the minutes please okay there anything you have to add subtract multiply divide whatever oh you like this this I wrote how are you yeah I'm good okay it's all coming back okay and will we accept the minutes of the September 4th meeting as as presented hi second we call vote please Maran Church yes T yes I yes yes G yes disase yes okay so you know I want you to look at the pictures though these are the pictures I have done today so that that's going to accompany that um minutes okay that's the one that yeah that's the one with the minutes yeah yeah just so there's no question about I left one off it just didn't show anything that was the one that I notied Down Below on number nine you w read photos I would suggest we do that I mean I wasn't I I didn't know how much it was going to be you know Jerry I'm not really it's like that's all right $24 reimbursement reimbursement whatever it is just that we do it how do we do that we have an account yeah I have to go down and see Katie we have a form to fill out uh I don't know because we've never done it receipt now we have a receipt we go from there I I just want to add um to the minutes to add the I think there's seven pictures there there's seven there's four five six seven oh eight eight n n oh nine do we need a vote for reimbursement or do that understood yeah I second okay yes yeah make a motion clear make it simple Jerry Jerry made a motion motion that we reimburse Julia how much was it $2 and3 or2 $24 something said 246 okay I think it's a good it's a good um idea that we continue that that's good practice very good okay well um Laura shff is not here she had a family obligation ly Jane Churchville is here back with us joy was Nikki um I've called her several times and left several messages I have a feeling she may not recognize the number just not answering joy joy you know Joy yes okay you ever see her I just saw her recently oh you did I did yeah okay well next time you see her I mean I'll try to cont back to her again is she on the committee no she's not she like to be oh yeah she's sit pass around application it's hard because she has quite a schedule with her grandchildren okay well and the other one our last one was Sharon Cassie and Sharon is ill so she look is she too bad she's sounds terrible well I had that sort of thing for like a week um I just want to let you know um the gentleman Patrick um Kowski um I did call um after our meeting last time and he was accepted by the planning board so he's going to stay with them CU he's really busy so I can pass these around if you'd like to see these he's going to go with them because he's really B then he's really busy good choice yeah yeah I told him it was a good choice too okay and the our building inspector I just want to inform everybody who our building inspector is his name is Bob caride caride yeah okay can you spell that garide g r c SI and our new town administr is Nelson y mui mui I thought I had Nelson here too but I I we're number five okay the signage at the settle shop building now he has those little signs that look like um flags flags and I'm not sure that I don't think they're no you can't have signs sign no we have to send them a letter you can only have take them in every night they temporary signs so we have to take them in at night every night get a to let him know to oh all right okay do we have any responsibility over the signs I thought that was part of the planning board no no not when it comes to Historic District okay okay so so we need a letter written and sent okay I think it's uh four I think there's four signs out there and at least at least at least at least four not more I've never gone by at night I know they're out during the day I haven't any clue if they're out at night I guess I'll have to take a ride I don't think they're brought in at night time I doubt it when you go by tonight just they just don't work I don't go by that way so I I mean in terms of I didn't think we could put signs out like that though I didn't either I thought they be wood flag there signs like if you were going to be running for an office you know the kind of they like that those kind they're definitely advertising yes drive by yeah all right yeah but are they allowed in the historic district just anyway if they're not woodn't I don't understand I remember that we said wooden signs I don't remember that mention actual SLE shop but I don't think I think they just had their big sign out for it and that was it yeah well shop but then the actual across the street where they had the carpentry and all the woodworking I don't remember I think put out there I don't think he had a little signs out no but I think he put his um wees out there oh yeah that's one thing signage look into that I guess so who who's the owner the does anybody know who the owner is B Cola Cola is yeah Bela how do you spell his last name c o l a m a t a yeah okay and he's actually a Townson resident no grew up in Townson oh yeah but he lives in lunberg he probably does now yeah so who's going to do the letter is he the one that does the Landscaping also yes yeah the same one um we can get his address from looking at the St well I know it's 420 well you know this oh no I mean look look up the assment okay and the owner's name yeah right and his address so do you want me to write letter and give it to you for aiew or give it to the board for a review yeah yeah okay and I'll drive by I don't think I've noticed the flags I don't go really out at night time I think that's prob most come to the center rather than they probably won't even have them out party next but I would say not the settle shop it's a new business and he's looking for any way to attract customers oh no I I understand point but I yeah but he needs to understand too what's what's allowed would we ever say uh for a six-month period or a 3 Monon period or anything like that to make it easier on him as well as we could except he never asked oh I didn't know that well he probably didn't know that either no so it's good that you sending the letter to him we'll see what does good he could come in and talk to us yeah yeah well we could invite him we have an open door yeah he came a couple he come a couple times I've never met him I mean I I know who is but I've never met him here oh he came to um at least one meeting then I must have missed that one yeah um I've never met one meeting and maybe the second meeting too before he bought them before he bought it no he already bought it had an application yeah big deal because he wanted to side the the building oh with aluminum siding oh that we must had two sessions on that I think we did yeah I'm thinking two but anyway it's real Cooperative I mean he do he does take a stand though but so do we okay I'll write the letter and then I'll bring it to the next meeting and apparently I skipped number six and seven so we're going to have to back up a little bit oh we don't have to back to but um would you mind if I skipped to number eight I don't have an issue no okay uh I would like to do the restructuring of the historic commission I would like to resign as the inome person interest interim person person chairperson oh chairperson I'm going to stay on as a you know director because the capacity that means that you were you were posting the meetings and everything or did you do that you did that jul was doing that so you're you're you're conducting the meeting correct and you like to turn that over to another person correct and I would like to so tell me just tell me when how did how did this come to be did this come to be that was things that were pending from a previous meeting and then you knew what else was new um and what we needed to go back and do yes yeah okay okay so um I'll make a nomination first for Mary Jane like to see her to be the chair are there any other people that just can't wait to be the chair and then what about being secretary you're the secretary say I was thinking that this that she was also do same two jobs but he do all right so we'll go back to the um Mary Jane Churchville is chair chair second all those in favor I I well Mary Jane congratulations thank you guys I'm glad to be back we're glad so would you like to conduct from there on the cards in the you're turning it right over to me right now immediately not sooner all right okay to answer your question I'm I said I would stay on for a year as a clerk because I know you probably don't want to be a clerk I know you don't want to be a clerk I know she doesn't want to be a clerk I know Laura's not going to want to be a clerk so I will stay on for a year so hopefully with jul yeah thank you it's a lot of work I'll tell you I know it is and especially appreciative so I will stay on as the interim clerk but I will still be called the interim clerk okay all right so I'm going to vote to order historic cards and stamps okay so last year we were awarded was it $11,000 or $500 we asked for that and they gave to us so I guess we have to start spending it right so on things that we need how much were you awarded $1,000 so and one of the things that we wanted the money for was Postage and stationary and what we had spoken about two years ago was getting those postcards and sending them to each person to remind them that they're in the district right because that new owner that the house that Stacy sh lived in two houses down from me um that's now been another owner and now there's a new owner and that that um real realtor did not no convey that at all she did not know she doesn't know she does now but she didn't know yeah so we really have to let and there's another house for sale up in West Townson um it's on the opposite side of the street from Stacy's is that where beyond the brickstore a couple yes it one Beyond yeah that was Krueger's I think oh Mary Jane's house yes yeah for sale it's for sale now yeah right I to see where the realtor is okay but you know it's multiple listing you don't know who's going to pick it up but they have to come up to look at the card to get all the information about about taxes and everything that they they let the person know about well I isn't it on that card it was supposed to be but Janet said when the new system was transferred somehow that information didn't pop up like it had been on her system she had a system where I think it came up as a an alert but I don't think it comes up as an alert so these are not these are not physical cards they're on a computer the on that Janet has yes and they've changed the computer system so whatever their software is now is not picking up with Janet wonder what other towns do to well it's the software that using it's the software yeah I don't know that doesn't sound it seems to me that there's a spot where they should be able to put it that is should be front and center I think I've not seen the software so I don't know but maybe I should talk to Janet and see if we can figure out a spot yeah because we already did this once I feel like we're creating a wheel I guess it didn't like transfer we sort of left we've had this we've had this roadblock for every so frustrating get straight I really think so so I'll talk to Janet and find out what possibilities we can do just to mark it somehow we put a a red dot on or HD or something HD yeah but still that's not that's not going to well whatever we do needs to be clear that it's historic district absolutely and I'm surprised that not not that the real estate agent doesn't even ask that question I think they hope they don't AR yeah I think probably hoping they don't answer well that doesn't that doesn't make it how many reles do we have in not that I mean they're not in town reles though they're all out and you don't know where they're coming from right and one could be listing it and another will sell it correct which is another complication because they're supposed to put that on the MLS but of course we don't have access to the MLS maybe Laura shiffon can help us with that in terms of is there a spot on the MLS sure there is do we have contact persons like in lunberg how they might handle or gron I did have a contact person Gren must I I don't gron but I did have and they're proud of it yeah oh they are yeah that's what I think we should work on but it's always been a stigma it's always been like a a black mark but it isn't I mean in some cases yeah well I I agree I've heard that I've heard that and I think it's sad because particularly well really in West towns and of all the places well I shouldn't say that the common and in haror but I don't think it decreases your real estate value but somewhere along the line people think that I don't think it does I would think maybe would I don't know fight of ownership in history of your town I never understood did you get that J I'm going to talk to Janet so what didn't I get that you're going to talk to Janet no that you're talk to Laura about two going find out about the l oh I didn't yeah I don't I don't have it I for some reason I don't have that information we did I can call I didn't go over and see them remember yeah you did yeah I have his name what's his name Brian that's right you knew his name that's right yeah amus yeah because he was related to somebody you okay so do we want to take a vote on this to do we have to take a vote because already we've already voted we've already so what we'll do is I'll talk to Janet about trying to figure out how we can get the cards marked and we will order the cards and the stamp did we get the stamps from here or do we have the stamp machine we we'll have to get a department number that would key in so that it gets Char and I think for the the ordering the stamps I think you do need to vote for that because I don't think you voted that before and you want to be able to get reimbursed for that how will we get reimbursed you don't out, okay vote to I move I move that we think we need that but so question is if if I go down to buy the stamps I buy no you're not buying stamps not oh it goes through our machine but yeah you bring them in here we have to have a code that's right yeah yeah you code in the machine so we need to ask Ka um or somebody I guess would it be Katie orti order disc cards yes so do you do I have a second on Julie's motion to oh well we are doing it that I'll make a motion second yeah order order cards and stamps to physically order them even though we've already said we wanted them okay can I please have a so what kind of cards are we thinking about getting well I remember the ones when we had had the little houses on them remember those player they were like a postcard small postcard and the front was just like a little Town not town houses but little residential houses was very colorful and where did you see these I saw I saw these on um this print oh okay and they were very reasonable Ian I'm not are they postcards they're postcards yeah I think I'm putting into well maybe they'd be more up to not toss it they at least read the back they didn't know who it was from got a cute little building in the front maybe they yeah all right what I'll do for the next meeting is I copy one oh good idea and bring it in so every B in person and color and everything then we can make decision yeah if you want we can probably put the town hall on it too instead yeah have put the town hall town that part of the logo for the town the town the seal yeah it's not the actual seal it's just picture picture you want a picture of the Town Hall yeah I think it's the picture from the town hall would Peak their interest I'm sure they' SE that or a little house I mean if I saw a little house I'd read it I'll do both and we can make so we're thinking it's going it'll be a postcard yeah rather than something in an envelope that they have put open and I think an envelope might get CH I think so too yeah and is it cheaper than post cards yeah I know the size what this the post I have it written down at home oh you do yeah I just turn it around this machine is controlled by the post right so you have to have size it would be a weight no I'm talking price yeah and a postcard has to be between certain size right Ines by Ines yeah yeah all right I I'll get some examples and then we can make decision I'll just check with the I can let you know okay yeah the size yeah I think sizes are regular you know I mean we can only pick a couple because we want to stay with the postcard postcards postage yeah yes and rather than putting it in envelope so we want it to be a postcard I think so cuz we just got one in the mail about the electric that came as a car well that came as a card and that was large C anything you didn't get that no oh I wish I should have bought for you that is said a letter with follow but I haven't gotten a letter I didn't get the letter they're saying all over Facebook that there's going to be a letter letter the meeting's at the um Senior Center um on yeah 29th 29th during the day right o' yeah I think it's 7 o'clock at night oh really I thought it was really I thought during the day was one during the day and then one or two at night I didn't see the one in the day I found one I think it was yesterday so I'm going to get samples okay of postcards yeah letter is just too much yeah yeah too much okay oh I think that size postcard that went out I don't think a small one is a good idea no no no l just a tad bigger I don't know what size it was but I'll measure it yeah cuz I still have mine yeah it was not pretty we all just typing right yeah but the size was good I don't know how much we have to say I just I think it just be simple reminder you're in histor commission question well okay let's jump to any questions call contact us do we ever get the um email that we were promised by the I don't believe we don't have an email address we have a little mail that's it so that's something else we need to we need to get some s in first well we need an email address which would give us a presentence on the uh new website the for what good it will do and do we have a number do we need a number like a contact number like that 597 Memorial historic district number I don't know you I don't know how many numbers are left or how that works I have no idea so we'll have to ask this idea of one person having everything personal yeah isn't good for when you change the guard should it should be on should be a town thing I think it's you know address at 272 Main Street that's what we're address to right address at 272 Main Street that's our that would be if we're going to do ritten but if we were going to do email or phone we have no presence no we don't and I and we are a commission like do we have we have to set up have somebody set up with the account for us correct now who does that work well it's going to have to be the selectman to do that and their administrator probably the administrat we already have minutes showing that the select was supposed to do it Mary J what my point exactly so we're already in the loop we just have happy no I am happy no I just execute you know we have to be Nel you know or they have to get an order I don't even know if we can I don't know if yeah 16th yeah next month but we've already we already yeah no no no no who physically gives us that address and puts us on the website it can't be the board of s but it has to be directed by the board of Harrison Harrison we can ask Harrison is Our IT person what's his first name Harrison Harr sorry Harrison ask Kathy about getting our email address and extension number extension number that's so it be 7100 what right yeah because they already promised us I know but they didn't there was a a glitch in between there somehow I'm do nicely put yes very nice now sleep um email address and extension so who's going to be responsible for answering the phone then well I don't think we have to answer the phone message we could take the messages and then have a check every the secretary should do it but I will do it for her okay yeah just remember I'm inro I got noted Julia yeah I think it's important that we get our presents because like you said Su we have no presents no we don't n at all no not even with the real estate people no so um they have all been notified yeah I went to the of the regional it's Fitchburg the regional and um they put the information but of course it's only as good as that minute but the cards would be important Janet's assessment cards or whoever building and um these cards will help we're not going to catch everybody but it'll help well I think the per I think the people who buy the house would be happy to find out that they're in there so they know what they have to do they it's hard to to um judge that because if they have no clue about any ever knowing about historic district their white MH and I don't think my new neighbor um has ever heard of it yeah and now she lives in in a historic district yeah she's going to learn she yeah and I don't think it's disturbing to her but she doesn't know any details and I was at an event so I didn't well maybe we should consider this is a little bit far stretch but maybe we could consider inviting some of those people to some kind of an evening where we they're all together they come about it if they're interested I think they would be as home in taxpayers yeah would be nice and we can do it in this room which is small and more or or the hall yeah either people yeah contct I don't know how many people there were there's well there's over a 100 houses in the district so say the um say half con it's 50 it's half con 20% take out you can always take out percentage away from that to right so many of those won't come because they say 28 but see remember when Jake T came last year he was that young boy that wanted to put that young man who wanted to put the porch on was up for you see now I don't know how he found out how did he do we know how he found out B Janet I think he Ain no to him oh did I think he did I think that's how a lot I think that's how yeah a lot I mean that's how he found out about me way from you yeah yeah we don't have more presents I think all right so let me I think it's a shot to them that they bought a house weren't told by the realtor and now this is something that might affect their plans for the building oh exterior so yeah it's that lady up in with oh she was really do oh the dog right right the groomer you know it does fall on the real estate a it's to a point I want to say because they have classes that they can sign up for they know what the rules are they've been told they go to all kinds of things but what can I say all right so I will think about that all right the other thing we could do is um if we still have that channel on TV I've never I don't have David uh this one this channel it yeah is it channel eight or Channel n that's a good idea people the comfort of their home yeah we can do something on that um I don't know how many people watch it I don't I stream I turn it on once in a while well I don't have regular TV in well we can always make an announcement that we going do it yeah or would it be all the time no can't no no because he has other different shs we can do it monthly yeah we do it monthly I mean it's not like we have a big turn around real estate wise but but it impacts like you said your per I mean that's a big deal so we have to think about how we can get out there more all right pres that's what we're looking Community presence they may not want to know us after well everyone so far I mean we need the no we need the presence yeah then we can do it yeah we do need absolutely okay old business boat reimb birth okay we already did that y we got Julia her okay I've got numbers though but it's not on here number seven oh number seven oh number seven everyone watching television right now please we would like volunteers to help us in inventory the historic district files on the third floor of Memorial Hall they're in four three or four different cabinets yeah vient cabinets from the early 1920s they barely open they're Chuck BL FL and they have I'm sure all kinds of information that we don't have access to so we would really like some volunteers to come and help us rearrange it re and clean it up and who they notify well once we get our email our telephone that's a good point I don't now they can they can talk to Kathy and Kathy can you know good point do you really think there's somebody out there that's listening to us no no but on the chance that there is I don't want to let it go well I Jerry and I talked about this a little bit and I said I would have time after de well yeah no I don't think we can do much before the first of the year the election Christmas oh yeah it is okay is it heated yeah cuz there it's in your break room I'm available you are okay I mean and I help too after December all right i' like to see it broken down by district and then by houses and then miscellaneous whatever we need what ever left over but I'd also like to see a files with actual numbers on or the house house number you mean house number in the district that it's in so in other words district one by address my address 123 three wherever it is okay so by district and then by address yes okay okay oh yeah everything's on mainstream right except for the Does anything go and Brooklyn there's not there's not a couple Elm Street West yes yes there is oh there is yeah and then we have South Street yeah oh that's right oh so there's quite a bit you know there's quite a few houses that we over 11 okay all right think about that I'm not sure that there isn't one on Spalding Street you are you Spalding or M I'm me yeah that would be the old the old house the antique house the old night house yeah they every night's house or his father's house FR night that's SP all right well we have we have the maps that Lisa had remember we numbers I mean the maps will just no no no I mean we can look at that to get the number that's how I'd like to say I think it would be easier to file it that way on particular house then you could have other categories or other things that right but I like the idea that we could go if we have someone like say your neighbor whatever her house number is we could go to that file and see what's been done and kind of keep it and keep the file like like a medical file keep well actually the owner would probably appreciate that too because then they was done yeah because when it's from 1977 right that they started the historic district yeah so we could have stuff that far back which is 50 years 50 years know 25 years old buying a house which probably won't happen that would be interesting yeah instead of coming to the historical societ ask you know the number of that house that we sold again did she sell it again because she didn't like the historic 409 oh hers is 409 oh yeah okay what yours I'm 03 so do you know you know krus I don't know Krugers now I know that because Stacy would always say to me 409 the cleaner oh that's good clire very good okay is the for9 is the cleaner that they just sold the house no9 cleaning I can is it okay that I fill those the numbers when I get home yeah I'm sorry I can fill I can oh no 49's fine that's all right I can look up Mary I can look up Mary Jane Kus too I've got the I've got the new got to give me the new list oh did she yeah well the old list to 23 falling apart anyways but but yeah she gave it to me okay I to pay but she said done now I have one more thing and receiv this information this is not to be voted on today of course because we don't have a formal application but we are getting an application from the parks and Cemetery to replace the posts on the common for the signage you know on main9 and Main you know where we put the band concert and so um I spoke briefly to Roger I'm gonna make him come into the meeting when we have the meeing and he wants to use a new product called Echo poost oh it's a comp it's a a Tre compos so he did give us this information but I'm going to have him I'm going to bring him an application tomorrow so he can fill it out properly and I don't know what you want me to do with this if we want everyone to take a look at it but you seen it I have done it's something like we've talked about the past two years about new products on the market versus it's really hard because I'm a real purist when it comes to this I know and I but I understand the economics ICS and I also understand maintenance yeah cuz if they're using wood it's going to it's going to ro Splinter eventually would it be in color green or black or looks why want to get the application you can be real detail look like it's black but I don't know if you get other colors okay Mary Jane I'm going to address that issue with you know older materials no way that anybody's going to be able to get the older materials that used when they built the original House very rarely so I mean You' got to got got accomodate people with a new abild new materials as long as they are safe they're not toxic to anybody I know they last longer and they preserve the same last year we had an issue with Phil Cola because he wanted to do s So Lisa strus who was the chair at the time she did it she was like NOS to the grindstone like you've never seen but she contacted several other historic commissions and and Commissioners who responded to her um candidly about historic districts with siding and and one man in particular brought out the fact that no matter what you do the siding is not going to be smooth and straight there's going to be wavy lines and there will always be a visual Interruption if you will of the historic meaning of it so I and I understand and I know about all those other like faux Woods what do they call it composits the composits and I do think they're beautiful and I'm willing absolutely to understand but but I am a purist and you know I wonder if gron is still doing their purism well we'll have to ask them then yeah you know I am going to suggest I did talk to Jana today about because theill here used to have slate on it and we went through the Slate with the Bank last year yeah well the problem with the Slate is that it's really hard to get it's really hard to have somebody you know had the expertise to maintain it but they do do slate out of cement and it's much lighter much easier to uh repair and they also do siding out of cement and they can match any board really yeah yeah we were with the the fo slate on the bank right was that f it was a side it was a roofing material that looked like a compos yeah that was a big deal and then there's also the maintenance I know that we're not we don't have the authority to but maintenance I think is a big deal it isal especially for the um Town proper Town structures I was sort of looking at that it it looks to me like I would rather see something a little more this looks like just a regular yeah yeah but we don't know what he's getting he just gave us that right for information about the product but I'd like to see something a little more orate maybe that's what we should call it all right well well when he makes the application well he's got to put a example doesn't he have to draw the example well yeah he does you know in the composite they can also make it look like wood yes I know that I have some composite on my house yeah and it looks just like you yeah no I I I agree that the products are getting better and better yeah and and I think for municipal projects yeah given you know maintenance that it's more reasonable but I'll have him fill out the application for so we know that exactly what it was good at him to give us the abely the heads up I thought was really happy then course I don't know why I didn't call you I don't know why didn't I don't know I would to that I think that's all I have oh I have one other thing I just could get touchy but don't don't shoot the messenger how about if we meet on once a month on a regular basis um instead of this call to order When anybody wants us and then and then people who had schedu ask that too what are we going to discuss if we don't have any applications well hopefully we will have something and if we don't we can just cancel if we don't have an agenda we can cancel the meeting but at least we would know on our books you know on our calendars that Tuesday at 4 o' or something would be yeah we should be exped to be there and I don't know how it's going to impact the people if we get an application they like to wait a month then yeah yeah that's what I'm wondering because I know with amand DWI we meet as needed well there's an application for a grant we meet as needed did you get a grant from them did you get I didn't finish filling it out yeah you finished it no because it's there questions I have I okay um I don't even think you have to call an emergency meeting you could just set up schedule a meeting it doesn't disrupt my life yeah as needed yeah try to get everybody together that's the big nothing's so urgent that we have to meet in two days or something can well that's a good point yeah yeah but I understand what she's saying too that is if everybody knows we're meeting at a spe or maybe pick a certain say for everybody what's the best day of the week right you know what's the best time 5:00 is that a good time um they can they can adjust that door knob so that it opens up at the time of our meeting even though the building's closed so I don't know if you knew that I like it I would like it I just found that out today I I'd like it earlier because now it's getting darker yeah I would to oh yeah okay I'm that the only thing that I cannot change is Tuesday because that's a finom day yeah oh yeah can and you need all your energy for that I do do do yeah I'm going to need more this year okay so how do you feel I mean I'm just thinking that we might if we wanted to do the cards so I would like to meet next month whe or do you want to just say we'll meet well well you can do that on the card if you want to meet a special time for cards and if we want to do the television yeah I think you got to set a day yeah all right we set the day we'll set a day oh now we know that um our meeting is always on the last Monday of the month right right so it can't be that day no what meeting is that and it can't be Tuesday um right the Historic Society oh last meeting of the of last meeting of the last Monday of the month yeah okay so um not all Wednesdays are good for me my third third Wednesday is not good for me so yeah so M are about Thursday who said can't meet on Tuesdays how about Thursday Thursday's good yeah yeah four 4:00 Thursday now do you want it like the first Thursday of the month second third fourth Thursday you can pick Let's do second at the time yeah okay and then we can get We Can ad adapt it Thursday okay and we can stop it if we don't like it sure you know what I mean this is just to get us Rolling Y also give us a chance to just clean up some of the things we've talked about before and we can get back to it I guess that's what I'm coming there's a lot of loop end that we Dro along the way what time do you want to meet early ear no later than four I don't think it starts to get dark it's dark by 4:30 three yeah that's fine I like three do you like three I like I like three okay only because like I said it gets dark yeah yeah I think that's so when would that be when when is the second Thursday mon is the 14th of November oh yeah I'm getting in this 3:00 I like to I like does anybody else have a meeting here at 3 o' I don't think so yeah and there's also you can use upstairs room oh okay there other room besides this one oh we could go all the way up in the lunch room what is election 16 no the the other one what Happ so that well that's good I don't have any other business how come I didn't have enough time does anyone have any other business they'd like to discuss I was just thinking about the postcard that we just got in the mail and I could take that down and see what that cost the mail perfect you have it yeah I think there's a standard rate now for post that I don't know I think there is even the small size same would be big Oh you mean you're talking about the real big one the one that we just got we need it we need it to be that big no you're talking about the you talk about the they advertisement ones yeah yeah oh yeah they are big yeah about the small 3x5 I just I don't know how much we want have to say and this all right let's wait let's hold off until we get the examples of the postcard and what we're gonna say you have that take the size of the cost do I keep these this the secretary the inter secretary what Madam should go in the file yeah they're going in with the they're going in with the minutes they might want to have something on the back to explain what it go in the file they should go in in the file of the no know what that is the property file Flor right away what's the address what was the I got the minute I know 69 69 yeah okay okay I'll write in the back what they good idea because we won't know next year or another committee won't know see that's the other we should make a small when we when we get up there in January tackle those files yeah because that building's coming down so what building that 69 Main Street those well we can make it we yellow tarps of those uh school things remember A and C the little the old school desk they all underneath here yeah oh what do you want to do what's going to do with it remember he didn't know what he was going to do but I thought you them and I was thinking storage yeah to put in that school if there were enough of them they're not all intact so we have to go through them and just I want to know why were they in the Attic of fire station who knows reasoning you know reasoning behind there's a lot of stuff in different places I don't even know who would have put them up there how long ago I thought they were they might have been yeah and then put up on the attic yeah so those probably date back to 60 years ago maybe oh those chairs no the on they attached L yeah A and C yeah oh those had to be like 1800s or wouldn't have been 1900s yeah those would have been because the 1900s had the little wooden desk right okay these are metal I see the top you remember seeing the top the one behind behind it yeah oh and there's they're two Cedar yeah oh really so I thought that would be great for our school right and we could get is there is there a place where the ink I see you saw I didn't see they had an ink well so I didn't know how old they were then oh ink well there that would did yeah we did I mentioned that because we did you want right we did yeah penmanship was terrible
