Overview: At the recent Melrose City Council meeting, the spotlight was on the achievements of local youth teams, with both the Knowledge Bowl and the speech team celebrating significant victories at state and national levels. The Knowledge Bowl team, having made their sixth consecutive state competition appearance, achieved a remarkable victory with a final score margin of five or six points.
