Another topic was the amendment of zoning regulations following a 15-year-old oversight in implementing the 2010 master plan. The 2010 plan recommended removing commercial and home agriculture from the VC village commercial zone, but when zoning ordinances were updated in 2011, these uses were also removed from the VHR zone, which was not intended by the plan. The board approved an ordinance to correct this, allowing these uses back into the VHR zone, with assurances that commercial agriculture would only be feasible on very limited plots due to existing lot size requirements.

Additionally, the board approved an extension for Bath Properties LLC to secure a driveway permit from the NJ Department of Transportation. The applicant, who had encountered initial rejection, was granted an extension until October 14, 2026, to finalize the permit process.
