The second case involved a property on North Avenue owned by an individual named George, who was found to have excessive outdoor storage, including piles of compost affecting site drainage. The magistrate acknowledged George’s cooperation and proactive efforts to address the situation. The town extended the compliance deadline to August 18, 2026, allowing additional time due to seasonal weather conditions. If unresolved by this date, George faces a potential fine of $150 per day per violation, in addition to the $409.66 administrative cost.

In a third case, involving tree and vegetation removal violations on D Road, the property owner, currently out of town, agreed to a continuance. The hearing was rescheduled for July 22, 2026.
