The board’s Personnel Committee was active, with multiple staffing resolutions passed. Dr. Fair expressed gratitude to the board for their prompt action on staffing matters and also acknowledged board members who attended a recent end-of-year barbecue, emphasizing the positive impact of their presence on staff.

In other business, board member Mr. Gallow expressed appreciation for local businesses supporting the externship and internship program and conveyed enthusiasm for a new cross country program at the Ridge. He also thanked Ms. Chung for her contribution to the future Engineers program.
