During the meeting, a representative of the developer confirmed that the first phase of the project, involving 42 lots, is progressing well, with 18 houses already under construction. The developer addressed dewatering and soil use, highlighting the sandy soil conditions and the intention to deepen the central pond to balance the site.

The commission’s approval is contingent upon the satisfaction of engineering comments related to construction plans and the execution of a development contract with the city. The developer agreed to these conditions.
