The plan includes ambient background music, occasional DJ performances, and acoustic acts, emphasizing the intention to offer diverse programming without daily entertainment. The design of the premises incorporates soundproof construction to mitigate noise concerns, and a comprehensive security plan is in development, featuring 49 surveillance cameras.

The outdoor component at Winthrop Square Park, which the applicants are responsible for maintaining, is proposed to host both live acoustic and non-live amplified music. This space currently functions as a seasonal beer garden, and the request to include live acoustic performances is a recent addition to their entertainment offerings. The proposed hours for outdoor live entertainment are from 4 to 7 p.m.

The applicant has engaged with the community over the years, including discussions with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) and local stakeholders. However, a representative from the Office of Neighborhood Services suggested further outreach to the Downtown Boston Neighborhood Association to ensure comprehensive community engagement.
