Another topic of significance was the upcoming multifunction printer (MFP) copier replacement project. The district is set to continue its partnership with Sharp, with a new contract scheduled for school board approval. The new MFPs will include Bitdefender antivirus software to ensure network security and support various business processes, including scanning P-card documents and Student Records into the Student Information System (SIS). The project entails replacing all existing machines in each school and department, primarily over the summer, and is supplemented by a new server environment for enhanced processing and redundancy.
