share everyone two Wednesdays back I met um with Thomas Lee and colleagues regarding potential solar projects here in South wake uh in general this was looking at a number of we called known bacon properties and talking about how it fits into our uh zoning byas the most significant portion of the conversation boils down to their current use I believe this is would be Goose Pond solar so North excuse me south of the solarway that was anr off earlier this year um there's remaining acreage that is zoned appropriately um that essentially they would like take advantage of so further to the South where we have have an a AC District sweeping um and gosh I think that's IR in that area but nonetheless um that's an application that I would expect to see uh in the coming month or two um the other rest of the conversations we're basically exploring other sites in town um talking about constraints and what we know about existing access issues and so on and so forth uh let's see I also happen to run into Pat sck on Hillside Road last week who um whose family permitted estate lot out there uh her estate lock project began prior to the prent lapsing uh this would be last December was the ad or so I'm sorry that's okay we're gonna figure it out on the Fly while I'm reporting um nonetheless she um is someone that has spoken to me in the past about modifying that uh special permit I recognize this is something that we do uh every day for does every two weeks but revisit the process but they're essentially she's looking to modify um location because of an existing Orchard the issue is that we do have a required separation from adjacent property lines for State lot driveways and DPW has a 10 foot separation of property line for a driveway on the conen ventional lot uh where the changes proposed it modifies that sideline so unfortunately turns into something that potentially under broader circumstances we could look at as a minor modification I think ultimately it's still a minor modification but we're talking about survey accuracy and the filing of anr as well as a modified site plan if she chooses to uh amend that this dat lot filing so I reported that back to her and Mr tinger 253 say and and uh a lot to the rear of that property aside from that I do report the satisfactory conclusion of uh rather intense research project regarding the 771 College Highway appeal and Freedom of Information Act request that wasum good to have that review but that's it for news Okay 705 public comment you're good all right you wish now is your chance any public buddy is I've reached out before each of the past few meetings to the um solar Design Group that he's been working with um they working as a permitting agents Mr Rodriguez let me know that essentially they're they've gone a little bit back to the drawing board looking at what sort of uh energy improvements and savings they can recoup through the Mass Save program the house itself and looking at condensing the solar array to the house uh in our bylaw uh for S plan review it says if we don't find the plan to be satisfactory we shall modify it accordingly um there's no formal process for us to to CL out or deny and to be fair this is also a site plan of view that comes to us through the building permit um application process as well um albe it with a cover letter uh so I on behalf of the planning board will simply Monument the discussion that I had with the homeowner um the their building permit remains active whether they choose to modify it there or if they come back with another solution and need some assistance in contacting the housing author for the screening solution that was suggested be happy to uh do so um so that's 220 sheet fter Ro let me bring up the minutes as modified favorite part takes me longer to share the document than it is Def find it we have some minor revisions to the minutes from Mrs [Music] Thornton and clarifications of language a corrected name for the 250 College Highway we have a request from the applicant the applicant's representative uh for a continuance to allow time for the certification process of the amendments to 18528 um as well as to provide further information that we have requested during the last public hearing so they're looking for the next meeting which is October 8 we have anything [Music] on we have 661 or what not whatever I hand it up uh yes we have 662 a yeah that's on for 710 I've advertised Six South Lumis Street the state lot and common driveway special perment for 715 720 would be a good spot for this which one's at 7:15 uh new public here six sou Luma Street will have two estate lots and a common driveway under that special permit so it's pretty straightforward um any issues with it going forward only if the remaining outstanding information isn't submitted otherwise you this there's a template that Rea should be able all right so there just two lots that's all they want there two estate lots
