Further adjustments included the removal of unnecessary phrases concerning permeability and the addition of flexibility clauses for stormwater management measures, leaving room for board engineer approval.

In addition to the YFM Space resolution, the meeting highlighted significant recovery efforts from Hurricane Ida, which struck in 2021. A house on Harrison Avenue, damaged by the hurricane, is scheduled for demolition. This site, currently under state ownership, is being considered for conversion into municipal open space.
