The committee decided that Whately’s funding portion of $8,100 would proceed independently of Hatfield’s decisions. However, questions remained about whether Hatfield would contribute to the preservation effort, which could impact the overall feasibility for the landowners.

Additionally, the committee noted an internal update on the Community Preservation Committee plan, with pending data from various sources expected to enhance the document. Committee members also discussed procedural aspects and acknowledged the impending departure of a key administrative member, Tori, who has offered to stay until a replacement is found.
