The applicant, represented by John Mas, presented the development plan, which includes the construction of a roadway, on-site sewage disposal systems, private wells, and residential lots. The commission’s deliberations highlighted the need for additional test fits around the basin area and a closer inspection of wetland lines. Following a site visit, members agreed to postpone the stormwater public hearing until the August 28th meeting to allow time for a review and to address peer review comments.
