My name is Mike Rollison. I'm the code enforcement officer for the Tarpon Springs Police Department. And this is a case going back to 2018, and I am submitting an affidavit of compliance. The property is now been brought into compliance. There was a derelict house on the property that was needed to be demolished, which has now been accomplished. And everything's been cleaned up and they are done with everything they need as far as we are concerned. So we just wanted to submit this affidavit so that they can move on in their process with fine reduction or whatever it is they decide to go forward with. So I'm going to go ahead and submit that now. If you're not clear, the property has been leveled. There's no structure on there anymore. It's now an empty lot. There's one piece of evidence that's being submitted. In the record. The recommended motion is at the very last piece of paper in your packet. This has gone on for quite some time. I'm sure all the residents of Chesapeake are glad to have this dispensed with, and it will be up to the owner of the plat to.
