Additional business included the application by Rappy Doggy LLC for a stationary mobile food vendor license on Squire Road. The venture, represented by Evan Andrew Long, plans to serve Venezuelan fast food from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The commissioners approved the application contingent upon securing necessary permits, emphasizing the importance of regulatory compliance.

The meeting also addressed an application for a one-day entertainment license for Las Paseras, represented by Diana Cardona, to celebrate Colombian Independence Day at McMacken Veterans Memorial Park. The event, set for July 23, 2026, aims to host 60 attendees and was approved without opposition, contingent on food vendors obtaining their own permits.

Moreover, City Diner Corporation applied for the transfer of a common victualer and entertainment license from the Good Diner on Broadway.
