At the forefront of the meeting, the Zoning Board elected Robert as the new Chairperson, with unanimous support from the members present. The Board proceeded to appoint professionals for the upcoming year, beginning with Roger Thomas of Dolan and Dolan as the Board’s Attorney. Following suit, LRK with Chris Cenza was selected as the Planner and Bruce of CME Engineering as the Engineer, both reappointments suggesting a continued trust in their services. The Clerk position was filled by Son, with the understanding that Hofer, serving as Secretary, would designate this role.

The meeting schedule for 2024 was approved with the understanding that the April 22nd meeting, coinciding with the first night of Passover, may be subject to change based on member availability. The Board adopted its rules of order for the year, which remained unchanged from the previous year.

In the final minutes, the October 23 meeting discussion was brought up, confirming the Board’s decision to continue its operations. The minutes from that meeting were approved with no objections or amendments.
