going to have a um uh a presentation of and reading of the dwali Proclamation and I believe we have uh four members here four members of the community who would like to read the proclamation and who were those four people so before before they come up I just wanted to say a few words first welcome to the community thanks for uh coming out and and witnessing um but you know just a few words wanted to say that uh between all the uh people that observed the AL um there are upwards of 1.5 uh billion people celebrating around the world um now I didn't want to make uh take up too much time uh but I would be remiss if I didn't recognize uh two members of the community uh rasham Siti and minti shingala um who who last year organized an event around the same time uh that celebrated uh the Rangoli uh which is important in uh the and the um this year they've gone beyond that with three events that the tenly community is being invited to join um on October 25th there is a Garba a dance event from 6: to 9:30 p.m. uh at the mandalis room and uh if you have not been to a Garba uh yeah you really have not lived um on October 27th uh from 1:00 to 3:00 uh there will be a Dia decorating event at the mandas room uh where you and your kids would have the opportunity to decorate Diaz or little clay lamps and finally uh in hiler park on October 29th at p.m. uh there will be a Dia lighting ceremony to which the whole town is invited so uh before I begin I just wanted to introduce the four students who are going to be standing ready to read the proclamation um ana tib is a senior at THS uh who believes in the seek uh ethos of service to all uh L her Indian Heritage especially the food don't we all and is grateful for this opportunity to read the proclamation to our tlight community uh Vera pwan is a junior at THS uh she's passionate about Indian classical dance and is on the varsity bowling and softball teams um Sid is a sophomore at tenly high he loves to play the piano and trombone she's very excited to be part of uh this the proclamation so um so if we'd love to have all four of you come up and um you can start who's going first Ana I guess is going first and just just start with your name because we'd like to know who everyone is um hi my name is an and I'm a senior at 10i high school great um whereas the holiday festival of the Vol or as it is also known deep is observance to the attention of all our residents and call upon our residents to learn about the religious cultural and historical [Applause] significance congratulations yes congratulations thank you very much that was fabulous thank you you're welcome venu any other uh comments you'd like to make or no I think uh they they did a wonderful job and uh I'm happy to see uh the the whole crowd out here yeah thanks for coming tonight thank you thank you we're looking forward to joining you at all of your events right it's going to be fun see you next week and you can stay for the rest of the meeting you don't have to leave all right thank you so much oh thank you for coming we appreciate it we appreciate the commitment take care everyone take we'll be there let's give them a minute all right my kids take care have a good evening okay um if if the council's okay with that I'd like to add something as item number one to be considered I want to talk about some police activity and the break-ins that have been going around um ten ofly which are a real problem um so there's been several Breakin uh while people have been at home um so you know I dare say they're basically like a home invasion um whatever the people that whether the bad guys or they that steal key fobs or whatever it is it's it's a bad Trend okay um so police chief and I have had numerous and are you guys here for this topic okay all right which is why we moved it up early so you know the police chief and I have obviously talking about this constantly along with the B administrator we've got about three to seven you know patrol cars that you know Circle the whole town on a 24-hour basis some people had asked me whether there were even police cars out on the overnight and there absolutely are they're they're always out patrolling um today I had a convers and actually the reason the police chief is not here tonight along with the two captains because they're over at uh I think they're at the high school they're at the high school and there is a testing class going on uh because we're hiring two new police officers which has been in the works for months so he's there with that um today I spoke to um Anthony ctin the Bergen County Sheriff who has committed to bringing you know Sheriff patrol cars here and he's working through that schedule with the police chief I spoke to the attorney general Matt plaen late this afternoon around 5:00 or so who has made the commitment as always and he has whenever we have events in town they send up state troopers we had car robberies going on in the past he sent people up here and he's communicating with the police chief in the Bergen County prosecutor's office to send um to send more resources to teny um our Congressman goth Heimer is completely aware of it and he hasn't I don't know all the details yet uh but he's got some involvement with the police task force to help us solve this particular problem um and next week we're going to have we're going to call a special council meeting uh specifically for the police chief to come and talk to members of the community not for myself or the council but for the police chief to sit here and go through and listen to what um what the stories are and what we're doing about it more importantly um so if if you guys wanted to make public comments it's not public comment time but because we're talking about this and it's an extraordinary situation anyone who wants to come up to the microphone feel free to do so I have nothing prepared you don't have to have anything prepared just just give us your name don't give us your address my name is David good enough that's good so I spent I spent uh first of all thank you for hearing me out hi Lauren foran Jessica lner and Jared Ione watching online so I spent like three hours of my day today on the phone with ADT upgrading the locks on my house with my wife freaking out cuz I'm going to LA from Thursday to Sunday and she's going to be home with my 5-year-old and my one-year-old and just in this day and age and I'm very close with Bobby whose house was run up on and Goldberg whose house was in sorry not run up on invaded whatever home invasion and I know you had a call with them today they told me that which is appreciated but I mean these are families that we know and that we love you know just to give a sense of you know we're a small community here right and so like that's the reality that the people in this town like avarian or whatever else goes on here honestly meaningless when every text chain I'm on with people in this town are freaking out uh you know their wives are all scared you know it's so anything else besides this issue to me is a non-issue and it sounds like you're taking steps to to solve the problem but it's got it like it's got to this has been going on it's not new it was Peter Lions two weeks ago and then before that it's you know it's an angu it's in demoris it's surrounding other towns have security stuff AI censors for a license plate we don't whatever we can do we have to do um you just can't have a town filled with people that are scared you know it's it's that's to me the mayor's job and the council's job more than anything else say you do there and I just felt obligated it's my first time here I hope it's my last time here although you're all lovely you know I don't want to be here like just having to give you some insight that like I spent the day having to upgrade all my systems which are fine in general it's not even going to do anything but give my wife piece of mind cuz she's so scared you know and that's just reality that me and a bunch of other people in this town are actively dealing with so David just so thank you for coming up just to comment on one thing you said about the plate readers so over the past year year and a half we've installed at eight different locations in town the plate readers and the cameras um and there's two cameras at each location um are the ones downtown installed yet I don't want to misspeak on that so we've got those installed and they feed live into the police station now that doesn't stop someone from coming to you know my house but what it does is it helps the police catch them you know after the fact and they record they keep track of the plates and it's a live feed in the police department just so you know and also like a couple people in town today I think Word of Mouth here say we're contacted by local news or whatever the last thing we need in this town corre is news stations running with correct you know that we don't need that here you know this is a great place to live when this stuff is not going on not such a great place to live when this is going on but we don't need bad you know publicity nobody wants that not you guys not us so you know hopefully we can nip this in the butt thank you for listening thank you okay uh David would if you if you wouldn't mind you could just just give the clerk your last name please yes for the hello Council thanks for hearing me uh Josh sharber tenly uh have a two and five-year-old lived here four years love it um in a past life did a lot of political work thank you for your selfless service I appreciate it um so you all know what's happening none of this is a surprise it's not only here it's Livingston it's Short Hills it's every town New Jersey Long Island Westchester we name it um obviously there's Federal issues there's state issues ETC all we can deal with and all I'm asking you to deal with is our local issues um this weekend they had the Fall Festival great event we spend a lot of money on a lot of things obviously none of that exists without police security and what we need um I'm going to tell you the reality of what some people are doing I have friends who have hired armed guards starting immediately at their houses in the East Hill I I hope that doesn't surprise you if it does it should that they will have armed guards outside their house this weekend with guns um they are licensed they are trained that's not the world we want live in um and I see some Shock here you may not have been aware of that I know multiple families who are doing that um that is the world we're living in it is not your fault you did not ask for this we did not ask for this we have these animals on the streets um and we need to do the best we can um I understand the limitation with 33 police officers the amount of uh mileage that we have the different communities we can't have a checkpoint at Clinton and angle or Clinton and 9W 24 hours a day this this and this we can't have a gated community we can't have this um but I do want you to know what's happening people have armed security um many many people are arming up themselves legally um and that's the environment that is created for us not by us so what we can do in my ask of you and I appreciate the steps that we're taking next week um I think they're strong is more communication here and we need to create a community that does not welcome these animals um and what and I'll continue to use that word because that's what they are I've seen what they've done to my friend's home and that's unacceptable so my ask is as you go through budgeting and everything else there are many things that we love here and that we would not trade the world in they're all relevant without a secure community so I by no means I love Jamie a lot of the stuff that you've brought to the council and the events and everything else here and where we put funds for this and we have this concert and and all this stuff which are terrific I don't give a about any of that I give a about my family being safe so that is my ask and thank you for taking that into consideration thank you you oh one more thing um you referenced the I think David referenced the license plate readers yes um I I've heard from some people that are involved in police and Alpine and elsewhere that many local communities have ai readers um I I know the police chief's not here I'm not too um I know some people in the security world were very different than license plate readers they can predictively in real time determine types of car and speed and different things happening my understanding is this and and again this is hearsay may have been brought to this Council in the past to consider something simil simar to that so my question is was is that the case is that not the case that sort of thing we're going to let the police chief address that next week fair but but there should be nothing off the table for us to do corre thank you thank you appreciate you coming down the B clerk right here Omar it's got a long name Josh album resident tfly my father was a resident in tenly I grew up in tenly and I love tenly um but we have a problem and a lot of people don't feel safe like people have mentioned here and it's only a matter of time before these juveniles come into the wrong home and something really bad happens and that's the last thing we want to have happen and I feel like it's the it's the council's duty to inform the burrow of what's happening and I found out through hearsay now there's been some stuff going on in Demorest and the mayor that put out a notice to alert people that this has been going on so I think that's one step that maybe we can do in the future or or move forward with now saying this is what's going on in our community we want to make you aware here are the steps that you can take to be safer or to do things so I think that's one two I appreciate you responding to my email this morning um I know you've gotten and received a lot of detail and I know understand a lot of it's out of your control but as much as you can share with us the feedback that you're getting I understand Governor Murphy signed a new law what it's a statute of that law it says deadly force is is it what is considered a deadly weapon when they come in do I have to encounter that individual for it to be used deadly force whatever pressure we can use with the resources that we have at our availability to make it happen we need to do that so we need to impower Congressman gutenheimer to have those conversations with Governor Murphy we need to empower you as the mayor and the council have those conversations with the governors because what's going to end up happening is the only way to deter this is when I was a kid you stole a car you went to jail you broke into someone's house you went to jail I'm not here to debate the criminal justice you know reform acts and all that stuff but at the end of the day this is happening and it's real and it's happening in our community and if we don't do something about it someone's going to die so you know the the feedback needs to go both ways it needs to be we don't feel safe here's what we're doing to address it I love that you spoke to the attorney general I love that you spoke to all the people that you spoke to but how are we going to address it what are we doing tonight what's happening tonight where are the police offic is going to be right how many more do we have on staff that that's the stuff that the community needs to be in proactive because if we're going to be in reactive it's going to be too late and then to Mr learner's point when the news shows up and starts asking questions and it happened one time and then they fize oh it happened six times that's a problem so you know I appreciate you hearing me but this is this is this is an issue that we need to move on agreed and just quick story I'm going to tell you because you brought it up so you know none of us are M this many I was just telling some council members earlier many years ago when my oldest daughter was just like nine months or uh a year old um she was home with her mother 8:00 in the morning sleeping guy tried to break into the glass door in the second floor of our house balcony not in this is not in tenly this is we were living in New York living in New York state at the time so thank you for that clarification and um you know he he almost got into the house and you know he was stared off he was scared off because we were living in a rural area and she had a shotgun under the bed he saw that and he did a John wils Booth right over the balcony it was terrifying I came right home from New York City and um I had built the house so I took a sawo cut the whole balcony off and you know closed up the door so I I get it's a very very unnerving scary situation so uh don't think anyone's taking it lightly cuz we're not yeah I I don't think we are and I don't think you are and I think and I think the lack of communication so and you might be gathering more information sure creates the aura that it's not that nothing's getting addressed understood and and when you know when you see a presence and you see an after 911 after big events you see a presence we haven't seen an over you know an overarched presence let's see that presence let's see it at night let's understand what's happening so that the people in this community feel safe and they know that you guys have our backs right thank you you're welcome thank you thanks for coming anyone else like to come up and speak hi Ariel leitz uh I don't want to add too much what they've said I think the Big Challenge now is you guys are doing everything you're doing but you know we also have to work with legislature on you know understanding the issues that exist from the current Judicial System that's set up like the having cops out you know we're not going to have thousands of cops in tly so without pushing for reform beyond that like you know it's difficult to see how we're going to you know push this forward so you know great to understand what the town's doing to work with New Jersey you know Beyond Town in Bergen County on addressing this issue before it becomes a Statewide issue you know people are reaching out you know everybody is talking about this I don't want to add too much what these guys said but there is a a lot of chatter about it and I think you know we definitely need more show of force and ten ofly to make sure we create those deterrents you know and having people out there and I think we should be using every form of technology to do this as well you know cameras readers all those things you know slightly more deterrent than you know than Prosecuting but still better than not so thank you for the time okay thank you if you could just give the clerk your name please anyone else with any comments Omar is there anyone online who would like to comment on this topic if anyone who would like to speak about this topic please raise your hand online anyone online who wants to say something on this topic please raise your hand okay it doesn't look like Omar anyone's raising their hand I see no hands mayor okay all right well we're going to have public comment time again uh in a few minutes so if anyone wants to change their mind thank you all for com thank you for coming thank you stay sa okay we're going to move on um to be considered the overview of the 2024 best practices inventory please yes mayor so annually the um uh Department of Community Affairs requires that we uh submit a survey on best practices uh this year the uh the survey uh seeks to identify areas where municip municipalities are um in need of further technical assistance as well as the answers provide taxpayers with additional means of evaluating the municipality's performance there is also an unsort survey section soliciting information on a variety of topics such as affordable housing and Lead remediation the survey is used to assess each municipality's compliance with various laws and evaluates the implementation of fiscal and operational best practices based on the answers submitted by the burrow the criteria to receive state aid is that a municipality must be in compliance with 35 or greater of the question surveyed tenly scored 41.5 so we met that requirement um believe this the uh packet is in folder you on particular question I can answer it Susan uh certainly has participated in the survey and thank you Susan thank you council members have questions sounds like good work thank you very much thank you okay Downtown parking uh this is a followup to the discussion you had at the last meeting with the chief of police and you were talking about designating a number of parking spots on Washington to have 30 minutes shortterm parking I think 15 minutes so what this is seeking is direction to the Bal attorney of the consensus of how many spots and the locations so she can WR and to confirm the time whether it's 30 minutes or 15 minutes what what did and the chief had basically said he didn't really have uh the chief had indicated that that's not a safety issue that's just what 30 minutes think 15 sounds a little a little 15's too [Music] tight which spots opposite ends of thead so I know we spoke about it should be closer to Railroad right so by a roio and by min like that's the one the first one and then two over no by railroad but the intersection of railroad in Washington that's two there oh oh meditation meditation so not not to harp on it too much but when you say two do you mean like one in a row or one on either side of the street on either so one on either side of the street at the intersection of Washington and Railroad on Washington Washington and North summit Washington and North summit yes and it would it would have to we had the chief we spoke about enforceability he was going to you part of it was a lot as well and he was to do more enforcing so so so the but the parking I mean we cannot do it but I yeah they have nothing to do with each other okay so first first off it's going to it's going to take some time to get the ordinances done and everything and we're not talking about putting police re resources into parking enforcement so this is these are different issues right it's a different issue we don't spend a lot of well I don't want to I don't want to talk about parking enforcement okay but this a completely different issues and it's and a lot of that is self- enforcement you're going to park in a 30-minute spot go get a slice of pizza or go to T koser to pick up a pastrami sandwich and you're going to disappear and you going to leave right okay we're not putting extra police out for that don't worry just to put a point on it it's just too yeah I understand that it's a different issue though so just a revisiting the question of where on the street to to put these um I mean the only thing I would say is you know when you have it on either end um you know the amount of time you know the amount of walking people have to do to get to stores in the middle um you know kind of it's longer so so yeah that's true yeah but I'm just wondering if maybe we should do the placement closer in you know so that it's two or three spots in I and I don't know how you would put this so the other two are with the intersection of summit so it's not all the way down to tly Road right but there's nothing really down why don't we ask the police chief why don't we make that comment to the police chief uh David B's comment to the police chief and let's see what he thinks if it's Sher the chief the recommendation and if he wants to adjust of course he proceeds our right yeah I mean I I think he was just asking us for a recommendation but I I don't mind pushing so we'll come we'll yeah so all right okay now we're going to move on to the administrator's report okay um I let me start with the Grove Street Park uh the uh contract with kindan Landscaping has been uh finalized they are on site and active L working um we had authorized a certain not to exceed number at the September 3rd meeting um there's a resolution before you tonight that sets the amount uh that has been agreed upon at $49,444 79 um what has happened uh in the interim since our September 19th meeting is that aestus has been found to be positive in certain areas which needed to be mitigated and that delayed uh their ability to get on site uh that has been taken care of now they started operations yesterday however now that the asbest uh was found it delayed us so their end date is going to have to be the end of January versus the end of December so that's real I mean that's unfortunately happens all right the tenac Hill Swim Club um is part of the Burrow's efforts to assess the feasibility we have uh issued a survey uh on the Burrow's website and that has been uh sent out uh to the addresses email addresses that the recreation department has on file that survey currently is going to run through November 14th that can be extended if the uh Council determines that we have not received enough responses um I can certainly send an email to uh you're asking who the who the the recipients of the right to get it word yeah we could ask the superintendent so as you could send it to the school so it went to everyone uh who's part of uh the recreation you know anybody who's involved in Recreation should have gotten uh an email about this uh the senior center was Distributing it out obviously the pool club membership was Distributing it out it's on the burough website we will check with the school yeah why not why not yes in my he did mayor's message in my mayor's message I talked about it and it's posted on the B website you're talking emailing the code right email the link to where yeah there's there's there's 1100 people on that email list it went to all of them yeah it went to all of them and there's 300 plus responses already as of three days ago May's message yeah but as of as of as of three days ago but it's like any population separate I think it let's keep moving I think it should be a separate hold on what a separate email you know not as part of the mayor's message but do that I talk with sure um you probably got it from the recreation probably l through Community pass yeah all right the recreation or excuse me the recycling center Leaf Compost Facility property as part of our comprehensive due diligence uh that is needed to provide the governing body with a menu of options for the future use of the property a phase two environmental survey is required uh cers will conduct the phase two environmental survey and prepare a report of their findings which will be transmitted to the governing body and that's what I have as far as an update if there's any questions i' answer that anyone have questions for David oh I'm sorry mayor um one of the issues that I wanted to bring up was uh uh our sign ordinance that is under review and um the I know we're in the final couple of weeks of of the election there are a number of campaign signs all throughout town our Code Enforcement Officers had removed a bunch of signs um and in in discussing that they were also removed from properties that weren't part of the B right away I would mention or note that uh although we lease parking spaces from CSX we do not lease the grass areas or the rail bed so we shouldn't be taking signs from there since that's not our property um I had instructed code enforcement to uh basically cease and assist removing political signs for the rest of the general election season uh as you recall we uh modified our approach to signs back in the July 15th meeting um specifically about the billboard signs and allowing them to be renewed for 30 days another 30 days so I would anticipate that all this will be part of uh and addressed in the comprehensive uh uh sign ordinance review but I wanted to put on record and if there's not any objection I would leave that directive in place so if if I could just add in I just want to also remind everyone that part of the reason we're taking the overhaul of the sign uh ordinance is not only just from a zoning aspect but also because of recent case law on con uh Free Speech constitutionality issues so part of the directive that David was giving to the staff that I want you as you're considering um following through with that directive for the final two weeks of the election cycle is also because right now our sign ordinance currently designates the type of sign by the content and we're working towards cont content neutrality so part of that is also to not limit people's ability to have their free speech based on the fact that we limit political signs to X number or Y number whatever it is so that's also part of why we're looking to be a little bit less stringent this year to make sure that we're constitutionally compliant with the content neutrality yeah and I would mention that the 4 by8 signs of the larger signs require permit and all the signs that are currently up do have permits that that have been issued by the Construction office okay I think that makes complete sense the whole thing okay anybody have any questions uh and by way of update we hope to have that sign ordinance uh for consideration in December right okay for the planning board perhaps in November and then to the council in December okay any questions in the council all right good good what else David anything that's all okay thank you all right now we're coming to the regular public comment uh period it doesn't appear to be anyone here in the chambers Omar no mayor okay no one in the chambers is there anyone online who would like to make a public comment right now on any topic you're welcome to do so Corsair do you have anything you'd like to talk about no um councilman roier do you have anything you like to talk about just like to yeah they did a fabulous job you're right councilman Michaels again like Council Ro there just uh fall F was just awesome obviously the the weather certainly helped I did ask DPW director Cassidy if he fix the weather he did that very very well I also want to thank just the entire Jan Jackson and the entire committee it's great we have a next one coming December 14th um it's going to be an aresco this time around that area so that's our Winter Wonderland um so super excited I love these things want to keep doing December 14th just coming in councilwoman Dr OK Conor sure uh just a brief thing uh the environmental commission and green team met and um we've received like the uh tree planting information of The Last 5 Years of how many trees uh go away and then how many are replanted so uh luckily in the last two years we've been kind of uh making up some lost ground but over five years we are at a deficit of trees so we are going to include in our upcoming newsletter article to remind people that people can request trees to be planted in the burrow right of way the first 10 ft of the house people who moved to town might not know that and the DPW comes out and looks and sees if the place is appropriate for tree planting to happen uh so that's going to be included also just something for future thinking is that the Green Team uh the community gardeners were looking at of course they they're excited about the raised flower beds that are going to be installed in the um in the grow Street Park and and they're looking to put those into the rotation uh you know they're just trying to figure out their their best way because they always have people who want Community Gardens and then their best ways to uh identify that those are for ADA compliance right so the people who might have some mobility issues so they're just thinking it through we looked at the plans and if you don't mind actually question a little more for David um if you could tell me at your earliest convenience are we looking at are these five or 10 because it's five rows and we were just having a little trouble knowing is that 10 plots or five plots so if you could get the answer on that is I'll review but I think five comes to mind five PL okay so because they they Reserve they have people who you know reserve a plot so they just want to know how many they're playing with and um that's about figure that yeah we saw we could we saw Dimensions but we weren't we weren't really thinking it through so you're right um so if you right so so that would be fine and um yeah so so that's uh some nice things to look forward to thank you thank you uh councilman Menan um there was uh no meeting of the uh the board of adjustment the last uh last time because of the um The JCC um right event October 7th um the um the senior center met uh yesterday they U said that they had 615 members um which is which is a record you know they uh 615 615 that's fabulous um 28% of them are uh from tly um the the problem with 615 members as we all know is you know being able to to do the activities and all that you know the space is is limited so you know that's that's the never ending um you know reminder to us feedback but uh you know it's it's it's a reminder that we have uh you know something to look to um to fix um as far as uh there's a a pancake breakfast uh this coming um Saturday um and tickets are are available so um you know feel free to uh go out and buy your tickets for the pancake breakfast um um it's a it's a Halloween pancake breakfast they also wanted uh it's uh from 9 yeah 9 to 12 by the way starting at 10:00 a.m. they have me flipping the pancakes so you get to watch the mayor come before come before good point there Council um so they also just as a um just an an educational note so to speak uh they want did us to know that uh the proceedings from the pancake breakfast the rumage sale and other fundraising throughout the year along with membership dues is what allows them to do uh their presentations and shows throughout the year it also allows them to keep the price of uh for activities such as luncheons at a reasonable a reasonable price so that older members and others who are on a a tighter budget can participate and enjoy the social benefits that um those activities bring um they keep their lunch at around $13 and it's it costs much more than that so um so yeah that's that's about it okay thank you councilman Park okay uh sorry just super quick uh tomorrow 3:30 Tyler Park we have the pride bench dedication you guys can make it there as well so Wednesday tomorrow 330 and and I think I probably should have uh put this on Old business but that uh councilman Michaels just reminded me how many benches around the town have already been installed CU I saw the two are now at Walnut do we did we all have 12 new benches P yeah we have we have 12 that were um bought and are assembled DW is fitting in when they can fitting in when they collection so the two in walnot park I know the one at um froggy park has been installed right and um I'll get a schedule from Mike as to the others thank you and I I had asked Omar about this but um with our very successful sister City Event it was recorded and um we're going to hopefully be able to post that onto the website and then when that happens maybe the mayor if you could make an announcement I'll let you know because people who missed it that day you know will want to see it so C oh yes so um thank you so five o'l in um well on we we're not sure if it's going to be in the CVS lot or possibly in the parking lot across from the post office we're determining which EV Chargers will get the official ribbon cutting um but uh but yes 5 o' uh on Tuesday we'll be having EV r been cutting so right now it looks like it's in CVS lot yeah we we I'll find out from the vendor make sure if if there's options and Washington is preferred we'll see if we can move it to there and I'll sudden the calendar invite out to the council so and then maybe that and that could go on the community calendar oh we got that but if maybe we could put it on the uh as an announcement like the councilman Michaels point if anyone wants to join us um and we know that green spot will also be joining us the vendor themselves so it's very exciting for all of us thank you that's on Friday right Friday okay um all right so uh mayor's comments I'm just going to say tomorrow we should uh we'll be finalizing the date for the special meeting for next week to talk about uh the police and safety issues so hopefully you'll all be able to um um to make it I mean one of the speakers talked about the issue of all the stuff we do people have to be safe in their homes 100% it's priority number one you know it really trumps everything else so we'll uh David and I will get that communication out to everyone tomorrow as soon as we have date calized finalized okay um you want to read the Clos session language sure resolution r24 d477g state of New Jersey held on
