The business, located on Main Street, was purchased by Sutnam Hans, who promptly applied for the transfer within 30 days of the acquisition. The board reviewed the application, which met all requirements, including necessary insurance certificates and licenses from the Department of Revenue. This transfer maintains the town’s cap of 14 tobacco sales permits.
