While the development’s parking plan deviates slightly from ordinance requirements, with 49 spaces instead of the required 51, both tenants expressed confidence in the parking arrangements. The council members voiced concerns based on experiences at other locations but ultimately deferred to the operational knowledge of the businesses involved.

Additionally, the council approved the preliminary and final plat and a conditional use permit for the expansion of the Lakeville Family Pet Clinic. The new facility will be approximately 9,000 square feet and located just west of Glacier Way. The clinic will provide general veterinary services without boarding options, except for medical necessities. Council members expressed positive sentiments about the clinic’s expansion.
