get the F all right then we're not picking from a little book like that yes so just for I must have missed something this and this are and this are in the same family they're in the same manufacturer so we have to choose one yeah choose two not two from the same manufacturer yeah that's massachus um that's so that's flooring we've got resilient flooring base oh sorry res rubber floor base stock standard millions of colors we're not making that choice now right um throughout the project except for the bathrooms we'll get a tile based um not or epoxy um the epoxy think can be speced with base or we go R to double check that I think that they have I'd rather go yeah that's what I mean I think you can get a base for that yeah um so what's the transition from carpet to resilient as far as where where yeah the transition yeah that's the only transitions we have right yeah so if we don't get tile this is all going to be the same resilient right we'll have epoxy in here the resilient is going to go into teens and behind the Sur desk and all of this space basically this half of the building where we'll be resilient except for the restrooms at these two concrete then we have carpet same carpet M then we have so this is resilient one and over here we're going to call it resilient two but I mean the the actual transition what is that to be this here will be um is going to be a uh a threshold strip it basically covers the carpet I forget the schutter strip um is basically going to create threshold condition where the well no it depends on what we SP some of them are just a vertical aluminum slot that you you just see time SL resilience going to die into it and the carpet will die okay okay um and then between the carpet in the adult room and the resilient with the door that's there does that affect what the door so it's this piece in here is the threshold so you see a very slim little line yeah I see okay and that's also how you deal with the fact that they're going to yeah and so this is not drawn to scale but you can get different kind of ramping conditions it's so s you don't I see okay um and and then if it's tile similar kind of condition okay yeah um sorry mol I interrupted you follow have one color resilient or multiple col you want to specify that they're going to be two color I'm going to say red one is okay the same right we're doing the same because there's options where two is this same product but I'm pulling it out as res two and currently we own seven resilient colors um so I think that's going to help us in bit to say we only have two resilient carpet only one there it's a lot easier um the question for the resilient is do we do three so that study can be its own thing and kind of tie into this space a little bit more um because this study is going to be resilient flooring it just frees us up depending on where we end up with carpet we could do more of a match you know is this resilient two and then children's is three or do we do three and four too small yeah such tiny spes I think similarity the same is better yeah so that all this isud I still feel like study should potentially at least own it we can still decide it's stud to be different because it's more closely G to tie into the adults space why don't we have the carpet we can that was a choice that the study room would you let patrons bring in coffee like drinks do they come in with a coffee spillage or maybe the MC com yeah they can but it's about your projected use of that you know that probably going to be the most used beogram there water right but I I do think we could I think I think um I think that uh you could do it I mean we don't want that the same if the children's room ends up being a sort of a lighter fun color we don't want that to same color so yeah not necessarily so then maybe we do have it the the option for three col resilient two and then resilient three is All Children's right one color yes great there's a possibility that and I think pulling it out like says is a good idea there's a possibility that we decide that we want the study room to be the same color as the children yeah true that's could be ra one right which is fine correct right y okay um so that's most of the decisions there's also a few other things um with where the cost estimate was going I was considering um for the circulation desk um going back to Maple it's a slightly lower spec finish for wood around the circulation desk instead of the White Oak and we have two samples there slight just and um we have maple in the windows and maple ties in a little bit more to the decking um to the like the I like the maple I never I do feel more modern and more I have this pool all over my building that's 104 years but I think if the maple is I mean how much should we $500 or $5,000 um I'm not sure exactly I didn't get that from the cost estimator I just know that there's a unit cost variation there it's just in the interest of saving money that was my decision my suggestion um I think it would be the only um White Oak piece in the project so we have aluminum clad wood windows throughout the project so the interior trim around all the windows is going to be main um we have a sample from Pella um so you'll already have that reading of M do we just bring continuity through the project yeah so actually that small little yes that's right and the gray is the yeah it is pretty so that would love but is that also what's the bookshelves too yes except this is part of FY yeah so we commonly have tops Maple tops and ends for shelving but again that depends on the way so that was weird to have the the circulation desk oh huh I think we have to save money where so did you remove the signage on the circulation talked about no but I will shsb Public Library you don't want do we see what everybody's circulation desk here and then it would there's also parts of this as well okay everyone who wants Maple raise your hand and Dale is your hand up or [Music] down okay everyone who wants Oak that's two pants that's Penny and therefore it's G to be m [Music] um then we have uh solid surface countertop which are the three four samples we have here um we can do any color any finish I'm just going to um spec three different there's Coran there's um for and Wilsonart Wilsonart is another one um and they all have such a variety of finishes and colors we can make that choice later yes they they made one yeah so the a next solid surface product yeah um so it's pretty stock stand I just wanted to bring that to you today the white I want to use in the kitchen so the kitchen I so for one reason only normally we wouldn't that and the the inspiration is that we have a kitchenet in a meeting room that we're trying to disappear I agree that that is an issue that I'm kind of putting on the project you were talking about a white surface because of the wall I'm trying to make the kitchenet disappear yeah so will it does it D no it needs to be care but to um Penny's point we can definitely we can make that choice later pen we're gonna have Sol be be I don't know I I work I have worked in places with communal kitchens and and it's not I appreciate your desire I would maintenance issue I if I would go then the what's no we're not but I just wanted to yeah I would then say potentially we go like we can go you know Maple kitchen with a gray countertop kind of go in the language that we have around there was intend in the in the uh office to see how we can make the kitchenet go away right with like cool down doors and all sort and all of that was money money money and we're like all right so okay just to explain the inspiration to try and go but you will have a microwave and a a black microwave and a pink fridge expensive sorry is there a decision on counter material we just you're just showing a yeah yeah and then uh security for 20 years I had a white foran countert and obviously wasn't it right and it's never an issue plus you can sand or it's a true body finish you can also actually we bought it I don't know if they've changed I think they have changed the suggestion but the suggestion that we got for cleaning it was to take Comet and a um what's that Scotch breite pad and you scour we did that once I mean you know it's like I don't think we really need but I think it's um fairly forgiving and you can address issues if we get some there different ways to deal so we have a security fence that's so that is um to allow the library to function after hours and yeah um it has football connections at the floor track overhead it runs on double track footbolt locks um all sorts of different finishes a footbolt lock so different football and uh yeah so just wanted to get you to or to have a sense of that material different finishes for that it's a very nice product for the for that um and then uh so we have the um revised rack system for the um library of things I wanted to bring you an example we do have the wall mounted track for this I didn't have space to bring it so it's very simple but it's elegant and it's a way that we are able to give you flexibility in being able to hang a coat rack um and you know it's gives you that seasonal flexibility to get coat rods up dep Al yeah this one's brother yeah that could you put that in the B and and put the nice in all and we're extremely unlikely to get that or is it just too different um I think we could it's about how we break out the scope and then get a good value for the adult so it's not work it not in our favor but if you have a bit of surplus where you're you know paying 20 more per to for that adult you know whatever the mil work adult value is probably going to be a mark up and and our it was one of those V items we were just being as as hard as I think what's nicer about this is flexibility actually so and by when the thing is populated is it m work I agree I think it's very flexible I think it wears well and given it just tracks manal the wall down the line you know somebody you know wants to have some mill work but I think the M work is is subject to abuse much more than this is and what is the sheling material uh so it's like an MDF laminated pretty um stock standard yeah yeah and you can always go to and buyl um and then the tax surface we didn't really talk about a Maran potentially conversation offline where so we haven't decided yet but I think there's potential um it's it's very simple you bring it all the way to the ceiling and the edges of the walls um it could be in you know multiple places potentially I'd reach out to you tomorrow and we decide you know the staff work room for instance I think would be a great spot right here um do we have the director's office this study potentially um you know do you I don't know if you need that much do we own some can't we just can't we just buy instead of doing that can't we just buy and put up Bulet and Boards where we need them yeah absolutely let's just do that I mean because this is another thing that then yeah the contractor is going to be responsible for and we're paying white board in study room it's a good point Molly think something we can buy and put up right we'll just put ourselves and maybe I've missed this but where you talking I think we own so we own a plk as part of the base bid that's common practice stainless steel a dedication BL right um you know mblc all the funders um that's not the same as donor um and so I think we currently own the um dedication Park this wall here um and the donor could be potentially above the drink F here there's not a lot of wall space first to question um or here um other than that there really is there's not a lots no I have pictures ofs I am still um from Stimson I've reached out to a few veners and I haven't followed up but I actually have some open lines of Correspondence specifically to who in Boston so who who does it um and in the metro area so it's not um that I think that to your point Roger you're worried about going into St there's definitely options within Massachusetts and the Boston area to be able to okay to do that so um that will be outside of Base B I figure it's going to be the donor will kind of contribute to the actual that if it's G to cost money to make these right well it doesn't cost as much as you're going to donate um right that's so that's something we can continue to explore I I just want to make sure it doesn't the opportunity to do that oh no no yeah no absolutely and apologies for not having that before yeah um the other very basic things are acoustic ceiling tile or white that's our the Finish um drrive wall painted all that those choices are made down the line um that's it that I have for you today yeah that's inspect pretty nice set up trailer is bigger than the contractors still no it'll probably be combined but they have yeah no no that's right right yeah office I think we talked about and yeah and then the meeting area I forget if I copied and in the meeting room middle you can have a look I just copied and pasted me's list it's in okay what you had in there for a computer was 20 years old yeah uh what an actual spec for a computer there is computer spec let me double check yeah Neil sent the newer one more more recent it was buried within the trailer spe so whatever was in that is in Spec I did have a question and it's more of a for you Roger and Neil about we are expecting to get the well water testing back Wednesday and that's not enough time for our plumbing engineer to um incorporate whatever yeah true tomorrow not enough time to meet the Friday deadline so there was a question for Neil about do we when do the bid when does bidding start like when does this set go on Pro call um and is there any sense to hold off and see you know to make the bidding date next week some well this week yeah so is that something that will be done as an as an addendum item could that's conc that it doesn't invite many other it can be yeah get yeah as an example yeah really yeah I've seen other things that are limited number of biders but still under the estimate I think maybe it's because Architects have caught up to the big climate so now they're not g surprise yeah aot you know who deerfield's cost estimated yeah da another job I had couple of yeah in like the vesle yeah interior elevations because there tends to be a lot of stuff going on those walls yep uh display panels you for the electrical the alarm system yep whatever um po stations and such have those and lots of things tend to be those walls you always end up with a clear space for the plaque or whatever yeah yeah vestule is not going to have a PL yeah okay just y you think you got a blank wall and it ends up yeah yeah yeah and the other thing is if you're going to be mounting pack boards and anything um I realize you probably have blocking in the restrooms for their gra Bo but you have a general sense of where blocking ised in the walls under as critical but meeting room yeah I think we should have it in the meeting room you not that on the drawing areas where yeah we need to put that in as well yeah yeah we start adding yeah good to know where um there's no overhead cabinets like there's not a big office out here yeah um is so when's Neil coming back from his vacation be back one day got it y b but if we so we're at the last meeting he said if we voted to go out to bid today that he would put it wherever it needs to go on Thursday and so somehow he's going to do all of that you're going to do all yeah well our our deadline is Friday right so and it's not going to been on right but in order to get it into the central register or wherever 18 yes right he needs to place the ad I see on Thursday yeah and so that it shows up the right right yes and your deadline is Friday and then that gives MC Monday to look at it get it back to you on Tuesday yep was it seven days then Roger from when it goes to Central register the 18th and the 24th what's that sir what the weekend I right I noted bid we have no is there anything we need to do I we need to just approve minutes from the last minutes I hear a motion to approve the minutes from the last oh we need to make a motion to go out to bid yes I make a motion that we go off to bed second discussion vote down I fin good at that yeah we finally all figed on we follow I know fny it's so much easier for minutes do before what do so under other business oh under other business that's right just one did we decide to remove the say accent from the reading yes okay um so penny and I had some other businesss so one one of the um one of the orders of conditions from the Conservation Commission was was that we present a plan for invasive plant species management um before construction begins and that that they approve the plan so penny and I have met with Brian cerin who is an invasive spe an invasive plant species expert who I've worked with in the past um and he um would charge up to $3500 to come out survey the site identify and map invasive identify quantify and map and basic plant species and then make professional recommendations about reducing and managing the invasive plant species which we would then present to the Conservation Commission um and so we think we're making a motion that we approve spending up to $3,500 for having Brian do that work I second that do we need Lee that gives us a that us and do you think that is the level of work we need to do to get the yes because that well that's what it says in the order of conditions it says Identify quantify math okay and then I'm you know I feel like I might be able to do it but I'm not I don't have this expertise and no just sort of the the perimeter around um is it back to the woods or along the Edge from the road back to the woods not the woods and then going to the West this help um because it go it actually goes slightly beyond the site plan I'm happy to vote I'm also G to leave you vote or not you want I'm on my way out okay yes roll call Vote Yes who I was a meeting minutes so we need to approve um the minutes from the last two meetings um we had we had to add the time meeting closed from previous it was uh one of them was April 10th was our last [Music] meeting 11 11 yes I make a motion that we approve the amended minutes from March 11 I second that that's noain d uh was I at that meeting a second I don't think he was because I remember I had had ask Benny to put in that I was AB oh well we don't need the pictures are you looking to see who there yeah three people correct you can abstain you can okay I'll abstain [Music] people okay all right and I'll make a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting April 10th second it's no will I miss the beginning and the end so we didn't make a next meeting should we make next meeting so then bids will be due May yeah that's right so it's going to hit the street on the 24th yes and how long do they meet three weeks three weeks for one it's G come in on the 22nd 22 get long I forget now is schedule I thought it was like eight weeks all together no eight weeks is all right so the 28 so let's 10 we say May 28th that's a long time see you guys it is but we don't have any other things to do other than don't we right no that's true right yeah yes yeah and how is Simpson doing with the the M plan yeah they're getting that to good yeah um there was a specific request did I email you about um an example there's many different deliverables okay great and you you asked me what the compound might like and honestly they've never asked me this before yeah okay so it's yeah Greg wanted to know you can go crazy in depth or you can do something a few months I say it's the same so there were three things we order to condition the invasive plant species management plan the maintenance plan for the plantings because we're we're removing a lot of plants so we have to replace PL and and we're also one of our mitigation factors is adding plants in the wet Meadow and the bbw2 resoration area that we did previously and then the third is a trash removal plan right um and I really feel like I can manage that yeah do that anyone else wants to go out and trash a nice day a ni day yeah and we should do that we have to just right take the bags when you're done no so we need so we need to map it and give a plan and then they have to approve it and and they want it to and they don't want to to be they don't want this to be like an excavation they want it to be you know people right hand tools Andel yeah so and so we just have to you know we've been out there a lot we know where the TR so yeah there's not do we have to do anything about um when the well testing cons so that um the the results will go to Dominic and then I guess we'll um so you already were kind of planning on a FAS filter system and uh I guess we'll we'll maybe we do need to have a meeting when those results come in I don't know I guess we'll see what I don't know I think the plumbing engineer needs to provide proper appropriate filtration as part of the it's pure and simple right it's a timing thing so right um I don't think we're going to get that information in for the 24th so it'll have to be delivered as an addendum during Bing right um and that's really outside of decision making I think it's just you just notify us right yes yeah and we're not expecting those next week till next week right I mean Matt told me the end of this week maybe yeah but he's on vacation he said he was good to take my call today he took your call yeah I'm glad you I didn't call yeah I had my notes from last week that um you vote to go to bed tonight yep um adverti the bids going to be availed one4 yes sub bids May 15 and FAL BS May 2 oh okay is that maybe we shouldn't meet on the 28 Y and we and we is there something the are something we see immedately or do they get see them yeah it's open information right yeah everybody know yeah I don't know if every Committee Member access but you would get them right away yeah information yeah yeah and so you knew about Deerfield because you went online and you looked or in the it was in the news okay I just saw that da siiv got the job I didn't read any decision to make the so you actually are the ones that open the bids AV yeah yeah and we have to take the lowest [Music] yeah that will rif that at you'll see the numbers before you vote on Neil's job to do that right so if come in on the 29th then we should move our meeting to the next week the four we you be done them by then setting them um 29th is what day of the week Wednesday May um possibly what day is Memorial Day that 27 27 oh so you won't have three days I'm just wondering if oh no they'll come in 9 29 that's a good day the 29 it together sorry folks but I gotta go yep yep bye hi I'm just wondering if that's too short we make it May 30th is when the bids are due that would be a Thursday yes be THS Thursday is a good day usually B Friday okay so let's say do on the 30th and then can everybody meet on the 6th that's a Thursday that we give you a whole week Molly my daughter is graduating high school on Friday and my son is coming out from Oregon and only going to be up home for a week I think that's enough but I mean I don't think guys need me I mean I don't know why easier to schedule it and then move it back it's going to take longer than it is to try to get one short early what about what about when the fifth when when did the alv come well that is both I have a meeting that night and my anniversary okay I think you should do not plan on having this meeting all right okay and I don't know yet when else is all right and it'll be his 21st birthday the same Sarah graduates oh wow oh wow you got a busy week there here on all right let's set let's set it for the six okay 7 p.m. 7 p.m. yep we're going to go for the 30th 30th sorry next meeting beay it's and are they Doe by 5:00 pm is that typically 2 2 p.m okay oh do we have to have a like a pre bid meeting um no for what they can I've put in the spec that they are welcome to walk the site yeah um okay so that they can scope the site otherwise there's no demolition we just you know here it is we don't need the building site St like that I think the building site is St in an ear location yep but that may not matter you could mark them as trash someone was all right I hear a motion toour I'll second that motion gone gone I 72 okay yeah I mean it doesn't have you know there's no yellow to it at all well it's the the grein color character but it's really the grain P yeah it's there were like six state police cars on did you see there was yeah somebody pulled were meres I'm not sure and they were serious the line yeah the police C look serious like face Mas what one yeah apples do apples gr well out there yeah there's a lot of app GR in Washington yeah so yeah so yeah I'll let him know that just to make sure that he has well to hit thank you good night thank you so this is what you tell I haven't had a month yet this year and that [Music] start lemon remember in college we took eliminating plan New York everybody came back and big samples of it and we all put it under the bus on the same
