Other venues like the State Street Theater, the Lind House, and the Brown County Historical Society Annex were also mentioned for breakout sessions and other conference activities. The Commission acknowledged that coordination would be essential, particularly regarding transportation logistics, which might involve chartering coaches.

The Emerson Union, in particular, is notable for its historical tax credit renovation, which might attract interest from conference participants. The possibility of including tours to other local historical sites was also discussed.

A consensus emerged to begin planning workshops and brainstorming sessions with local stakeholders, including the Chamber of Commerce, to ensure a collaborative approach to hosting the conference.
