The Council acknowledged the successful utilization of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in acquiring and preserving affordable housing units. These funds have been instrumental in supporting low to moderate-income households, preserving 73 owner-occupied homes, and creating 40 new affordable housing units. The significance of these efforts was recognized with a resolution marking April 6th through 10th, 2026, as National Community Development Week in Pasco County.
