In personnel matters, the superintendent reported on the onboarding of new leadership, including the director of finance and the director of human resources, both starting on July 1. The transition involved collaboration with existing staff to ensure a seamless integration.

The meeting also covered the superintendent search process. An update was provided on the scope of work for hiring a consultant to aid in recruiting the next superintendent.
