Stacy Johnson, Director of Catering Sales for Vinwood Caterers, highlighted the educational partnership with the school and the involvement of students in gaining real-life hospitality experience. Despite the late application, board members expressed support for the event, asking for future clarity on designated liquor consumption areas. It was noted that a previous liquor-related complaint had been reported, though details were not discussed.
