Joy brings extensive municipal experience, particularly in office management and budget preparation. Additionally, Robert Campo was appointed as the interim shellfish constable, and Daniel Loo was introduced as the incoming assistant town planner. The meeting also addressed the Newbury Grange lease, with a bid of $77,000 pending signatures from the Select Board. An upcoming real estate auction was announced, with the process managed by the town’s treasure collector.
