The CRA also received a comprehensive presentation from code enforcement personnel May Wright and Megan Lorentio on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). They outlined how environmental design can reduce crime and improve community safety. They also highlighted upcoming community events like the Moon Party and a pop-up park event, which are designed to foster positive community interactions.

During the public petitions section, resident Stan Johnson voiced concerns about the city’s infrastructure and management, particularly regarding stormwater drainage and sewage systems. Although his comments were critical, they underscored ongoing citizen engagement with city governance.
