The Chamberlain subdivision’s bond was reduced from $425,000 to $176,000 after a peer review deemed it appropriate, with 28 of the 29 homes already sold. Similarly, a bond of $2,686,000 was established for the Newberry Glenn subdivision, allowing construction to progress on six lots.

The meeting also touched on various administrative matters, including the endorsement of an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan for a property on Legacy Farm North and a motion to continue public hearings for projects on Benson Road and East Street. These motions were approved unanimously.
