Following the approval, there is a mandatory 20-day waiting period during which the decision will be filed and open to potential objections from the public. If no issues arise, Denegro will proceed with acquiring the necessary permits to begin construction.

Additionally, the board briefly discussed another variance request for 39 Lake View, where the owner aims to convert a carport into a garage without altering the existing footprint. The board noted that this proposal appeared straightforward, although it involves further variances due to the property’s proximity to water. This matter is scheduled for review in late June, giving members time to examine the submitted sketches and plans.
