However, ensuring inclusivity in this development wave, Vice Chairwoman Janet Cooney inquired about provisions for low-income housing within these high-rises. Gail Price, Esq., acting on behalf of the applicants, confirmed the inclusion of 46 low-income housing units in the plans, emphasizing the variance-free nature of the application, assuring it would be in full compliance with local regulations.
